This review is mainly for two people, first for management to address the issues, and second to warn guests who are expecting an above average property in a smaller town: you are literally better off booking ANY other property even an inn. This is not a knock on the checkin staff, great recommendation for Magnanini vineyard and dining at Yobo. Was not aware interior or exterior of the hotel was under construction until arriving at the property. Exterior they were resurfacing the stucco and had lift equipment on one side of the hotel. Interior the wallpaper was peeling and yellowing in not only the hallways but the actual room itself. The AC was not cold, and the chair in the room was a conference room chair. It is extremely worn even after the attempt of a refresh. The old room with yellow wallpaper and red couch would’ve been a cleaner presentation than the lousy attempt currently made. There was no full breakfast, coffee was old, at checkout the host was not wearing a mask even though “guests are required to wear face coverings at all times”. I genuinely booked this because of corporate standards and loyalty “close your eyes and book the default hotel” even though this was 2x the price of nearby places. Again nowhere on the website does it say at booking or viewing rates the disrepair of this property. This location needs to be shut down until repairs are completed or it should no longer be part of the Marriott umbrella. This is unacceptable and beneath their own standards. This is not an over critical review, everything about this was objective. Any other hotel in the area would have been a better but arriving in the evening from a long drive we were too tired to go through the process of canceling and rebooking, especially for a one day leisure trip.
Nice hotel. Room was clean and ac is working great. They are renovating a lot of the hotel so the gym isnt open, no big deal for me. The only thing I wish they had was the overlapping curtains so you can close the room darkening curtains all the way without there being a huge gap. And maybe they could have a curtain for the door or dim the lights at night, I can see light all around the door and through the peep hole from the bed.
This was a complete waste of money. No hot water, the water was hot enough to wash a toddler. The Bistro was not open, however you could your Starbucks items. The elevator has issues. I had to walk up and down 3floors 14times. Not to mention that once you go to get off the elevator there’s a half inch step you have to make, because the elevator does go flush with the floor. When I inquired about how long it’s been out, I was told months. This is a prime example as why reading reviews are important. This location needs to update their website to reflect the issues and allow us the Consumer to make a judgment call to stay there or not.
The hot water went in and out during my short shower. The heat didnt work in my room. The elevator broke and my grandmother had to struggle up the stairs. This hotel needs some repairs. One bright spot was a lovely front desk employee named Cynthia who helped me with a space heater.
No elevator to start (it was out of order). No microwave in room…why? I do not want to walk down several flights and to the other side of building just to warm a cup of coffee as there is a microwave in lobby. Restaurant closed…why? Please already with everything being due to Covid.
Patricia at the front desk was totally awesome. Funny personable and accommodating. The hostess Claire was so sweet and nice. Great employees like Claire and Patricia are hard to find these days. Give those gals a raise: I had an awesome stay. Food was great, room was clean. Nice and quiet. No complaints whatsoever.
Where do I start???Pool area had a 4 foot by 4 foot hole in the ceiling, with leaking water and strange odor in the pool common area, which cannot be OSHA compliant at all, which also made the area slippery before even getting to the pool. The first room I was in, had a broken refrigerator, then replaced, then that one did not work at all. Second, and worse of all, 3 hours into my stay my son and I heard water dripping, and were very confused, come to find out the ceiling behind the bed and near the coffee maker was not dripping, but pouring down with water to the carpet. If we were not in there, and knowing we were on the second floor, I can only assume the water would of made its way to the first floor too, so your welcome Marriot that I put the ice bucket to catch the water which I had to empty as it filled up with water quickly. The most frustrating part about this ordeal, is that when I went down to the front desk to tell them, since they did not pick up the phone after 15 minutes, I told them, and they were very relaxed and said, oh ok, we know of the problem you speak of, we can just move you, will that suffice? That to me is beyond infuriating. What this means to me, is now they will keep the room that has water, and smell, and mold from all that moisture vacant for one night and then provide to another hotel guest, this is crazy, worst Marriott I have ever stayed at. They should also update their site to say that their bistro and food services is closed for remodel, as that was what we were told, those services were suspended, and not due to Covid. The whole hotel needs a re-model fast or Marriott should pull their franchise. Mr. Smith
A major disappointment, and a disgrace to the Marriott name. There is no daily housekeeping service, and we werent notified that the room would not be serviced daily, requiring a visit to the lobby to get towels. The room was dated. The windows were difficult to see through from dirt and failed seals on the double-panes. The bathroom had numerous maintenance deficiencies, missing tiles, chipped porcelain on the tub, mold on the caulking. Being on the 2nd floor, we were shocked to see water rising out of the sink drain overflowing onto the floor while taking a shower requiring attention to prevent the room from being flooded. The hallway had wallpaper literally falling off the walls while were there. Many of the seams on the wallpaper buckled adding to the appearance on a neglected building deferring repairs. We never saw housekeeping the entire 3 days we were there, not even in the hallways. Perhaps there is a severe deficit of help due to the consequences of the pandemic, but it was really noticeable that there werent enough employees. On the positive side, the staff at the front desk was friendly and greeted us pleasantly. The beds were comfortable, the climate control functioned well, and there was not excessive noise from the hallway. The location is very close to a freeway, but in a rather isolated location without any amenities nearly.
This is the WORST hotel I have ever been in run by the Marriott hotel chain! The staff is bar none wonderful! Every one is accommodating and will go out of their way for you! However the building is in need of MAJOR upgrade and repair! Bill (Marriott) would be embarrassed at the condition. I am so sorry to so this. I am a VERY loyal Marriott customer, but in my opinion this hotel needs to be closed and repaired. We arrived on a day that was 95 degrees and it was obvious they had no air conditioning. The rooms were sweltering. We HAD to stay as we were getting onto a very important Zoom call and couldnt leave. The lady behind the front desk kindly gave us a fan, but it didnt cut the heat and humidity in our room. The wallpaper is peeling off the walls...the rugs are disgusting. Its just bad guys. You have GOT to shut this place down.
We spent the night here for a friends wedding. We had 2 rooms. Both rooms had no AC. When reported in they said they knew but thought it would a cool night and it wouldn’t matter…. That was their reasoning….. unbelievable. Breakfast was a basket with some bagels in it. Lol.
This hotel can be so nice but needs a lot of maintenance. The wallpaper is falling off all the interior walls or has fallen off in large segments. There are some bare areas and some areas where wallpaper pieces were put up where entire sheets used to be. Right outside of the elevator on the 3rd floor there was a disgusting water stained ceiling tile. In the room, the bed was soft but ok. The cabinets in the room were cheap and placed oddly. In fact, the tall cabinet in the room to hang clothes in was placed directly in front of the tall mirror in the room making it mostly unusable. The bathroom in the room needs a lot of work as there were chips in the finish of the tub, the shower faucet leaked and the finishes were all extremely cheap. Also of note, I noticed that the towels were the Kohls brand. I dont have anything against Kohls but found this to be odd for a Courtyard hotel. Outside the landscaping needs work too. I was disappointed in this property and have not stayed at a hotel that needed so much work.
The hotel is an active construction zone. The construction starts at 8am and ends at 8pm. Don’t expect great service. Entire second floor is drywall dust, opened access ways between the rooms, torn up carpet and room numbers with a piece of paper telling you were you are.Just bare walls and drywall mud all over the place. Then Yesterday they were working on sanding, and vacuuming a small walkway between the entire level. They weren’t finished until 8pm. They kept sanding and hitting doors, I called down and complained that it is unsatisfactory for that happening so late. I was told that there is active construction. I let them know that it was never told to us that there was construction when makes the reservation. I asked if they could finish at a normal time since after working that’s not what I wanted to hear when I came back to relax.Front desk apologized but said the area is under construction. As nothing was being accomplished, I hung up. Then the next evening the same thing happened up until 730. I called down again and was told the same thing. All over the floor, walls, locks, elevator there is drywall dust and construction debris. Again this was never stated to us when we booked the rooms. Why put us on a level under active construction?!? They never offered to switch levels or rooms. Just a mere sorry.Lastly, there was supposed to be complimentary breakfast. After arriving, we were told there is only coffee and muffins/bagels. Anything else would come at a charge. What’s is complimentary about that?Remotes were not in a plastic bag. Also, there is no cleaning. We were told if we have to throw something out to wait until we saw a cleaning person and ask them to discard. Only call for new towels. But there is no active house cleaning during a stay. Before and after only.I don’t expect special treatment. But paying full rack rate for this hotel in the current state is unsatisfactory. They won’t do anything to make the stay better. Some businesses have adapted post COVID and became better. Some have failed and become worst. This business seems to use it as an excuse to be nothing more then a motel under Marriott Branding.
I was really surprised on the condition of this hotel. It seems they are undergoing some type of construction why it wasn’t your typical Marriott ambiance. The room wasn’t up to par with the cleaning standards I’m used to. The room phone was sticky….gross! The bsthroom tub coating was coming off and there was hair and dirt in the tub. I travel with lysol wipes and sanitizer so I cleaned up the bathroom to make me feel somewhat comfortable. The hotel was at sold out status and it was late so I didn’t bother with a room change. Upon checkout, I asked if this Marriott was a franchise and it was so it explained a lot because a Marriott International hotel would not be in this condition.
First of all I understand daily room service is not available due to COVID no problem. You should be able to get clean towels and washcloths. We had to ask a couple times a day to finally get clean ones because we were told they did not have any extras etc. Also no pillows are available for those who sleep on the pullout couch. How ridiculous is that? This is a hotel folks.
This Hotel used to be great ! ☆ Not ANYMORE ☆ 10/21 Update ☆ Broken A/C 2 days of our Stay • No Wifi in our room 2 days • TV didnt work 1 of the 2 days • Hotel Gym was closed to get the floor redone • Pool was Dirty • Elevator was broken and when it did work it would not align with the floor on the 2nd /3rd floors ( Major Trip Hazzard )Missing pillows for the foldout and we were told they ran out on location .Ice Maker was Broken on the 3rd floor .Toilet paper holder in the room was broken and to Top it Off the last day we planned on sleeping in and leaving after lunch but we were informed the Water was Going to be Turned off @11AM 😡We have been coming to this location 17plus years but this is certainly the Last Time We Will Ever Stay Here !Marriott should be Ashamed to be affiliated with this location !
Full credit to the hotel, I get the impression they have had a substancial reduction in staff during the pandemic. With proper staffing Id expect it would be a five star stay, all in all.Check in took awhile, at first there was just no staff anywhere around. We put our stuff down and called the front desk phone. It rang and rang, honestly I considered answering it for the laughs. I walked into the staff only hallway to get assistance but there were no staff. No bell to ring. Eventually as I became agitated the person who had arrived to serve guests at the bar said she would be right with us.She rapidly checked us in. I got the impression she was the manager, as well as the front desk clerk, as well as the bar tender (she also got me ice later that night because all the machines were broken). So again, full credit, for handling a hotel basically solo, it wasnt a bad wait. But yea the ice machines are literally all broken - three floors of them, which was disappointing. The bar was mostly not operational but thats true of many hotels right now.The room was shockingly nice for the location. Sorry but the area outside Newburgh is not known for its high quality accomodations. But the hotel had nice, freshly renovated rooms. Anyone familiar with the most recent courtyard update (large love seats, contrasting wallpaper) would recognize it. Considering I was expecting the decor from the 90s, I was very pleased. The room was very clean, and the bathroom in great shape.Id say there again, and got the impression it was by far the best option having seen the inside of some friends accomodations.
Difficult to check in, had to wait for at least 15min for a staffer to show up, and then to finish serving people at the bar. Wasnt ideal since we already arrived later than hoped. Seemed lightly staffed so I dont think it was for lack of staff effort.Hotel room was clean and enjoyable. All the ice machines were broken. Easy parking, solid location.
A bit disappointing for a Marriott. We were on the first floor and the window didn’t lock. The Air conditioner didn’t work. The front desk staff shared a fan with me and helped me get a stick to put in the window to feel safe. The front desk staff is wonderful but this hotel needs attention.
The room was dirty, the breakfast was laughable, the air was broken in our room so we were sweating to death (and the air was dry and stale, after a night sleep I felt like Id been smoking cigarettes all night, I wonder if had formerly been a smoking room). There was what looked like vomit stains down the side of the mattress. I wouldnt stay there again, truly disappointing for the amount of money they charged for a night!
The rooms are run-down (in my case, beat-up) and not thoroughly clean. The coffee and breakfast (bagels or muffins of very little variety) are not complimentary, but they dont always put out a sign telling you so. The staff are not friendly and seem almost hesitant to accommodate. I did not receive the same service that I have always received at other Marriott-Bonvoy establishments. They did get me a microwave the day after I checked in. I wish I had taken pictures now of it. It didnt sit flat on the countertop and had holes in the corners of the top where they obviously had it screwed into a counter at some point. The little ledge in the shower to put your toiletries was supported by two nasty looking, rusted screws jutting out. There were hairs in the shower when I first got in. And although this is not the establishments fault necessarily, the entire time I was there, the hallways and elevator wreaked of pot. I was there for 4 nights. My coworker ordered a burger from the bistro. It was so bad that he went down and asked if it was a microwave burger and the man admitted that it was. They never had anything that I needed or wanted at the bistro. Asked for lime or lemon one night and was told they did not have any. Yet they have a bar.... Overall, I will NOT stay here again.
One of worst experience. They gave wrong room and gave excuses that its full occupied. Room number plats was on floor and entrance near room door was not repaired. Asked for water bottles and front desk said go in gym and fill up your water 💦 bottle. No morning breakfast and excuse is Covid.. Two days stay and charge two different days and gave one receipt.. Total cost waste.. Never go back to same hotel again..
Horrible Staff, horrible rooms. This is NO WAY a 3 star hotel. It reminded me of an old beat down motel. I am embarrassed to be a gold star Marriott member after staying at this hotel. Look at the photos and judge for yourself. Please take away the one star I have posted, so that would equal to ZERO stars to this hotel !
This place is a dump, and not at all what Ive come to expect from a Marriott Courtyard property. Moldy ceiling tiles, peeling wallpaper, a hole in the wall of my bathroom, and for my lifetime platinum membership I was rewarded with a room overlooking an overflowing dumpster. I will definitely never spend another night here!
We stayed at this hotel with our three kids and everyone had a great time. We loved that the pool was open until 11 pm this gave the kids plenty of time to have fun after dinner. We also loved the atmosphere down in the lobby. There is a lot of seating and hang out spaces. We had breakfast in the hotel which is a bit expensive normally but we were able to get the room deal that included breakfast for a small additional cost. The breakfast was very good and was a very good portion size. Nobody left hungry! We also got two coffees and loved that it was Starbucks coffee. Overall we had a great stay! The hotel was clean, up to date, and the staff was very helpful. My only complaint is that I wish the hotel food services stayed open past 10 pm.
This was the grossest experience at a hotel I’ve ever had. The mattress was exposed and stained brown and somehow the front desk attendant was worse than that. No help at all and rude. This will make me question staying at Marriott going forward. The room felt wet and smelled.
Stay at a motel. Or better yet, just sleep on top of the bar your at.Wall paper and room numbers falling off the walls in amd out of the bed rooms. Water is leaking from the ceiling. There is a big hole over the pool. The pull out bed for the kids is bent in a Z.This place is horrible...
On the plus side they have a working hot tub but a pool just big enough to jump in and out. The beds are comfortable and there is coffee in the room. But you must pay for anything resembling breakfast food and coffee outside the room. The bistro is closed Saturday and Sunday and there is no computer that you can print documents. Anything that needs printed must be forwarded and downloaded from the front desk computer. Really? Very disappointing when paying over $100 a night. Live and learn I suppose.
You’ll pay just as much or more than other major chain hotels, but you’ll get much less. Rooms have been remodeled...maybe 10 years ago, and they weren’t don’t well nor were they kept up. My room had peeling ceilings, peeling wallpaper, rusty plumbing fixtures, filthy air vents, mystery stains on walls, sticky goo on carpet. Hallways have massive stains. And, they have the nerve to squeeze a few extra dollars out of you by charging for breakfast. I mean, everyone offers something for breakfast, but not this place. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere.
The rooms are comfortable but they are following a trend of very few drawers which is inconvenient for long stays. There isnt a microwave in the room and while you can request one they only have a few. There is wallpaper in the hallway coming off the wall, and the service is hit and miss.
Have been staying at Marriotts for years and even in times of covid it is always a safe place to stay. A little different from the usual but the staff is always willing to go the extra mile to make you feel welcomed. I wouldnt hesitate a minute when deciding where I would stay if I needed to.
I was happy with my stay. Clean and quiet room. Courteous staff. All needs met with a smile. Bed was comfortable and my family all woke up well rested. No complaints of sore neck, back etc... This is the most important thing for me because we travel for swim meets and my kids need to be well rested. We will be back next year!
Room had the following issues huge water stain across bedroom ceiling, garbage pails all full upon arrival, shower tiles all cracked, fire/smoke alarm hanging and not working. When I told them about this they just said yes we know and didn’t offer any accommodations because of this. Totally unacceptable !!!
We have stayed at this Courtyard for several years. The staff, in every capacity, was professional, courteous, and accommodating. The rooms are extremely large and the beds comfortable. Some of the furniture could use some attention but the room was very clean and our stay was not affected by this. The breakfast menu was limited but had enough variety for our family to enjoy what each wanted. I highly recommend this Courtyard.
The location was great for the West Point Spartan race we did this weekend. The staff were excellent and very helpful. We did have issues with the aging door key card locks - which worked about 50% of the time. The pool area was nice, but the hot tub had issues and was closed when we went down to enjoy. Otherwise everything else was great!
I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The beds are super comfortable and I slept very well! The only things I disliked about my stay were the smell of the rooms and the room not having a microwave. The room smell lingered around and wouldnt go away. The smell was most likely coming from the air vent. Other than that, I really enjoyed it here! The staff is so polite and my check- in process was fast.
Nice to find a fresh, clean, fashionable hotel with all the amenities at a reasonable cost. Courtyard has thought everything out well. Has a nice Starbucks counter with good quality food items. Classy lobby with plenty of places to sit and talk. Nice pool - not too big! - and exercise room. First floor rooms were amazingly quiet! For business or just a visit to the area, youll like this place to stay.
Im going to give them five stars for the potential because they are not done with renovations. This room has more USB and electric Outlets than any room Ive ever been in. This is amazing! but I may change my rating if they dont fix some of the issues like the lack of a soap dish and the cheap 99 Cent Store shower caddy hanging off a shower head. Staff was super responsive every time I needed something fixed
The beds are extremely comfortable, the staff is very pleasant and the facilities are very clean. The only drawback is the breakfast situation. Paid for breakfast but apparently its via some satellite Starbucks branch built in to the lobby and not a traditional continental breakfast Im accustomed to at any other hotel Ive stayed in. This wasnt the first time Ive been at this particular hotel and it wont be the last.
This place is in complete disrepair. Moldy ceiling tiles, entire sheets of wallpaper peeling off, an overflowing dumpster, holes in the wall. For the privilege of staying there, they’ll charge you an arm and a leg for some prepackaged breakfast food from Costco in the lobby in the morning. Shocked that this is a Marriott.
Have been to this hotel several times before and always had a good stay. Went here for an overnight trip to visit the Woodbury Common Outlets and view the surrounding scenery. We are Silver and Gold members. We arrived around noontime and usually could get in within an hour of arriving but the woman manning the desk was very firm - no check-ins until after 3 p.m. We went out for the day and came back to check-in. Precious checked us in and she is truly a top example of excellent customer service. Her appearance, demeanor and sense of humor took off any edge we had about not being able to get into a room earlier. She was accommodating and met all our needs with an upgraded room and top floor room. She is definitely someone you would expect to be manning the desk at your higher end Ritz Carlton brand. As for the hotel, the elevators were out which was no big deal to us but I am sure a problem for less mobile guests. Also, it was a bit cold at night and the heat was not on within the room. But as I said, the negatives were far outweighed by the customer service from your employee Precious.
The property does not live up to the same standard as other Courtyard properties. The property was in disrepair with wall paper peeling of the walls in the hallways and water damage on ceiling tiles. Pool was out of order, the workout room was out of order, allguest ice machines were not working, and the Bistro was not open. Sadly there was poor cutomer service among the staff.
Marriott is one of the more expensive hotels and still finds a way to charge you extra by excluding a free continental breakfast. Their breakfast is average quality with an over average price. If they were concerned about their travelers they would make travelling easier and more convenient and include breakfast in their higher than average price for a room. But, like most corporations today, they prioritize profits first, not the customer. I for one will take my business elsewhere, where breakfast is included.
My stay was to attend a wedding and it was wonderful. Front desk personnel were very friendly. Lobby was of a great size where the group we were with met comfortably. Accommodated everyone... we were around 40 of us. The only 2things that would have made my stay a bit better was having complimentary breakfast. Not having transportation made it hard to get breakfast and had to settle for DD across the street. Another thing was the bathroom was a bit tight. The opening and closing of the bathroom door just to get around inside the bathroom was inconvenient n not having a bathroom vent made it fog in the bathroom needing to leave the bathroom door opened to ventilate.
I stayed here for a quick trip and was very happy with my choice. The rooms and general area were well maintained. The staff were all friendly and eager to please. There is not a lot of food choices in the immediate area but the hotel has a small bistro as well as the front desk has menus for restaurants that will deliver. One of the few hotels in the area that offers airport shuttle service. Would stay here again.
This hotel is great!! The rooms are extremely clean and the grounds are very well maintained. Quiet location, very friendly staff and super comfortable beds. The manager Kim, went above and beyond our expectations while ensuring our needs were met. This has been one of the nicest Courtyard Marriott stays I have experienced. 5 stars all around.
Concept, cleanliness and quality is here to be going on this Marriott as well.Yet front desk didnt really seem friendly. There was an apparent attitude. Wasnt really helpful either for such a small request like toiletries. Asked very nicely and it wasnt too late(22.00, is it too late for that?), they told me to come get it from downstairs. !!?!?!!
Staff was great. Rooms are showing some wear. Carpet needs to be changed out. Ceiling damage from a leak needs to be repaired. Bistro was closed for some reason. Im a big fan and frequent guest of Marriott with Platinum Plus status. This property isnt quite up to the high standards of Marriott.
The rooms were clean and the beds are super comfortable. On top of that, the staff went way above and beyond to make my little one happy. From the front desk to the office staff and the girl working the bistro in the morning (which had awesome food), everyone was so kind and helpful! Would highly recommend!!!
We met some friends who were passing through for a night and had landed at Stewart Airport - we all stayed over at this very clean and well run Courtyard Marriott. Extra friendly staff, very tasty food choices at the Bistro in the lobby/lounge (for late nite snacks and breakfast), very spacious room, quiet and comfortable surroundings. We stayed on the second floor facing the quiet side of the building (room 211). We have nothing but good things to say about our overnight adventure - the indoor pool and Jacuzzi were clean and very relaxing too.
Large room but a very tiny bathroom with a door that scraped on the floor when opening/closing, and an unsafe slippery shower. There wasnt even a toilet paper holder in bathroom and there was a cheap dollar store caddy in bathroom to hold toiletries. Wallpaper was peeling in spots in room. Beds and room were cleaned well however and bed was fairly comfortable but the bed was placed horribly close against one wall in particular. For such a large room the layout was terrible. Very disappointed as per the GENEROUS 2 star rating I gave it ... I certainty expected higher standards from a name like Marriott.
Very nice hotel with all amenities. Exceptionally clean and well taken care of. The bed was superb and the arrangement of the furniture in the room very conducive to a comfortable and easy unpacking stay. We were very pleased with the rate for the holiday weekend. The hotel is well-maintained and furnishings are modern and beautiful. Near airport but noise was never a problem, well insulated. A really good hotel stay if you are in Newburgh, New York. Convenient to restaurants, shopping, New York City, and sightseeing.
Have stayed at this location multiple times over the years. The rooms are immaculate which reflects the great care the cleaning staff takes. Also, the staff at the check-in desk are always accomodating since I usually arrive around 12:00 p.m. but they always have a room ready for me. I have received an upgraded room multiple times here also and these room have a lot of space and provide a huge comfort for any traveler. The location is great to since it is right off the NY Thruway which provides you easy access to all the attractions in the area.
I stay here for quick overnights for business and appreciate the friendliness of the staff and the clean, spacious rooms. I often forget my government tax-free form and they always have spares at the front desk. Pool and hottub are a nice bonus and the breakfast food options are very good. Used to grab a bite at the Dunkin Donuts across the street, but the hotel has healthier, more appealing options and the service is usually just as quick.
There are many areas that rank excellent for this hotel and several that rank good. Good: Food variety and quality. Not a large variety of dinner menu items and food just above average but it is very convenient to have at the hotel. Some hotels offer better food and variety and others offer none.Staff is friendly and helpful and rooms are clean and tasteful. I have not stayed at any other hotels in Newburgh so I have no basis of comparison there.Internet was easy to connect to but sometimes went dormant if not continuously using. It was handy to have the small shop available next to reception; especially when I forgot my toothbrush and wanted a small bottle of wine to take to my room.
I am not rating this hotel very high. Reception and check in was fine, but the room was too hot and we could not turn down the thermostat (even set at 50 degrees). We decided to eat in and it turned into an awful experience. It took over an hour to get our order and the food was way over cooked and not at all tasty. We had to order at the counter and had to ask several times when we would get our food and we were always told shortly. We had to get our food except for one meal. This was very disappointing particularly since we were the only ones eating in the bistro. I would not recommend this Courtyard until they fix their problems. We skipped eating breakfast at the bistro for fear of the repeating the previous nights experience. Check out took forever. I really dont know why.
Decent place. No breakfast included but the Starbucks inside is nice. Rooms are clean and stylish but it seems most of the door handles could use some work, I wasnt the only guest who had trouble getting them to turn. Price was higher than I anticipated but comparable to other hotels in the area.
Really really Great staff! Very clean and warm, victor the chef at the starbucks super friendly and great cook. Enjoyed our stay. Nice to know there is wine, beer, and liqour and additional frozen meals available, as well as a beautiful small hot tub and pool all year around.
Spacious room, excellent helpful and courteous staff. Breakfast, while not free and not a buffet, had plenty of choices and was well prepared, its always convenient to eat at any hotel before going out for the day and the food was good. Very limited dinner menu was not worth having dinner there. Fitness room is limited in what it has. But overall a great place to stay. Good location, easy to find. Definitely will consider staying here again.
This hotel is conveniently located right off the highway and also an easy drive to restaurants. The rooms are generously sized and very clean. There is a nice outdoor patio for sunning and relaxing right off the indoor pool. The breakfast offerings are ample and healthy. Great dark Starbucks coffee. Smiling staff and good linens.
Absolutely loved the time I stayed here the hotel staff was absolutely more than I could ever imagine extremely helpful courteous kind I absolutely adored the staff specifically Patty who went above and beyond to make my stay here the best Ive ever experienced at any hotel Ive ever stayed at the room is absolutely gorgeous clean efficient I would definitely stay here over and over again!
I would give this Courtyard 5 stars because of the most caring, personable staff and the amenities. We enjoyed the food available at the bar and again at breakfast. BTW, the food is prepared and cooked on location, no dry, stale bagels, over-cooked coffee, or cereal in a box...good, well prepared real food. The hotel is in a good location; we were in the area for a family reunion, but visited the nearby Newburgh restaurants along the Hudson.
I stayed at this property because I had business in the area and then had a dinner appointment at the Newburgh Waterfront. This property has the just the right amount of service for food and drinks without being expensive or time-consuming. If you are in a hurry or just want something quick, this place has it.The rooms are very nice, everything is fresh and clean, the internet/wifi connection is not bad.I have stayed at other properties in this area and this is the best one by far. I always stay here if it is not already booked.
After driving from North Carolina, it was great to stay at the Courtyard hotel in Newburgh. The beds were soft, rooms very clean, and nice bathrooms.I like the fact that the parking spaces were able to accommodate my pickup truck. A lot of hotels have very small parking spaces in tight areasThe hotel staff were very helpful and accommodating to our needs. The common area (lobby) has a place that serves food. I highly recommend one have breakfast. They serve a great breakfast-plentiful and served hot.The hotel is right next to the airport..not noisy because airport is not overly busy. They have a shuttle to and from airport. If you want to eat out, there are restaurants down the road..Longhorn is highly recommended....If you are visiting in Newburgh..stay at this hotel. I was pleasantly pleased with.my stay
While attending a wedding, my wife and I decided to stay at the Marriott because we know that the are the best. Our stay was short but the list of amenities were long. The room was spacious and clean and the hotel had a very modern look and feel. Had a great time. Saul Family
We arrived early (10am) because we had to be somewhere in the afternoon. Our room wasnt ready and we were told to try again at noon (check in is 3pm). We had breakfast and came back about 11:30am and they had our room ready for us. THAT is Customer Service at its BEST!
AWESOME all around experience from check in to departure. Staff was friendly, engaging and knowledgable. Housekeeping was courteous and helpful, especially late at night when we needed something for one of the kids. Pool and fitness center was awesome , as was the business centre. Keep up the good work, Marriott!
Bathrooms in the room are disgusting. No excuse whatsoever for mold in my hotel room bathroom caulking. None whatsoever. Corners everywhere caked in dirt.Staff excellentPool and jacuzzi niceMarriott beds so yay!BUT with the bathrooms dirty makes me wonder what I slept and swam in. 😒
I was really hoping to have a good time, since I was celebrating my daughters college graduation. Upon check-in, our room was on the third floor and did not have internet.it never got fixed , even when I complained three times , nothing was done . The bathtub had a ring around the tub, the room was way too small, the pool and jacuzzi were dirty, and there was no towels in the pool area , even when I called down to front desk to ask if there was towels. .there was no manager on duty for The Weekend . She came back on Monday I was told. I called her and left a voicemail and she never called me back . I won’t be returning. In my oponion, Marriott has gone downhill. The cafe ran out of a lot of stuff they had listed to eat too.. I won’t be staying in a Marriott anytime soon againmwhite6315
Our stay to attend a wedding was pleasant, clean, comfortable rooms. The location being somewhat remote, should have their shuttle more accessible. The local cab company - Newburgh Taxi is terrible and Uber does not service that area. No complaints besides be able to use the shuttle.
The staff at this hotel are amazing. My recent stay it snowed overnight. The person or people responsible for clearing the snow went above and beyond , they cleared the snow around the doors if my vehicle, they cleared my windshield and put my windshield wipers in the up position so they dont get frozen to windshield. Excellent service. Very clean as well. Stayed here before will absolutely stay again in the future. Highlt recommend
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Marriott. The hotel is very clean and comfortable with spacious rooms. All the staff was very friendly and efficient. A nice quiet place with a relaxing courtyard (although noisy because of the main road location). I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again if the need came up. Thank you for a pleasant stay.
If management stay more concerned of customers satisfaction or customer service then it will probably be a better hotel until they fix their staff on how they comply with customers I will not be staying at this hotel ever again and for all the families that do stay there it seems as if the staff there are nice but overall theyre really working for each other and not trying to make the customer comfortable I cant complain about all the staff some of them were nice is more so attitude wise and how they communicate they dont communicate effectively in which made my stay very very very very uncomfortable and management dont even reach out to you they dont come and ask you any questions they dont ask you about your concerns I left my information and no one has still contacted me but its okay because at the end of the day theyre going to get a bad rating and they lost a good customer.
It was my first time in Newburgh and the staff was courteous, friendly and patient. I was having a hard time and the clerk who checked me in, made me feel better about my day. I even forgot my tooth brush and tooth paste and she was able to help me. Very relaxing comfortable bed and room. Definitely will be back for business and will stay there again!
I could not have been more pleased when I ventured out to my car and found that it was not covered in the more than 4 inches of snow that fell over night; staff at the hotel had gone out in the below zero weather and cleared it off. My arms were loaded with bags and computers, how nice it was to just unlock the car and drive away. A great service and one that I was not expecting.
Clean hotel, no breakfast included so be prepared to pay $3 for Starbucks coffee and $4 for fruits and yogurt in the lobby. Staff overall are great and immediately addressed needs but encountered one that was not so friendly or accommodating. Very basic hotel, met the needs of a quick stay and in the middle of nowhere.
We stay at this hotel every year for work and think its the best hotel in the area. Modern facilities, clean rooms, comfy beds, and one of the only indoor heated pools and hottubs in the area. Front desk staff are always very nice and helpful with restaurant recommendations and directions. We pay more to stay here for the pool and hottub which is a great way to unwind after a long day (and I usually have it all to myself).
Many parts of the hotel are very dated. The HVAC unit in the room did not operate properly - other guests in our party also had problems with room temperatures - some too hot - others too cold. The lobby looks nice but the rest of the hotel elevator, rooms, etc. are not up to the Courtyard standard.
Friendly people, clean property and good food in the bistro. Im a returning guest. It would help if the housekeeping staff didnt rush guests out of the room a couple of hours before checkout (after a late night). They like to knock on doors at 10 am. Checkout is 12. Its a pattern and is disturbing. Theyre getting ready to lose my business if it doesnt stop. One more time and Im headed to the Hilton.
Very accommodating hotel - quiet night with comfortable beds. Front desk staff were friendly and professional. Room was spacious. Bathroom was tight but fine for one night. Morning cafe breakfast was great, also staffed by friendly and professional people. Hotel was pricey but convenient and well equipped.
The Courtyard was an excellent place to stay for a visit to family in the area. All of the staff here was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is very well maintained and in an excellent location. The pool area was very nice. We requested a rollaway and extra towels and our request was handled promptly. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it highly.
My overall experience was EXCELLENT. My only issue was that breakfast wasnt included in your stay like many other large hotel chains. You would think for the price for the two rooms I booked at one time, it would automatically come complimentary.Starbucks is there as well as a breakfast/dinner restaurant. The cost to feed 6 was crazy. We ended up going to the nearby supermarket for bagels, muffins and juice for the kids on day two of our stay.
This was not a good experience at all the only bright spot was the lady working at the front desk in the evening the hotel was in very bad shape and so much this repair the elevator didn’t work for 24 hours two of the ice machines out of three did not work and in the morning you could not find any staff
We stay in a lot of hotels with our swim team!Overall this was a great experience.Great housekeepingOnly issues were heating was loud and not enough food staff for morning and evening rush. There were 2 large groups for kids sporting events at hotel ,With only 2 people on in Bistro.Staff was obviously over whelmed.Long wait time discouraged people from ordering food.
When you can get a room at this hotel, because of the number of colleges near by, it is a great place to stay. Huge rooms, clean, and comfortable. Weve stayed here many times over the last 4 years and will continue to do so as our son does 1 more year of grad school. Book early!
I went to West Point on business and decided to stay in this hotel despite other closer hotels because it was the closest Marriott hotel. My experience showed that I made the right choice. The staff were excellent and the hotel room was very clean. It was a Monday night stay and I was upgraded to a suite as a silver reward member. I did not mind the lack of dining facility as I had a car.
The pro was a very friendly staff but the cons were numerous. Showers as well as hot tub didn’t consist of hot enough water & the beds were painfully soft and even broken in room 330. Towels in bathroom with threadbare and rough. Blankets on beds need to be thicker/warmer. Done with this chain!
I wanted to let you know since the front desk at checkout did not ask me how my stay was !!It was very disappointing!Since the front desk did not ask how my stay was it was very Disappointing!!I arrived at 9:30 and was told the elevator was not working, ok that happens, I had checked in online and usually ask for the top floor, since the elevator was not workingI asked for a first floor room, I was informed that they were all taken !Knowing that the elevator was not working , no effort was made to reassign a gold member like myself by the front desk!!!Then I was given a 2nd floor room that smelled a bit stale as well the thermostat did not seem to work !Also I had a sandwich and soupand that was disappointing as wellThe fruit that came with it was softthe grapes were soft and the Mellon seemed as if it was in the refrigerator all week long !!Just my two cents about my stay !Oh yea when I went to check out the two gals at the desk were more interested in talking about the weekend rather then asking how my stay was!!
Overall, a wonderful hotel. Very convenient to major interstates and the aitport. My nephews wedding was held over the weekend and I was very comfortable getting to the hotel from the airpot late at night, and traveling to the wedding functions, as well as sightseeing. The room was incredibly comfrotable and the staff were warm, welcoming and helpful.
When staff is naturally friendly, helpful, thoughtful and efficient were all ahead of the game. Had a transportation issue that was resolved quickly by Courtyard Newburgh staff that smoothed over a slightly stressful situation. We have stayed at this location perhaps five times over the past 20 years. Marriott properties are our first choice. Think I know when niceness is scripted by corporate. Dont get that impression at Marriott properties. Genuine smiles in interactions with this guest. Throw in clean room and comfortable bed and fair market rates and whats not to like?
Our suite room was big and clean. We wish that breakfast was included. The only disappointing thing was the pool. They have only an indoor one and its very small. We had a few hours to kill with our daughter, it could have been nicer if they had a bigger pool for more fun.
I booked a two room suite. I was staying with my husband and my sons girlfriend so I thought it was a great option. When we arrived, to our surprise, there were no walls or doors between the rooms, so be careful. Besides that, the hotel was fine, but it did make the stay a bit awkward.
Very friendly staff especially night workers. They were very helpful with any questions and inquiries. I was able to get Starbucks in the morning and a snack at night at the Bistro. Great place to stay for relocation. The Courtyard is not far from shopping areas if you are in need of clothes and other items.
It is amazing and inconceivable to me a good name in hotel such as Courtyard will not even leave a small bottle of water in room . Second suggestion to have ice scrapper at front lobby. I am sure guests, such as me , leaving early in the morning would have appreciated.Third, there should be a program where a guest can transfer to other Courtyard if needed without canceling and rebooking.
I am very disappointed at how they are handling a billing issue. I originally booked one night through Marriott Rewards at the rate of $130. I checked in very late (after midnight) due to the bad weather in the area. In the morning, the weather got significantly worse. The snow just kept coming down, and I asked to extend my stay one more night since there was no way I could drive in the heavy snow. At first, I was told I had to move rooms into a King because they needed a Two Double room which I was in. Less than 5 minutes later, I got a call from the front desk saying I did not have to move due to a cancellation. I thought everything was great... since I did not have to move rooms and I was told my rate would be the same for the 2nd night.Well, I was charged $175 for the 2nd night and with taxes and fees, it came out to about $200 just for that night. I called Marriott customer care and was on hold for 45 minutes. The call lasted 1 hour and 20 minutes. In the end I am told that the hotel will not budge and they will not honor the 1st nights rate. I am told its because they were sold out --- during blizzard conditions. Its quite possible they were sold out that day... though its hard to imagine how so many people drove to the hotel that day. There were no cabs and even Uber drivers were not working most of the day. They even closed the Walmart due to the snow - I waited over 2 hours for an Uber driver to come online. What Im asking for is about respect and courtesy for a customer. Its not worth $40 or even $100 for me to stay on the phone with Marriott to no avail, then to spend more time writing this review. Where is the reward in Marriott Rewards? Even if the hotel was actually sold out, you cant make an exception for a loyal customer perhaps to say thank you for choosing us?It is my opinion that the service industry, specifically hotels have become increasing indifferent to the guest. Unless Im paying over $500 a night (thats someones monthly rent), I dont really get much service. I just get a room and very often, a lot of attitude if I ask for something. Am I the only person who feels they are inconveniencing the front desk when they call with a question? Guests should not be anxious and nervous to call the front desk. A hotel like Courtyard Marriott should give guests a break... especially when they are stuck at their property due to a snow storm. I understand supply and demand, but hiking up prices when a hotel is sold out always seemed like a low blow to me. I will not be staying at this property again. Its too bad... the property is actually very nice. I just wish they would see me as a human being and not a dollar amount.
I only booked this hotel because it is close to a venue where I attended an event. The hotel itself exceeded my expectations: nice, clean room, good bistro with excellent Starbucks coffee drinks.I wish there were more things to do in the area so I could return again. I really liked my short stay here. Plus, the locals are super friendly. That alone might be the reason to visit Newburgh again.
Only reason it gets a 2 star is because it is a Marriott property and I am extremely loyal to the brand. How loyal? I would pick a Fairfield Inn over a full service Hilton property. Back to this particular Courtyard... When I checked in, there was a foul odor in the lobby. Nothing in this hotel seem clean or upgraded since Nixon resigned. It needs a full rehab ASAP or Marriott should pull its name off this property and have Super 8 or Motel 6 take it over
It is a convenient hotel close to the highway and well maintained. The staff is professional and concerned about your well-being. I beleive they allow people to stay a little longer than the usual checkout time so rooms may not be ready when you arrive so it would be best to call and let them know you are coming.
I usually try to stay at Marriott properties but we had picked a hotel that when we got there the rate changed significantly and it was very late -- I called the Courtyard and not only did they offer a room that was very competitive to the other Hotels new rate. Unlike the other hotel staff, the Marriott staff was very customer friendly and made us feel very welcomed. Thanks Marriott for worrying about the customer ......
We were a group of 10 traveling home and decided to stop for the night. After getting off the interstate this was the first place we saw and decided to stay there as I am a Marriott rewards member. Before going inside we took 5 to 10 minutes to grab some items from the vehicle for the night and then head in to get a room. Before we had left the vehicles the manager on duty came out saying we were soliciting and the cops were called on us and we needed to leave immediately. She didn’t even give us a chance to explain what we were doing. After contacting Marriott and the hotel several times to try and resolve this and was told the hotel would contact me and they have yet done so. Will not even think about stopping again.
Ive been staying at Courtyards, particularly the Newburgh Stewart Airport Courtyard, for 25 years. They have always been friendly, accomondating, and first rate. The general managers have been unbelievable. Always the best. If I go elsewhere, I look for Marriott. Lately, I like the Residence Inn in other towns.
Fire alarm went off twice while here for my stay. They kept saying it was a bad heat sensor which begs the question, what else is bad here? Rooms smell strongly of mold, with the AC on everything becomes damp in the room. Black mold growing on the shower wall, overall this is the worst Marriott I’ve stayed in.
This is my third stay at the Courtyard in Newburgh in the last three months. The service is always first rate. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are excellent. The fitness center and pool are beneficial to a frequent traveler to help maintain fitness and balance.
Nice Lobby. Check In attendant was nice and so was the manager. I called about a broken toilet in my room (not flushing) and had to call twice to get maintenance. Toilet was fixed until the next morning when it did not work. Checking out attendant wrote down a report and never inquired if she could get me another room that AM for bathroom access. Eventually she offered me a free breakfast, which I declined, since you do not want breakfast when you do not have a toilet.
My flights were delayed getting into the area and I was unable to get easily to Manhattan. The Courtyard was the perfect way to get a full night sleep before going to work the next morning without additional travel stress. Just note that transportation late at night is difficult at best as there are few taxis at the airport.
Everything was good overall but the bar area. I stood at the counter for a while then i realized that the girl quietly making foor was also the bartender. She seemed overwhelmed and bothered by the guests seated at the bar. She finally got around to getting me a beer. The 2 guests with me ordered another glass of wine. she requested we bring our glasses back up to poor on top of our left over wine. Maybe because it was a tuesday night they just had a skeleton crew on or something..?
The curtains do not close properly so there was significant light shining through. The cafe has short hours and does not carry any nom-dairy milk (in 2017). The rooms were recently remodeled but still showed deferred maintemamce and a lack of attention to detail.Service at check-in was exceptional but that did not make up for the biggest challenge: the inability to sleep because of the light.
Very shocked that breakfast was not included and had to pay separate for breakfast. the women running the register was clueless, I asked for a breakfast sandwich on an English muffin, which is what there menu stated they came on, she said we do not have English muffin, not that they were out of them, just that they do not have them. I stated I was just reading it off you menu, she turned around to read the menu and then had to discus it with an other employee??? guess what my egg sandwich came out on, thats right an English muffin, no trash bags in any of the garbage cans in our room, and when I asked for some, I was told they do not have any. The bed had a big indentation from some one else body, very uncomfortable.
Clean spacious rooms, friendly, professional staff. However, do not stay here if you want any sleep. The HVAC is LOUD! Not loud like annoying loud, but LOUD you cannot sleep loud and LOUD bring your Tylenol loud. Plus, the HVAC does not auto shut off when it reaches desired temperature, so its either on or off. Not a good combination in warm or cold weather.
The facility is not the newest, but the location can not be beat! It was five minutes to anywhere in Newburgh. The staff was very helpful and friendly. It was also nice to have a pool and workout room available. While the breakfast was not free, the service was good and the food was excellent.
The reservations line booked my room for Buffalo, NY when I was trying to stay in Newburgh, NY. Not a big deal, only about 6 hour drive away. When I called reservations so they could fix my issue, they told me I now had to pay more because I had lost my discount for my early reservation. After then spending an hour on the phone with customer care who said they would pay the difference, I checked into the hotel the next day just to find out that they had done nothing! What a great experience I had!
Whenever Im in Newburgh on business the Courtyard Marriott is an easy choice. Having tried all the other options in the area I quickly realized that none of them are near the level of service of the Marriott. Immaculate rooms, great amenities and an incredible staff are the key points that keep me coming back...not to mention a really comfortable bed!
What a beauty! Spacious modern room featured free wi-fi, super comfy bed and pillows and a coffee / vanity area that proved very useful. Easy parking and good lookin gym, pool and hot tub. Even with all that, our room next to the stairwell provided a sleepless night. Other guests in and out - BANG! BANG! BANG! BANG! Not ideal considering we drove 7 hours in from out of state and only stayed one night. BANG! Id like to offer your figuring out a way to allow the door to close SOFTLY. BANG! BANG! Surely an easy fix. BANG!!!!
Came to Newburgh for extened business trip. This place is clean, well cared for and has very friendly staff. Staff very helpful with local sight seeing venues. A must do is the Walkway over the Hudson, FDR library and Vanderbilt manision.Food offerings are not good at hotel but the staff had good recommendations for locals favorites and chain places.
Hotel lobby, hallways, and especially the room was super clean & fresh. Your paying more for this hotel compared to the others in the area, but its worth it. You get what you pay for. Read the reviews for surrounding hotels and see what happens when you try to save a few bucks!

2022-04-24Hotel is older, but you can tell they are updating the building and rooms. The hotel was clean and smelled nice all the time. We didnt frequent the bar or restaurant. The pool definitely needs an upgrade but was open although the water was cool as per my children. The spa was under renovation which we didnt care about. The outdoor lighted area was beautiful and would be a great place to relax at night. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again as long as the updates continued.

2022-04-11Stayed 1 night at this hotel. Wanted to get my mobile key working before, so I called the hotel. Evelyn was great and was able to help me get the key working. The rooms were clean and modern enough. Overall, pretty good for a Courtyard (the last one I stayed at wasnt so great nor modern. One thing I would say is that if you are booking a 2 double room, the beds are tight for two adults per bed, so consider when booking your room.

2022-01-31The hotel is about a 7 to 10 minute ride from the airport. There are a few local restaurants nearby within a short driver but nothing walking distance. The Bistro was closed during my stay. The hotel had a multitude of issues to include a broken elevator so you’ll be lugging your bags up the stairs. The spa had cold water as did the pool and as mentioned above, the Bistro was closed. The staff was kind and got me checked in quickly. The room was clean and large. The bed was comfortable as were the linens. The bathroom was clean as well with a modern shower however it was a cramped space since the door just barely cleared the toilet.Other Amenities:- Free WiFi- Indoor pool and spa- Fitness room- Mini fridge-Laundry Room- Paid breakfastThe hotel had a mask policy in place while in the hotel but could be removed while eating and drinking. All the the amenities were open during my stay.

2022-06-29For service it was checking in, asking where was ice machine and checking out. I was on the main floor with a king bed and the smallest toilet Ive ever seen, and I think around the shower area could use some clorox and a good scrubbing. I just had surgery and wanted to relax but that toilet was very uncomfortable.I wanted to go in the pool but it was so small and uninviting with a dark green color that no one was in, also with the parking lot fairly full during a weekday no one was even in the exercise room..Since it is right off a main Thruway I would think it would continue to have the upgrades the name stands for.I am a credit card member and Ive stayed in many states for work and pleasure, accumulated enough points to plan a nice vacation in Europe soon. I will be comparing the locations to Marriotts in the US and reviewing how different they may be or not.I will continue to say Marriotts are a good hotels and Ill go on my vacation and try to use up my points. But otherwise I am disappointed in this most recent visit.G. Reyes

2022-03-12Positive: It was very clean. Negative: The hotel was clean and the desk staff lovely. The elevator did not work. The WIFI was incredibly slow and spotty. When I asked to upgrade, the manager basically stated that it was the internet company and he/she could do nothing.

2022-04-19Unplanned overnight stay due to bad weather. Not what I expected for a Courtyard. There was a whiskey bottle in the recycling bin in the room, makes me wonder what else is overlooked. Bathroom was very small However the bed was comfortable and bedroom was spacious.

2022-04-18I do not recommend staying here.I stayed for one night while visiting family in the area. The roof was leaking (stains on the ceiling indicated that it had been leaking for a while), elevator out of service, and there were stains on the upholstery. Really awful experience. Corporate customer service offered a boilerplate response and said that the hotel would reach out in 5 days. Its been three months.

2022-03-03Avoid this hotel like the plague. Elevator does not work, wall paper peeling off walls, large unfinished patches of what appear to have been leaks in the bedroom ceiling, no housekeeping at all during a 4 night stay (maybe due to the broken elevator). Strong smell of weed in stairwell and the halls.

2022-03-20Good enough. Nothing too fancy. Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms a bit outdated. Easy on and off the highway. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.
