My roof needed to be done and I spent time looking for the right roofing company to do the job. It is important to find people you can trust in this line of work. What I found in using Correll is you dont need to spend time looking anywhere else. They are a team from top to bottom. The estimate was made quickly and was done around my schedule which was after hours for them. The office personnel was easy to work with and has great communication. When it was time to do the roof the team completed it in one day. I even had a small extra project that they took care of on the spot. The yard was combed for nails and roofing materials when it was time for cleanup. A walk through was also completed when services were done. I will absolutely be using Correll for any need going forward. A big shout out to the work crew, Kyle, Marissa, and Connie. They are a great team of professionals and it was a pleasure working with them. If allowed to give more stars I would because they are that good.

We are very impressed with the service and workmanship of the Correll Roofing team beginning with the assessment and ending with the final product.Kyle provided us with a detailed estimate, took time to explain the options related to materials and ensured that the job was completed to our satisfaction. We also appreciated Marrissa walking us through the details and coordinating the start of the project. When the weather was uncooperative during the week, the team returned on a Sunday to finish the job, and when they were done they left my yard clean and neat. True professionalism!!

I cant say enough good things about Correll. They gave us a firm, comprehensive and easy-to-understand quote & contract and then went above and beyond that contract, both in work & expectations. The crew was courteous & capable and the whole team kept us informed. I heartily recommend them.

I hired Correll Contracting to do the roofs on my home, front porch and garage back in April of 2017. Here are a couple of issues I had with them and still having to this day.#1- I stressed that I wanted all of their workers to be safe by wearing their safety harnesses when on the roof(s). Yes, they had them on but they were not roped in ( meaning the safety ropes were not attached to their harnesses). I had to keep going out and telling the job site supervisor to either get them off of the roof if they werent going to rope in or rope in and stay roped in. He informed me that the workers were safe and they didnt like to be roped in. I told him that that is why they are called accidents. Nobody means to get hurt but they do. Thankfully, nobody got hurt.#2- More importantly, I am having ongoing issues with the Drip Edge and Soffits on my front porch and house. They keep falling down and I have had to call them 3 times already to come back and fix them. Well, they are still not fixed properly and are falling down again. I think I am going to have to call another contractor to come out and fix their problems.

We highly recommend Correll Roofing, as we had ours done last month by them. The whole crew are very professional, and the clean up crew are awesome. My husband and I are very pleased with them. We have gotten a lot of compliments on the roof, and we tell them Correll Roofing did it, so if you ever need a new roof give them a call, you wont be sorry.

Need work done on your roof? Give them a call for an estimate. They worked on my roof as well as my dad’s, and my brother’s. They provide quality service and are willing to negotiate on price without cheaping out on the workmanship and materials. Any issues, and they come right out and take care of it promptly.

The entire Correll Team was a pleasure to work with from Day 1. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely responsive throughout the process of replacing my roof. On top of all that, the end product looks great! I would highly recommend the Correll Team to all!

Stay far far away from this company Marisa the new owner of this company is a scam artist will tell you that she will give you raises and bonuses that’s not true I was a foreman for this company for a few years and all the good reviews were because of me and another foreman now in 2013 this company paid customers thousands of dollars to take down signs because of there poor Quality workmanship and another thing about this company is that they promised overtime/Time and a half never once have I ever seen that. and Scott Horton had retired everything went down hill please read this whole message PLEASE do not work for them! DO not give them the opportunity to screw you and your home up as well, they have Zero quality of work, worst attitudes and will look for any way possible to Screw over their employees AND customers.Marisa and Kyle Horton is one of the biggest scam artists I ever met again stay far away FALSE ADVERTISEMENT, most of these reviews the company asked their “employees” to write most of these reviews so it looks better for them.

AVOID this company! I have been dealing with Correll since 2014 - and not because its repeat business. Its because they dont do a job correctly the first time, and you have to hound them to come back, and come back, and come back. (1 job turned into them returning to the property SEVERAL times over the past 5+ years to fix their issues ... and then today was my final phone call with Kyle (son of the former owner, now the new co-owner) and I am done!In SPRING of 2014, I Correll to put a commercial grade tile on my house and replace the garage roof as well. After less than 6 months, we noticed the shingles were lifting up, not laying flat on the main house. Kyle tried to argue the point (as he is famous for doing) that maybe the roof boards werent flat to begin with... to which we asked, then why would CORRELL put shingles over bad boards? After persistent arguing, and getting the company owner, his Father, to come out, it was determined they had used a bad batch of shingles. (They turned in a claim to OWENS - manufacturer of the roof tiles and ordered replacement materials.)Mid/Late SUMMER 2015, they came to install the new batch of tiles. Then, Spring of 2017, we started noticing leaks in the garage. In several places. We tried calling Kyle... over, and over. Leaving messages on their answering machine, or actually speaking to their receptionists leaving requests for our calls to be returned. SEVERAL weeks, and several calls later, we finally get Kyle to agree to come out. 3+ weeks went by with no sign of Kyle. I called again and he actually shows up... but ... true to form, argues that the leaks arent coming from anything his crew did. It was coming from the soffit vents. He refused to accept responsibility. Therefore, I was forced to turn in a claim to my homeowners insurance.ALLSTATE sent out an adjustor to inspect the leaks from the garage. The adjustor (a former structural inspector for New York State) took videos and measurements while up on the garage roof, and shared with us that our roof was sloppily installed...OVER the old roof that was there to begin with. He found that there were nails under the roofing material, and there was no proper sealant to close the gap between the roof on the house and the roof on the garage. (He shared his findings with ALLSTATE who sent me a denial letter, with supporting FACTUAL proof that it was, in fact, Corrells fault that we had leaks). After consulting with my attorney, he recommended I give CORRELL one more chance to correct THEIR work. So, I called and called and called until Kyle called me back. He asked for me to provide him copies of ALLSTATEs findings, which I did, and he finally said hed come look again. THEN, he agreed that their work on the garage roof was inferior, but not to worry - that old crew was fired. He had the new crew come over and throw a large tarp over the roof for the winter to try to contain the amount of leaking.Spring of 2019, Correll tore off the old garage roof and installed the new one properly. Once the roof was installed, I called Kyle to ask what they intended to do about the mildew / mold that was now in the garage from the roof leaking. After arguing, again, he agreed that he would send a crew over to inspect and correct the problem. (His version of correcting the problem? He had one of his crew tear down the mildew stained drywall... and left.)Todays final conversation was Kyle telling me that he, and his co-owner / sister Maurissa, have decided that they have already gone above & beyond to make the situation right and they dont feel any sense of obligation to finish putting the garage back in proper order. No replacement drywall, no new insulation, nothing. Even though the leaking garage was a direct result of their companys work. So, as I stated in the beginning: I am done. (Except for making sure that I warn EVERYONE I can, to AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!) Be warned, these people are not easy to do business with! I wish I had never given them the job - dont make my mistake.

Had a small leak after a couple big snow falls. The initial roofing company I contacted told me my roof was shot and needed to be replaced immediately. Thankfully, I contacted Correll after reaching out to my father for a recommendation. I called them and they sent Kevin out to inspect. Kevin identified a crack in the seal on the snow/rain diverter that runs along the entire length of the roof. He repaired this and also let me know that the roof is in overall good condition with ~10+ years left. Quite a different story from the other company.Correll replaced my dads roof after a hail storm and he has referred them to a couple of other people, all with positive results and no known complaints or issues. Its good to know that there are reputable companies out there!
