Great service, and Mike is a very knowledgeable technician.
Frustrating experience trying to setup new service. After calling in twice I finally received a call back from the sales person. She was out of town and the call dropped. We finally connected and she said they would out in about a week to take a look at our needs. Two weeks later no call back. I called again, she said we were all set and could do the install in about 30 days, no information about our site, options or if everything could be run off one tank, the whole reason for a site visit. I dont believe the ever took a look onsite and were absolutely haphazard throughout the process. I would not trust them to deliver propane as we need it if the install was ever done. We contacted Superior Propane, they were onsite within two days and scheduled the install within a week. You may want to look elsewhere.
The people at Crabb Propane are always friendly and responsive to our needs. We’ve used them for our Propane over 5 years. Their NOCO technician installed a digital thermostat on our wall heater! He did a great job!!

When the Crabb family was running this company they were great!! NOCO took over and the company has gone to hell in a hand basket. I had an issue with a brand new H. W. heating boiler and was charged $106.92 for a service call. BRAND NEW!!! This is beyond acceptable!!! NOCO will never get amother cent of my money as I will be purchasing propane and service from another vendor.I finally got some satisfaction from NOCO on my service charge issue. After reviewing my complaint they did the right thing and waived the $106.92 they originally charged me. 😁😁

Awesome service from Crabb Oil Company. My furnace quit over night, burned circuit board, called at 8am and they had it repaired before 11 without breaking the bank

2021-11-10When I called Crabb Oil/ NOCO because I needed our furnace looked at, they sent a serviceman (Mike) the same day. Mike went above and beyond to find the problem with our furnace. This is the exact same kind of service we recieved last year when we wanted our central air serviced, Crabb Oil/ NOCO did a great job and get the job done fast..

2021-10-12They told me on the phone it would be $99 service call. He came and was here maybe a half hour. I needed no parts but he still charged me $242. I thought that was ridiculous for a half hour work. I won’t be calling them again

2020-09-22My experience with the professional service worker. Was a great experience. He was very polite and was able to understand my husband whom is deaf. He arrived here at 12:40 I think and had us up and running in two hours. I would gladly recommend your company to my friends

2020-09-13After discovering a leaky oil tank on a Friday afternoon, I called service and within 30 minutes a technician was in my driveway. Fixing this problem was not easy as the tank was stuffed into a crawlspace. After coming up with a plan and coordinating with peers and other staff, the oil was safely removed from the tank. A member of the sales staff was in the area and worked with me to plan a new install. Everyone I spoke with was professional and accommodating. Cant say enough about Kurt, their service technician, a true and caring professional. Looking forward to our new install. Thanks to all that helped us through this stressful situation.

2021-03-17Prior owners at new house say no problems with furnace. First time Crabb came to fill, furnace wasn’t working for 3 days after. Furnace technician cited pressure issue with propane was part of the problem. He called Crabb himself wanted pressure adjusted. Second fill from Crabb I told supplier I could not light the hot water tank, he said he couldn’t help. After several attempts trying to troubleshoot with tank manual, I called Crabb they sent someone over. Apparently if I could have spoken with someone with knowledge regarding the lighting of the tank no one would have had to come over. I was following manual instructions but didn’t know you have to hold the button longer to release air. It just seems that when I get propane there is an issue. I am new to propane.
