Got a fast flat leaving the city on a road trip to New England. Full car with kids, raining outside. The guys took care of it super quickly, got us in the road. Pro work!
If you are a woman don’t take your car here! They will rip you off. First one guy who started working in my car charged one price, than another guy came and charged more. Then the guy who charged more started saying I need more things done and .I had to get done because my car was already there but they ripped me off.
Ive been using this place for 13 years. Different cars, new tires purchase or just a flat tire fix. Always very professional, humble and nice people. This morning my tire pressure light turned on. I went there to get it checked. Guy found small screw in the rear left, took it out, checked other tires as well and didnt charge me a dime. If you need professional help with your tires, brakes, alignment and so forth thats the place to go. You wont be disappointed. I promise.
Mike, Alex and the rest of the gang at Cosmos always take care of my wheel and tire needs. They even fix bent wheels and restore them. Great pricing on tires, fast service and a lot of experience made them my go-to place for the last 10 years. Highly recommended
I hardly write any reviews or feedback but this time I am compelled to. I’ve been their customer for the past 4 years.It’s 2019, don’t go there they are no more what they used to be before. They will make you change parts unnecessarily and install cheap aftermarket parts for whole lot more. The manager/owner is very rude, disrespectful and have really bad attitude. Don’t know how to take care of it’s customer. Please save your car from them.
Making up pricing on the fly and then stopping you to threaten about raising them. And they wonder why they lose out to the big box. Worst service and can’t wait to see another unappreciative small business go under
Excellent prices! Cosmos tires will work with you the best they can. Top notch work, brand new tires, balancing and all with disposal of your old tires if you like.Im about to order from Cosmos for the 3rd time! Feel free to shop around however Cosmos will prob match or beat competitors prices. If not, still worth it b/c you will pay x-tra for balancing etc. by competitor. See for yourself&you will go back or refer others!

I needed a tire replaced and this happened to be close by. I had to wait a little while before somebody helped me, but as soon as we spoke they immediately got to work and got me out of there in less than 30 minutes. I would definitely go back.

2022-07-04Had to replace all 4 tires. Was not the cheapest quote I had but had a good feeling to go with Cosmos and get a top tier tire set. Felt like I was in good hands of experts from the start, no games, no bs.Upon the tire swap out there was damage to my vehicle that the tech showed and explained to me. It was an added unexpected charge but was needed and now my car feels great on the road again. Thanks Mike and the team, would highly recommend and return if ever need be.

2021-06-16Ive know Mike and his family for over 10+ years now, and I guarantee their service will be top-notch. My Type-S is taken care of like it was family-owned. Ive had exhausts, coil overs, brakes, grilles, rims, tires,. etc. installed over the years. The LIST goes ON and ON. I bring all my cars to Mike @ Cosmos Tire Center. THE BEST IN NYC !!!!!

Even though my car has been sitting for a while and breaks were rusty ( it was a difficult task to take them out) I ve been treated kindly.Alex and the nice lady on the desk went out of their way to help me out with my battery too. I got my car same day even without an appointment. Great place change your tires and breaks .no attitude or gimmicks. Honest people and professional service. Highly recommended A++

2019-11-25I was in and out within 15 minutes of my appointment. They gave me some tips about the tires I bought. Very knowledgeable. Took care with car & rims. I will go back (hopefully not too soon) when I need tires again.
