Costco Wholesale in other cities:
First, I hate this place because its just to crowded. Second, I dont honestly know if I save anything by shopping here. All I know is I overspend on things I probably dont need. Third, I hate that there are no bags or boxes on checkout. I feel like an idiot carrying individual items to and from my car.
Went with my sister who tried to use the disabled electric sit down cart. It appeared to have a full charge. Only lasted about 15 minutes, so our shopping trip ended early with not enough time to find the items we wanted. Couldnt even get gas here. Lives are confusing wrapping around parts of tge parking lot. No one letting you kniw if you are even in tge gas line. I went to a different gas station where I had full service for tge same price staten island store a big disappointment
The products and selections are fine and all, but some of the receptionists have awful services. This receptionist called Tommy was very pushy when it comes to selling higher tier membership, very inattentive and becomes aggressive if you decline his rudimentary salesman tricks.
They scammed me by renewing my card $120 Basically I had a membership that I wasnt planning to renew. and when I came the last time to shop I thought I have 1 week left. so after scanning all my items I noticed this extra charge of 120 for membership. Instead of notifying me before scanning my items. The cashier at my cards the whole time
Ive been to many Costcos around the world. Every Costco location has their own unique quirks and caveats. This location, at the Southwest entrance, has steeper than desirable sidewalk inclines from the street into the parking lot. Low cars beware. The lines to get gas at this location is longer than most. The parking lot can be full on the weekends. Inside, this Costco has three main isles as opposed to two.
Need more staff on the floor, definitely. Some are very helpful, if you can find them. I sat down to eat a hot 🌭. Found the counter dirty, the dispensers empty, except the relish, the garbage can was over filled & items falling to floor. For the 45 I was there, workers kept coming by but no one did anything. Maybe they are overwhelmed. Hire more!
Its a nice place, but do make sure to look at your receipts! We have been coming here for almost 20 years and never before have we experienced what happened a month ago. My mother had bottle refund credits of $5.70 and the cashier tried to hide the refund receipt in her register and typed in refund credit of $0.70. After my mother asked for the receipt back, the lady pretended she didnt understand what my mother was saying. After much persistence, receipt was found inside the register under the money tray did she return $5 credit (in cash) to my mother. We have never felt so violated at Costco! Seriously people, check your receipts before you leave!
The most rudest workers I ever saw every time I go there the work aw miserable you say good morning or hello they dont answer you theres no customer service theres no friendliness I rather pay a toll and go to Costco in Bayonne where the work all nice its a shame the ones in Staten Island are so mean
Busy place parking may be difficult. They have a gas station and people to help pump if needed, also free air for tires. The tire station is very nice, helpful employees and fair prices. The new tires installed in about 1.5 hr, so I shopped. If you get there earlier afternoon you will enjoy samples of foods, or a quick bite at the food window and picnic like area. Know your prices. And be prepared to buy big items. They have a pharmacy and optical shop that accepts some health carriers..Above 2 yrs ago. Now new:I was there twice in past month. I got gas, by far the cheapest. Although the line wrapped around the back of Costco building, the employees were spectacular in organizing and directing the lines to keep order, move fast and prevent road rage incidents. They even helped me pump gas when I was fumbling at the pump. Their professional service was wonderful.Inside the store could use some direction at the lines too. But staff helpful and courteous.
Not a big fan of Costcos anymore like I used to be I only go there now because my wife wants to go there from time to time. Prices too high especially the meat so I really dont find anything that I need any more at Costco. Even the chicken roll that I used to get at the food court doesnt taste the same
We enjoyed shopping here on a rainy Saturday, which location is bigger than other Costco stores I have been to here in NYC. Plenty of parking spaces. A lot of choices to meet most shoppers needs and requirements. Check out is fast, too.Plus, theres the gas station offering Costco prices, awesome!
Tire department. Went to for balancing, being fist in morning been waiting 2 1/2 hour none called. When went to check how they doing, they said they tried to call me and left message, not true. Waste extra 1 1/2 hour . Very disappointed. To call them also would take a fortune...
Your average Costco, but I recently bought all 4 tires for my car and installation here and that experience was a great one. Justin from the tire shop went out of his way to help me although they were about to close. Tire prices were a little high, though. Justin explained everything to me in a way I understood and made me feel very comfortable driving away in new tires. My car has TPMS and Costco has the appropriate systems to manage and reset your TPMS. Keep up the great service Justin.
I usually use the cashier serve yourself, the one who stands up to serve the people, unfortunately he treats people with disrespect and this is not the first time he has spoken to us and others so rudely, I like to serve myself in this cashier, due to the Corona conditions, I do not like anyone to touch my things. And they have an employee who is supposed to help people if they need something, but he doesnt help people, he speaks with impoliteness, I used to like the Staten Island branch, but this guy who doesnt respect people and treats them rudely, he made me hate going to Costco, Now I was making a purchase and he talked to me in a rude way, I dont know how a big store like Costco employs people who deal impolitely with people, Ive always loved shopping at Costco Staten Island but yesterday I was genuinely annoyed after shopping at this location. the employees Those who stand at the cashier, serve yourself are a rude, I bought a vacuum cleaner and other things and I do not want to buy from the same bank card because I think the amount will be too large for one card. And the employee who is supposed to stand to help the people because they are using the cashier themselves, and spoke to me rudely, and rudely pointed with his hand, go go to the cashier who has an employee, to do the two operations for you. I was surprised why? Why do you speak rudely, Costco does not monitor the behaviour of its employees and makes them learn rudely with customers, Im very upset and I was disappointed in a place that was my favourite to buy his things from after this rude way and was surprised by the indifference of a large place like Costco that does not monitor the behaviour of its employees and leaves them dealing in an impolite manner with customers
Costco is my go-to spot for legit any and everything! They have everything I like, plus so much more! I make sure I make my weekly trip no matter what I got going on. Everything is cheap, with so much quantity/quality. You’re not finding a better wholesale store anywhere!
Got to the ever busy Costco on a Sunday morning after a year of not going because of thus pandemic and was able to find everything I was looking for and more. I love the summer clothes at discounted pricing. You dont see many Eddie Bauer items so its nice to know you can buy good quality brands. Textbooks from Scholastic to help my peanut continue learning during the summer was also a plus. I am also so happy to be able to get out shop. 😉
I always like shopping at Costco because of the variety of items and the good prices that one can find at the store and the return policy. I am a sucker for the above and theyve got me as long as these terms continues, plus I love the self service payment stations, which makes things so much faster and efficient. They most definitely can improve by having a few more people to help customers along the aisles with Q&As.If I’ve helped, thank you for clicking the “LIKE” button! My Ratings: Price $-$$Service 2.5*, Comfort 3.5*, Bathroom 2.5*How Easy/Hard to find an employee for assistance 2*
Absolutely terrible management. This costco ATM machine did not give me $200 bucks. Transaction went through it said “preparing your cash” then nothing came out. So, I came up to this manager and told him that the ATM did not give me $200 and what to do. This guy was like: “So??!!!!” and looked at me blankly (crickets). Horrible customer care. They don’t give a .... about you.
Very good overall. My only gripe is the beers they carry. Message to Costco: The quality beers you carry like Harpoon, Goose Island, Brooklyn and others...You almost always have the IPA versions only. Start carrying the regular beer from these quality brands too! IPA is not for everyone.
Staggering selection of items, very low prices for what you can get in store, and very crowded. Remember to bring your own bags for checkout! The lines are gigantic and it’s harder to social distance in such a high density high volume location. Some of the items can be found cheaper on Amazon to deliver to your home but it’s not much of a loss to pick something up here. There is an indoor pharmacy with extremely friendly personable staff that remember clients and family members of clients. Parking is spacious and ample.
My girlfriend visit Staten Island Costco for the first time today. The gentleman that goes by the name Matt definitely should be spoken to. Matt might not go out much or something. He must of not seen too many Asians in his life. He only asked my girlfriend to show her Costco card. You either card everyone or don’t card at all. With my girlfriend experience she did not see Matt card anyone after her. Didn’t know Costco can be low key racially profiling. Never had a problem in any other Costco.
This place has great deals but a narrow variety. You have a choice of two different shampoos, two different coffees, two different frozen beef patties, etc. If you need Mayo they will have two options, the gallon size regular Hellmans and gallon size fluff. If you need Mayo with canola oil, it won’t exist and its besides the point of this store. It’s about buying in BULK. If you can use 40 packages of Ramen noodles, great! If you can use 40 rolls of toilet paper, great! If you can’t use 20 containers of coffee, shop smaller and elsewhere. I’m satisfied with the bulk selection and when I need less of something, I shop at a normal supermarket. Also, be prepared to spend HOURS of your day, getting there, looking for parking, looking around, waiting 30m for a register and heading home. A Costco trip for me usually means devoting 3-4 hours out of my day.
Costco is always amazing. I never get bored of going to Costco for shopping or just to have a look of some deals. Last year i bought from there my new phone Samsung ultra note 20 for really good price plus the insurance. I got the cash back as well because i used their credit card. Some items are fairly priced but other are over priced especially meat and fruits and vegetables. Over all affordable to buy from there if you have a big family or big event. The most problem they have that you need a membership to enter (60$ plus tax for regular one) but it is worth it. If you are there, give their sausages a shot, it is really tasteful. You will love it!!
If you are shopping in bulk, this might be the place for you. You do have to know your prices because certain items may appear to be a bargain but might be less expensive at the local supermarket. Additionally, if you have limited space and cant store your bulk, you might be better off shopping small.Kirkland Signature products are like supermarket generics. They tend to be good buys at a nice discount from brand name items. Their prepared food items are particularly good for big families. One small problem is product availability. Often times a product will appear on the shelves for a period of time and then just disappear. Not fun if it is something you particularly like or enjoy.
We love shopping at Costco! The only reason, why I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5, is the fruits variety is limited and freshness of Costco greens are so-so. My 3-years old son always asking to bring him to Costco to buy new toy for him. Lol...We always buy best quality toys, books, scooter, fish, cheese, diary products at Costco
Costco Wholesale is a best place for shopping .We can buy lot of variety of Food,Home essentials, Pet items, bakery, Meat ,fresh vegetables and fruits. The prices are very low. There are so many Sanitizer Dispensers at different aisles for safety of customers in this pandemic. The Restrooms are neat and clean. I love this place.
I travel from Brooklyn to this Costco. They typically have a great selection and it’s not as crowded as the Brooklyn one. I also want to share a really great experience I had recently. I was looking for specific workbooks for my students, and the store manager, Saquib, was able to help me out. He followed up as promised and that alone is greatly appreciated. The rest of the staff was also very friendly and helpful, so definitely A+ for customer service!
Absolutely rude customer service from OP#128, Jane. I never had a problem at Costco before so it was so odd to have a cashier talk down and belittle a customer and the oddest thing was that she seemed to stay on the line and continue working after I spoke with a Supervisor. Can’t believe Costco condone this snarky and rude behavior. Thinking about canceling my membership because of this experience.
It was a horrible experience. I havent been to Costco for a long time I didnt know the self scanner was only for small items and it doesnt have the portable scanner for big items . No signs said so the Costco employee was standing next to me who could have said something no instead they left me to struggle with scanner no one came to help after I scanned almost everything then they tell me I shouldnt use the self scanner for big items very unprofessional . They could have told me that from the beginning not leave me to struggle with scanner with no help
I recently went to Costco on Sunday, and I loved how there were no lines! Also, they have some new products from the last time I was there (which was about a few months ago). They even have some vegan/vegetarian products which I am happy about since I recently turned vegan and my sister who lives with me is flexetarian....
Ive always loved shopping at Costco but I was genuinely annoyed after shopping at this location. Some of the employees are a bit rude and when I spoke to several supervisors about one employee in particular, I felt like they were a bit dismissive. They immediately linked it to the fact that she has an accent. 😳 huh? I tried to explain that as someone who works in Manhattan I am used to interacting with people from all over the world and her accent wasnt the issue. She constantly scolded us the entire time we were at the checkout counter. I was also caught off guard about the fact that they no longer accept any payments from Mastercard. Its been a while since I last shopped at Costco but Im not sure if I can shop here again. Maybe Ill try a different location in the future.
It feels good every time we go. Every time we go, there are staff at the door who ask us to show our membership cards before we can enter. The inside is very hygienic, the things are neatly arranged, the items are summarized in place, and the cashiers are very friendly!
It was terrible. I went for a simple plastic bottle return. The machine rejected most of my bottles even though it says 5 cent return in NY state. The machine gave me a 15 cent voucher. When I went to cash this voucher they showed me a line 500 ft long. Dont recommend.
I had an appointment for the tire (to get the nail out) at 6PM. I got there and they told me 2.5 hours wait. When they sell you tires for $700 they say their customer service is above and beyond, and I guess once they get you that’s it. They should be respectful to other people’s time. I understand things might get busy in the shop, but 2.5 hours is unacceptable!
Costco itself is a great place to shop, however do yourself a huge favor and don’t EVER order an appliance from them to be delivered. I ordered a refrigerator from them after 2 weeks they finally gave me a delivery date, showed up at my house on Monday morning and said they couldn’t get the refrigerator up because I lived 1 flight upstairs. Rescheduled me for Wednesday once again someone had to take off work, on Wednesday I was informed the girl made a mistake because they were supposed to have 4 men on the job. Rescheduled me once again for Saturday. Saturday morning I get a call the refrigerator is damaged have to reorder it are they for real!! Cancelled the whole thing and am off to Lowe’s today where I will have it in a day or two. What a joke they are!!!!
The woman by the entrance was YELLING hav your cards out. The staff was cranky and not helpful at all. I asked this girl a question she took off her vest and said find a manager the self check out girl with odd name was a miserable non smiling grump big time booo Im going to Jersey they hav less rectums working for them
Well stocked, quick lines at the register, plenty parking & it has its own gas station, located close to all other strip malls. Essential workers enter side entrance by respectful staff members! Chase, city bank, target & three restaurants, bus stops all close by great place to shop! PS handicap parking a plus all flat ground no steps to climb .
Store was well organized and well staffed. Asked a floor associate where something was and she actually escorted us to the item. Someone was taking count of the number of people entering the store but social distancing was impossible. But I was fairly comfortable because I didnt see one person without a mask on. Saw an $70 tenderloin with a sell by date - it was the only one. I pointed it out to a manager and he removed it promptly.
Costco is a good place to go to shop in bulk, which in my opinion saves time and money. With that said, it is a good idea to comparison shop beforehand to ensure you get the most out of your membership. The Staff is Professional, Courteous, and Helpful. Parking is usually near capacity - Patience and good driving skills are essential during the busiest times of the day.
I often go early enough to avoid the crowd. They always have a board up in the main entrance to let you know what essentials are on stock or out of stock. I am really sad that the photo center will be closing down. I often use them for their holiday/invitation cards, ink refills and they are the cheapest to get passport pictures done. So Sad. To me the place is always cleaned. I do wish they form a 10 items or less checkout aisle. At the food court I wish they gave out more condiments for the hot dog not just ketchup/mustard. And please put the sign all items go on the conveyor except for heavy items can stay on the cart more visible (bigger font) and place it elsewhere not below the conveyor.
Good prices and reasonable selection of products from a limited number of brands, which makes it easy to make a choice. Freshness of produce, meat, and bakery is quite good. The only pet peeve is the lack of aisle signage and information on the in-stock status of certain products.
I most admire Costco for the strength of their organization and structure. They have been able to meet crises, such as Superstorm Sandy and blizzards, to serve the community when other establishments failed. I also find that their products, with rare exception, are of great quality with enough variety to satisfy most peoples needs. The prices are also quite good in relation to the bulk quantity available. One thing that I most enjoy is when the Costco floor becomes the Kentucky Roller Derby while shopping; there is nothing like placing your life in peril trying to get from the toothbrushes to the olive oil. Not to be overly dramatic, but I have seen a woman pushing a cart piled way over head with cookies, water, and toilet paper at about 60 mph with no regard to human life. Lord help you to get in that ones way.Making your way from the freezer section to the baked goods is even more exciting. Shady would be proud to see shoppers juking their carts in and out of narrow isles narrowly avoiding each other while grabbing gallon-sized containers of babaganoush off the shelves.Staff members look totally calm and detached from the mayhem and probably have nerves of hardened steel. From what I understand Costco hires rodeo clowns directly from the arena, but wont hire the bull riders for being too soft.
This place has everything, I found a nice framed photo of the cast of Monkeybone! It was such a steal, only costs 45$! I screamed very loudly when I found it and employees ran up to me to help me off the floor. I had fainted, very glad I came her, nice people, weird milk though.
Some staffers are nice but I’ve found myself in situations where I was not welcomed. Today I went to ask about their photo center for passport pictures. I was given a very rude response and complete lack of willingness to assist me. Was it for my race? Can’t opine but I’ve seen them be courteous to many that aren’t of Asian decent... just saying...
I came to Costco to shop and parked my car in the parking lot. There ware no cars to either side of my car for at least 15 or more parking spots. I spent about twenty or so minutes shopping and headed back to unload the items onto my car, which was remained there the same way I left it… still with no cars next to it on both sides. When I approached my car I noticed three dents on the passenger’s side with paint scraped from it. It looked like someone purposely ramped a shopping cart into it. I returned to the store and asked security manager to view the tape in order to see who done such thing. I was told that there are no security cameras outside the store – only inside the store and by the entry doors. If that’s the case they should at least had signs stating this fact to the customers. I was very disappointed with their responses and unwillingness to pursue my issue with the damaged door. !!! What a pity - COSTCO can not afford outdoor security cameras to monitor their own parking lot !!!
Costco is an awesome place. The stuff is always good quality for the things they sell and even their own Kirkland signature brand is very good quality. If you dont like something their return policy is excellent and even their food court offers above average food and deserts. I never worry when I shop at Costco.
Shopping at Costco is like going to a tourist areas. Always fully pack with people. Hard to find parking. Too crowded. Returning is taking forever. Now I learn to go there an hour or two before closing or 10 minutes before opening. Wish they have a self checkout counter. Upside I do like their return policy and no question ask.
What to expect here:LinesOcasional dealsMembership feesGas dealsWhat not to expect:Customer serviceIn my opinion unless you shop for a very very large family the annual membership fees makes it not worth it. Price in the membership fee to product price (which are not low to begin with) it becomes more expensive than elsewhere (especially if you dont shop for family of 8). Most items are priced similarly to any supermarket per ounce. Poultry is much cheaper in Shoprite. I suggest to shop at Lidl down the block. Lidl carries quality products at cheaper prices. Membership is free and has amazing benefits. Attached is Lidl membership benefits (Ill stick to them going forward)
They have pretty good prices and availability of products but oh my gosh, this place is always packed. The parking lot is always full, you have to drive around a couple of time to find a spot. Then you get inside and its packed with the grumpiest people ever. I enjoy the products but really dislike the crowded mess of people. The gas station is convenient to us which is why we still have a membership there.
Getting more and more crowded every year. They did a lot to improve the parking situation, didn’t fix the issues, but at least they tried. They still have a great selection at a great price, so still worth the trip. Their ‘Prime’ grades of meat are almost always a great buy.
Place is usually always busy definitely for good reason. It is after all CostcoPros- Great deals usually with decent prices- Gas is probably the best price for the quality of gas-Union store: always a plus when you have a known union store. Honest days pay for a honest days work.- Depending on who is on the job good customer service- Good food at food court at Great pricesCons- Being it is usually packed I do think they could make a second deck for parking and update this store as it has been some years since renovation- Also like I said as a pro there are definitely some that are unfit to be inside this establishment- Food court line usually moves slower then average- ALMOST ALWAYS moving or taken items. This creates probably the main reason I cant give 5 stars as much as I truly support this company. I feel like I am on super market sweep any time I am going here looking for items
If youve been to a Costco or any other like it, you know what to expect. This particular Costco is usually organized well and the lines arent too bad...they move quickly when crowded. I use the handicap parking and there always seems t o be a spot. All in all its an A+ experience.
Excellent place to get your groceries handled. Have many sales and promotions not normally available at other locations and online. Checkout is always really quick regardless of how busy the location is. Floor layout is optimized for speedy shopping. Plenty of parking.
Very great place. Good deals on pretty much everything and if you buy in bulk everything is cheap. Staff works fast to provide you with what you need. My only complaint is that the ailes dont have any signs that make it easy to know where everything is, but if you go there enough times you can start to remember and memorize the layout of the warehouse.
I was in Costco a 1 1/2 hours ago. I think they are doing a fabulous job in trying to control the crowds and protect the people. These are trying times and unfortunately, there are too many who would rather complain than appreciate the fact that it is a hugh undertaking to keep people safe inspite of themselves. I wish them well and pray for their safety. The General Manager Chris and his staff are to be complimented.
There is one single female staff with the dark hair and big eyes who works at membership area is extremely rude. She spoke to me with attitudes at the beginning of me getting the costco membership 1 year ago after failed to attempt to sell me the higher cost membership. Today, I decided to not renew the Costco membership, not only she continued to speak to me with nasty attitude. She even rolled her eyes to me with no good reason. I’m not sure who the heck she thinks she is, but well, I’m so glad that I don’t have to deal with her and even see her again. Good luck with her pathetic life and representing Costco this way.
Great selection of items. Lots of things cheaper than other stores (when you buy in bulk). I visit here every week. My only complaint is the parking. The parking lot is big but the entrance to the store is kind of on the left side so that side of the parking lot is almost always packed (on a busy day like weekends and in the evening) and if you have to park closer to the Costco gas station be prepared for a long walk!
This Costco is a bit smaller than other Costco but it has a decent selection. The prices are decent and it still a better deal than regular prices at the supermarket. Although, there are things you could get cheaper at other places. I tend to shop here for the basics and items in which I wont get tired of if I bought in bulk. There are hardly anyone to ask for assistance mostly because the store isnt organized in a way that its easy to find what you are looking for. There are no aisle names or a guide on where items are located like in a typical supermarket. The checkout lines can get long pretty quickly. The place can get a bit crowded which leads to people acting silly. Like standing in the middle of the aisle to talk in the cellphone and not moving out of the way no matter how many times you say excuse me, or acting like vultures and pushing when they offer free samples. And parking is extremely hard to get. Sometimes, we would have to circle the parking a lot for a bit before we could find an open spot.
Well its a Costco so you pretty much know what youre getting into here. This particular location has a decent selection but not as many options for certain specialty goods like the one in Brooklyn but on the plus side, its far less crowded which makes for a much more pleasant shopping experience. Staff at this location is very friendly. The food court area gets pretty packed but we still like hanging out there after we shop. Cant beat the huge 2$ pizza and 25 cent waters!Would give 5 stars but the rather basic, though definitely adequate, selection keeps me from doing so. Im one for exotic foods so take that for what it is.
The workers at costco are awesome , because its such a busy store they are difficult to find. Compared to other Costcos Ive been to the space to move around is somewhat lacking. I know its a costo thing to do , but I often get a product I like and they relocate it or no longer stock it and I am often disappointed. Overall a good store but can use some improvement.
Long time shopper and Im just disgusted. I do my invalid parents shopping. I use their card and split the tender and then my groceries on mt card. I do this 1-2x a month. Today I was given the worst hassle at the register. Apparently I cant use my parents debit card (I know the PIN) they have to be here in person. I cannot be the only one shopping for loved ones. I was asked to go to the atm and withdraw cash to pay? I thought there was a change shortage? My parents and I are on the same Costco account too. Just a huge hassle, then was told I couldnt split the tender 2nd payment with a credit card it had to be a debit card. I dont know what changed since 3 weeks ago but it makes no sense. Luckily the manager saw me seeing red and with $500 worth of groceries in the cart and decided just this time to allow me to pay with my parents card. Ridiculous if its a PIN based transaction!
Costco is a great place to buy food that lasts a while and is affordable. You will spend more here but it will last a lot longer than the local supermarket. They also always have these great finds at affordable prices. I do wish they offered more organic and fresher longer lasting produce but cant complain too much for the price honestly.
You can get what you expect if any Costco here which is good. However this place is a constant circus. The line is long most of the time at the gas station and parking is difficult to find even with the very large parking lot. This is all likely due to the fact its the only Costco on all of Staten Island. The best time to go to avoid all this is weekdays later in the evening.
The service is decent. Awful when theres a high influx of customers during the weekend, especially on Sundays.Wheelchair friendly to an extent. Its hard to get seating when the tables are very close together and all the outside ones are taken. The bathroom is accessible but the sink is difficult to use.Edit:I had a staff member hit me with their elbow on my head as I was looking at the jewelry and he proceeded to laugh. It was not painful but the fact that he laughed and stated he didnt intend to do it when I said it was not funny, was inappropriate. His manager just watched him do this. When I asked to speak to his manager, I was shocked to find that she just stood there and did not step in. She excused his behaviors and did not apologize for it. I proceeded to ask where to file and whom to speak with about both their behaviors. They took me in the back where the Costco branch manager stepped in and finally apologized. I filled out the paperwork and three days later, corporate followed up and apologized again for the behavior.
Costco itself is a great store. It is well management. Employees work efficiently. But I notice many customers are selfish, lack of respect. They took the merchandise and left it anywhere if they decided not buying them, customers shouldnt do such things, especially meat products. I just feel shame for them!!They dont even have the the basic human morality. Shame, shame, shame!!!
Much improved from 4 years ago, it has become my very best go to place for alot of my needs. During the first COVID spike and since, they have maintain COVID-19 protocols of safe distancing enforcement, masks wearing by all, free available sanitizing materials for shopping carts and hands for the general public.

2022-03-05Store has great selection of seasonal items as well as regular food items. Store is very large compared to Costco in Hawaii so product selection is very good. Has some local products as well. Like Sams club much better but since they arent on the Island yet (local political corruption), Costco is a great alternative. Prices were very good as well. Gas station is a terrible setup for such a small location and should be moved to a different property. Impossible to get gas there without a painful wait with a fight to the death to navigate the cramped and full parking lot. Lose a star for poor location, parking, and gas station setup. Most drinks and paper items such as toilet paper, paper towels, etc can be gotten at local grocery stores much cheaper with weekly circular sales.

2021-11-10One of those days when you stop by just for eggs. LolThe customer service was great. I stopped at the membership desk, the gentleman was very helpful and patient. At the register there were two members who quickly scanned all of my stuff and packed my shopping cart within a minute.

2022-03-11Ample amount of goods, prices are ok for some stuff. You gotta keep your eye on prices and strike when it goes down. customer service is ok but can be better as you might encounter the occasional disgruntled employee. I wish they had medium and small shopping carts as it would reduce the inside shopping cart traffic and shopping cart accidents😁, also, not everyone buys truck load of goods in one visit. Clothes were very well priced last year but the current prices are higher for the quality. All in all its a pleasant experience to shop here. But there is room for improvement.

2022-07-01Costco Tire repair services: Brought my car here in October for four new tires with sensors. They stole my new spare tire. Called them to get it back and they said they don’t have it and they would help search our car to find it if we couldn’t see it. Beware. I guess you can’t trust legitimate businesses to hire thieves.

2022-06-29My favorite thing about Going to Costco is when I walk in and see Jesse😍 working the cash register. The first thing I do after seeing him is grab a smoked sausage. I make sure to mess with the bar code (so he has stroke my meat to scan it..what a grip 🍆🤛) I Love knowing he has handled the panties I have bought from Costco (still havent washed them knowing his fingers touched them 🤐) I still blush ☺️ ever time we make eye contact when he scans my KY jelly.

2022-01-23If you like good prices and feeling like youre in a zoo, this is the place for you. The gas station - clear your calendar because youre in for a wait. The amount of people that use the front of the building as their own personal loading dock is a testament to the all about me me me me me mentality that is so wide spread. For a good afternoon, grab a friend and some folding chairs and plant yourself by the rotisserie chicken area. Theres enough comedy material there to fill a stand up act.

2022-02-08I love costco. Didnt grab a sample although hungry. DID purchase a slice of pizza $2 and was able to eat every piece of it. Ordered from Kiosk and wait wasnt long. Would go back. Clean and not cluttered.
