WHEN I SAY THIS GUY IS AMAZING… he’s amazing! He’s been able to get my packages to its destination on time and safely. Very wonderful customer service! Should come here more often if you need any type of mail delivered to any destination in the US.

Excellent customer service. The owner will go to the moon for you. Good place too have a PO Box. Recommended to anyone that needs stuff shipped or receive. Excellent prices!

I have been a mailbox customer of this place for many years. Their service is always responsible, professional, and timely. Since using their service, I no longer need to worry about the receipt and loss of my parcels, especially during my vacation. Thanks to them, I can go on vacation with peace of mind. They forwarded all my important mails to me when I was out of State, and they keep all my mails and parcels nicely including all flyers even my mailbox is full. The gentleman behind the counter was always friendly and helpful! He always patiently help with packing, answer various questions, explain and help people choose a safe shipping method with reasonable price. I will be their forever customer!

Jimmy, the salesman, at Continental MailBoxes goes above and beyond to help you. He does passport photos, mailboxes, copies, faxes and plenty more. He does everything!! No need to worry if you go out of town, because he is trustworthy and always an email away to help you. Dont think twice to get a mailbox here. He makes everything so easy. I have had several post office boxes and a fedex box and nothing can compare to the customer service you get with Jimmy. I am always out of the country and he is so supportive. As long as you alert him, he will keep package for you and hold them off to the side, until you can arrange to pick them up. He is just amazing.

Continental Mailboxes has been my go-to shipping and parcel service for years now, at their former location and now the current one. They always provide excellent service and the best advice regarding the best shipping option. Going there saves you time and money, they can ship through all the different services and so they always find a way to get it there cheaper or faster than you had expected.

THINK TWICE before choosing them!!! They don’t have business ethics!!! I lost a valuable package because they informed me only 1 WEEK before they move to this new location.They informed me their relocation since February 1st only on January 22nd !!! However, I did have an international package ship to me on January 16th while I had no idea they would move at such time. I do believe for such kind of mailbox service store, they should inform their customer the relocation at least 30 days before ahead. That‘s basic!!! It’s okay they don’t know 30 days before where they will move. All they need to do is to let customers know they won’t be here since February 1st so if I have any package supposed to arrive later than that day I can put my office or residential address instead of them. Finally the package got lost and the owner Jimmy refuse to take any responsibility about that. And based on my experience dealing with Jimmy, when such issues happen, he would perform like he tries to help you but he actually do nothing!!! Finally, he just complain about those deliver guys and refuse to do anything to compensate my lost. So after I receiving my last package ship to them, I just go ahead cancel their service without any hesitation. Be careful if you want to choose them, it will be a headache!!!
