Great bowling. Bumpers are automatic so families can all use the same lane. Ramps for little ones to roll their ball down. Bar service was a bit hard to find, slow. Otherwise i would recommend making the trip.
We had a great time here. The place was clean and the staff was very professional. They had a great assortment of child size bowling balls which was great for my 3 children. The person working the counter was even kind enough to play a requested song for my 9 yr old daughter (although I am not sure everyone there was excited) that really made her night. The place had a very nice family atmosphere and I will defiantly be going back next time I am in the area.
We had an awesome time! The staff was quick and friendly, even though it was super busy, they didnt make us feel like we were being rushed, and we didnt have to wait! It was the best experience Ive had at a bowling alley. We went for my daughters 10th birthday tonight, and it was incredible. We had a blast! They let us bring her cake, and even order pizza! The games are cheap, the atmosphere is hype, and the music was great! They even let us request songs! We will definitely be back! If I could give 10 stars I would!

It was awesome. From the outside it looks a little run down. But everything inside is clean and in good working order. We went for a birthday party and it was great, the whole family had fun. They have arcade games, pool and air hockey. A little bit of something for everyone

If you are a bowler this place is the only game in town! It is also the place that has been around for decades and everybody that goes there knows everybody else so if you want to meet every bowler this is the place to go! In addition to bowling drinks are inexpensive and people are friendly and food is available but not Gourmet dining!
Had a blast and tons of fun
This is a solid small town bowling alley. Nothing special, but good for a nice game. I would suggest calling ahead to make sure they are open for open bowling if you havent been before. Had to come back a different day as they were only open for a league.
I visited for a classic car show in the parking lot, did not enter the business, but it was nice of them to allow the car club to use the grounds.
The customer service was lacking to say the least. The guy that is supposed to be running the front desk was never actually there, and got snotty when asked any type of question. He refused to put up the bumpers, and got an attitude with me saying For who?! When I pointed and said lane 21 he said no, we just spent 10 grand fixing them because people kept throwing the balls too hard. We wont put them up for anyone over the age of 12. Yes the prices are nice, but that is the only thing positive about my experience there. I will not be going back there!
Friday morning Seniors Bowling is by far the best FUN activity anywhere. If your looking for fun and over 55 years old, stop in before 8:45 am Friday mornings, you wont regret it.
I will never do a birthday party again. When we called the told us it would be 20 for each lane and shoes would be free and it would be a dollar for each person that bowled. When the party was all over I went to pay and they charged me for each person that was there if they bowled or not. They also charged me for drinks when the told us it was included. I paid 70 dollars for 8 people to bowl and 3 pitchers of soda This place is a joke will never go there again

Bowled here in high school, went back for the first time in 15 years and didnt recognize the place. Its nicely remodeled, clean establishment with good staff, we had a lot of fun.

These alleys have been open since I was a little boy. Clean, fun, plenty of space either out on the lanes or in thedining/bar area.

Recently a female couple were bowling with friends at the Cort Lanes in Cortland NY and were told to leave by an employee because it is a family establishment. They were told to leave after one of the women kissed the other on the cheek. Do with this information what you will, but I strongly encourage a boycott. I have never gone there and now I never will.

Best in Cortland.. John and Gary are friendly and so far my favorite place to have a drink play a game or two or just have good conversation

Bowling alley that seems to barely be keeping itself running or so it seems. Parts have been updated but most of the building looks to be 50+ years old and hasnt been updated, maintenance or painted in the same amount of time.
Accidentally left $8 in change lying on snack bar counter, they put it away and returned it when I went back 2 weeks later. Outstanding.
Went there for a family birthday party with young children. Good time and good service. Gave us extra time on the lanes.
Do these guys hate money? Cuz we wont be going back. The customer service was horrible from every single staff person. We were made to feel like an inconvenience from the moment we walked in.

2022-06-26First time there. We booked a birthday party for our son. The kids loved it. Super easy and the price cant be beat. Basically pay by the hour for the lanes and they have tables that you can set your pizza, cake, etc up on in the bar area. Definitely plenty of room for a crowd. Will definitely be back when we want to go bowling.

2022-03-27My brother and my family went yesterday to bowl around 5pm. Our game was ended before we were done! I called and asked why and was told I didn’t work yesterday and I have a job to do! Are you serious right now there were nine of us and we deserve some sort of explanation! The employee’s customer service was beyond rude and that’s how companies lose people that has bowled there for years! One star because I have to leave something.

2021-10-30Cort-lanes staff are great. My children are going on Saturdays in a youth league to learn how to bowl.... theyre doing great teaching my children. The place is clean and the staff and volunteers are amazing!

2017-02-05Nice new computers, zero issues with scoring, good ball selection, reasonably priced beer...Whats not to love! And cosmic bowling after 9(?) at least on Saturdays. Staff was helpful and friendly as well.
