They clean your motor vehicle here. I brought my car to this establishment dirty and I left with a clean car. They also have very nice smelly devices for your car. The waiting area was quite comfortable. Nice open windows to look out and watch my vehicle be cleaned. Swag.
OK wash but the finishing men left very dirty areas on the alloy wheels After removing my weather tech mats to wash, they were put back in soaking wet. Asked the worker to please dry them and he did it halfway very reluctantly. Also, it was still very dirty around the door jambs and rear hatchback. I dont get good vibes from these employees because if you point out anything that needs correcting, they respond in a way that makes you feel embarrassed. Looks like its time for me to find a new car wash.Edit to the above review: Patrick of Cottage Car Wash contacted me and had his manager there redo the wash and resolve all my issues to my satisfaction at no charge upon a return visit. I went to this car wash because of the amazing reviews I read on Google. I asked for the $30 wash as well as a little extra service, adding on $15. The fact that as I was approaching my car to get in and leave I had to ask for the bird poop stains to be taken off of my car is ridiculous….isn’t that the whole point of the car wash?! On top of that, my car was still dusty on the inside, my mirror was clearly not cleaned seeing as there were still spots on it, there was finger prints everywhere, and my cup holders were not touched. I had to clean my cup holders MYSELF after paying $54 not including $15 tip and I had to pay for my own air freshener. This was probably the worst car wash experience I have ever had. I have never left a place more angry. And I will 100% not be returning and do not recommend.
This place is amazing! The $25 wash is like a mini-detailing! They cleaned my windows inside and out (spotless!), vacuumed the seats and floor thoroughly, cleaned the mats and wiped down the doors and dash. Well worth the money, I will never go anywhere else.
I am happy with the cleaning but a little bit of dirt remained inside so couldve been better.
Great service! I go here regularly. They take their time with washing your car. They use quality soap and clean towels. They could do a better job with cleaning the interior specifically the console, in and around the cup holders. This can be a hit or miss. Sometimes they do a perfect job on the interior and sometimes not so much. Should be consistent. Other than that, very satisfied.
If you need full detail for both the interior and the exterior, you have to bring your car to Cottage. Great prices, prompt service, and respect the whole way. Cottage did a great job with my car!

This has become my go to car wash place. They do a really good job cleaning the interior of the car. Car comes out looking brand new and ready to take on more adventures. There are online coupons to get few bucks off (which I happily give back in tips). Nice comfy seating inside where you can watch your car being cleaned.
If you try this place you would agree its the best car wash. Its not around the block for me ,but it is worth the drive , they do a great job, never had to complain that they missed a spot. They also have 2 people working on your car so even if there is a line it move fast . To the owner and his staff thank you
Alright car wash and service if youre looking for a quick clean. Prices are a bit high and they can definitely do a better job cleaning the interior of cars.Went through my car after the wash itself and noticed the seats still had dirt on and the floors barely vacuumed. In between the seats. I had to go in and clean it manually with my own vaccum cleaner and some spray for the seats.
I just moved to bethpage from deer park and was looking for a car wash and came across this location right down the toad from me. I was excited to try it since the reviews looked good so my friend and I went there yesterday. My friends car came out great but my car on the other hand did not. They did not wipe down the dash and there was dust still left over. The screen on my car was covered with lint. They didn’t wipe down really anything. I was so disappointed. I really should have gone back inside to complain but I didn’t. I just went home and finished cleaning my car. Maybe I just came on an off day.
I had always heard good things about this car wash. Went there and was offered an early bird special so I took that. They were busy and all the guys were hustling... but as I found out later, hustling too much. Shame on me for not looking before I left but the vacuuming job was terrible. There was still a bunch of dirt and sand on the floor and the back hatch. Definitely check your car before you leave.
Super disappointed in the job that was done yesterday i have a white jeep so you see everything car was still visibly dirty in many spots did not have to time to go back and wait, windshield still dirty, Cup holders were not cleaned properly in and around Not sure what happened! Ledge above rear bumper still had sand. all over rims were still covered in brake dust dirt etc But after paying $48 for car wash and air fresheners on top of $15 tip i will go back to doing my own car from now on.
5 stars!! Great car wash. Very efficient tons of employees working very hard. There was a short line but they move super fast. The waiting area is very nice with couches and free coffee. They did a great job, I would highly recommend!

About a year ago I badly needed a wash and randomly stopped at Cottage Car Wash and they absolutely went above and beyond my expectations. I brought my 2018 Acura RDX and asked for the VIP wash which took about 20-30 minutes overall which seemed long, but I realized it was due to the level of detail the employees put into their work! When I got into my car I actually laughed in disbelief because it looked cleaner and shinier than the day I picked up from the dealership! Everything was sparking and I have gone back monthly ever since! Absolutely recommend Cottage Car Wash!

Great car wash. They take time with every cat regardless of how busy they are. Usually car washes dont care much and do everything quick and then the car is still dirty and wet. But not here. I always come here and my car always comes out amazing. One of the best car washes I have ever been to.

The place did a horrible job with my car. The interior windows were left so dirty. I dont know what they used but they looked horrible. They didnt clean the wheels. This is what you get for a superwash. They have gotten so bad during the past year that I will not return. Im not the only one that has said how bad their work has gone so I know its not me.
I have been coming to this car wash for years and I always have gotten best car wash. They do have few folks who wont do best cleaning as others but for most of the part I am happy with this place.
Pretty good they spent decent amount of time on my truck 15 after the car wash. But their attention to detail is lacking. When they were done the rims on my truck was still visibly pretty dirty that I could wipe of with just my finger

Cottage Car Wash is the best in the area! They have a really great car wash and employees that clean your car better than any car wash I have been to! They have a wonderful early bird special where you get $9 off of their Super Wash which takes place Monday-Thursday from 8am-11am. They use really safe chemicals on the inside and outside of the car and I know that my car is always in good hands with them.The waiting area is really inviting and comfortable to hang out in when they are drying your car- they even have a TV to keep you entertained. I frequent Cottage Car Wash a lot, so I buy the buy 8 get 4 free car wash package which I can use on any car and it is a great deal! I highly recommend this car wash to everyone, you wont be disappointed!
This car wash place is smaller in size when compared to other ones around, especially on Hempstead Turnpike. But it doesnt have a commercial feel to it, which is nice. The people are friendly, they have fresh coffee for the customers. But the main issue is the prices are quite high compared to other car washes. And they usually dont have any coupons or discounts like the other car washes.
Been there many times and never once had a problem. They have a very comfortable waiting room. They always do a complete and thorough job of cleaning the inside, which is not easy with my car because I keep a lot of stuff in it. They even make sure to vacuum out the trunk. They might be a dollar or two more expensive than the average car wash, but they dont charge extra for SUVs, and you get good quality for your dollar. Additionally, if youre able to take advantage of the early bird special on weekdays from 8am-11am, theyre actually a little bit cheaper than the average car wash. I definitely recommend them.
I thought it was a bit expensive until my car came out the other end. Inside and out, spotless clean inside and out,and it only took about 18 minutes, incredible job! Kudos to yall at Cottage Car Wash!!
Had my car detailed here last week, phenomenal price and service, had a bunch of scratches all over my car that they were able to get out. My 2016 car looks brand new inside and out thanks to them.
I recently had my car detailed at Cottage and my 2010 Volvo turned into a brand new car. Patrick and Orlando are professional and very helpful. The service there is superior and I would recommend their service to anyone. Great job.
Solid job in terms of drying and ensuring that youre happy with the cleaning. A little pricey, but they do a better job than most quick car washes. Not clear coat-safe like a full hand wash, but better than all the other similar washes in the area.
Amazing!!!Im a NYC cab driver and I know all my fellow cab drivers would love this place and pay more than they ask. A car wash is like a mini detailing. Its crazy to me. I get my car washed at least three times a week. And the places in the city and the bronx are a lot cheaper and have cabbie discounts but, compared to this place they dont wash your car. I always have to dry it more, clean some spots, tell them they need to go over my mirrors again. With this place none of that. I will be there every time Im in the area. Totally recommend.
One of if not the BEST car wash on Long Island! Maybe a little better with cleaning the Interior and Exterior Windows? (Tough because the Chamois are clean but damp-leave a film on the windows) the owners are the nicest men, along with there employees!!
Just got here at 9:20 AM. Trying it for the first time after a bad experience at Bethpage Car Wash. Monday- Thursday from 8-11 AM the Super Wash is $8 off- comes to $16 and change. Very busy place but lots of employees working fast. Nice lounge area, very comfortable. Looks like all the retired guys getting the early bird special, lol.
Just moved into the area so I tried out Cottage Car Wash for the first time recently and I was very pleased. My car was pretty dirty and covered in salt but it did a great job. Car looks awesome. I would definitely recommend you trying it out!
Dont go here. Writing this is especially disturbing as I have taken one, sometimes two cars there every week for years. All of the people there know me so to be treated this way from your favorite car wash is not very nice. I took my wifes 2016 Lexus there yesterday and whatever they cleaned the navigation screen with took the finish off and now they are denying responsibility. I took the car there and showed them, and after they denied it, I told them I would not come back, but they didnt seem to care. Time to find a new car wash!
Highly recommended. Im from Virginia and could not believe that that when the car came out the bay. 2 people worked on my car along. As im use to 5 people cleaning at once and they still miss things . This place is worth the 19 bucks for a basic wash. I must say the tire shine sucks only lasted house before it became dull.

When you have to repeatedly ask the cleaning guys to actually clean the inside of your car before driving off you know the place isnt good. Staff is lazy and I had to monitor them clean the car or else my center console would have still be filled with dust. They looked at me like I was crazy bc I called them out for my car not being clean. Looking for another car wash if anyone has suggestions. I dont think its too much to ask for your car to be clean post wash. Even the outside of my car still had a good amount of pollen on it when it came out. There needs to be quality control on the workers or else they wipe it once and wave the towel. Really disappointed with the service. Went home and did a second cleaning myself.
Its with Heavy Heart that I must post this review for years I recommended this business to both my customers and our community . Unfortunatelythis will No Longer be the case ! As a result of what transpired today.When I brought a vehicle in to be washed and the Acid that was used to clean my wheels caused damage to the finish on my* New Factory GM wheelRather then just trying to just rectify the situation and offer an apology The Owner and His Son immediately flipped the situation trying to show me some low quality video and claiming the car came in this way and accusing me of trying to pull something.I must say I have never felt so disrespected and disappointed in a business as I now do.Save your money and Go Elsewhere otherwise expect to be treated like garbage should there be an issue.
They actually take care to wipe down and thoroughly clean the inside and out of the car. Was very impressed by the amount of care taken. Be prepared to wait a bit, maybe 15 minutes, but the outcome and care is definitely worth the few minutes.
I went in yesterday for a car wash. I paid for the $40 wash and they did a terrible job. None of the cup holders were cleaned and the rug still had crumbs on it. I called and the man said come in and we will look at it then hung up nasty. Never going back! And the past reviews are right! Same rag in and out. So any sand on rag from cleaning the inside is now being wiped on the outside of the car. Never going back!!! With tax and tip and waste of $50!!

Went in today for a hand wash as opposed to machine wash. They washed the car with pressure washer and in less than 5 mins. I think because another customer pulled in so they took my car out without realizing they didnt properly WASH it. Then they gave it to the guys in the front who wiped the car down while it was dry!!! NEVER AGAIN!!
Reasonably priced all morning not just early bird pricing. Definitely a car wash thats worth your buck. Tip the guy at the end dont be ultra cheap you are saving at least 50% by going here.

Avoid when busy!!There are no controls when it gets busy. If there is a long line, keep driving. Dirty rags, scratches, etc. If the brushes finish cleaning a car covered in mud, dirt, and salt, and your car is next, expect your car to be washed with those dirty brushes.My car smelled inside for weeks from being wiped down with a dirty rag and I had scratches that I did not arrive with, which they deny, nothing seems to ever be caused by them...I regret going.

We all make mistakes but Walters employee outright lied to me and to Walter saying he told me it would be ready at 3 P.M. or 4 P.M. I respect Walters integrity in knowing his employee lied to us both. I know he will make sure the employee just admits the truth next time. We all make mistakes.

Took my 2011 BMW 335 here for a carwash. I have been here numerous times before with no issues but this will be the last. I got home and the car was DIRTY and SCRATCHED with SWIRLMARKS after a $30+ hand carwash. I didnt notice when I left because I didnt walk around the car completely. I trusted their work and was in a rush to get home to drop my friend off. After I noticed it was dirty (10-15min max passed) I returned and was told that they could not have scratched the car and that it was not that dirty. They refused to do anything about the scratches and when I confronted the owner he told me to go F*** OFF basically. I said I guess I will have to escalate this and call the police then. After I said this, he went and called 911 while I tried to call the local precinct. The officer arrived and luckily he believe me when I showed proof that I called first. The officer basically said there is nothing he can really do, so I left with the car and will consider further action after speaking with my lawyer. Had the carwash taken care of this properly, maybe offer to buff the scratches out this could have gone much better. Too bad they forced me to take this route.

CHECK YOUR CAR! I hade been going there for a few years and have had borh of my vehicles detailed this year. Last week the attendant shifted the transmission into 4 wheel drive while cleaning. I got right on the highway which caused extensive damage to the transmission and transfer case. I called right away and the gentlemen I spoke to gave me a whatever attitude and said Ill let them know. This is forcing me to persue this in Civil Court.

I brought my car in for a full detail. Everything I went over with them, they completed but there was some things they still missed over and I had to complete myself, as simple as rubbing out spots that I should not have had to do for a 200+ dollar detail. After leaving I had notice that my radio station was changed and the Bass/treble settings were altered from where I left it, including the Bass at +10 when usually set as + 2. After leaving the Island for a trip back to school, I noticed that the front passenger door speaker was blown and muffling. Since there is no way of proving that they caused this incident, I am now out the repairs and replacements of these part. this it UNACCEPTABLE! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!

Car never leaves clean , I call to complain and they don’t care . After this happening several times I have given up and starting going to Bethpage car wash . Everyone is much nicer and take the time to clean whatever they might have missed . Disappointed
I have been here 3-4 times. There was one occasion where I was disappointed with the cleaning that was done. However the other times the service was good.
They dont listen when you say the outside only. They also use one rag for both the outside and inside of your car. So all the sand and pebbles thay may be in your car get rubbed on your paint.
So and So, the prices are lucrative. Washed my car there the other day and it wasnt 100% clean. Still saw dirt spots.

2022-01-23This is THE BEST car wash ever. Period. They do an amazing job inside and out, and their early bird special makes it even more of an outstanding value. This is unlike any other car wash I have ever been to, when they are done its almost like having a full detail. I cannot rave enough about this place. I am a mechanic, and own some impressive cars, and let me tell you, this is the ONLY car wash that I would bring my Ferrari or my Hellcat to.

2022-05-02$60 hand wash took 1/2 the time it usually takes. Interior didn’t even get cleaned. Windows all smeared, top of cab (it’s a pickup) looks like it wasn’t even touched, bed cover still dirty. They’ve done a better job on my truck when they’ve been much busier. Dropped the ball on this wash, very disappointed. Waste of $60.

2022-07-04Great service at a pretty reasonable price. It was usually $31 for the package I got (inside, outside, undercarriage with wheels and windows) but with the early bird special (before 11am) it was $21. They did a great job and the car was done in under 10 minutes (it wasnt super crowded but it also wasnt dead either on the 4th of July). I look forward to coming back.

2021-07-18They do a really great job here. If you come before 11a you can get $10 off your wash. However, it is usually a long line because every comes at that time so they dont clean the car as well in order to move faster. Always go to their website and show them the coupon page. Also ask for their punch card so you can get a free wash after paying for 9 of them..If you go around 2-4pm they are not as busy. You can get a discount from showing them the coupon page on their website from your phone, and they will do a better job washing you car because they are not as busy.Lastly, they are the only car wash Ive been to with a VIP wash option. It is a basically a mini detailing option for about $50. Its faster then a real detail but much more thorough then a regular car wash. I get a VIP wash every few months.

2022-05-26If youre car is dirty this is the car wash to go to!! This place is organized and setup nicely. Drop off the car, walk through the building and make yourself coffee sit down on the couch and watch TV. Most important they do a good wash on your car.

2022-05-19Paid for premium wash package but left with unattended spots in the car. The trunk and side doors weren’t cleaned at all. They rush a bit to be done faster and complete more cars.

2021-05-11I got a car interior detailed after 4 years of never loving it. with a 5 year old in the back seat it gotpretty gross, i have to admit. it came out looking like a brand new car, i was impressed. wish i had a picture of it. but then i got my other washed, and they put a lot of love into it

Also on super wash you get a discount of $8 for early bird.They have lots of employees to serve you fast.The waiting room is very cosy. Thry sell stuff like wiper, floor mat, car perfume and also many food items to make your wait comfortable.

Their regular care wash and post wash details are way above the average car wash in quality, professionalism and friendliness. They also have a huge detail center nestled on the far side of the facility where they do great work as well!I Love my car, and Baby it. Always doing the work myself in my driveway during the summer months I used Cottage Car Wash during the winters only. Its progressed, through earning my trust over time, that I now go year round. The owners are stand up, honest people that will give personal attention to you if ever warranted. I couldnt be a happier costumer. They take pride in their work, and every employee friendly and accommodating. Hats off to Cottage Car Wash!!!!!!!
