This was our first experience using Cook. They found us business class flights at a steep discount to what we were able to find on our own and suggested hotels that turned out to be terrific both for rooms and service and location.We will definitely use them again and recommend them highly.
We brought tickets to/from the UK about three months before travel.The Cook Travel story broke while we were in the UK and we thought there might be problems with our return, but we were OKWe have found that Cook consistently offers cheaper business class tickets on Virgin Atlantic by about $1000 compared to AAA, the Wall St Journal and other groups.Long may Cook Travel continue!
I deal with two separate agent, both are very impatient and rude !!!
I admit that I was skeptical about using Cook Travel, even though the company has a good reputation. Katrina helped me over some rough patches in arranging flights and provided reassurance. It was somewhat complicated in arranging air from Philadelphia to to LAX to Aukland and back from Sydney. My trip is not till December, 2017, but I as confident it will go well. More to come in 7 months!
Extremely helpful in not only finding the best rates, but also flight duration. I have continued to book with Cook Travel for many years and they are reliable and helpful, especially when the airline cancels the flight.
Fabrizio at Cook Travel has been handling all of our traveling needs for the past few years, his customer service is first class as well as his knowledge, we will continue to use him for all of our traveling.
We needed to travel within a month to Europe. Cook did an outstanding job in getting us business class tickets at a reasonable cost. We will use them again for their great service.

I had the worst experience with this travel agency and I would never use them again. I booked a ticket from them to go from Atlanta to Jordan through British airways. I wanted to change the return date for an emergency, and the agent told me to I had to pay ($1600) for that in addition to the ($1770) that I originally paid. I was able to change the ticket through British airways paying ($500.) I had another emergency at the airport. They wouldnt let me board the airplane because I dont have a UK visa. I had my advanced parole card and my passport and all the documents from the lawyer saying Im changing my status in the US. I called British airways and they told me I have to call the travel agency. I called my agent (Beats Lubitz,) and I had the worst customer service ever! She was yelling at me telling me that I woke her up and she had a bad day and there is nothing she can do for me. I had to pay another ($1500) to buy another ticket to come back to the US. I would never book through this travel agency ever again and I would warn anyone to book through them.
The experience was easy. A couple of emails with Fabrizio, who was very helpful, was enough to get us business class tickets on a rather complicated itinerary. We were booked on Air France and KLM and both were excellent and we were treated as full-fare business passengers, even though we had saved at least a couple of thousand dollars. I waited to write this review until after our trip was completed, in case a glitch in the ticketing arose that I would want to complain about. But no glitches! I would definitely use this agency again and ask for Fabrizio.
Checked business class fares with Cook-PHL-Naples, IT RT via Luftanza.Luftanza and all major sites were pricing the business class fare RT at $7350...Cook provided the same RT ticket at $3500.Fabrizio, our booking agent was wonderful! All details were carefully taken care of and there were absolutely no issues with any portion of our flights.Choice of business class seats, access to lounges via Luftanza partners and just everything you would get without paying the full fare.Call Cook for your business class international flights.
I highly recommend Nick Fleetwood for his superb efficiency, sense of humor and true dedication to completely solving a problem of my making. He was always careful not to over-promise, and was great at setting realistic expectations for when things would happen. Cook Travel you need to hang on to him and get more people like him!

We booked our vacation to Paris from Newark much later than we should have. Fabritzio Peralta was awesome in nailing down first class flight on our Airline of Choice. We had flown Polaris last year, how perfect that we could do it again. Must admit, our friends were all concerned that this must be a hoax! Much less expensive than anything we found ourselves. The flight went off without a hitch. Sharing this with all our friends. Go Cook Travel. We will definitely use them again!!

Good price, good timing btwn flights, persistent assistance even with a few time changes. Remembered to ask if I was a member of anything before booking the flight to get extra flier miles or points. Will be booking with Cook again in the future.
Sanjay worked with me on short notice. I was not expecting too much since I only had a few days before I needed to travel. Originally we had three airlines involved but Sanjay was able to get it down to two at the same price. Price was very reasonable. I wonder what he could of done if I had called weeks earlier. I was a little nervous about using a new travel service. Every promise Sanjay was fulfilled. Job well done.

When flying long distances, business class is much more comfortable that coach or comfort coach. Cook Travel offers business class at prices lower than prices offered by airlines.

For a recent trip to Europe where I wanted a business class ticket, I tried a consolidator for the first time. I tried for weeks to get the connections right for our trip to Australia (Melbourne and Sydney) from Boston along with tickets to the Australian Open and Katrina worked her magic to get us great Business class travel, great hotels and introduced me to her connections to secure Australian Open seats exactly where we wanted them. 2018-11-18I was so pleased to find such a professional company to help make my travel reservations.They Researched a great route in what was a semi-complicated set of travel plans.I had not used Cook before and reached out to them after several futile efforts with other companies toput together an acceptable plan. 2019-10-09I needed last minute flights for a trip to very remote China location. The Cook agent I worked with found flights that were either direct or with just one layover for me within 5 hours and and at very reasonable rates. I had tried using online travel sites but was finding extremely expensive flights with multiple stops that would were triple the travel time of the flight arrangements Cook found. . I definitely will will work with Cook again.
