Highly, highly recommend Corey Auto Sales. We bought a truck there about 2 years ago, got a great deal and the truck has held up wonderfully. This is a family-run business and they are simply a wonderful family. Good, ethical people who truly believe in good customer service. We have been so happy with them that we have since been bringing our other vehicle there for service and repairs. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a good mechanic. Theyre fair and do a great job. Very happy and plan on being a long time customer!
We purchased a 2012 Chevy Silverado from Corey Auto Sales and they are wonderful people to buy from. The Truck is in great condition and rides so nice. They did a great job in the garage. I would highly recommend buying from Corey Auto Sales and Service Inc. They actually care about you as soon as you walk in the door. They treat you like family. I bought my used car from Corey Auto. Very nice well maintained car. Intially I considered it overpriced compared to Kelly blue book however, when I inspected it and reviewed the carfax I realized that the cars are really shipped from Florida across the country to be rust free and this is very important. More importantly after purchase I went to do some open recalls, the dealer reported some issues with front suspension. I went back to Corey Auto during the warranty and they replaced the parts and fixed it for free. Thanks.Update 5 months after the purchase, I was really blessed to get my car from Corey Auto sale. Excellent condition, no issues.
Had absolutely great experience with the family. my sister and both our purchased vehicles and they treated kind from the moment we walked through the door. However they did sell me a damage. Car after only 2 weeks of having the car the tire blew up on the thruway because the vehicle needed a wheel alignment. And my windshield whippers stopped working the same day. When I went back to the shop to tell him they tried to charge me 300$ for 2 new tires and a wheel alignment and I only had the car for a few weeks

I went to Corey Auto Sales looking to purchase a 2013 Nissan Sentra that I seen on their website. The car was in great condition,both physically and mechanically. I had test driven many cars previously from other dealerships and none compared to this ones at Corey Auto Sales. I test drove 3 different cars at Corey Auto Sales and they all ran like new. The interior was very clean in each and well maintained. Will go back to Corey Auto again in the future!
Corey Auto Sales is hands down my favorite car place around. They never try to push you into buying extra things you dont need for your car when you take your car in for maintenance. They are extremely trustworthy and a very friendly, family run business. I bought my first car from them and have continued to use their services ever since! 10/10
I took my car in for an oil change and a gas leak. The team at Corey Auto Sales fashioned me a custom fit gas line to replace the old plastic one. They did so in a timely manner and for a budget friendly price. Their staff is always very nice and super helpful which helps ease the stress of auto repairs. Whether the job is big or small, they take care of you like family. Its been an absolute pleasure doing business with them.

We needed a 2nd car due to an old truck that have 300,000 miles on it and concerned about how long it will last, we needed a reliable car. I was nervous with the whole process of car buying due to Cornavirus situation and being hard of hearing myself - it is difficult to hear people who wear the mask sometimes, so I rely on lip reading too. I originally wanted a different model but someone else got it. But this family was really wonderful to work with and talk to. Dominic went out of his way to make sure I understood him clearly, made sure I was comforable and was very patient with me. He was a very pleasant man to talk to! I felt at ease knowing Im buying a car from the right people. He made the whole process simple and easy for me!!! I couldnt be more happy with my SUV and for a good deal too!! Thank you!!!!
I recently purchased a beautiful car from this dealership. I think they did an amazing job at working to get me approved thru a 12 12 loan. I had no credit and or bad credit prior to them getting me approved. My new used car is awesome. It has very very lil rust. It runs great drives great. I love it. They are very nice people. Great service. My loan payment is low enough for me to make payments without putting myself out too much. It is by far the lowest car payment I have ever had. Thank you to the owners.
Let me start off by saying that I cannot thank Dominic and his family enough! They went above and beyond my expectations! We came in with not so great credit and they went thru hell and high waters to get the perfect loan for us! We could not have asked for better customer service or treatment from any other dealer!!! I have gone there to have repairs done on my truck and they were always able to take care of me, so when it was time to buy another vehicle I stopped by and they showed me a 2008 Ford Edge.. from start to finish they were helpful all along the way... they were able to cleanup the vehicle and make it look like brand new.. exceeding my expectations !! They are a family run business and I would definitely recommend going there !!!
Highly recommend for both buying and repairs. We bought a car here, the owners were very helpful and after meeting the whole family we left feeling more like friends instead of nameless customers. When we went to pick up the car they had realized one of the tire air pressure sensors had gone bad and offered to fix it for us right away. Unfortunately, our schedules didnt allow us to get the car back to them for months and they still repaired it at no cost. We sustained a cracked bumper after someone hit the car in a parking lot and not realizing that Corey Auto Sales did collision work, I brought the car to another mechanic who attempted to convince me that I didnt need a new bumper, just a patch. Thought to check with Corey Auto Sales and they agreed with me that a new bumper was the best plan - AND they were able to replace the bumper for less than what the other mechanic wanted to charge to just patch the old one. Ill certainly be back for all needed repairs and future car purchases!
We have had many repairs done here. Always completely satisfied. Work top notch and staff isvery friendly and very willing to help over and above expectations. Office receptionist always gracious and helpful. Would recommend buying a car from here too. Both my granddaughter and grandson have purchased their cars from them and have been very happy with purchase. I would recommend both the sales office and the repair shop highly.

I have been going to Corey Auto Sales since I first got my learners permit! They helped my mom find the perfect car for me for my 16th birthday. I am now 24 and was able to sell that car and upgrade to something newer and bigger! The service is great and they make me feel like family every time I walk through the doors.

Bought a car here. Dominic was extremely helpful in all phases of the transaction. He helped me to find a loan and worked diligently for almost a month to make it happen. I just went back in and everything had been taken care of. The whole staff was very nice. They also repair cars there.

We recently bought a 2008 Chrysler Town and Country from Corey Auto Sales. They were extremely helpful and accommodating at purchase time. Within a couple weeks, there was a computer glitch and we took it in to be serviced (it is a used car after all). They would not quit researching until the issue was both discovered and resolved. In my mind, they have gone the extra mile and will not let you down.

Bought a dodge minivan. It was all clean, they had to fix the power doors. Within the first week it ran rough and kept going back and just gave me Lucas has treatment. IT NEEDED SPARK PLUGS VERY BADLY! He did change the wires so it looks new, but I took it to MY mechanic and he said they got lucky and got SPARK plugs out because 2 broke in half!!! BEWARE: If you buy an overpriced vehicle here take it to your mechanic to get it looked at!
Would definitely recommend Corey Auto Sales. Ive been taking my car there for years.. They fix it quickly for you so youre not stuck without a car. Their prices are great, very nice people!! Hands down best place in town for quick, affordable repairs & maintenance on your car.
I would definitely recommend Coreys to anyone. The sales staff is very helpful, they sat down with us for 3 hours to help find insurance and were very patient and provided great service. It is very obvious that they thoroughly inspect the cars that they are selling you and try to provide the best cars they can.

January and its been one thing after another it had coat me almost 4k on top of making a no they payment and NOW my transmission is going!!!!!!! 6 months after buying the car. Please do you homework before buying here. They all co.e off very nice but thats must be to cover up the garbage vehicles they are selling people. They saw me coming and took complete advantaged.
The whole team at Coreys auto shop is PHENOMENAL!!! Its family operated and each member of the group is more polite and respectful than the last. Purchased my vehicle about 6 monhs ago and wanted to wait to write a review....Ive had a great time with Corey Auto Sales. They were willing to negotiate on a few choice things and bent over backwards to get me the auto loan with not too much credit history.Another thing awesome thing about Corey Auto Sales is they have their pwn mechanic on the lot so anything that may need a tweek or fixing they are able to do right there on the spot for you.Its a family owned amd operated business. You feel like part of the family when you are there. The offices are cozy and they have a tv if you are getting your oil changed or a service done.Simply put I WILL BE A REPEAT CUSTOMER!
I purchased a van a few years back from this company. Everything went wonderful. Went back to purchase another vehicle from them. I will NEVER do business with this company again. I saw a vehicle there and called them to make an appointment to test drive it. I was told that I had to fill out a credit application first, so I did. Found it a little strange that I had to fill out an application before test driving it. So I went online at 2:30 in the afternoon on Wednesday. Called them on Thursday, they didnt have an answer. Called them on Friday, still didnt have an answer. Now I had to wait until Tuesday because of the New Year holiday. Called them at 12:30 on Tuesday. Still didnt have an answer. Said he would call me back in 15 minutes. No call back. Finally on Wednesday I received a call from them. They left a message that said the amount I was going to put down on the car wasnt enough and that if I wanted to put more down on it then maybe we could get the credit. I never did get to test drive the vehicle, but my credit score went down 5 points because of their inquiry. Sidenote: I was also working with a salesman from another company who ran my credit and came back telling me I didnt need anything down.
There customer services is very horrible they over price vehicles higher then what there worth couple customers came in with complaints as I was looking to buy a vehicle the warranty suck doesnt really cover anything very aggressive and rude guy they make it seem like there doing you a favor by get you finance CARS ARE NOT UP TO STANDARD I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND EVEN IF IT WAS THE ONLY CAR DEALER IN THE WORLD HORRIBLE PLACE AND PEOPLE!!! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!!!! So I am writing a new review of this dishonest establishment because if you can believe this, THEY REFUSED TO LET US PICK UP OUR CAR UNLESS WE TOOK DOWN OUR HONEST REVIEW OF THE FIRST BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THEM. Can anyone say EXTORTION??? What they just did is deplorable and ILLEGAL! This is a towing company that works with the Depew Police department to tow any cars they impound at $175 a pop! I wonder if the police know they are holding peoples cars hostage because they dont like the world knowing what unscrupulous people they are!!! Mind you that the car had ALREADY BEEN RELEASED TO US BY THE POLICE, WE JUST HAD TO PAY THE TOWING FEE AND GO. So Im pretty sure once the police release a vehicle and I pay for it, that its entirely illegal to hold it to extort us into taking down the bad review. And then to add insult to injury, my wife just noticed on the receipt she signed to pay for the towing that he very sneakily wrote that both parties agreed to not leave bad reviews! This is the same receipt I signed to pick up the car the first time! So they are flat out LYING and using a signature that was meant for something else to somehow backhandedly say I agreed to not write a bad review? I SIGNED NOTHING, I REPEAT NOTHING THAT SAID I WOULD NOT LEAVE A BAD REVIEW!!!! THEY ARE USING MY SIGNATURE FROM ALMOST 2 WEEKS AGO TO SAY I AGREED TO SOMETHING I DID NOT. Pretty sure that is ILLEGAL too! Guess they dont notice I hadnt taken down their fb review I left which predates this one, so check the dates. And Im sure being an impound lot they have me on camera coming in weeks ago when this whole mess started, AND NOT TODAY WHEN I SUPPOSEDLY SIGNED SOMETHING AGRREING NOT TO LEAVE A BAD REVIEW. This is the company that the police station uses, really? These people are scam artists, my original review was an honest assessment of the situation I dealt with and the only reason I deleted it was simply because they were telling my wife they wanted the review removed first before theyd give us OUR car that we payed for, in other words because they left us no choice and made my wife feel horribly uncomfortable. I still have pictures of my original review by the way, so Id be happy to post that for the world to see. If this is what they do when they dont agree with your opinion, it reasons to stand they shouldnt be trusted with your hard earned dollars in an industry where integrity is paramount! I had a bad experience here. Its a used car place. The owner talks the talk but doesnt answer questions and had us sign up for a loan. He is not a man that likes to wait. He called me I didnt answer not 20mins later he called me back saying I called you! I was busy! And I told him I didnt like XYZ last night. He told me to talk to my husband my gut was telling no so it was no. Again he couldnt wait and called my husband. BEWARE!

2019-03-27Had a great buying experience at Corey Auto Sales. Great little family owned business who were very friendly and professional. Dominic was awesome to deal with no pressure and zero hassle. Miss Julie was super sweet and even gave my daughter a little gift. There sons were also great and attentive they knew there vehicles very well. I made a deal earlier in the morning and was driving my truck later that afternoon. Dominic definitely stands behind his vehicles, I thought the alignment may have been off and he called and made an appointment immediately to have fixed at no charge! I will definitely be visiting Corey Auto Sales again when in the market for a new vehicle. Thanks again!

2022-06-04HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP WARNING! I bought a car from them less than a year ago. The warranty is useless, Ive had to put so much money into repairs that I cant afford the payments, and it still isnt in a drivable condition. Avoid this junkyard at all costs, its just not worth it! Wish I could give it less than one star!

The vehicle I purchased was in great shape for the year, make, and model. They are very specific on which vehicles they purchase to sell, making sure they are in top condition. Found a slight flaw with a seat belt buckle and they took care of it immediately with ordering the part and replacing it. Pretty sure Ill never go else where to purchase a vehicle. They really make you feel like family!

I know zilch about buying cars, so prior to my arrival, Corey and his family spent 3 weeks on the phone with my very VERY thorough Dad making sure the car was perfect for me to drive back home 4+ hrs without any problems, along with completing any other requests my Dad had.I was really nervous when I got there about how the whole process worked, but Corey guided the whole conversation and really helped me along.Ive been driving the car for a month now with zero issues. 2019-11-04I 100% highly recommend coming here for a car. This is a great family owned business with amazing deals and the BEST customer service. They properly greet you when you enter the lot and don’t rush you into buying anything. They make you feel comfortable when they sit you down and give you the proper attention. These people are HONEST and well spoken. I will continue to only come here for cars and any issues in the future because I know this family at Corey Auto Sales and Service will take care of me.

2020-09-03I spent days and days looking for a good clean used car.. with no luck. Then I found these guys. Dominick and Nick at Corey Auto Sales. What a wonderful experience. Nice family run business.. 2020-12-29The whole front end of my daughter’s Silverado was smashed and Corey Auto Sales & Service did an exceptional job repairing the truck. They ensured that all of parts that needed to be replaced were replaced with genuine GM parts and their work was exceptional. Every step of the way, Dominic kept me in the loop so that I always knew what was going on. My Geico Insurance Rep also was impressed with their shop & service too. We have never used Corey Auto Sales & Service before but if we ever need work done like this again, we will be back for sure. Again Great Job Guys!!! Thank you!!!

2019-02-28Where do I begin? From start to finish Dominic and his family were awesome to deal with, Zero pressure to do anything. I got the vehicle I wanted with the down payment and interest rate I wanted . The vehicle came with a 1 year warranty too! I always prefer to deal with small family owned companies and thats exactly what Corey Auto Sales is, right down to the family dog hanging out around the office, thats my kind of place. Most of if not all his cars are of lower mileage variety from Florida. I will for sure be a return customer.
