So happy to be able to get my same supplies for my pets this close to home. Friendly staff and really take the time to make sure you get what you need. For sure will be making this one of the first places to get what I need.

I had always had good service at CountryMax until recently. Part of the issue they had no control over, part of it they did. Without going into detail about the issues, I was very happy the way Brad Payne of CountyMax took care of the problem. Although I wasnt pleased that a problem developed, I am very happy how it was resolved. I will continue to use CountryMax as my go to store for my hobby farm.

Ive been an extremely loyal customer for many years however over the past 1.5 yrs or so there has been a major issue with communication an store cleanliness, special orders way too many false promises.There is a new freezer in the Farmington Location because I personally worked with Jeff in the Victor HQ for years attempting to get Stella & Chewy;s Raw dog food in the store. Its the only product that my boxer is able to consume due to his medical issues and allergies.With the understanding that this brand is Top of the line and in high demand I wanted to be assured that I could get 4 bags ever other week. Because well my box is 75lbs he goes thru 2 bags a week. Unfortunately this was a false promise. Apparently people are returning open bags of raw food but the employees are putting them BACK IN THE FREEZER TO BE SOLD.Thats an FDA violation. Open RAW food should NEVER be placed back on store shelves to be purchased!!! Ive had to return 3 bags that were opened and 2 that have been EXPIRED. And every single time the stock number has been off so the JEFF does order more when the store is OUT OF STOCK because INVENTORY is NOT CORRECT! Which is also why I am NOT getting MY BOXERS Food after 2 YRS of waiting for the freezer. HONESTLY THIS STORE NEEDS TO GET IT TOGETHER. Im SO FUMEN ANGRY this NOT ACCEPTABLE SERVICE!!! When Meg managed this department she had it together. The Product was ordered she called to let us know it arrived and ours was on hold and we could pick it up at our convenience.Ive had numerous discussions with Jordan, Brett, and Mary but for what ever reason the act of getting food set aside and a call is beyond the level of customer service they are willing to provide. I am now searching for another option because clearly this staff cannot be trusted!

I usually love this store. They have everything I need and the employees are usually very nice. I recently bought a bunny here. She was a mess. I am disappointed in the poor condition she was in. The animals deserve better. I am very upset

I went into the store today and I must say that the staff is 100% better!!! The manager Jorden took care of my complaint I had the last time. I am much happier return into the store. Great customer service skills from the guys in the fish department 💪🏾

If your going for fish not a good idea. I been going there for 4 months looking for fish couple times a week and they always have sick fish and fish always have tail and fin rot or ick. Buyer beware.

I must say this used to be one of my favorite stores. This is my second time returning to the store in the past two weeks. I wanted to talk to someone about a fish I bought that died within 3 days of me getting at home. it was already kinda sickly and they assured me that he would be fine that it was normal for these fish to have lumps on them.(today several tanks shut down due to illness 🤔) So I took the chance. The first time I came back and the young lady who seem to be in charge was running around didn’t even as much as acknowledge my presence so I left. Today I came in the guy was helping someone else. I walked around very patiently. soon as he was finished with the other customer, he went over to the reptile department leaving me standing in there. Never once asked me that I need help he wants to go and gossip with the other girl that’s working there. But on a positive note the two young people work in the register were very hospitable and cheerfully greeted me upon entering the store that’s why I gave two stars

I needed propane for a 35 RV. I pulled in unsure of to access the pump. The employees - I wish I got their names, where there to assist. Once we figured out which side the propane fill port was I was told I needed to turn around the RV. This store is on the corner of two busy streets. The man became my spotter and gave me directions. He even stopped traffic as I was turning around. He went out of his way to make it safe. I told him I really appreciated his assistance. He went above and beyond. Doing all this with his mask on - protecting himself and others.Thanks
