Costco Wholesale in other cities:
Costco is a favorite place destination. Sometimes we will venture outside catchment area at other Costco establishments. Saw this particular day representatives of patrons with Sport memobilhia Professional team logos. Sports is my life as far as career choice. I intend on providing sustainability for our communities involvement in Futbol Football Coaching and Scouting talented suchlikened Athletes prospects for College and Professional levels of engagement. I played Receiver position as a learner in Football athletics. I went to Costco this morning with my infant son to get him formula and was turned away at the door. Was told it was senior hour. I called on the phone to give a suggestion and the girl who answered was so nasty that I hung up. I go to this Costco’s a lot sometimes even with my husband and our other son and we spend a lot of money I really don’t want to end my membership but I think they should change their policy and allow mothers with children or infants or mothers who are expecting especially when there’s a pandemic going on.
Good place to get your items and food. Over all staff is cool and friendly. However when closing they started a forklift to movie their merchandise. However it was a way to rush customers out of the store. That wasnt nice. Over all it is a good place to get shopping done.
Always loved shopping at Costco. However its been a little different for me lately. There seems to always be long lines to check out when i go and then you have to wait at the exit for the guy to count your items. I wish they had a better system for checking. Then there is then there is the self checkout and you are shopping putting items in you cart and then out, then back in the cart before you go back to your car load them again and then finally home to unload. Oh well, thats part of the experience i guess.
Normally I am very happy with Costco. Recently wanted to purchase LG washer/dryer WKEX200HBA. Costco had the best deal on both price and extended warranty. The only problem was it was always out of stock during the sale. At full price it was always available. After calling customer service they suggested buying at full price and trying to get a refund afterwards. The price difference was around $800.00 no thanks Costco. PC Richards matched Costco sale price but added installation fee. Also purchased an 8yr warranty from them, which was double the available warranty from Costco.
Although I go often, I hate this place. There is zero service. Why are there always 2 people at the exit checking receipts to be sure you didnt steal a grape and staff soliciting you for an upsell on your paid membership at checkout, when I never see anyone on the floor to ask where the heck something is?I am crazy excited that a BJs will soon be open nearby.
For a very big store, they do really well with customer service. There are always someone around to help you and they do a pretty good job of helping people pay for their purchases and keep the line from backing up. They have a great selection of bulk items for the home and the prices arent too bad. I enjoy coming here when I need to do some big shopping
If there is a ZERO star option, I would just give ZERO star. One of the Staff called Ana was so rude, miscounted and threw my stuff when checking out! Very bad customer service. If you do not like your job, you can just quit it! Hopefully Costco can train their employee better.
Check out process has to be one of the worst I’ve seen at a Costco. Just last night the cashier forgot to scan everything I had on the counter but scanned everything inside the cart, I assumed everything was scanned and put back inside the cart, just to find out after leaving that half the stuff was missing. I’ve been going to Westbury location for the last ten years, I never had anything similar happen to me. Perhaps maybe have some of the staff be trained for a day in Westbury might help.
Love Costco, but I did have a bad experience with the lady at the door. There was a long line on a cold windy day, I was 7 months pregnant and asked if she could let me in front of the line and she said NO! I couldn’t believe it. It is what is it. The store is nice and organized and not too crowded. Parking can be annoying
Usually am very pleased with Costco, but I recently ordered a pool for my mothers house and they just dropped it on front porch which I myself cant even pick it up let alone her. They dropped it off with no communication of any sort. The inquiry says that you guys would put it in desired room. Pushing this 500 box across my front steps is not acceptable
I really wish I could give 4.5 stars. Have been shopping this location for years and its the best of the ones in the area. It never has everything I need, but often has the majority. Can definitely get busy at times because of location so I always go according to the google suggested times
I love Costco but I have to put a negative review to make sure that other customers aren’t treated so rudely as my mom did just a few minutes ago. The front-end cashier Sarah on Saturday, March 28 around 12:45pm gave my mother an incredibly hard time. She was rude and threw a fit because my mom had trouble filling out a form.My family and I have worked in small retail business for a decade now and as cashiers, this kind of rude, arrogant attitude is enough to make your business fail. Customers need to be treated with respect and the same goes for staff. We are all humans and this kind of behavior is not appreciated.Thank you to the staff at the gate who checked our receipts. They were incredibly kind to us, but Sarah on the other hand, is a complete outlier and should be addressed.
It’s amazing how each location carries slightly different items. I believe I can go to this Costco and have a full lunch with all the samples they typically have. I go tho this one and the lake grove stores often. Depending on what I need to stock up on. Glad they have remained open during the virus. I have been able to get almost everything I needed at most times. Conveniently located right off the LIE, I shop here every couple of weeks.
If I could give Costco a zero star I would but unfortunately google doesn’t give the option, but anyway I placed an order online in which the funds were cleared and posted out of my account. I got a notification from by bank that another charge was taken out yesterday for the same dollar amount, when I check my bank transactions in fact the amount was taken out when I placed the order two days ago and again yesterday. I called Costco and I was told by the representative that Costco charges the account again after it ships to verify that the funds are in the account .., but the funds were already taken out the day of my order. I was told it’s a soft charge that It will go back in my account yesterday was Friday when it was charged the second time and the funds were taken out and most like put back until probably Monday or Tuesday that the banks are open. I will never purchase an online product from Costco. I am not complaining of a couple dollars but a couple of hundreds of dollars that I am inconvenience until Monday or Tuesday that my funds are available again so I can do what I need to do with my money. I would think Costco with so much money would have better systems in place to verify credit cards transactions and not charge their customers twice.. terrible!!!
Best place to shop!! But lately seems to me a little more expensive !! Maybe we should blame the pandemic ? But still the best place to do your shopping, you can still save a lot of money. The other thing I noticed is that when you buy potatoes they dont last long they go bad in 2 or 3 days or they are already green which is bad. Maybe because they keep them in a fridge to keep them fresh because of high demand and when you buy them you leave them out. Who knows ? But what ever it is its the best place to shop. It would be nice if they had more veggies like eggplant and zucchini so you could do all your shopping in one place!
For whatever reason today there were ZERO linesNo lines at the entrance. No lines at the 10 gallons-size peroxide. No lines at the frozen organic mangoes. No lines at the cashier.Wow, what alerternative world am I in?What a pleasure to easily stole and meander throughout the store unimpeded.I guess other people decided to go with online shopping.Nice.
Tons of good stuff for cheap prices. If anyone looking for furniture now is the time to go place is filled with good stuff. Saw people buying furniture for their entire house today. I usually go for my smoothie ingredients as it works out to get a big bag of hemp hearts, cocoa powder, among other things.
Clean and well organized. Goods were properly marked so there was no confusion regarding the pricing. The store has variety of products. The produce section had fresh produce. Only drawback is they charge too much for the produce. The store also carries organic produce. Staff was very polite and welcoming. We could find the things needed as they had it well organized. Even on a weekend it didnt take us too much time at the counter as service was quick. Satisfied with my visit to this branch.
Well stocked. Efficient and friendly staff. Huge number of offerings. Food is fresh and great. Grocery is always well stocked. Always enjoy shopping here. Recommend this particular branch for convenience and good experience. Btw, love the hotdog in the food court offerings.. sometimes come over for just that! 😄👍🏻👍🏻🙇🏻
All under one roof. Such a great warehouse. Far better than its competitors. The quality of products is outstanding and you can never best the prices. Very high standard maintained throughout all departments. Our go to place for almost everything. You wont find better deals anywhere else. Aisles are arranged neatly. Huge place but easy to get around and get your stuff. Happy shopping!
Its Costco. Theres nothing really to say other than its a well run fortune 500 company. I recommend the executive pass over gold its 120 vs. 60 but it literally pays for itself because you get a rewards check. For example for my wife and I (family of 2) we usually get anywhere from 70 to 90 bucks back.
Much less crowded than Westbury, Rego Park, and Lawrence locations. I was in the area for something else, so I figured Id give it a try. Warehouse was very clean, clothing section was very organized, produce didnt look ravaged like many city locations do. Completed my entire shopping trip in about 30 mins, so I was very happy with that. If the traffic is good, consider this location if you want a more peaceful experience. They are starting to do samples again, but they arent as frequent and as popular as the costco experience once was.
Well it’s 4/15/20 and today’s experience was ok, the line was around the parking lot and they are limiting 2 persons from a family in at a time. They do have toilet paper, water and other essentials for a decent meal. Prices are bit higher and there are no eggs, but vegetables and fruits are available in limited supply.
Costco just does an outstanding job. Great product, selection and pricing. We we in to resupply some basics. Three weeks out from St Patricks day there was a broad selection of Irish foods to choose whether you are Irish or not. The fruits and vegetables were fresh and well cared for. I picked up a rotisserie chicken on my way by for $4.99. They are well prepared and tasty. They are getting ready for outdoor life with furniture and accessories. The fresh meat, fish and bakery all get high marks.Check out was fast and expeditious.
While my wife and I have liked the values provided by Costco for many years, I find that their Commack, NY store has become lax over time to the COVID-19 pandemic. My wife and at least one friend of hers have decided not to use the store in the near future due to the fact that they have stopped wiping down the carts as they had when they were encouraging people back into the stores and they are not monitoring that people are wearing masks properly in the store. My wife saw at least two people not wearing masks appropriately (taking them off to talk). It is hard to socially distance in that store, but they could be better about encouraging it. Seeing these things one also wonders how good they are being behind the scenes.
If you need stuff at discount prices and you can use it all then this is the place to go! Many people come here for the rotisserie chicken which is a great deal for giant chicken at only $5. I come here for the organic eggs which are steel the organic milk which is a good price and the wild-caught individually frozen salmon fillets.
Great place for warehouse shopping. The staff is helpful and the items are always fresh. If there is an issue then you can always be returned. There is ample parking as the store is usually very busy. The check out line is very quick. The prices are very good and they are competitive to many stores. Best time to go is before 11 a.m or after 5 PM ..as people tend to go store mid day.
So the bathroom is like the disgusting play in the whole store the food is great and the price arent as bad if you have a membership to pay and to get in. The the surface it looks like theyre doing their own business kind of it and talk about their own personal life Wolves at the cashier but theyre they are doing their job so more like putting away their supplies that are were ready taken off the shelves and putting them back others just walking around advertising some food the normal casual things that you see at Costco but the thing is that they ignore situations that happens like theres blood on the floor they ignore it and some people step on it which is disgusting as well so I dont plead to die at all and they dont ask if one of the customers are okay it when theyve started to bleed out of their nose so yeah I feel like the service is a middle type of situation but yeah thats it
I normally come to this Costco everytime Im visiting my family. I come and do some shopping for them with all this covid19 going on. I understand ppl are having a hard time overall and sometimes that can get on the way they are performing their job but that doesnt make it ok. I dont have any complaints with the ppl that stock the products on the shelves and fridges, but with the cashier ones. I have seen them treat ppl very rudely and when a customer asks a question they answer with an attitude. This also happened to me when I purchased some ice cream and I wanted to buy 3 boxes of it, there was only the sign with the price Wich I remember double checking but no sign on the fridge indicating a limit so once they rang it I was told there was a limit, my answer was ok but they should put a sign and the cashier told me with an attitude the sign was there and I said no it is not, but he went and answered me ppl only see what they are looking for and I dont put those signs neither make the rules. Mmmm... From all the answers someone that works treating with customers could possibly choose he chose the worst and the most uneducated one. The right answer was: Im sorry the sign wasnt there, I will address that issue with the manager. Simple and concise. I think Costco should retrain their staff emphasizing on the cashiers because they are the ones spending more time with the customers. Ppl go there coz they need to purchase their groceries and other items, and its not for free, we are paying a membership for it, so the least they could do is to treat the customers better and with respect even if that requires for them to think before speaking because not everything they think they are saying comes out of their mouths in the way it should, theres no excuse if they are tired or had a bad day, thats a personal issue and should not interfere with their performance.
Costco is great. The worst part is all the people there. Too many people not knowing where theyre going. The staff is awesome. They bang the people out lickety split. Theyll check out 3 people with 100 items faster than one person at BJs can self checkout a loaf of bread.
I mostly come here during my lunch break to eat lunch. The selection is small but consistent and the price is phenomenal. My only complaint is the staff that check memberships. They will stop you and bar your from entering if you are not a member, however a membership is not required to eat at the food court as per the website but they do not listen to this. Luckily I usually go with a group and we do have one member with us.
Place was was packed this friday but staff was extremely helpful, well, for the most part. since we have family coming into town from out of town we had to stock up quick! we got everything we needed and more thanks to everyone there, and we left pretty late. we decided to get some food from the court since we were already out and the prices really arent that bad. food is also pretty solid for it being a costco. im pretty skeptical on indoor food centers like these at supermarkets but costcos are normally fine. we ordered our food then waited. then waited. then waited. until this lady yelled hello?!?!?!? hi i ordered a pie and a sandwich ok and? dude what did i do wrong ive been waiting for like 20 mins for a pie when they told me the wait was 10. i wasnt gonna let her ruin my cOsTcO TrIp. like 5 minutes later another lady calls my name and i pick up my eats. maybe this was a one time thing bc afterwards i didnt see the same lady. if youve never shopped at a costco its worth your while especially if you have a big family.
The only reason I’m writing a review is because of the vision center. The staff there are incredibly kind and professional. I called around noon and had an appointment at 5 that day that I was promptly seen for. The optometrist explained every aspect of my vision challenges in a way that didn’t make me feel condescended to or like I was being rushed. The frames in the vision center are really reasonably priced-if you’re having issues with insurance and need frames find a friend with a Costco membership.
Here it is on a Sunday at Costco. Crowds were swarming around the roasted chickens as soon as the store opened. Some of their items two weeks ago are no longer featured like the stuffed turkey breast. I couldnt find any hydrocortisone. The cashier forgot to give me my receipt. I had to go back to have one printed out. The other items, like toys, are reasonably priced. The biggest problem are the carts for handicapped. Even when my mother and I shut them off when we stop to look at something, theyre dead. We were in the store less than 45 minutes. Ive never had a cart last more than 50 minutes.
The usual parade of things. I did save money 💰 on some things. However the Organic foods prices have skyrocketed into smaller packages. Trader Joes is much better on juice items, chocolate 🍫 and certain dairy products. All that said and done , not the bullseye 🎯 value I used to get there. On an up note 🎵 the cereal is still the best value in the store.
Always excellent ! I think in all the 20+ years weve been members Ive only brought back 1 or 2 items and they were so insignificant I cant even remember what they were! Oh and I also worked at the Holbrook NY store p/t for 5 years. Great company to work for and Great place to shop...
So many discounts and deals you could find any deal ya want in this Costco stores. Lots of cool sample and sometimes they give you TWO samples instead of one thats the good stuff. Nice selection of uncooked raw meat but you are not allowed to eat it while walking around shopping for other items sadly... Costco sells a massive variety of items bigger than any other chain store and lot of tractor for sale too yeeeeha !!!
Its just become a chore. Store is well stocked, aisles clear, staff helpful. Shoppers mostly civil. Coming to hate having every single thing I like no longer for sale! This is a good Costco. Worst thing, by far, is the parking lot always filled with indecisive homicidal slow-wits.
What can you say about Costco? Some things are good to buy there others not. The worst part is that there are so many people that you soon experience cart rage. Like lady pay attention your not the only one shopping in this aisle. Maybe you can move to one side so others can get by you.
Employee Kevin was very unprofessional and showed to have absolutely no customer service experience whatsoever. My sister and I get there at 7:55pm tonight 03/11/2020 and I asked the employee if I can’t get a wipe to wipe down my cart prior to touching the cart and he had the audacity to tell me “no bring the cart to me and I’ll wipe it, I don’t know why you aren’t coming here anyways when we’re closing in 30 minutes.” Since when has it been a policy that Costco customers are not allowed to access a Costco location 30 minutes prior to closing. Very disappointing as we have been going to this Costco for over 15 years. Maybe have him work in the back away from customers.
They have everything but you gotta buy in bulk its good if you plan your purchases I use it to buy certain items that I regularly use a lot of. Paper towels toilet paper etc.Its also good when you have a family I buy whole pork loins and the pre packed chicken breasts and freeze it in portions so we have a steady protein supply for dinner it works out to be significantly cheaper and easier to plan meals as we just have to figure out a starch and vegetable
Very convenient location, right off the LIE, by the parkways, etc. Must buy products in bulk as it is a wholesale store. Must have a membership to costco. Store is clean. has several departments (deli, bakery, produce, butcher, etc.). Also has an excellent tire center. Store can get busy so be prepared to wait on lines to checkout.
I like Costco. Store is clean and workers are helpful BUT there are several things I came to get that I couldnt find like mini coffee creamers, cupcakes in the bakery and a few other things I know the competitor carries. And the hours on the weekends are kinda early which is surprising. But overall you go in and still end up spending way more then you planned regardless of where you go lol
When you shop at Costco you have to know what you are going for. You can get a good price for some items and other things are close to or the same as the Grocery store. I like it because you can find almost every thing there. I think it is worth the price of membership.
Costco staff is always friendly and helpful but this morning we got a nasty cashier. Never said good morning, didnt answer when we asked if she was open and made us wait to check out until she was good and ready. I was very surprised. Not costcos usual level of service.
I will start off by saying this is the WORST Cotsco I have ever been too. Commack Cotsco is right down the road from my house so I gave them more chances than I typically would any other business. The staff here is completely rude, and treat different members different ways... With that being said, a gentleman was guiding people to available registers and makes a gesture to the hispanic woman ahead of me rushing her, and then told me to hurry up. He then was polite to the caucasian woman behind me and smiled with politeness. I returned again last Saturday and had another encounter of rudeness from the cashier Victoria. I said hello to her and the older woman helping her and the looked and me with silence, never saying a word. I then said have a good day and was ignored. I spend a lot of money at Cotsco and am an essential frontline worker. I dont come to spend my hundreds of dollars to be met with an attitude. If you dont like your job Vitctoria, then find a new one. I shouldnt be met with a nasty atitude after a long day of saving lives at a place where I spend my money. Never again, Ill drive the extra 20 minutes to Sams Club instead.
Nice location with a Friendly Staff. Easy to see right off of Garet Place. Servicing Commack New York and the adjoining areas of Suffolk County. Clean facilities with a wheelchair accessible entrance. Plenty of parking, but it fills up fast especially on the weekends. Public Restrooms. Long lines but it moves quickly. Reasonably priced. We will definitely be going back.
Quite nice in renewing my Membership. However, NONE of the Shelf Stockers ---- 5 of them who we asked ---- knew IF we could RENEW Memberships at Costco in Commack. But we found out as we were EXITING the store and ACCOMPLISHED what had to do.I was surprised that NONE of the 5 employees who we asked as we entered the Store knew the answer.
My kids hate food shopping...unless were going to Costco. They are big fans of all the samples. The eating area also cant be beat for price and taste. They have a 1/4 pound all beef hot dog with a soda (free refill) for under 2 bucks! My wife favors the hot turkey and provolone on a toasted roll. Oh yeah, you can save buying in bulk too! For a family of 6, this equals saving money. This Costco is clean and the the staff is friendly. Only wish is that they had a deli department :(
They have a wide variety and I can do most of my shopping there. They carry quality clothing for children and adults at a discount. The only problem I have is parking lot...totally insufficient, and the customer base...typical rude long islanders always in a rush with no consideration for anyone around them. Makes for an emotionally harrowing experience when shopping with small children. The samples keep my two young boys manageable during the long outing.
A+ The tire center service team is excellent!I bought new tires last year & they were 70% less expensive than Mini Cooper dealer quote for the exact same tires!Last week, I drove in w a flat tire that blew out on the LEI & they were able to get a new tire from a local supplier in Deer Park in less than 1 hour while I waited for the tire to be change with NO charge bec it was under warranty. Mike & the entire team were understanding & turned an emergency situation into a seamless, quick fix that took less than 90 minutes! Highly recommend!
Some of this Commack Costcos employees are very rude to customers. I was scold because I did not unload items from the cart. What kind of customer service is this? Since the Covid19 pandemic they said not to touch anything at the register area. That attitude was very bad and I was very disappointed. I will call Costco headquarter in Seattle on Monday for this matter.
Clean and well maintained wholesale food store with plenty of parking. Cafeteria is pretty good. Free samples galore. They need lactaid milk, and their organic sugar was lacking! (Bags bursted open). Lines were short on the 4th of July weekend, because they had all of their checkout lanes open. Would be better if they developed online shopping to rival Amazon!
Costco is my favorite store. Theyre employees seem to sincerely like their work and that improves the customer experience. They are a union shop that treats those employees fairly. The products are good quality and fairly priced. Im familiar with their pricing policy that revolves around 15% markup so never feel that I have to comparison shop and I dont. The only hit I have is that sometimes I get hooked on a particular product and they discontinue it. Its happened in the bakery with some great breads and with some canned goods like small cans of mushrooms. One strange thing I cant understand: The Costco in Sayville carries Kirkland decaffeinated coffee but not Spam and the Costco in Hauppauge carries Spam but no decaffeinated coffee. Wonder why.
Place is busy and it seems the Costco chain in Long Island doesnt have much of a selection, like they do across the rest of the country.Smaller quantity boxes of soda, no, can beer, no liters of Costco water, so on so forth seems you have little smaller selection and higher prices.
Costco is located on the water. Industrial area. This particular Costco is convenient for shopping. Ample parking. It does not seem as crowded as their Westbury location. This one has a costco gas station. Very convenient. This store does not have a photo department . The one drawback.
Compared to BJ and SAMs Club, Costco is head and above them. I love the Citi Costco card at 2% back and even more at gas stations. I couple it with the Executive Membership card that also gives 2%. If you dont accumulate the $120 back in savings to cover the cost of Executive Membership, Costco will refund the difference to you...so you cant go wrong. As for the store itself, 2 things have been bothering me lately. Costco, similar to Trader Joes will sell an item for years, then just stop carrying it, without not an acceptable alternative. The other is recently you really cant count on them to have the best prices or quality...butternut squash is $3 a lb (2 lbs for 5.99). Local Meat Farms is $1.99 a lb, cut and much fresher than Costco. Happens a lot lately on fruits and vegetables, so know your prices before you walk in. But for most products and offerings, Costco is the place to shop.
The lines were outrageous, I went to this Costco because they had an item that the previous Costco on middle country road by smith haven mall, did not have, i was able to walk into that costco with not problem, but this one , the wait and the lines were unbearable, I will never shop there again, terrible experience
Not to happy today we went to buy some items and there were like more than 70 Senior citizen waiting to enter store at about 9:00 AM they decided to open store around 9:20AM without any respect for these elderly people I thought you have respect for this poor people making them wait for over 30-40 minutes outside.Just remember you depend on your costumers not costumers depends on you.Without them there will be no business.Have more consideration.
I like this costco way better than the one in Melville which is closer to me...I’ve have had a few bad experiences on the melville costco and decided to do the extra drive and it was definitely worth it, people are nice, helpful, smile, polite, Costco really is a very convenient place to shop, they provide quality and warranty overall, fresh products, fresh baked goods, Veggies, perfect for store owners to but in bulk, photo department is the best compared to other places like CVS or Target. They offer lots of options on printings, canvas, albums and much much more. The only thing is that the online orders take a little too long, but its definitely worth the wait.
From plants, to seeds, to cooked foods, to tires to clothes to food to hardware to electronics...I shop here once once every few months when I drive to Commack for Home Goods or Home sense stores. I renewed my membership in this particular store - there werent many people in line, which was convenient. My local Costco in Westbury usually has very long lines. I cant complain about anything really...parking is nice and wide, staff are courteous, products are great for the most part.
HORRIBLE...October 30, 2017 Decided to take a trip to this Costco because I planned on getting a Costco membership in addition to my bjs membership as well as my daughter who is 16 loves the pizza that we get from the cosco in Westbury. The day started off nice we walked into one entrance that does not have the pizza in that area And we were told not so nicely to go to and 2nd door to gain entry for the area that has a customer service and pizza. As soon as we entered there was a clerk screaming that he needed to see our membership ID as customers are exiting and we are entering he is yelling on the top of his voice that he needs to see the ID my daughter and I were so embarrassed and shocked. Some other person from the tire department also came over and started to tell us yes we need to have our ideas out we could not even acts a question as to can we purges the pizza without an ID. As I walked to the customer service desk ambarassed and ashamed I start to tell the clerk via what happened and show there was a lady there who was telling my clerk that its not their fault its store policy and was very rude and nasty as well. So after 4 nasty employees I decided to write a complaint and when I exited the building the manager called me . He was nice but we see that this is a culture in that store and Im not sure if its a culture in the town of Commack as well. We will definitely not go back there for ANYTHING
I love a Costco. Their Principals, Their Prices and Company Philosophy. Even the Upper Class have no shame in shopping here. Costco is the present and future of shopping. Once people start to realize they dont need to buy under pretentious names like Lord and Tailor and Saks 5th Avenue they will realize what fools they are. If I became a Billionaire Costco will remain in my top 3 places to shop.
You need to know prices to see if you get a bargin. Still if they hsve what you need s good place. They do keep the parking lot in order. At times the lot can be traffic crazy with many people trying to get as close as they can to the front door. Avoid late in the day.
I had a great experience with this costco. I had purchased an item years back and I was having issues with it. I called Costco and they found me a replacement item in a quick manner . The level of service I received was truly exceptional. The associate that truly went above and beyond was Jason Deluca . Thanks
Past weekend... noticed a surface pro in display... $800 after $300 discount.... deal expires on May 5th...thought over it for a few days.... and finally decided to buy it. Drove down to the store after work... taking more than half an hour... BUT the guy in a red jacket said... it is no longer on sale... what a disappointment... I don’t understand why they have it in the display with May 5th deal expiration date. Pure disappointment with waste of time. One star.
Costco has never disappointed me as long as prices are concerned. Having good executive membership is a great advantage and gets you things at a lower price. I would say anyone buying expensive things like tv or washer or anything above $100 should check the price with Costco, it might be the case that Costco has lower price than competitors.I once bought stainless steel garbage can from Home depot for $99 and I liked it so much that I bought it right away without researching the price and later found out that same type of garbage ccan was available at costco for only $29.99. So be very ccareful when you buy expensive stuff. Happy shopping!!!!
Ive been a member for 3 years and always go to the Commack store without having any problems until 3 weeks ago, when this guy name Bill or Billy I think hes one of the many managers there, disrespect my husband yelling at him over a balloon that he took for our 2 years old son, he was crying so he gave it to him, if they thought that was wrong theres manners to approach someone and this employee took it to the level of not just disrespect my husband by yelling him but also trying to humilliate and insulting him, this Bill or Billy guy is much taller than my husband so he decided to walk away because theyre were arguing and he was carrying our son and felt threatened and even after that he followed him and continuing yelling to the point of telling him get the f* out here (in spanish its even more rude). Thats inconceivable, you dont treat someone like that over a balloon. Know your role Bill or Billy or whatever, be professional, were members, customers, no criminals and remember we took your precious balloon without asking because our toddler son was crying, it wasnt on sale so we never thought that will be so wrong that you would make such a drama about it. Thank you for make our shopping experience so unpleasant 😩😩😩

2021-10-22I’ve always loved this Costco! Even when it’s busy, the staff are super helpful and get checkout done fast. They’ve got anything you could need at great prices, and yearly membership is relatively affordable! I love how they’ve made the free samples covid friendly, sealing them up in individual bags. The best part: getting a slice of pizza at the end. Costco has barely changed its prices at the food counter in the 15+ years I’ve been coming here. Will be back soon!

2022-02-17Hello,I love this Warehouse and I have always been able to find everything that I have needed here. The membership is always worth it and you get a great deal. My favorite product that I have loved was the St. Louis Spare Ribs which have been a Family Staple for years. The ribs taste good and we always buy them if they go on Sale.

2021-08-12Great pharmacy! The Pharmacist, Tom, is always helpful and my Prescriptions are always ready when I arrive. I love the text alert to come pick up my orders! The best part is when the people at the counter greet me with a smiling face... not a common thing to find today. Very pleased COSTCO, I hope it’s a new trend in great service.

2022-02-11I often go to this Costco and havent had any issues. Today however, this attendant named Juliette at the return/exchange counter gave the impression that she doesnt want to work. Very dry... No greeting to customers and a visibly distasteful attitude.

2022-01-26Great wholesale store for bigger families if you’re someone who likes all of your household needs in one place. And I mean A to Z! One must have a membership card to enter. Or if going in pairs , one of the other should have one. Toilets are not very clean ,use only in emergency.Good prices on groceries; clothing; appliances etc.. but groceries are mainly in bulk so for a family of 3-4 it’ll be a waste of.As you’ll end up throwing away a lot. Good brands of clothing and shoes at really reasonable prices. Highly recommend the Kirkland baby diapers and wipes . They’re not only at a good price but everything u need . The ladies snow boots 👢& the water filter in pic are great . It’s always quite busy.I just don’t understand how does my bill always reach $300-400😄 . Maybe because you go to buy a couple of things but you end up buying 20😛Overall great 😊

2022-02-13This location had everything I needed, plus more. I was surprised to find: organic raspberries and organic brussel sprouts. They had an excellent selection of Wild catch Sockeye Salmon at an excellent price.
