Friendly environment and staff, great taste.
Pizza was good but the extra large heart shaped pizza looked more like a medium size. I wish it had more bacon on it too. I asked for garlic crust and they didn’t do it. So paid extra for that for nothing. I ordered olives in my salad and they didn’t remember to add it. The delivery driver they said they usually don’t have but the grub hub app wasn’t working for them didn’t bring change but she forgot the pizza bag so she is on her way now to give me my change of $9 and to grab the bag but it’s taking forever.
Not happy. I bought an extra large pizza. I got toppings on half the pizza. Toppings on an extra large pizza are $2.50. On half the pizza you would think they would be 1.25. They charged 2.25. So for 4 toppings on half pizza instead of $5 they charged $9.00. Also skimpy on the sauce. This place has gone downhill since I was last there.
I went there to pick up food for a Grubhub delivery. The Star Wars characters are ready for Christmas😊

I got takeout from here the other day, so I had a short-lived, but good experience. The panini was delicious and of generous size for the price, and came with a bag of chips, which I appreciated as I was eating it for lunch and its always nice to have a little extra side to make it a fuller meal. The fries were particularly good. Very crunchy and hot, and once again, a generous portion for the price.

My roommate really loves the margherita pizza from this pizza place, so I decided to try it. I asked for no cheese and extra sauce. I literally got bread and some tomatoes. So when I went to return the pizza because it was not what I had ordered. They said we dont put sauce on this type of pizza and so we wont give you a refund. I think its ridiculous if you order something thats supposed to be customizable and I dont think theres any harm in adding red sauce if the customer asks for it (even if thats not the way you normally make it).

Ordered a chicken Alfredo pizza and received it with no alfredo sauce. Called the restaurant to discuss and the gentleman said No I made it its on there. I assured him I pulled up all the cheese and sauce nor tasted any sauce. He told me next time I should order extra sauce next time. Great customer service. I have ordered this pizza many times and have loved it each time. I will take my business elsewhere because clearly this place cant own up to mistakes and make things right.
Ordered a margherita pizza and got home to find out theres no sauce on it whatsoever and barely any basil. It was all just cheese and dough. Crust was not even remotely crispy either. The people working at the counter were friendly at least.

Brought my son to pick up his food and it smelled delicious. He said the food is excellent and priced excellent. He tells me it is Starwars everywhere inside. Tables walls and some Batman. I plan on returning with family I looked at there menu online
Pizza is great... but so are the sides.
Went with a big group. Vegan pizza was top notch. Gluten free pizza was one of the best crusts our gf girl has had. The margarita pizza was delicious. The bacon and pepperoni was awesome. The staff was really friendly and got our order right which, with all the special diet in our party, is remarkable. Worth a trip.
It was my first time there the pizza was really good an employees were real friendly. I will definitely go back there and I recommend it to anyone that wants good pizza
Many parts of upstate NY are a wilderness for good food, particularly pizza. If you’re expecting an authentic city pie like nyc or north Jersey, you’ll be disappointed. It looks like they make a bunch of plain pizzas and then throw the toppings on afterward. However decor was great, the ingredients were fresh, and the prices were reasonable. Next time I’m in the area I might consider this place again.
Pizza was ok. (Buffalo chicken). Garlic knots were good. I do not recommend getting wings there mild sauce tastes like ketchup and garlic park was just chicken nuggets with garlic sprinkled on them. Not worth the 34 dollar order. Go somewhere else.
I typically love ordering here. I went out of my way tonight to come pick up a large meatball pizza. I called ahead and when I got there (after waiting plenty of time) it didnt appear that my pizza was even made or placed as an order. No big deal... I am patient. I watched you take to the back an already baked and waiting cheese pizza, and put microwaved meatballs on it. I dont consider that quality artisan pizza. I probably would have just preferred the cheese only, but now I lost my appetite. Ill come back in the future, but I hope you dont continue this type of service, or I will not return.
Neither the appetizers nor the pizza ordered were particularly good. The boneless wings were reminiscent of frozen Tyson strips at best & the Specialty pizza was soggy & underseasoned. Unlikely to ever order again. The only real win we got from the experience was how quickly they delivered. I’ve heard great things about them in the past, but this is the second time I’ve ordered and both instances were C+ at best. Dunno what’s changed.
Very excellent hole in the wall pizza place totally geeked out with marvel comics dc comics and star wars toys and lore but thats just the decor their pizza is very well priced and absolutely delicious although the gluten free pizza we got was a little overcooked it was still delicious we will be returning
Some coworkers and I decided to try this place because they have some unique pizzas on their menu I havent seen anywhere else. We all like Indian food so we ordered a tandoori chicken pizza. It was absolutely DELICIOUS. The crust was a good thickness with a crispy outside and bready inside. The flavor was perfect. They also put some red onions on this pizza which compliment the tandoori well. I will definitely eat here again. They had about a dozen other types of pizza out to buy by the slice. Those also looked very tasty. Good job folks!
Used to come to this place quite often. Food “was” good, actually very good. Until more recently - I noticed the inconsistency.Receiving wrong food, wrong dressings, old wings, or cold food. However, I still gave it a chance time after time- until this last time.Placed an order for small buffalo sandwich, I received a sub with crumbled up bread, one dry piece of chicken finger inside and maybe 10 small strings of cheese.It’s just disgraceful. People are paying you money and you’re giving them S?$&T in return. People put this S?$&T in their bodies... you’re in the food industry not the County Waste recycling business...🤮I’ll be taking my money elsewhere...
Pizza quality is nothing to write home about. A plethora of better options in the area. Service is not good either. Menu prices on the board inside are wrong (prices are actually higher). Facilities are dirty (bathroom, etc.). No napkins on table and the workers dont care about customer service. I will go someplace else for pizza.
I started by looking at their online menu. It looked reasonable, pizza 10 wings and a 2 liter for $19.99. When I walked in I found they dont honor that special only the 21.99 special which is actually the normal prices for all 3 combined. Onto the pizza, 12 cut was very blah. The dough has no flavor as if it was just flour and water mixed not to mention the amount of flour on crust. The sauce is okay. I never had a robust sauce that had a slight spiciness to it. The wing are atrocities. They have amazing wings that they ruin with their fake sauce. Mild and medium buffalo sauce is made with catsup. They were sweet and sticky with a hint of spice. As for their hot I cant speak for that but I do not want to try them either after this experience. Better off going across the street to vintage or paesans.
I wish I could give negative stars to this restaurant . The food was terrible and the customer service is worse. We ordered a few pizzas and a side of wings . I ordered a gluten free pizza and asked for a few toppings (since they charge 1.5 EACH topping I picked only the ones I really wanted). I ordered eggplant and peppers... When the pizza arrived it had breaded eggplant on it AND we were over charged for toppings. I have a gluten sensitivity and needed to throw the pizza away . When we called no one seemed to understand why this was a problem when I asked for a refund . I was told we would be issued a refund on our card that day. I waited a week as sometimes it takes a few days for a credit to show up on your card... There was nothing. I called again today and also received terrible customer service and was told a refund was not an option but that I could pick up a gift card for just a GF pizza (no toppings). I will not eat there ever again so the gift card does not correct the issue. In addition to the GF pizza being terrible, the other pizzas we ordered were cold when we picked then up and had very few topics dispite this extra charge for them. Very disappointed all around and I would never order from them again .
As an avid New York resident, I have eaten countless pizzas from countless places, all claiming to be the best. One might think that this is just another pizza place, but I beg to differ. As a master critic with a highly esteemed opinion, I deem this place to have the best pizza.
If you want delivery DO NOT GET IT FROM HERE! It took 2+ hours, the management rarely gave me a real answer, and then when I inquired what they would do about it they really never answered. We received cold, soggy, disgusting pizza and the wings were hard as a rock. When management feels no remorse from acts such as this it is not a business I wish to invest in or spend even a freaking penny. So that was waste of money since a pizza from anywhere else would have tasted better because it wouldnt have sat somewhere for hours getting cold and soggy. While I know this is not a direct review to the food it is a direct review of their lack of service and lack of care for their customers. Never going back again, beyond disappointed.
First time ever ordering, I am not a picky person... but I feel sick right now. The pizza sauce or maybe cheese tastes completely rotten? The pizza itself reeks of a dirty dishrag thats been sitting out too long. Me and my friend both got sick. Would NEVER recommend. Dirtiest pizza Ive ever eaten.
Their chicken basil pizza (fresh basil, roasted red peps, oil, oregano, fresh mozzarella, tomato sauce, cheese, and chicken) will change your life. You can thank me later......
Apparently under new management should NOT be flaunted in this case. We have ordered from here for years with no problems until tonight. The chicken, broccoli Alfredo pizza was paper thin, cold, brittle, and had no sauce whatsoever. The chicken apple salad was tepid, as was the chicken in it. And it had exactly ZERO apples. Never again.
I think the pizza here is amazing. If youre just buying one slice they tend to be old and hard, but get a whole pizza and amazing taste. I still buy slices even though they arent as good as the whole pie. HOWEVER, the counter people at the guilderland location are miserable. Every single time Ive been in there I leave angry because they are so rude. Youd think I wouldnt come back but the Bruschetta Pizza is mouth watering.
I like pizza, but I dont like pizza that sits around for 8 hours. The three times I have gone to this place the pizza was awful. I mean if el pres went he would stop reviewing pizzas as a whole. They also might use dog food as their bacon topping. No thanks! Keep your overpriced kibbles and bits!

We did an order through Grubhub and the food was terrible. The one panini was completely burnt on one side not toasted at all on another side, the other panini again toasted one side not on the other, the chicken was ridiculously small and looked almost under cooked(which I did not mention in my complaint to Grubhub even) and the cheese fries were completely over cooked and burnt/stuck together. Completely inedible - we threw the food away and I complained to Grubhub. They stated someone from the restaurant would be coming to get the food, I tried telling them the food was thrown away in the dumpster. The driver called and said he was here I told him the food was thrown away and he refused to leave. He then texted me and I told him multiple times we threw it away and told him to have his boss call me which he did not. I had to complain to Grubhub to make this man leave.

Terrible customer service. The owner is extremely rude. I work at the local military base. I know between my shift and the other two shifts we order from this establishment atleast two times a day. I ordered a salad and wrap from this place. The owner told me 45 minutes. An hour and 15 minutes waiting for my food, I called and complained, and in return the owner just said hes done taking orders from us and hung up on me. Like 6 years of our buisness almost every day means nothing to this establishment? Dude said he was going to come hear himself. Hes off his hinges. Still waiting for my food.Sorry, now an hour and 30.
I work up the street, and have ordered from here several times. Love the cuban, but the food is very inconsistent. Today my coworker and I ordered lunch and BOTH of our orders were wrong. My panini was a mess! Falling apart, barely toasted, no pickles. The food here is great, sometimes.

I guess the customer is always right doesnt apply to the Latham Crispy Basil location. I placed a fairly simple order. Medium white pizza, large Greek salad and jalapeno poppers. The only thing they managed to get right was the poppers. We received a small Greek salad and our medium white pizza was brown and full of air bubbles. To put it blatantly, it was exactly like trying to eat cardboard. When my husband called to complain the manager on duty wasnt very understanding and made it seem like we were giving them a hassle. Well when we place an order and pay money that we worked hard for, we expect to YOU to get the order correct. I mean really, three items...it wasnt complicated and my 12 year old niece could have cooked a better pizza. Thanks, but no thanks. We will NEVER be ordering from this place again. And I advise that you save your money and go somewhere worth spending that money!

Food is decent but service often stinks. 3 of last 4 pizza orders were wrong and last visit my order took 40 minutes despite being told it would be 20 minutes over the phone. I do not plan to return.
Latham location- I own a business right around the corner and we order on a daily basis almost. The biggest issue is the food is never consistent. After many issues, figured we would give them one more chance and they messed up again! The food was cold, the fries were not battered like normal and were freezer burned so they were just grease. The eggplant parm sub was all bread with mashed eggplant, no sauce and unmelted cheese and the garlic knots were dry and hard bread! So frustrating because when done right, their food is amazing. We are done and will never order again. ..my suggestion is to save your money and go someplace else!

Stay away! Very delayed delivery. Food arrived cold. Called to complain. Manager was an absolute attitude bomb. I brought the food back. Full refund, but she needs to be fired. The customer is always right. She was rude and patronizing. Got worse when I called her on it in person. There were 4 people standing around doing nothing when I got there. So why was the food late?? First and last time. Will NEVER buy ANYTHING from this place.

This is the Guilderland Location.Ordered a chicken caesar salad, the croutons were stale, the chicken was burnt and there was no way near enough dressing. My husband got a pizza and he said it had no flavor and was under cooked. So thats the food. As far as the staff goes they were unprofessional and looked like slops.
This is a very specific type of pizza. Very good and unique but not the basic cheese pizza you would get from a chain like dominos. The onlyProblem is it is a bit expensive
When you go to eat in its good. But this the third delivery I received with missing food. Now waiting for food from original order for over 45 mins. After waiting an hour for original delivery. Good food but horrible delivery process. Never again!

2021-12-05The crust is perfection—charred without tasting burnt. The sauce, not overly acidic or sweet—a wonderful balance. Although half the pizza had extra fresh mozzarella cheese, it was not oily or soggy in the slightest. The hand feel of the pizza is amazing, zero flop with the slight residue of “pizza dust”. Worth it, order for pick-up or delivery!This pizza is the best Ive had in Latham!!

The wings I ordered were wrong as I ordered Buffalo and received plain wings, The order of garlic knots I ordered were very burnt, and the pizza was the best thing but felt it was under done. Was disappointed with the order but this is my first time going so it could just be a 1 time thing.
