If you love being called a liar and manipulator Manuel Cristostomo is your man. We paid $9400 for framing and roofing a 226sq.ft shed that now has wet walls and leaky roof and cannot get a C.O because of that. Instead of admitting to the mistake Manuel responded that I coached the building inspector into not issuing me a C.O. I got second opinion from another carpenter who was working in our home, on the solution to the problem to which he responded Let me go inside your house. I can find mistake with his work. Oral contract included insulation but he removed it from the written contract and later said he knew I wouldnt see that it was gone).
