A separate register/section needs to be assigned for Instacart shopping associates or whatever company they work for. Shopping for Seniors needs to be added back in one hour before actual operating hours. The store should not be that congested as soon as it opens
Costco lacks too many items. Very few breakfast items, no hot pockets or pizza rolls. Meat is much more expensive then BJs. Costco was better then this but lately has been big disappointment!
Overall not a bad place if you like things in bulk along with everything that used to be price has went up so make sure you pack your patience when going to places like this happy shopping🤷
This place offers a wide range of food items. You could also shop for clothes. Dont have to wait on a long line to cash out. Parking is available
First and last time I was there it was extremely disorganized. Locations of items didnt make any sense. For example clothes, carpets, books and furniture were all in the same spot but also some other carpets and furniture were in different areas too. Lines were going through entire store, probably 50 people per line. I hope they improved since then
During COVID, you will have to wait in a line to get into the store. If you go early, you wont have to wait in line. The inside of the store is a bit crowded. But everyone has a mask.Despite the crowded store, still love Costco because of the variety and prices.
Always clean restrooms Fresh food stocked daily. The staff is friendly. Michelle in the optical department is informative and always willing to help my mom.Ms. Beverly, goes above and beyond her job title. I watched this woman help pack carts, then she retrieved my laptop from the merchandise storage area. Lastly, she reminded me that I needed to get a new executive members card.
I heard good things about Costco , so I joined there membership. I dont know if it is because of the pandemic, but alot of things are missing from the shelves, no Häagen-Dazs ice cream, only about 3 varieties of juice, etc. Will give them another 2 month to see improvement, if not will cancel out my membership.
Costco is nothing but the best. A must shop. Current business practices allows them to reach a diverse set of the population pockets.As a disclosure I and family are all shareholders. What an awesome company.
This location is really good. My fiancé and I first had to go to Target, so we decided to check this out. This location is super busy on weekends which is expected. But the staff here are all nice. Especially the two women, there was a woman in a denim top and bottom and Argentina in Membership. So we first got permission from the woman in denim to walk around and see if they have all the products we would normally buy and we can return to the desk to get one if we wanted it. And they did! They have items like Bibigo Dumplings, the butter we use, and many more items. I am disappointed that they dont have Chao cheese like other locations but Im sure they would have that in stock soon. Overall the signing up experience wasnt too bad but of course the number one thing would be that more staff is needed. But I think in this case, the membership desk needs to have credit/debt card terminals at every computer station. This would help when people are trying to buy a new membership card for the first time or when people need to get their money back for returns. I wouldnt have to run across the store with the associate to pay, grab my receipts and run back to get my picture taken and my cards. I hope that corporate sees this comment and makes this change ASAP. Overall, this is way better for this chick who eats vegan items and her partner who likes the food court. Way better than a BJs membership.
Went to costco to have hearing device cleaned. Not only did the woman clean it, she gave me things to clean it with. Thank you for caring. Great ser ice. Didnt push me to buy a new hearing device.
Been coming here the last 25 years. Its always super packed/crowded around the holidays but theyre always fully stocked. The lines move pretty quick. The best times to go are from 10a.m. to 2p.m. on the weekdays. Weekends are very hectic.
Always stock returns is very easy. Unless you meet a male doing return he always make it complicated to do a return even with a receipt. The counters need cleaning the cashiers dont clean them unless you asked and even when you asked they say they dont have any spray and paper towels
Great shopping prices all meats and fruits fresh restroom clean the return policy actually awesome.They run out of stock and some items so buy as much needed then
They are great with there prices. Service is ok but can be better. More cashiers lines can get crazy long
This location has a lot to offer including some Caribbean items like plantains, oxtail and salt fish. They have great prices and the quality is usually very good. If you aren’t happy you can return the item. This location can get really busy on weekends, so pace yourself for the line and occasionally rude shoppers. Or you can try going during the weekdays when its much less busy.Update 2020: Long lines in the morning are a constant feature but the store remains reasonable stocked. They also have a liquor department now. And the staff are still very nice.
I got a great price on car battery it was $99.99 with a 3 year warranty but you have to install it yourself.
Costco is a wonderful place for shoppers to visit well merchandise and clean.
Costco is my spot I get my things on a reasonable price and they sell the best Strawberry Sundae you should try it very tasty.

The worst place for costumers attention. And the new policy that if you are not the account card holder you are not able to buy in the store even if you are a son, of the account card member.
I bought 4 tires and censors from this location they put the tires and censors on my car. Every week I get less air in my car I took it to them 3 times with appointments but it is still not fixed.It is a waste of time to change your tires here even though you get an appointment you will still wait for 2 to 4 hours for a simple thing. I will never in my life will buy tires from them again. Last time I bought it from mavis for 5 years never had any problem.
Costco works for me. Love the mlm prices and how I love that Kirkland lasagna. Yum!!😊

This Costco has always been my “go to”. It’s centrally located, nearly always has what I need, and even when they’re out of stock of something, the employees are generally helpful and friendly. Have gotten everything from tires, to food, to eye exams here!
I love this place, I wish it was closer to where I live, but I still take the trip just to get there; prices are great, quality of fruits and vegetables are perfect, and they have some interesting goodies; especially during the holidays, I have no problem with returns; the service is great and the registers move very quickly so don’t mind the crowds.this is one of my very favorite places to shop
The Oceanside Costco is amazing!!! Everything all in one place!!! Shopping, Wines and Spirits and Gas at a decent price!!! Staff is courteous and helpful.
Today, I went to the bakery and ordered a cheese pie.Afterwards I attempted to ask the cashier a follow-upquestion in regard to the order. Well, I was disappointed that Jennifer, the cashier was extremely rude to me. She repeatedly replied, what, what,I dont hear you, I dont hear you and refused to listen to the question,as if I were stupid. I approached a floor supervisor and told her about it ; she told me to speak to the manager. I told her that I was in a hurry andcould not speak to her at that time.Costco is a great company and most employees treat customers courteously, but others are rude.

Best place for all sort of groceries, household items, electronics, ect. They have the BEST return policy ever. I have been a member for many, many years and I’m extremely pleased with Costco Wholesale. Many years ago. I recv a BJ trial membership and, of course, I used it, but wasn’t convinced. Not bashing them but Costco products are better, in my opinion. So I’m sticking to them. 😄

The costco in Lawrence can get really busy on a Saturday. You have to have a lot of patience as it gets difficult to move around the aisle. Overall the wait to get checked out was not bad and the cashier was pleasant. One thing I love about Costco is they offer food and beverages at a reasonable price after you check out. You can get a hot dog with a drink for 1.49 and a Caesar salad for 3.99. The other great thing about Costco is the large selection they offer at great prices. You get fruits, vegetables, meat, medicine and a variety of household items. While this location does have a pharmacy and optometrist it does not have a tire center or gas station. Also the return policy is great here and you can return without a receipt.
Love this Costco so many good deals and it is very huge. Recommend shopping here.

If theres any place to go shopping Id recommend Costco because there are wonderful wholesale prices that are unbelievable.
AM lines are short. Not such lock in the PM hours. Nevertheless service is good and they try to keep the lines going. As far as stock, expect the usual Costco selection - at times things are out of stock and it takes time for them to get back in store.
Come early to avoid the crowds. Lines can be long later in the day. Check out the Kirkland brand for extra savings.

Today was a good shopping day at this particular Costco. It had everything I wanted and I love the self checkout . Genius idea. Was on line less than 5 mins. Ill definitely go back.
Yummy food selection, seasonal fruits, good spices make buying in bulk sweet. Seasonal items are on point, the jewelry is bling and fruits are fresh. Make sure to stock up on water and toilet paper. The Kirkland brand rocks especially their no salt seasoning and paper towels. A good place to buy bulk meats now that prices are rising. Make sure to get a shopping car ($45) so u can get ur purchases home.
Its been about 7 years since Ive been a Costco member. The last time I visited it was not such a warm experience. This time however everyone was kind and polite. Small and pleasant conversation with staff. The store was clean and stocked well. Long lines but thats always the case in any store, but they did move quickly with the help of staff direction.UPDATE ...lines are like before just walk up to one AND now there is self checkout for smaller purchases. The food court is open so you can sit and eat.

Joseline is so professional nice caring down to earth. I called and she answered the phone took my name and number while she checked on an item I was looking for. She was so sweet she didnt want me to hold. I received a call back she found the item and held on to it until I came to the store. Shes the best. I can go on and on. Good prices, good selections and long lines! Was good to find out that there is an eye doctor, optical department and pharmacy on the premises.
Getting expensive and their products say organic but based on my research a large percentage is not organic and FDA does not investigate.
The staff at Costco food court need an attitude adjustment. I have been coming here for over 20 years and I have never seen nonsense like I saw today. The card machine was inoperable at the food court counter unless it was debit and an announcement was yelled at customers to have exact change or get their change all in Pennies. There was quite a pile up at the counter and the staff seemed extremely overwhelmed.
This place takes to long to off load a trailer driver got in at 430am with a 5am appt receiver didnt stamp after 5am my paperwork. I spoke to the manager to find out why was it taking long to give me a door which there wasnt anybody in the docks. So finnaly at 8am they gave me a door didnt get out until 10am. Now with all this aggravation I have to fight for detention time with the broker. Just because the receiver stamp my paperwork 3 min from my appt they wont pay detention what a scam from the receiver and broker.
Overall nice big shopping store however the guys in the optical department have very bad attitudes

There should be mini computers on the shopping carts where you can ask which lane particular items are in because things get switched around the store is very large.
They need a lot of improvement in customer service area - never heard ‘thank you’ there, it’s just not in their vocabulary. Compared to the other store I go, Oceanside, it’s like a different country.
Always get in and out quickly no matter how packed it is.
A huge variety of food, clothing, school supplies, household items, etc. to choose from. Prices are reasonable. Value is great. Clean aisles. Lines were short, enough cashiers available. Choices to cash out self-checkout or cashier.
I signed up for Costco membership to compare it to BJs and I must say Costco is more expensive form the membership fee to shopping I was not pleased.
The workers were on professional but the place was packed clean worth going.

I love Costco but this location is always extremely crowded and appears a little disorganized. When comparing them to BJs I would say they need to have labels on their aisle. I should not have to go up and down an aisle to find what I am looking for. The lines were crazy long and the store was super crowded. There were no lines outside to get in but you could barely maneuver your cart. I try to avoid this location but I needed to get a few items quickly.

I love going to this Costco. Only I found out last night, they closed at 8.30, but after some pleading, for it was 8.45, I thought they close at nine p.m. The manager or supervisor allowed me to run in and get my juices. The staff is great and the parking lot always full, but can still find space. Also I saw people not wearing mask, was told you should wear it, but wont sweat you, if you do not. Be prepare for long lines as well, but they move fast. My opinion.

Large store with numerous parking spots.Can be a little busy during peak times.
Costco itself is great. But I waited 25 minutes in a return line b.c there was one staff member working. Everytime I need to return something this is an issue. Yet I see a lot of staff standing around inside near the returns area not helping. People are already annoyed when they purchase something broken or spoiled, adding to the inconvenience of having to return these items with an insanely long line is not great for customer satisfaction.

Whats not to love about Costco? At this location, only one or two people man the return counter so there can be a considerable wait time if you need to return something. Also, the layout of the store creates a bottleneck at the checkout area - you must line up along two aisles only, and are able to see and fan out to available registers only at the very end. This used to create alot of cross traffic mayhem and 20 minute checkout times. However, since Covid, staff have been directing people to registers and practicing crowd control, making for a much more efficient and quicker checkout. Also, the addition of self serve registers is a huge improvement where lines are practically eliminated for those who chose this option. Good moves and I hope this store maintains the helpful checkout staff, at least during busy periods.

Its ok. I always liked Costco. But this one is always crowded and anyone can join. I preferred it in the old days when you had to meet a certain criteria, and have certain affiliations which made the shopping experience more pleasurable, now anyone who pays the membership fee can join.

What can I say about Costcos? If youve been there you already know. If you havent, listen up. This place sells their groceries in bulk. Its ideal if you are shopping for a big family or a party. The concept just saves you a bit of time by already having items in bulk/pairs. Its nothing you cant already do in any grocery store but hey, thats their thing and they have their loyal customers. Prices are pretty good. You must have a membership to shop, which costs about $25 to maybe $100 a year. They sell food, clothes, electronics, couches, mattresses and home goods. Many locations also have a gas station to purchase fuel. Costcos created the much copied concept of giving customers cardboard boxes to carry their groceries home. Thwy dont give you bags.
I like because I am disabled and their scooters are always available when I come but they just need to keep them clean,and can get in and out at a reasonable time...ty

Costco, Lawrence location has an employee by the name of LEEAH, let me tell you that shes AMAZING, best customer service Ive ever received anywhere from any Costco locations;period.I misplaced my card and only had my ID with me, she went through all the work from looking up my membership number, matching it with my ID, downloading the Samsung app for me to pay, the entire workup without even saying ugff. Because of her,Ill be coming to shop at this Costco location- with my card, of course.Thank you LEEAH, you help was more than appreciated by me.

Got what I wanted at all good prices! Associates on the Sales Floor were extremely helpful and polite in the Lawrence location. Great idea having an Associate directing customer traffic for checkout lines!
Really crowded almost always. Giant lines almost always and they don’t have all the registers open.They recently opened the self checkout lines where people with alot of items will scan very slowly so if you have a couple items you will be waiting a solid 10-15 mins on the self checkout line.They should most definitely add an item limit for the self checkout line so people who grab one or two things don’t have to wait so long to checkout.Parking is always hard to get in this costco because its always full and sometimes they will run out of items if you come after 2-3pm
Everything is on one floor and everything is in abundance. What more could you ask for? And the customer service with regards to directing the lines in order to quickly wrap up your shopping experience is efficient.

When you need a high quantity, Costco delivers high quality! If you get the premium membership you can get money back but I canceled mine when it took me 3 visits to customer service to finally get the check I was owed.

I called Costco today 10-12-2021 and asked the young lady who answered if Costco had toilet paper she put me on hold for 5 minutes and the phone disconnected.. I called again and someone else answered.. I explained to her I was out on hold and disconnected and all I wanted to know was DID COSTCO HAVE TOILET PAPER.. She said NO!! Scott toilet paper came in and is Sold Out.. I said to her why couldn’t the other lady tell me that? She said she went to go check and said it Rudely.. The workers at the Lawerence Store are Rude and need to learn phone Etiquette…

Very Horrible service!! I left my New Eye glass on the Cart next day I called lost and found dept they said they don’t have . I asked them to check the camera to see who took it , but they are reluctant to check the camera.I waited 2 weeks they didn’t check the camera and my brand new eye glass gone forever .Costco Service is getting worsening day by day . In the register ladies asked me to donate some org . I said I am good but her expression was rude , she didn’t like it .
I really like shopping at this particular Costco’s always seems to be well stocked and regardless of how long the lines may be at times I think they move the lines rather quickly. Shopping during the week here is much better than shopping here on weekends. So Thanks Costco’s.

I do not shop at this location any longer; some cashiers are very rude and should be fired...but I guess not in this current culture ! Also, they insist vehemently that you empty your shopping cart even though I have the bar codes turned up to enable quick scanning like I do and have been doing for countless years at the Westbury location.
This Costco has very good service and courteous employees. Due to the pandemic you arent allowed to enter the store without a mask, which is great, in my opinion. They have anything and everything here. It can get a little crowded sometimes, but the lines still move pretty fast!
Waiting time for return is horrendous. They should put more people in register for return. I literally waited 45 minutes. Not sure if their leadership really cares. Its a shame.
I shop this location all the time !! Great selection, plenty of parking ! Recently that location installed 2 spaces of free tire pumping as an extra convenience for the members... (by the tire installation shop) that is very helpful !! Thanks !!

This has been my Costco for years. The people feel like family and they are always so helpful. I love how the staff that was around when I started shopping there are still there and now are working in management positions. 🤗

Helpful and friendly staff members. There was initially a long checkout line but after another hour of shopping, the line seemed to disappear. Parking spots also started to appear in its parking lot. I guess I got there in time to avoid the crowd. Got everything I wanted except for hand soap, was told by staff that they had it in stock the day before.Have self order kiosks at the food court section which are easy to use, just select the picture of the item you want. Their hot food selection has decreased to hot dogs and pizza but it is understandable.They have added plastic dividers between faucets at the bathroom sink and hand sanitizer stations which are helpful.
I bought a big watermelon for $5.99 on Saturday 7/3/21, stocked in refrige. I opened it today 7/6/21. Its meat tasted like the melon rind.. and with some chemi taste. Last year I bought one tasted same also from Costco.I suspect it is fed that big with some chemicals, and the watermelon in Costco may not be consumed by human..Im fool of forgetting the first suffer and bought it again. I swear I wont buy any watermelon from Costco the third time!It is appreciated if someone let me know there will be or is any lawsuit due the Costco watermelon..
The tire shop is the worst. They seemed to have only one person working at a time. And that employee is responsible for all transactions in the shop. Check in,and out customers,repair,and install tires, receive delivers for the area. I have been here now 4 hours, with my daughters car. When I checked in they told me 1:1/2 hours. Very poor service and even worst management.
If you want a twelve pound can of tuna, they have it.If you want a 50 inch flat screen tv, they have it.If you want thirty pounds of pistachio nuts, they got it.If you need a package of 50 rolls of toilet paper, they got it.Do you know why?Because if you eat twelve pounds of tuna and thirty pounds of pistachio nuts, you are going to need fifty rolls of toilet paper.Costco is a world into itself.REVISED - FEBRUARY 22, 2022Even with what I hope is the near end of the pandemic...costco trudges along. They did not have the Poland Spring water bottles that i like.. only Kirkland.. i had to look elsewhere today.
Dont go there to buy tires, I purchased 4 tires make an appointment to install the tires next day , when I got there, I was not in the schedule and I have wait more than 4 hours till they install the tires.A regular tire shop take 30 minutes to replace 4 tire, they take 4 hours or more. B S.They dont care about customers

Why the aisles are labeled with numbers and not an idea whats down the aisle....makes no sense so thats a big thumbs down, however as a bjs and costco member i will say i like the fruit/veggie/meat section better than bjs....but giving customers an idea as to where anything is would be a great thumbs up

Generally safe inside, and bottles, cans refunds....Sept 20, Mother, with son had 3 carts with returns, didnt no concern to let me use glass machine in middle, moved a little, had to ask to move again, the Mom, kept going back and forth bumping into me, After 5 time, I mentioned, and the son threaten me with a bottle, and thank fully the Mom was able to some how calm down the son...dont know people from other countries act, but no considerations to anyone, not as bad as customers hogging lanes in Costco shopping areas.
I liked this location. Easy free parking, good selection. Lines are not as huge as in queens. In and out under an hour. Not a bad drive from queens either. Recommend.
Customer service line was extremely slow. Like 20 min waiting. Costco you need to treat your customers better than that.
The incompetency of the membership desk made us wait an extra 30 minutes. Argentina the employee is clearly incapable of giving the correct information about membership and was unapologetic. The manager had to correct her as well. Please train your employees better or replace them.
Delicious food and friendly service
Honestly, I have a love hate relationship with this place. I love that they have everything in bulk its saves me trips to the grocery store or the super market. Sometimes they have some good deals as well so its very beneficial in that aspect. What I dislike though are the crowds. Its forever crowded in this place and so hard to move through the place most days. If you dont have a cart on you you can bob and weave like a mad man but with a cart...almost impossible most of the time. Thankfully the service does not suffer from the chaos. Its pretty good service for the many years that Ive been going here (5+ years to be exact). I have no complaints so far and the Costco packages, take advantage of them. They have some great vacation packages, and car rental rates...usually.

Decent unload times allowing a nap
Great for shopping in bulk, but in order to have a decent shopping experience, it is best to go as early as possible because after 12pm the place is usually packed. On the other hand despite it being busy most of the times the lines move at a steady pace. Only downside to this place is that you need a membership card to be able to shop here.

Costco has a vast supply of merchandise for the home, food, car, health, personal. No warehouse in the world is better than Costco. Costcos the best in household goods.
I felt safe; they had hand sanitizers, wipes to clean the cart, and everyone with masks. A good experience.
The staff( Sonia- sales clerk ) at the register seems to be scarce and not too Professional .she was very rude , She should have some customers service training .She was yelling at me “Sir your card is not going through “ she could say it politely rather than yelling like clown.

Very bad inter-department coordination. No coordination between the front desk/ membership team and tire center which is far from the main building.Visited the tire center for rotation and you have to walk 5-8 min to get to the main building and pay for the services. After around 30 min , was told that tires need replacement which cannot be done the same day as the the specific tires were not available and thus amount paid would be refunded. Now to get the refund I was directed to membership team/ front desk, waited in line for 30 min and then at the counter was told that they need written confirmation that refund has to be issued. Walked back 5-8 min to tire center , got the written confirmation , walked again to the main building at the same counter to get refunded. All these could have been confirmed with a call but was not. No one was clear of what needs to be done. Hoping for better customer service in the future
This costco is always crowded I prefer costco in Riverhead the flow iui s much better there in summer they have fans.love costco meats vegetables are always fresh
Today I went to that store to buy a few items which took about 10 min and I had to wait an hour in line to pay . This is unacceptable. It was so crowed that all four lines were filled until the back of the store and no social distancing, there were over hundred people waiting on the line . Everybody was complaining , some people had little kids , we was asking for manager and manager never show up . Five cashiers were open and the middle ones were closed.Supervise was working in the first cashiers she left for 10 min when The line was Insaying ,one of the guy cover her who was controlling the line . My question is why superviser didn’t open one of the middle cashiers and let the guy work, does she care about people who was waiting in the line ? They let people in and no one was controlling outside and inside the store too . It was my worse experience. I shop in Oceanside Costco the best customer service , they so organized ,clean and nice .

Rainy days are the best days to go to COSTCO. Not too many shoppers and I dont have to catch a cab to my truck in the parking lot. The guides who monitor the lines should be there post COVID. I like how they send you to the cashiers. The cashiers and other staff are ALWAYS friendly and helpful. Hey???? Why no brisket?????
Service is usually good, but this past Tuesday, I ordered a whole pizza and waited for fifteen minutes (there was pizza ready i didnt have to wait for it to cook) while one employee ( i think her name was Darlene) chatted away with another employee after i asked for the pizza at the pickup window. Now today, i’m eating my pizza, a piece of hair inside the dough of my pizza 🤢
Its okay but the one in ocean side is definitely nicer. This one is usually very busy. I forgot the name of the staff member but we almost got into an altercation because he definitely was not trying to help customers.

Over crowded, not a good sellection of products, over priced, impatient cashiers, that butcher the English language. I usually have an ok time at Costco, but not today.
Didnt have the everything i thought they should and would have. Selection was slim, in the cereal, and bread. I didnt do any real shopping, but the little things I was looking for didnt work out as planned.
Had what I need and the people was very helpful. The lines are sometimes long tho. But I will always come back.

Courteous staff actually took me by surprise. From the efficiency in processing my account to every stock person, I felt like I was wanted as a customer.Clean and fully stocked even late on a Sunday. Prices were great on some items, average overall and high on some but those were worth it for the convenience.Ill be back, well I have to as membership want cheap.

October 3rd was my first time going to Costco. This location had very attentive and friendly staff. The place is adept to the current rules for social distancing . Hopefully I will continue to have a good experience here at my next visits n

They have good prices on certain items & certain products (Vitamins, cosmetics, etc.) We are only 2 so some stuff is just too big & cumbersome to bother with.

Service was professional but the guy packing the cart was rude. Would have given a five star if it wasnt for him. It was my first time at the store and I never knew they didnt have bags so I asked my friend if they had bags and he butted in and said this isnt a supermarket which I found inappropriate.
Did not have a long wait on line outside. Found 99 percent of what I needed. Lucked up and was able to get one 4 pack of Lysol spray. Arrived at 8:45 and was out by 9:37 am.

This location seems to good until 12/28/2020 I visited to get some much needed items and was stopped at the entrance by a gentleman with the name tag PRINCE to show my card dont know what card exactly. Turns out its my membership card. So I had to take my gloves off (theres a spike in covid 19 infections so Im taking all precautions) reach into my wallet dug my card out and showed it to him. When to to cash my items and had to take my card out again. Now my question is, is this the kind of hassle and harassment I have to to endure as a member of costco?If it continues Ill be cancelling my membership.
I visit on Saturday Costco‘s tire shop and I have to say how happy I was that the whole team were overrated for me I would give them a five star or more excellent service clean and very helpful thank you Costco tire department for your great work in service
Good location and and a lot of parking. Store is pretty clean. Customer service is good for the most part and has gotten better, at least in my opinion, over the last few years. There are little things which they can always improve but it is hard to complain about a store that sells like a warehouse. Over all it is a good place to shop. If they want my input, and they see this comment, they can contact me and I will tell them where they can improve.

Good deals and fun place to shop. I bought fresh produce and a empire kosher turkey at 2.79 a pound. Not a bad price. I also bought a 🎸 for a present. I also. bought some clothes and pajamas
Liked it alot BUT I was surprised they didnt have more of a variety. No deodorant, I was surprised by that and the workers at the pharmacy are slackers. The pricing on the clothing they offered is excellent!
Most of the time theres someone on the floor. Customer service not bad could do a bit better, because the associates seem to talk more with each other than the customer. And its hard to get an associate to pick something up for you if youre at the cashier and you ask them to.

2021-06-04Clean and spacious Costco location. Early morning are the best time for a quick trip. The service team is very helpful. Be wary of the team at the membership desk, they try to sign you up for the Costco credit card without asking.

2022-03-09The prices just seem to keep going up. I remember when salmon was $20+ now its $32. Wow!!! What a difference!! 😳 😲 On top of that there was six pieces in one bag and seven pieces in the other two bags I purchased.3/9/22- (Update) I went grocery shopping yesterday. Salmon is now $26.99. Again, I bought three bags and two have seven and one has six. Go figure. 😂 Wheres the bag with eight pieces? 😊

2022-04-29This Costco is huge. Fully stocked. Large selection of clothing, appliances, electronics, household goods, food, snacks, bakery but a limited amount of furnishings indoor and outdoor. They service line was very long but they had several employees to assist. I went on a Sunday evening. Check out was average it didnt take long to check out. They have a food stand to buy a quick bite to eat behind the cashiers. Free parking with plenty of extra large carts to use. They have a tire section on the right side of building. I was very pleased with the items I purchased. Will come again.

2022-04-19I came from Brooklyn to go to this Costco! I ordered 2 cakes within the same week. I came to pick up the cakes 2 different days and the customer service was horrible both times. I seen a lady who worked in the bakery, I said Hi excuse me can I ask you a question?She then looked me up and down as if I said something wrong, or out the way. She continued on doing what she was doing and did not answer. She actually rolled her eyes at me lol. People have to learn how to have good customer service skills.This is a business where people are coming to spend they money. Customers dont want to feel unappreciated or ignored when asking for help, Its very rude and unprofessional. I do understand that customer can be a nasty and a handful at times as well. But to just be out right rude to a customer isnt right at all.I would say this Costco need to hire more caring and nicer people!

2022-05-25Costco is always going to be a top warehouse. Buy with confidence they back up everything they sell. You dont have to ask questions, cut coupons. Information & price is not hidden. Even when crowded they move efficiently. Great prices too!

2022-05-07Great customer service and help from cashier Jonathan at self check out today. My membership synced to a previous account while doing a software update. Jonathan thought out of the box and asked the question are you sure its your current membership? Saved me a trip to membership line!

2022-05-21Costco Long Island services are great there lots of parking space. A wide variety of clothing, houseware,fruits and vegetables and many other goodies. Prices are very reasonable. Their employees are very friendly and helpful. 🤩

2022-05-19Always friendly.However I wish management would give more concerns to the redemption center. The machines are always turned off at the near end of the day.there is still more than 4 hours to close, but the machines are offMaybe this can be addressed.
