Craft in other cities:
Unfortunately I didn’t even get the chance to eat here (because we left), so this is not a food-based review. We made reservations for a party of 2, and were seated by the hostess. We waited for 25 minutes and not a single person came by to take our order. We noticed the staff going over to all of the tables with college-aged patrons, but completely ignored us and the table with an older couple next to us. We also watched them sit in the back chatting amongst themselves as we tried to catch their eyesight. We were blatantly ignored despite them walking by us several times. We decided to leave because we didn’t want to risk waiting 30 minutes for a check like the couple next to us.
Food is disappointing. Great menu, good prices, poor execution. Food taste old. Pork belly tasted cheap - buried in too much sauce.Went there shortly after they opened years ago - food was amazing. My next visit was several months later and food was mediocre-at-best. Todays meal was lousy.
Not impressed at all. If you’re looking for an overpriced snack, this is the place for you. When your feeding a group of blue collared men, this will not fill you up. The 3oz burgers are frozen and then burnt. They don’t ask you how you want your petite burger because they can’t cook it the way you want. The shakes were not good… they were overloaded with stuff and super pretty but the taste was not a winner. Go at your own risk I guess.
$$. This is a small bar/contemporary restaurant on Washington Street in downtown Binghamton. Decent selection of craft beers/hard ciders on tap with a simple menu focusing on sliders, shakes, and salads and the inclusion of a few appetizers and wings. Our visit occured during late lunch hours. The restaurant was busy, but the staff was friendly and attentive and the wait times between ordering and being served were short. We focused on the slider selection on this visit. The menu structure allows for any number of 3 ounce sliders to be ordered individually with the ability to add a side for a little extra, be it chips, fries, tots, or a side salad. I ordered two sliders (Pulled pork and crispy chix) with a side of fries. While the sliders were appetizing, for the size and price I honestly expected better. The pulled pork was good enough but was a little dry and lacked the flavor one would expect from 20 hour braised pork. The crispy chicken slider was just a chicken tender neatly wrapped between the rest of the slider ingredients and was good, but underwhelming. At the end of the meal I felt that wasnt quite enough for my appetite and a third slider probably would have been enough to compare to a standard burger and fries from most other sit-down restaurants. And that leads to price. At $4 for a single basic slider (there are also specialty sliders for $6) a full meal with sliders pushes a bit into the pricey category for what you get, which would be okay if the sliders had a wow factor, but sadly these ones didnt. I cannot speak for any of the other menu items without having tried them, but a lot of patrons rave about the milkshakes (which you can order spiked with alcohol at $12 a shake) and the wings are priced on par with most other establishments, so thats good.Overall, I will likely give Craft another shot, and try a few other sliders, a salad and perhaps a milkshake next time (as long as Im not driving). But although the service was good, sadly this time the food and cost fell short of impressive.
Absolutely a horrible experience at this restaurant staff is obnoxiously rude and disrespectful. Took almost 60 minutes to get our food also staff was seriously repugnant when bringing our ice cold food to the table there was no heat existing was left on the shelf until ice cold then brought to our table the waitress never bothered to return to the table to check if we wanted more to drink was to busy sitting at the corner table talking with the rest of the utterly useless staff working there to busy to tend to paying customers and no care what so ever only tending to other Suny students had no care to make sure non college students were happy with the food will never step foot in this disgrace of a restaurant again $119.00 bill between 5 customers who got nothing but attitude was so ticked off just paid the bill and left should of written down the rude waitresses name just a pathetic place to eat period will not recommend this place to anyone unless I dislike them!!!
The milk shakes and sliders are the popular items on the menu. The shakes were good and different from traditional shakes you find in other restaurants, but they are a little pricey. If you add liquor, thats another $4 on top. The sliders were tasty and you can order just one or multiple as you wish. The decor is rather contemporary and the front overhead garage type door can be open for a more airy street atmosphere when the weather is nice. The wait staff was pleasant and kitchen was quite efficient even on a busy Friday evening.
The food is good. I have had mixed results of service. But most the waiting staff is college students so turn over is expected. I do wish the sliders were burgers or at least a few of them. But the sliders are really good anyway. Oh and I will murder for the milkshakes.
New and nice place to grab a pint. Their selection of beers is very good and covers a variety of local breweries. The service is quick and friendly. This is not a place to have a full meal though. Their food menu is rather limited and contains a variety of sliders, milkshakes and 3-4 appetizers. Its not that the stuff they serve are bad, because they are not, in fact they are quite tasty, its that the portions are small, they are sliders after all. The food is there to simply compliment the beer, not as stand alone meals. If you are looking for a place to fill your belly, I wouldnt recommend it but if you are out for a drink with a little something on the side in a cozy, lovely place then you should definitely pay it a visit.
They charge extra for credit cards. This place has a nice atmosphere. They try some unique things with their burgers. Unfortunately they miss more often than they hit. The buffalo cauliflower is their best thing. It is fantastic. However, they seriously charge you a fee to use your credit card. They are overpriced to begin with. $4-5 per slider. That’s without a side. They have a good tap selection. Overall, for me, until they correct the bs extra charges and start being more reasonable, I’ll take my money elsewhere.
Good milkshakes and large beer selection. Food though was pretty rough.. Our fried pickles were not good at all and our chicken tenders looked more like fried fish the way they were breaded. The slider wasnt too bad but it was pretty small for $5.Would go back for a milkshake/drink but would not order food again.
Wouldn’t take our order!? We showed up at 12:45, one group eating already at a table but no employees to be seen. We had heard good things about the food and were excited to try some sliders. We waited 5 minutes and no one showed up to greet us. We walked back and saw the server/bartender chatting and sharing some wings with the cook. Which is fine of course but maybe check for customers every now and then during the lunch hour? Maybe install a “ring bell for service”? I knocked on the kitchen door and was ignored. We left disappointed that we didn’t get to try the food here.
Unexpierenced and rude barely legal bartender last Friday at @11pm.. serving customers only from her comfot zone ignoring myself and six new patrons at end of bar .giving free drinks to her friends. Spokether to manager young skinny And rude .niether one would reveal owners name when asked..I was given a cardboard box with two burnt sliders the size of half dollar at best nothing else in box..I asked for one to go and one to eat to there...I was also informed to that she helped Her self to my money on bar when I went to mens room she denied my such acusesation... incredibly poor selective service...anyone visiting first time went wayside.. im still trying to detour anyone from ever supporting that small business 🙃
Just had a horrible experience at craft. We ordered at 11:45 for a 12:45 pickup. We fight downtown traffic. He walks in. No order. Waits 10 minutes. No order. They never made it! At all. When we called they also said that their Facebook post that clearly states the restaurant deal wasnt an option for today even tho it says Saturday & Sunday brunch posted this morning. After all other experiences here & even entertaining out of town friends here, I’m not sure if we will ever give them business again.
Craft is a wonderful, cool, and modern hangout spot for a friend/family to get together. The inside is very clean and the staff are extremely nice. The only sad part is the small sliders are quiet pricey. Between the 3 of us yesterday (4 burgers/1 Milkshake for 2 of us, 2 burgers/1 Milkshake for the other, and shared a bowl of fries) it all came to a totally of almost 100$ dollars. Wish the price was a little cheaper but the food is very good. The milkshakes are especially phenomenal.
Unfortunately, it wasnt a good experience. We get that things are crazy but there is such a thing as taking way too long.We were supposed to have a half hour wait. We sat at the bar in the meantime but never git falled for a table even an hour later. Although we did see people without reservations get seated after us. (We know they didnt have reservations because only groups of 4 or more could get reservations.)We had to wait for over an hour for our food. Unfortunately that was wrong as well.Sorry, but we do not plan on coming back again
Large selection of beer - craft, draft, bottled, canned as well as cocktails. Food is good, but a bit pricey which includes their creative and tasty milkshakes, but you should try one just for the experience. Theres games to play and a large projection screen and TVs if you wanna watch sports. Not sure if the music is always the same on any given day or time, but if you go on a Fri or Sat night and you like older hip hop/rap (90s, 00s) youll be happy with the music too. Outdoor seating in the warmer months is also a plus.
Manager was extremely rude and unaccommodating after a 45 minute wait for our food when it wasn’t busy. No explanation, no sorry, but we were told that she “didn’t have time” for us. Food was good, but because of one rude manager and a horribly long wait, I will never spend another dollar at that place.
My slider was okay, my sons was raw, my wifes was decent and my other childs was okay I guess. The totchos were fairly bland and french fries not seasoned. The waitress never checked on us after we got our food and we had to yell out to get her give us the check. We were headed to a hockey game and didnt want to wait to speak to anyone because it took so long just to get the check.
The food was really good, but I wasnt expecting it to be smaller portions. Waitress was on point with drinks, refills, and asking if there was anything we needed. And for any craft beer lover they have a great beer list with alot of different styles and brewers on it.
On our way back to Syracuse from PA. Found the website and it sounded interesting so we stopped in. Absolutely loved everything. Sat at the bar and had a beer, a shake and some sliders. Bartender was great and super helpful. Who puts fried eggs on tater tots with cheese and bacon? Maybe some places do but cant be as good as Crafts. Great place. We highly recommend it if you are in the Binghamton area!!!
Me and my fiancé were the Only’s ones seated for 20 minutes, a couple walked in and a group of friends. They did not wait even 5 minutes and they were being servered, as me and my fiancé were still waiting. They brought out food and drinks to the other tables that came in after us and we still weren’t not even asks if we would like drinks or would like to order. The service is horrible, more than half the girls working their were at wing around gossiping to eachother instead of paying attention to the customer. I was not served and walked out mad.
Fun place with great food and drinks. I went with some friends on a Tuesday night and they had a BOGO deal on sliders. Big side of tater tots that tasted great and had some amazing sauces to go with them. Service was great too. Craft has fun events going on every month and some great deals each night. I ordered a cranberry whiskey smash and it tasted great (more on the sweeter side for a whiskey drink but not too sweet, if youre curious of the taste) - highly recommend.
Another moderately priced, reliably good restaurant in the Craft family. Sliders (3 Oz mini-burgers) and obscure beers predominate but everything is evenly high quality. Shakes are very sweet and probably should be listed as dessert. Some things are a bit precious, with combinations of ingredients that fight for primacy like the Bleu cheese burger with onion salsa. The kitchen will accommodate deletions if you can make the waitron understand over the blaring sound system. Lots of sports on the wide-screen fights for attention. Yes, its a college town, but even the tables of students were struggling to talk. Service is earnest but not attentive, a training issue in a half-empty restaurant.
There food is nasty they have poor customer service, they made me pay for something i did not eat then i order something else and she didn’t make it right she took it upon herself to give me honey mustard and hot wing when i ordered hot honey they are horrible don’t come here.
Their restaurant itself is pretty nice and upscale, if a bit too hip for its own good. However, this review is for a delivery order, which was mixed. The sliders and house fries were pretty tasty, although the Grilled Shroom Slider had only mushrooms in it and no burger (?). Not sure if thats intended or was a mistake, but I couldnt finish it as a result (really odd if its intended to be like that). Really, though, it was their pricing I wasnt too impressed with. Their sliders are a decent size, but $4.99 is way too much for a single slider. Should be maybe $3.00. Fries were also overpriced at $6.99 for the amount I got. Overall the food is decent, but the value proposition needs work and their Grilled Shroom Slider needs fixing or needs to be better explained in the menu.
It’s a little bit off the main college street in Binghamton which is really nice, less of a crowd walking past all the time. I like the interior of the building and they have outdoor seating as well. The milkshakes are great and the tater tots are a nice touch as well!
Great rotating tap selections and good bites too. The wings are wonderful, have real meat on them and arent dried out crisps, and the flavors are great; beer BBQ is recommended. The milk shakes are normally a big deal here but the double chocolate one was underwhelming tonight.
I only had a milkshake while here, but it was delicious. I had two friends with me, and we each had a different one, and they were all delicious. Two were spiked ($4 upcharge), and one wasnt. All three were equally good (one was chocolate, one was cookies and cream, and the last was peanut butter cup). The shakes were giant and super rich--definitely enough for two people if you want to share, or enjoy it alone! The staff was super friendly and attentive. Next time, Ill order dinner to try the food as well.
Warning - packed with college kids when school is in town and can be overflowing on the weekends with the garage doors open. They have fun milkshakes, lots of beer options and bottomless mimosas that really seem to bring them in. If youre over 35, you might want to plan on going when theres a summer or winter break. The slider burgers start with a nice patty with good flavor and not pressed dense with a few options. The Hot Chix (buffalo chicken) was a nice deep fried finger style with a nice hot sauce. Fish slider was cooked perfectly and that right kind of flaky. Probably have a beer option for nearly everyone. Gosas, Sours, Fruited, Wheat to IPA.Worth a stop for a drink, stay for a snack or dinner.Lots of taps and they are well labeled and grouped. Options from local and afar. Also a nice liquor selection and one of the only places downtown with some decent rum options. Decent menu with several options and their own takes on the standards. Large garage door opens in nicer weather and gives seating options.
This is an amazing find! Just off State St., the bar is a mix of hipster Brooklyn and Upstate hospitality. There is a large calendar with all their monthly events posted right in the wall as soon as you walk in. Games such as checkers and Jenga are available along side an impressive rotating tap selection. We tried a variety of sliders and one of the milkshakes. While the sliders were not all my taste , everything was cooked well and the milkshakes was amazing. Recommend this for college to early 30 crowd.
What an outstanding establishment! We had sliders, drinks, and a milkshake that were so delicious! We got to meet the chef, Jay, who shared the history of how Craft was created and where he sees it going in the future. A great variety of craft beers and food to choose from along with a great staff. If youre looking for a great place to eat and/or drink, this is the place to be! We will definitely be back!!
Had an overall positive experience. I loved the atmosphere and the shakes were amazing. They also had card games on the tables to keep you occupied while you wait. The food came in very small portions and didnt taste great, though, so dont go expecting a full meal. Its more of a bar that also serves food than a full restaurant.
I like the concept of the sliders and theyre delicious. Love their milkshakes. Our last visit took forever to get our order and it wasnt just us. I saw a few people leave after we were there for awhile. I thought it was after they ate but I saw them later sitting at another restaurant with their meals. So, early afternoons are okay but evenings are going to be a long wait. Maybe a bad day??? I will go back again, just not around dinner time.
I had a great experience here the first time I was here and I was so excited to take my husband. We went this Saturday for brunch with another friend of mine and had an awful experience around 11:30. My husband found a long curly hair in his slider (we both have short hair) and we informed the waitress who didnt even clean the plate and who walked away leaving it behind. She was incredibly inattentive and never even cleared our empty dishes. Instead she spent most of her time standing at the far end of the bar chatting and watching TV. But regardless, we ordered milkshakes because they were fabulous last time I was there. The waitress then drops the check off, leaving the hairy slider still on the table going on 20 minutes now. We pick up the bill and low and behold, she never even took the slider off. So we have to go back to her to ask to get that taken off. We then find YET ANOTHER HAIR, curly, in one of the milkshakes the table has ordered. When we go up to tell the waitress and complain, she says she will let the kitchen know but that she has already run my card so she cant take it off. So we paid. For a milkshake with a hair in it that remained virtually untouched on the table. My husband and I have both worked in restaurants for years. I waitress and he cooks, and neither of us could ever fathom the complete lack of concern and inattentiveness shown by the waitress in this kind of a situation because there is nothing less appetizing than the experience we had.
Those cozy and modern location is a great for a group or a night out solo. Great staff, excellent vibe. Great appetizers. Small portions are easily matched for a great meal. The selection of drinks is astounding. Beers for wverytaste and an assortment of cocktails for the non beer enthusiasts among us.A short walk from the chanango river, this is a great downtown spot near the college.
Decent atmosphere and food. Some of the cocktails dont taste anything like they would elsewhere and are not good. We went with a party of 8 and had to pay the 18% automatic gratuity. The service was less than mediocre. It was very difficult to get our server to stop chatting with coworkers in order to come back for refills. I wont go back.
Nice open dining area for the summer weather dining. Unique and good quality food. Milkshakes are probably the best thing to get here. They are gormet level and can be spiked if you are brave enough to mix that much dairy and alcohol lol. Nice servers. You need some parallel parking skills or a couple bucks to park if youre not within walking distance. One downside is price to quantity ratio. I say it is a bit on the expensive side, but other than that it is a solid spot to grab a bite or a drink.
Had been wanting to try Craft for a long time and finally had my chance to go here on my birthday on 8/8/2018. Cool place, usually busy. Enjoyed the Unicorn milkshake a lot and it felt even more magical served to me with a sparkler while staff sang happy birthday to me. Food was good but staff forgot to add the liquor to my shake as ordered and then seemed a little put out when I mentioned it. All in all would like to try this again sometime.
It was a nice bar but there was not very much on the menu. There are only a list of sliders and some appetizers and 5 choices of some awesome milkshakes. The sliders do include some vegetarian, fish, and chicken options too. I wouldnt take my family here as it is extremely loud and pricy. I still have to give it 4 stars because the food was amazing!! I had the Hot Chix (loved the chunks of blue cheese on it) slider and the Craft slider with a side of fries. It was all good but the fries were to die for. I highly recommend for people who like the bar scene!!
This was my first time visiting this establishment and boy was this an experience. The food was excellent, so obviously no problems there. The issue stems from customer service... I ordered a seltzer water, when it arrived it tasted of soap, I had sent the drink back and was given a replacement free of charge, GREAT!.But, when it came to getting the check it took forever! The waiter even had the audacity to ask if the order looked correct on the receipt...Poor guy, you definitely need to look into another field of work......First time there, last time there.
Slider selection is incredible and everything is delicious. If you like Buffalo cauliflower, you definitely have to try theirs. Plenty of beers on tap and you can even spike their milkshakes. Definitely a little on the pricier side, but its a fun environment and good place to hang out with friends.
Probably only four stars for food, but their milkshakes bring it to the next level. The sliders are good, as are the tots. Games are available at the bar, its a place that never feels rushed. And the milkshakes, oh my goodness. The cookies and cream shake comes with half of an ice cream sandwich as a garnish. Theyre a delight!
Sliders were simply great. The other food selection I assume were also great from the conversations I overheard from nearby tables. Good service even on a busy Thursday night. Clean bathroom and friendly kitchen staff. Owners have put some capital into the space with wood and metal Decor. Beers were a bit over priced. $15 for a Belgium Triple 12oz (11.2oz). With that one demerit I would still suggest the location.
Updated May, 2019.Ive downgraded my five star rating. I love the food here and prior to yesterday had always had a great experience. Still a fan of the tots and the milkshakes, but was unimpressed with my most recent visit. After seating ourselves we were finally acknowledged after about 10 minutes. I should mention, the place was not busy during the time we visited. After taking a drink order our server returned with two of the three drinks. She then left and did not return with the third drink until I summoned her from afar and asked for the third. We waited for a bit after ordering, which is not a big deal. I enjoy time to socialize and dont want to feel rushed. However, after close to 40 minutes after ordering our server came to the table to tell us that the kitchen had missed the ticket and our food was not yet ready. In fact, they had just started it. Mistakes happen, I get it, but I was underwhelmed by the apology of our server. In fact, Im not even sure that we got one. When the food arrived I expected it to be fresh. I love the tots and usually rave about them. I was quite disappointed. They tasted as though they had been sitting for a while. My sliders were fine. My friends did not complain about their food, but I felt that they were a little disappointed, which didnt sit well with me since our meal was intended to celebrate their recent graduation.Im dont typically expect any reduction in my bill or to be given anything free as compensation for a poor experience, but I will note that no concessions were offered. Even Cracker Barrel offered me a free dessert when a server spilled water on me. (I declined that dessert. I did not wish to profit from the mistake of a young lady who was clearly distraught over the incident. I digress)The lackluster visit has cooled my enthusiasm for Craft. Ill return at some point and hope that my next visit will give cause for another update to this review.
Food was good. However we had to wait 50minutes for it! 8 sliders, nothing unusual. People who came in way after us were served before us. The shakes were good, but took a long time to arrive too! So because of the poor service 😢. I wont be going back, nor recommend it to others. This was my first time there. No apologies or reasons were given for the delay.
We were so excited to come to Craft as we heard great things. The sliders we had were good and the milkshake excellent. It was a beautiful night to sit outside and enjoy dinner but difficult to talk as the music was so loud you couldnt make conversation. The hostess spent most of the time on her cell phone which was a turn off while we waited for her to seat us.
The milkshakes are amazing. But the service (despite the restaurant being almost empty) was slow and surly; and the burgers were awful. Great in concept, but they were burned hockey pucks and all that could be tasted was the sauce. The tator tots (yep, I went there) were not bad, at least.
Went during restaurant week for lunch. Had been hearing good things about craft, and I was not disappointed! Their milkshakes are a great and unique take on amazing ideas. I honestly dont know about their regular menu but if the quality of food is anything like their restaurant week menu it is top knotch
1. When I entered the establishment, I was greeted by two hostesses talking to each other. My friend had to get their attention in order for them to notice us. We were directed towards the bar because we only wanted milkshakes. Great start2. There were at least 4 servers/bartenders working behind the bar. What I mean by working is that they were all huddled in a corner talking to each other. It took more than 5 minutes to get their attention to just look at a menu. We ordered and sat down where we ordered3. When the milkshakes were ready, the bartender placed the milkshakes down on the back bar in front of us without looking up. We stared at our milkshakes waiting for them to be given to us (we already paid), but we had to flag down the bartender so she would stop talking and hand us our milkshakes. She said well i didnt know where you were so.This was by far the worst service i have ever received that I left the establishment infuriated and ready to write my first angry review. 0/5 just dont go. If you want rude ladies to blatantly ignore you, go here.
It was food alright. The beer was ridiculously good (Samoa this) and my deep fried buffalo cauliflower was a big hit. The rest of the man, ehhhhhh take it or leave it. Very pricey for what you get and the milkshakes were more milk than shake. There was also no avacado in my salad, despite it being first in the ingredients list on the menu. With other places in such close proximity like The Colonial and Burger Mondays, we honestly wont be back anytime soon.
The Unicorn Milkshake is FIRE!! The Fried Mac-n-Cheese Pulled Pork is THE BEST THING I HAVE EVER EATEN!! But, the true shining star to our visit was Our Waitress Bridgette!! She is a shining example of Customer Service. We will be back!!! I hope she is told what an asset she is to your establishment!!!
Food was great as usual but unfortunately I didnt have a very good customer service experience. Our waiter took our order food came promptly but served by other waitress andour server didnt return to our table for more then 30 minutes. We were done eating and instead of getting a second round of drinks we left instead because it took way to long for him to return. He didnt ask how our food was and unfortunately due to the lack of service I didnt leave a tip. I will return but please try to get your servers to attend to there tables.
Our bartender Camille was EXCEPTIONAL. True shining star of customer service. Every time I’m there she’s always smiling with an amazing outfit. She’s one of the main reasons i go to craft! She told me shes going away to school, so i guess i will have to wait until shes back and WILL have a job during the holiday season. Until then, the other one that looks like her will have to do. 10/10 experience go to craft the food is fantastic and beer is great!
The shakes are great. Food is alright. Love the atmosphere. The decor was cute, music playing was a good mix of songs. But the server i had was very lax. We had to ask another server multiple times for assistance. When i gave my server my card to pay she went outside with it to pet a dog for about ten minutes. Again we asked another server to grab her so that we could finish paying and leave. After another 3 minutes she went over to the posi and stood there for 5 min and then went to two other tables before coming to us. I cant really say why, i will say that her tip decreased because of that. I work at outback and no server would keep them waiting that long for a check or for paying it. They would ask another server or host to help them if they were too busy. And from the looks of it. She was not busy at all. The other server with red hair looked as if she was doing all the work. Might be back just for milkshakes and not sit in.
Hostess & Waitress were friendly and prompt, however the food service was horrible we went in after dinner hours around 7 and waited 2 hours for food and dessert. I count 9 tables and 9 ppl at the bar with several empty tables and the food took forever ! Lots of employees all over chitchatting and eating the warm cookies that were delivered but not attention given to the patrons customer service is not even close to subpar. It was my first visit and I wasn’t impressed at all will not be going back
Disappointed in our last visit. Service was sloooow-- waited 15 minutes before a server showed up, and that was after letting someone know we were ready to order. Food took over 45 minutes, and all we asked for was 3 sliders and an order of fries . At no time did our server offer any explanation or apology for the delay. Food was eh. It was difficult to find any shrimp in my daughters shrimp burger. Could be better described as a fritter. Think they might have bitten off more than they could chew having a street booth ( BU homecoming) and resturant service going at the same time
I am in Binghamton on business this week and Craft was the perfect place to go have good New York beer, and some excellent food. The place is lively and had a great, inviting vibe. Good place to go even if you are by yourself. Bar tending staff was very friendly and interactive. Would recommend the Blue Monday Slider. Amazing.
Craft has sliders for 4.99 or 5.99 for supreme ones. I ordered 3, which was quite a meal. The sushi slider was delicious. Instead of being served on a bun it was served on rice patties. Hard to bite but a great open faced sandwich. Would have been nice with a little wasabi kick. The Korean pork belly was probably my favorite. Delicious but messy. And also had the fried burrata. Messy, again, but delicious. Food items are labeled for gluten free options and vegetarian, so thats very helpful. The kids had milkshakes after, and those are monster creations that could be a meal in itself. Too sweet for me, though. They can be made boozy which is awesome. Maybe next time a boozy shake will be my meal. Nice beer selection and friendly service. Nice atmosphere.
Hola como estas? we had the food here and it’s a cute restaurant pero la comida took too long to come out. it was like una hora para 12 sliders and they didn’t bring out my amigas 2nd slider. also, we ordered the shakes when la comida came out because we knew it would take long but it still took forever. la comida makes me go bano. zack was a good waiter. food was good but kitchen was wack. gracias por tu tiempo adios.
I to-go ordered the beer batter chicken tenders ($9) and a unicorn drink($8 or $12 to add alcohol). My friends ordered the double slider ($6) and tater tots ($2.49 when buying sliders), and the beer battered chicken slider with french fries($2.49). My tenders were really good, and my unicorn drink was awesome! My friend sliders looked small but everything was really tasty. I would say a woman pretty 2 or 3, and a man would want 3 or 4+. They have many kinds to choose from on the sliders. I wish they made a pack of them. They had big portions on the french fries and tater tots. Nothing was plain or boring tasing, and everything was delicious. Their to-go containers were cute boxes marked with their logos printed on them. When I called to place the order they said it would be ready and 10 or 15 minutes. I got there and the food was ready and they quickly made the unicorn drink. That was probably my favorite. Throwback to the eighties when I was a child. The beer tap handles were all old/antique kitchen utensils. They put love in the bar and made the countertop with some kind of circles and filled them with something to spell out Craft. The décor was cool.
My daughter wanted a milkshake while visiting Binghamton and I googled it...bang, Craft popped up. The Oreo cookies milkshake is out of this world and there was a big surprise at the end of slurping the drink🤩🤩🤗🤗😊😊. A bit pricey but will surely return to try other flavors.
Cant say I have had many good experiences at craft. I deliver for GrubHub Kraft is partnered. They constantly make me wait 15 to 20 minutes and they do not even acknowledge I am there at all. I find the staff rude and the food slow to come out of the kitchen consistently
Im writing this review currently at this place. Came during restaurant week, but came at a time where they werent busy. The waitress was terrible. She messed up my order by bringing me the wrong dessert and also forgot to not add blue cheese on my salad. Our desserts came out only a few minutes after recieving our entrees, accompanied by the check. She came around to check on us probably 3 times max because she clocked out before we even managed to finish our food. Took my plate with food I wasnt even done with and since our check no one has come to check on us because she probably forgot to tell someone about us. And afyer finishing my meal realized I ordered an extra burger that was never given to me, but charged.
Exceedingly nice, its a place for students who can afford to drink craft beer to enjoy it. I am betting this is where the parents say goodbye to their students after the parents weekend. Other than that, Im pretty sure the staff has little idea how to interact with any person over thirty. Couldnt get a place at the bar. Couldnt get a table although five were open. And had some staffer in my face who caused me both confusion and that singled out feeling in moments. I left. Much better hospitality awaits at Galaxy.
The hostess was unwelcoming and sat us by the front door when the place was empty. She was rude when we asked if we could sit somewhere warmer, but obliged. The waitress was wearing a dirty black hoodie and was entirely ambivalent. The menu attempts to be hip but is pretty unclear. I probably would have stayed if their service was remotely acceptable but I walked out. Disappointing.
My wife and our friends went for restaurant week. The food was amazing and the beer was great. Can’t wait to come back when it’s not restaurant week to try the full menu. Also if you’re trying to do work on a phone or tablet they have great free Wi-Fi. We went on a Sunday afternoon and it was packed. Can’t imagine how busy this place gets on Friday and Saturday night.
It was uncomfortable seating , our table was wobbly, and 18 percent gratuity added to out bill and we had horrible service, the group of employees did manage to have plenty of time chatting and ignoring customers. We didnt even get offers another drink and the waiter never even checked on out table after our food came out. Food was okay for what it was. Just okay.
So my husband and best friend and her husband went out to dinner for a double date and I am very upset at how it went they were out of multiple menu items for starters the drinks we ordered where the only upside of things the food taste was very normal nothing impressive and then the check came it was outrageous the total for what we got 2 sliders each for 2 of us we each got a drink and the guys got chicken tenders so 4 sliders and 2 orders of chicken tenders and the drinks shouldnt have totaled 150 bucks then for us to be starving 2hrs later and had to order food out
I come into this establishment all the time just to see the amazing staff and be waited on by them. Camille has waited and bartended on me multiple times and is a real rocket. The girl that looks like her is fantastic too. I think her names Morgyn. I can’t wait to visit them around thanksgiving and Christmas when I am home!!!!!!!🤠🧚🏻♀️🦖🧸
This place was amazing we got 2 sliders the bleu Monday which was just amazing and the and the social slider which was good but sweet we also got pulled pork poutine tater tots french toast and cheese fries the food was just incredible better than expected and the atmosphere was relaxing highly recommend this place for anyone in the triple cities

2022-04-24Went on a Sunday when they opened, luckily they had one table available as the rest were for reservations. This place is definitely for the college-kid type of person. I think I was the oldest one there (34!) Anyways, great menu and prices. The food tasted delicious. I recommend getting more than 1 slider. Next time I will get their milkshakes. Server was good but seemed to be annoyed for some reason.Make sure you have a smart phone to scan their menu.

2022-01-01You know this is a collegetown type of place when the menu is solely available by scanning a QR code on the table. But I found it strange that theres absolutely no non-alcoholic drinks listed anywhere on that menu. Im usually fine with water anyway, but it just seems like a basic feature thats lacking. As far as the food, it was touch and go. Like another reviewer said, it is a bit like rolling the dice. Nothing was bad, per se, but I found extremes between mindblowingly amazing and this is all bun kind of flavor. So lets start with the best. The sushi slider. Its a little messy, so prepare for some fall-out, but the flavor was perfect. The soy marinade on the ahi tuna paired perfectly with the tangy pickled slaw and bun, which was like a fried rice tater tot. Crispy yet creamy and starchy. It was a match made in heaven, and I would happily go there just to order that again. The Unicorn shake was also great. Blended perfectly with a nice creamy strawberry flavor. And all the pizzazz of those stylish overfilled shakes but, thankfully, that top was just whipped cream so it was not a mess at all. We did not try it spiked, but they have those options, too, if youre interested. But do note that some people might consider these shakes a meal in themselves! Its a lot.Now for the meh... Basically all other sliders I tried on a bun, which were the Social Slider and the Grilled Shroom Slider. The amount of filling made it so the entire slider was fully overwhelmed by the bun. All I could taste was bun, with a hint of filling. Having tried the sushi one first, these came as a major disappointment. So considering ALL of their sliders except the sushi one has the same normal bun, Im skeptical that I wont be disappointed coming back to try more.If youre coming here for the milkshakes, craft beer, or the sushi slider, youll love it. Otherwise, it just seems a bit meh. If I didnt absolutely love the sushi slider this would have easily been 3 stars.

2022-06-20This is a great little brewpub hidden in downtown Binghamton. They specialize in handcrafted gourmet slider hamburgers that are ordered on an individual basis (a good starting point for me was 2) and all sides are an additional nominal fee. They have an outstanding selection of microbrewery beers, with a fair collection of wines, and cocktails. The setting is family friendly with both indoor and outdoor seating available. They also have delivery via DoorDash. They take cash and credit. The indoor seating is mostly high metallic barstools so if you have back issues you will need to make sure that you get a table with full chair backs.

2021-12-19Stopped by for lunch. My wife and I both had a couple of sliders. The sliders were seasoned well but the bun was not very good. Too much bun for the small burger. They had a good selection of tap beer. For soda, it was too flat for my taste. I would say overall the place is good but not great.

2021-08-27What a great atmosphere great place...big selection of different types of beer. The manager was so helpful (his recipe for the fried pickles) The fried pickles (1st time eating them) were so good. Loved the slider & fries too. Great prices.

2021-09-07The fruit beers were good, fruit taste didnt over the beer. Pulled pork slider was yummy. But the chicken wings were little over cooked. The place was given space and has outdoor space too.

2021-09-27The short: The milkshake flavor was good. All the rest; we were less than impressed. Not somewhere Id likely go again any time soon. The long version: We (2 adults) decided to give this place a try after seeing a Facebook post about their fabulous looking milkshakes. Monday 1pm, they werent super busy but had about 4 other tables of 2 to 4 occupied. The food wasnt great but the Apple Crisp milkshake had a great flavor. We ordered beer battered chicken fingers (they were over cooked and dry, otherwise had a good flavor), crispy chix slider (same over cooked chicken as the chicken fingers), and totchos with the toppings on the side (they definitely werent anything special, even with everything on them. Theres no Cajun to these tots.)The most disappointing was the lack of service/customer service from the moment we walked in. On the outside it looks like a hip or trendy place to eat. Their ad drew us in.Its very rare that we walk into a restaurant and feel as if we arent welcome or business isnt wanted. Unfortunately, today was one of those days. The look of the place created a good upbeat feel. I expected to be greeted when we walked in the door with a friendly smile, maybe a Hey! Welcome, well be with you in a minute. Instead, Im not sure either of the girls behind the bar really looked our way. They knew we walked in but didnt acknowledge us. Even once we sat down at a table, it was a good 10 minutes before they came over to even acknowledge us.They finally walked our way but only to take drinks to the table across from us, away and back again to take their order, away and back again with milkshakes to the two tables around us, away andback again to bring food out to a table... all the while not even acknowledging we were there. Nothing. Finally a waitress comes out with water and asks if we wanted other drinks (we didnt) and tried to quickly walk away without asking to take our order.Overall, the lack of eye contact, a smile, or a greeting... etc... was enough to turn us off. Combine all of it with over priced bar food that wasnt great, and its hot somewhere Id recommend. Definitely not what I expected of this place. Quite the let down.

2022-04-05We loved the look of the dining area. Our server was serving all the tables and bartending. She was very busy and she did a wonderful job. The menu was very interesting. Our food was wonderful. My husband was super happy with the milkshake. The lady waiting on us offered us a high chair and even took the time to clean it off for us before giving it to us.

2021-12-13Came at 11:00pm.. - Was kinda weird when there is no one at the front to greet us. No sign to seat yourself too. We were a little confused and just waited awkwardly lol, even though the place was pretty empty and there was only one other table with people seated. Didnt look too busy by any means. We eventually just asked the other people at the table who were eating what they did lol.Aside from that weird aspect it was pretty alright! Loved the chill atmosphere on a late Sunday night, and food was also pretty decent. Shrimp sliders go hard for sure. Also love the fact that they are open late (midnight). 8/10 Will probably return, especially now that half the other places are shut down.

2022-03-29I haven’t tried the food yet but their milkshakes are great! Plus you can add in alcohol to them if you want!
