UPDATE: These a$$holes tried this scam once again. Caught them in the lie and they still overcharge. They are pathetic. Jokes. Never parking her again.Be sure to double check that your vehicle qualifies as over sized before they charge you. The joke of a manager tried ripping me off my charging me an SUV fee, which doesn’t even exist. He even told me I don’t know what I’m talking about. Well, I had to get SP+ on the phone to tell him he was wrong and remove the charge. He tried this twice. And no apology even after this embarrassing moment for him. Pathetic.

Honestly, I parked here for a week, it wasnt pleasant at first days, they were too busy and short staff. I saw alot of customers happy with the staff, and a few not.as a midtown garage and next to the garden dont expect a fast entry if you late, also traffic is horrible, is not easy to make that left turn on 6th av. I learned one thing in NY services, you must tip, dont be cheap.like one waiter said Money talk BS walk. so far my experience is great and I recommend the garage.

Used spot hero to book this as always do when we come to the city with our Q5. Paid through the app but when checking out asked for an extra $30 for an SUV charge. We never get charged that, a Q5 is a crossover not an SUV. the guy working the desk also told us to take a picture of the ticket in case we lost it. We actually decided to swing by and pick the car up when we didn’t have the ticket on us. We showed him the picture and he told us it was no good. Cool.

Dropped car off here yesterday., hotel uses them for self psrking. Guy who took car knew what the ore cr would be For 24 hour. It was 2:30 pm. He said what time you want to pick it up, I said it’s 24 hrs . I said 3 . Never said xtra $40 for 30 minutes. Got here at 3 waited on line 25 minutes. What can you do. They have your car . Welcome to NY.

Horrible. I had a parking reservation and they charged me bc they were short staffed. The valet was really rude when I told him I was waiting for them for 40 mins past my reservation they still asked me to pay. I cant help if they were short staffed I was there on time and gave them a time they should have had the car ready. But they played the waiting tactic so I was forced to pay. Going to be reporting the company.

They need to hire more people. I was in a hurry but they took more than 15 minutes just to take my key and give me the ticket.People who wanted to pick up their car were also confused why there wasnt anybody to help them.

A little slow but not terrible. Prices probably on par with other garages. It is the city, so no parking will be cheap. They park the car for you so theres no fighting other drivers or driving up and down looking for a spot. Cost me $42 for three hours.

Worst parking experience. Way understaffed. Rude employees who refused to help me. I waited on a line for 25 minutes only to be told they were not giving tickets at that window after being told to wait there to get a ticket. DON’T Park here I would give no stars if possible

My go to place to park in the city! Close to all my favorite stores, and they have an app where you can get coupons! Good customer service too. Not good for big cars
