Staff at this Courtyard are amazing. They are all so friendly and willing to go above and beyond to make a guest happy. The room was clean and modern.
Beautiful design, great service, rooms extremely cozy, bathrooms are to die for, starbucks just off the elevator! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay
My friend and I stayed here labor day weekend. And prior to staying here we had a horrible stay at the Hyatt. Courtyard had saved the weekend having rooms available at a great price. Skylar and Jess were absolutely great when booking and had helped with any questions. The hotel was super clean especially being so new. You can feel comfortable staying here during the pandemic.They also had great security so we felt safe.It is also at a perfect location if you are not from the area its a easy walk to restaurants in the area.
Large, spacious, and very clean rooms. Lighting is superb, large lobby, and all centrally-located. Seems to be fairly new as well.
The staff was extremely pleasant and really wanted us to enjoy our stay. We had a group of 60 + women and all were pleased with their rooms and the excellent customer service. Kim and the events staff help to make the Retreat a wonderful stay. We are grateful to the Bistro staff and Daniel in facilities for all your help.This is definitely a place you will feel welcome and enjoy your stay!
My husband and I stayed on the opening weekend for friends and family days. The staff was busy, but made time for a friendly greeting every time we came in contact. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. The bistro was clean, service was good and the food was very good too. Thanks for a wonderful get-away.
Staff was extremely helpful and friendly! The hotel looks wonderful, and the rooms had more than enough space for myself and a guest. Would definitely recommend, and will return when in the area again.
Not really impressed with a newly built hotel. I was really shocked about the lack of amenities for such a large hotel. The breakfast options was very disappointing being said the breakfast host was very nice. Throughout the hotel it has been very noisy from guest in adjacent rooms my advice get a top floor. Other than that the location is convenient and walkable downtown Rochester.
This was a wonderful place to stay! Every single employee was awesome. Seriously . . . Everyone. Whatever this place is doing, keep doing it. Customer service is outstanding. Also, we ate at the bistro. It was also very good! The staff here was so friendly too.

Location, location, location! Not just a convenient walk to most of Downtown Rochesters landmarks but also a beautiful view of the gardens next door. They dont serve food all day but thats fine because its a lighter fare and the options are both unique and tasty. The cherry on top of the sundae is the secure parking lot and building, so rest easy on these brand new mattresses because youll feel safe and at home.
Great new hotel, modern and clean lines. Mixes old with new with historical photography of Rochester. Friendly staff, great wine list for a hotel bar. I ordered a burger and it was great. Lots of parking both outdoors and undercover which will be great in the winter.

Her name is Jessica, shes at the front desk, and shes awesome. News Years Eve, crazy! Jessica, made sure, above the insanity, that everything was alright. She got me to where I needed to go. A Keeper.
The hotel is new, fresh, and clean, however- as a bathtub lover- the only rooms with bathtubs are handicapped accessible rooms with a king sized bed only. At the Fairfield and Residence Inn, bathtubs come with double bed rooms and so on. The choices are much more limited here than at the other Mariott hotels. The bathtub was very shallow and uncomfortable. I ended up filling the tub and it ended up leaking onto the floor. Boo.

Staff was amazing! The accommodations were perfect for the occasion. The gym was really nicely set up for my morning workout.
I love this place! The service is awesome and the place is very clean and they have a Starbucks inside the hotel lobby. A great place to go if youre looking for a reasonable price.🥰

2022-06-12This hotel is nice and the suite was very spacious, but I would not advise couples use them for wedding hotel rooms.The staff was all really nice, but they were pretty disorganized.We booked a suite and a room next to it to use while getting ready the morning of our wedding, and I even confirmed that via email with one of their staff members the week leading to the wedding.Upon check in they had assigned us to two rooms on separate floors (luckily they fixed it right away)The most disappointing aspect though was that the hotel was supposed to inform any of our guests at check in that there was a limo shuttle to the wedding, and that didnt happen which caused a lot of confusion for our guests.Also - the rooms are not sound proofed well, you can hear cars and motorcycles from the street very clearly all night

2022-06-23Fantastic stay! The property is centrally located (walking distance to downtown). Everything is brand new and really well done - large guest rooms with mirrors, electric outlets and USB ports where you’d want them, in room coffee bar and comfortable beds. Very impressed with the staff — from the knowledgeable and welcoming front desk staff, cafe bartender and housekeeping crew who made sure we were aware of nearby restaurants, attractions and events. WiFi was fast, lobby area was well lit and had plenty of seating. Sparkling clean and we never had to wait for elevator. Will definitely be back!

2022-05-22From the moment you walk into the big beautiful lobby you will know you have arrived at a brand new Marriott property. The staff are super friendly and welcoming. I will not forget Desiree or Jayvon . Shannon in the bistro is a hard worker and they are lucky to have her. The bed, the linens, the towels and accessories are top notch. Can’t wait to come back.

2022-02-23Front desk reps are wonderful. Room was modern and chic. Shower was basically mediocre. Very hard to adjust water temperature and no closing shower door. Water pressure was low on 4th floor and made for a chilly/drafty shower experience. The shower is why I gave it 4 stars.The bed was luxurious. Definitely made the trip.The restaurant has odd hours and closed early for a wedding group they had to accommodate. The nice server still snuck an order in for me.Very safe area and great location in Downtown.

2022-06-14VERY great stay. Was here for a wedding this past month and it was exceptional. All the staff were very friendly, hotel was spotless and in a great location. Rooms were very clean and comfortable with good sound isolation from other rooms.

2022-07-08I have been staying at this hotel, for business, since March. Until today, I would have given this hotel 4 or even 5 stars. Alexis, the front desk clerk, ruined my entire experience. I have spent thousands of dollars on hotel rooms here, and would have continued staying here until sometime later this year or early next year. Upon check-out this morning, I asked her to hold my small duffel bag for me, until I returned on Monday (as they have done for me this whole time), and she refused. I will spare you all of the details, but she was terribly rude and unprofessional. I cancelled all of my upcoming reservations and will never stay at this hotel ever again. Alexis also hung up on me - TWICE - when I attempted to call the hotel to speak to a manager and she refused to transfer my call.

2022-02-02One of the best hotel experiences Ive had. The service was out of this world. The hotel is basically brand new. The heated parking garage was a god send especially having days where the high was 0 degrees. I look forward to visiting this location in the future.

2022-02-05Just stayed there and staff was terrific. Miss the days of free coffee and a newspaper however. Courtyard should rethink that. One big thing to me - no safe in the guest rooms. Have to take laptop, etc. every time you leave.

2022-07-09Room looks not bad but I can hear noise from next room and upper floor till late night. House keeping was bad. Didnt put coffee and bed was hot done when I came back from home. Just cleaned bathroom and trash bin. Regardless companys contract, I might stay different hotel next time. Disappointed.
