Very unsatisfied with the pizza.when i received it the pizza was not done and still doughy and saturated with tons of flour...
There was a mistake with one of our pizzas and they were kind enough to redo both pizzas for free even though the other was perfectly fine. Love how kind and professional they were! The woman who delivered our food was very friendly too. The staff was great and the pizza was really good. Definitely going to order from them again in the future.
My fiancee and I ordered from here tonight.I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with curly fries a two liter Pepsi he ordered BBQ wings .. I called multiple times before it was delivered they proceeded to tell us it was out for delivery for like 45 minutes.. our food was delivered an hour and a half later .. it was ice cold they messed up my order put no bacon on my burger . I called them and the woman who answered said she never took any such order.. i got less than a handful of fries .. they were rude on the phone .. basically called me a liar they should know how to do theyre job... the customer should always be right and not be accused of lying . THIS DESERVES 0 STARS NEVER GOING BACK EVER AGAIN!! A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.. if I was anyone else I wouldnt waste my time or energy ... I also ordered a while ago and my fiance is highly allergic to onions and I explained that to them multiple times we get his food and it has a bunch of onions I spoke to the owner and he tried saying he was the one who made it that there is no onions on the sub.. 0 STARS for cookies ..they are trash and rude 😡😡😡😡😡😡
Food was really good and inexpensive. Very fast delivery and excellent customer service. We ordered through Slice on Google and had our food in about 20 mins. Generous portions as well!**this is since reopening as the old place was gross. Theyve cleaned up and provide much better food.
Oh. My. Goodness.Best pizza in the Hudson Falls area. In town for a week we are from the south and we were in search of some good NY style pizza. BAM! We found it. Pizza is thin and delicious. Wings are a 10 out of 10! Juicy, crispy and MEATY. Wow! Other restaurants only dream of being this good. Go here, you wont be disappointed!
Absolutely horrible service. Literally tried to order a simple 12 cut pizza and asked if the pizza is circular or sqare, because my guest wanted the pizza circular and the girl taking the order could not comprehend anything we were asking. So, I asked again, is the pizza going to be square cut or will it be circular which is non square, and she said so you want 8cut or 12 cut. I lost faith in this conversation and gave the phone to my girlfriend and she proceeded to tell her to loose her attitude because my girlfriend grew frustrated after 8 mins of being on the phone and hung up. Overall, Ive ordered food their twice and the food is barely average and the customer service is sub par. Definitely will not do business there again
For 12 years we bought pizza n had parties here,boom they closed. Wow reopened,asked if same people,told yes and guess what NOT. Girl answers phone says hello? Pizza was pre crust,not hand tossed and barely any sauce. Pre shell doughy. Still waiting for call back.
Got a sub there last night and it was bad. They raised the prices but lowered the amount of ingredients. Onions and tomatoes were sliced really thin and it only had a few slices of thin meat on a stale roll. They really cheapened the product but now it costs a lot more. There are many betters sub shops in the area and you wont see me again.
Place is absolutely filthy. The pizza was iffy one slice tastes like cleaner. Flies and webs all over tables covered with dead flies. Poor air circulation. Will not come here nor recommend this specific location.
Ordered 35 dollars worth of subs two hot two cold.. Get them all are cold, the roast beef one that was suppose to be hot and was ice cold is missing cheese and tomatoes, the turkey bacon one that was suppose to be hot is missing bacon and ice cold.Upon calling them the girl on the phone argued with me stating she saw them put in the oven... Clearly they werent! Im mot one to complain about take out bc its just that take out and its a huge risk when doing it. She says to me so what do u want new subs!? Very nasty and sharp and rude i said yes that would be nice. She hangs up on me still on the phone. Hot subs get here in take put container as appose to sub bags... First time ordering from Giovannos probably last. The gentleman answering the phone wasnt the kindest. The garlic knots were hard and dried out and in the menu it says lasanga you with meat sauce there wasnt one piece of meat in there. What a waste of 20 dollars.
My delivery driver rocked!!! SHEA IS awesome (request her if you can)!!! She is super friendly, very kind and diligent :) oh yeah and the food was good too!!!
This place was good, ten years ago. Charge 20 dollars for a specialty pizza that is undercooked and tastes like rubber with chicken and sauce thrown on top after it was cooked. Pure trash

I wish they would spend more time making decent pizza instead of spending so much energy on displaying mickey mouse and other Disney characters. #not so great pizza but plenty of mickey mouse toys.
I dont even thing this deserves one star! I have ordered from this place twice and both times everything was horrible. Their boneless wings are cut up tenders and you pay $8 for two cut up tenders at that! Dont waste your time ordering from them it isnt worth your time!!
This place is amazing their pizza was delicious their service is phenomenal Im a school bus driver and I had to do a trip where I have to sit out and Hudson Falls for about 10 hours I ate my pizza and then have been sitting here they let me charge my phone and enjoy some TV when I fell asleep they didnt even bother me they are so kind-hearted and good people definitely do visit them

Pizza is really good (foldable) pizza, which is essential in New York. Wings are good as well. Never had a problem with the location or delivery people as some reviews suggest.
Just recently reopened and is very cluttered and dirty. Pizza slices look like they had been sitting out for quite some time. Not impressed.

2021-12-23Under-cooked dough and very weirdly---ordered theu Grubhub---was literly FORCED to order chicken---which I did NOT WANT---on my pizza....or I couldnt buy a pizza at all. Had a GH gift card and it was the ONLY pizza avail. Been a pizza head since the 70x...one of THE worst pizzas I ever ate!

2021-08-16Our new favorite! Great pizza, good prices. Cant go wrong with plain old pepperoni and cheese, but if youre feeling adventurous, try the Taco pizza...its fully loaded and delicious. Weve had both the square cut and the triangle cut pizza, and both are equally mouthwatering!

2021-10-05Ordered wings before. Heat was there but not a friend of breaded wings. Got garlic bread and a ceasar salad tonight. GB cooked perfectly and a good size salad. 4 stars due to the phone call. Maybe guy was busy and trying to multitask but answered hello? and seemed distracted at the beginning of the call

2021-04-10Guy that took the phone order seemed he couldnt care less and it was a bother. Woman at pick up was friendly. Pizza was not up to par. Pizza box was so soaked, my hand went through it by the time I drove home. No garlic knots available. Celery that came with the wings was COOKED and soft, not cool and crisp. Nothing like it was when it was Giavanos. I wish them well but I doubt Ill be back.

2020-11-23This was not good. My husband and I ordered food for delivery and when it arrived we were pretty disgusted. The garlic knots were barely cooked and we couldnt even eat them, so we had to throw them out. The pizza was undercooked and the crust was almost raw. The french fries were so greasy and soggy that we couldnt stomach those, either. Honestly, we ended up throwing all of the food away without eating any of it because we didnt even want to gamble on the rest of what we ordered. Maybe it was a bad night at the restaurant, so I dont want to assume that this is always the quality of the food there. But even if that is the case and it was an off night, we just wasted money we spent on food we had to throw out. Almost 100% positive we wont ever be eating with Cookies Pizza again.

2021-02-22We ordered 2 pizzas a pepperoni and a bacon cheeseburger pizza also we ordered garlic knots. The cheeseburger pizza you should specify that it comes with meatballs and not burger also there was no mustard only ketchup. Extremely disappointed. If zero stars was an option I wouldve picked that. A 4t dollar order with a 15 dollar tip. Will say timly delivery and polite drivers.
