I am a freelance audio engineer and happened upon Creative Audio Post by chance over a year and a half ago. They are a great bunch of knowledgable and friendly folks who always accommodate me and my clients wishes on every session. They lead with a smile and follow through with professionalism. Every. Single. Time. I trust them so much that I even have one of their engineers, Gustavo Yepes, conduct my session when I am not available. This studio is a great place to work not only because everything just works but the people running it are a pleasure to work WITH.

Laura and her team are the absolute best to work with, hands down. Last year was the first time Ive ever worn the post production coordinator pants and long story short - I had no idea what I was doing. Creative Audio was there for me to help explain the different processes involved in ADR, and considering Im normally on the pre-production side of things, they needed to be a lot more patient with me that most. Its a consideration that meant a lot and was the foundation for a solid working relationship for the season.Laura and her team at Creative werent just helpful in educating me in the ways of post-production, they helped bail me out of a lot of crazy situations thatd crop up with scheduling. I dont even know where to begin in praising Laura and her amazing scheduling skills. She was always there to catch my Hail Mary, and quite honestly, was responsible for making me look good (i.e. helping me keep my job) all the way from the east coast. Not to mention their pricing is extremely reasonable (for those of you looking for the $$$ aspect of this review). Their hourly rate is comparable, and they are willing to work with minimums. Again, super helpful to find out being a first time coordinator.Its asinine how much respect I have for Laura and her team for their effectiveness and overall -for lack of a better word- awesomeness. And its not just me; my clients gave me big praises on their facilities and their interpersonal skills during sessions. I am a field sound recordist for a variety of television shows and whether I am working in harsh environments (jungles, swamps, deserts, mountains, tundras) or studios, Creative Audio Post has always had my back. The field can be very difficult for capturing the best audio and I always feel safer knowing that they are my last line of defense before going to broadcast.
