My phone screen was destroyed back in January and I went here to get it fixed. Took it in one day and was completed and ready for pickup the next day and the screen was brand new and the phone worked great. I had also purchased the liquid screen protector which they had recommended which had a warranty included. Fast forward to this week and I had my phone brought back in as the screen was broken again. I was able to take my phone in yesterday when I called and was able to pick it up today and the results are better than before, they even included an extra plastic screen protector over my liquid one, which considering my clumsiness, I totally appreciate lol. Great staff of guys working there and still working hard as the world remains standing still. The screen protector warranty just saved me $300 on this repair compared to had I not gotten it. Was a great recommendation to have. Thank you guys for the hard work! Im glad to have my main phone back in use.
Well since my first review was deleted Ill post again.I brought a Pixel 2 in for a charging port repair. Phone was in excellent condition just a loose charging port.Port was finally replaced after taking 3 weeks and was sent to Syracuse and back.Now vibration motor doesnt work as well as no sound on the ear piece in the phone.They did acknowledge that they had difficulty reconnecting vibration motor which was the reason to send to Syracuse.3 week repair and I ended but buying a new phone despite this phone working great before the repair aside from the charging port.Totally disorganized company and had to follow up numerous times with no calls acknowledging status of parts or phone.I did email the company directly prior to writing this review and still havent received any response.Unless you want your phone to come back with more issues then it is brought in I would not recommendThis company has zero follow up or integrity.
These guys are awesome. My daughter has an iPad 6 that has been fixed a couple times by these guys (cracked screen). I most recently brought it in again because the home button was broken and they fixed the home button and actually sent it to their sister store in Syracuse to get the screen fixed because it wasn’t as responsive as it should be. They did all this as a courtesy and did not charge me. When I got home with the iPad I noticed that the Wi-Fi was not working so I brought it back they told me it was probably a problem with the antenna. A few days pass and they call me telling me that they bought a new antenna but the Wi-Fi still doesn’t work so it’s probably a problem with the internal board, and if that is the case and, if they are unable to fix it they’re getting me a new iPad!I have been a few places in the past with other devices and they overcharged me for everything and we’re just rude and inconsiderate.This place is my go-to and I will never go anywhere else.
First impression customer service was great, my s10+ screen was broken and brought it to be replaced, i dropped it off a noon and was told it would take about an hour or hour and a half to fix so I left it I came back an hour 45 later and it still wasnt fixed, so I left a number and told them to call when it was fixed, at about 5:45 I had still not heard anything so I called and they said it was done so I went and picked it up, they applied the liquid glass (which I supposed to have 365 days of coverage) to the new screen and set it up for me but messed up the sign up by putting in the wrong purchase date so I am only covered for 300 days and was told there is nothing they can do now, so I leave get home thinking I am finally done dealing with them and I go to charge my phone that night and it wont charge because the phone is to cold, so I bring the phone back to next day and they had cut a wire so now they need to take the phone for another 4 days to fix this issue. Have had the phone back for about a week and Im very disappointed in the quality of all the replacement equipment the screen and the new battery is terrible. Over all terrible experience will definitely be going someone else if I ever need any repairs or anything else
The people were very nice here. Fact remains they are a tad disorganized. My phone took longer than expected and after sitting there for an hour it was not even fixed. I called and was told to bring the phone back in so I did but when I got there they said they werent comfortable looking at it because the guy who originally fixed it wasnt there. I do understand the limitation but alot of my time was wasted due to miscommunication and I no longer feel comfortable going back for the repair. Now that being said, my phone is rare so if you have a standard iPhone or galaxy these guys were more than helpful and it wont probably take them as long to fix your device with a phone thats seen alot.
I had called the on a Saturday getting one price, I come in and I get a different one! The previous reviews on this place all where about 2 weeks ago when (coming from the employees that work there) got all fired and rehired brand new employees. Currently no one knows how to use the system and is making the whole process of even just checking how much an item is very time consuming. My mother and I went to get my iPhone 11 Pro Max screen fixed during our lunch because we had thought it would be a 5 minute thing, come in, drop off the phone and pay. Complete opposite of that, we come in and I ask for a the price and get a different one from which I received from a phone call. They also tell me that they have to order it which makes no sense because I mean they’re a tech fixing company, they should really have a brand new phone that is very popular on stock. They spend 30 minutes trying to use the computer on which they don’t know how to just for us to leave very unhappy with a still broken phone. IF THEY DON’T KNOW HOW TO USE THEIR OWN COMPUTER HOW CAN I TRUST THEM WITH MY PHONE!!!!! Terrible service will never be going here even again.
I highly recommend CPR in East Greenbush. I brought my iPad in a few weeks with a broken screen and charger port. We realized it would cost more to repair than to replace the older iPad. I asked if they had a means to recycle the iPad and they said they could use it as a training device for new technicians. I left the broken iPad with them and that was that, I thought. A couple of weeks later I received a phone call from CPR telling me that the charger port was not broken but only had a small piece of debris stuck inside. A tweezer was all it took to fix the problem! I found out later that the two employees, Hamza and Ethan, had spent hours of their time attempting to track me down. Many would not have gone through the lengths they went through to find me. I am so grateful to both Hamza and Ethan. They went above and beyond and I am extremely appreciative. I will only use their services for any future phone/ iPad issues.
Charged me $120 and still did not fully fix the problem. “Nothing they can do” and won’t refund. Also tried to scam me by saying it was $110 over the phone. When I came in they said it was now $145 and the price changed this week after I called him out on it. Sketchy place do not trust them.
Not a good experience. I went to get my phone fixed and they messed up and tried telling me that it was something I did but I know that was a lie. Their prices are also very expensive. The manager running the store was not very helpful and I did not appreciate this. I ended up getting my phone fixed somewhere else. They need to figure their stuff out at this place.

2022-05-26Replaced my iPhone screen with a generic screen that caused display issues. Could immediately tell the screen wasn’t as responsive and was delayed. The touch was not registering in some areas. The screen didn’t fit the device properly and was showing as an “unknown part”. They never specified the part wasn’t Apple certified and just said the error message was normal. When I went back in about an hour later to express how unhappy I was with the replacement he offered no options and wouldn’t give me a refund. Also, they couldn’t put my old screen back on because he broke it further (wasn’t cracked when it came in, just had a white line down the screen but the touchscreen still worked). Terrible service. Terrible people.

2022-06-12I didnt have cash but I offered them a six pack of beer for an Iphone 6 screen repair. To my surprise, They said YES!!! Would highly recommend. Only 3 stars though since it took longer than the 30 minutes they said it would take.

2022-04-21If I could give this place 0 stars I would the worst experience Ive ever had all I needed was a charging port replaced in a tablet and waited over a week for parts for them to have just ordered the wrong one and wanted me to wait another week+. Noone called me with updates or about what was going on I had to call constantly to get a straight answer finally came in to get a refund and my tablet back which now has no charging port in it so its useless untill I took it elsewhere which had it fixed and ready within 2 hours. This place is very unprofessional and I highly recommend anywhere else! I used a place Im Clifton park which is usually my go to place for stuff like this but I figured Id try this place cause its way closer and convenient and I regret it!

2022-08-13Brought in my iPad with a cracked screen and they had it all fixed up within a week. (Had to wait for parts to come in) Cost half what Apple was charging. Easy choice!

2022-01-03Brought in an iPad Pro for a cracked screen repair (thought that was going to be a simple fix) - over the course of 5 weeks they tried twice to repair the screen with no luck. During those 5 weeks I personally had to reach out and ask the status (once a week I called) because no one their was proactive enough to let me know what was going on. At one point they asked me if I knew where they may have sent my iPad for offsite repair??Long story short, I got back an iPad Pro with no screen and apple won’t touch it. That’s a $1200 iPad sitting as scrap on my desk now.Do yourself a favor and just go directly to the store for screen repair. I’ll never bring my electronics back here

2020-11-13Employee was very friendly and got the screen replacement on my iPhone 11 done quickly for me which was much appreciated! After getting home, I noticed my front camera was no longer in working condition because it was very cloudy. After a week of having my screen replaced, there was a blue line all the way down my screen as well as blue spots all over. Ended up having to take it to Apple for another repair because my screen stopped working entirely. I should have just taken it to Apple in the first place since it was the same price and the quality is much better.

2021-11-21This place is awesome, super professional, quick high quality work iam super satisfied. Even when I had another smaller problem they were quick to remedy the issue. Gabe was great to work with I will definitely be heading back and telling my friends if and when i/we have cell phone issues.

2021-10-10About one month ago I brought my PlayStation 4 in to have the HDMI plug repaired. I have brought other items there to be repaired and they do a decent job. This time was different. When I brought it in I was told that the PS4 had to be shipped to Syracuse to have the repair done. What I don’t understand is why it had to be shipped out to be repaired. I was not told this at the time I dropped it off. I was charged prior to it being repaired. I received a phone call a week later where they told me they took the PS4 apart and found roaches in it. I do not have roaches in my home so these came from somewhere in your store. So they said due to a policy that all they did was put it back in a plastic bag and could not touch it for whatever reason. This is a professional business that repairs game consoles and other electronics. I was told that the owner came and picked the PS4 up personally and put it in his personal car and brought it to Syracuse himself to have it repaired. What I’m not understanding is why would you have to take it to Syracuse when I brought it to East Greenbush to be repaired. They still have the PS4 and they said it would be back in a week. It has been a month. Since they have had it I have had two reports of charges to two different credit cards for purchases that linked to the credit cards for the PS4. I’m waiting to get my PS 4 back. I believe that this PS4 belongs to someone else. I want to get my game console back now. Before I brought it in I wrote down the serial numbers on it so I could make sure when it was returned that it was definitely mine. Something the IT people I work with told me to do when I am taking electronics to be repaired. I went back to the store in person and had them reimburse me back the money I was charged prior to it being repaired. That took two weeks and two days. I’m understanding this. I’ve never had to take that long to have something credited back to my credit card.If I don’t hear back from someone immediately about when I can pick up my PS4 I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau. I’m trying to be patient but this has been too long.Any assistance you can provide me would be appreciated.SincerelyArmond Arrington
