Beautiful clean park 😃
Its beautiful when everything is green ,fresh air . A good place for a nice walk ,for running, for pets and even for kids.
An enjoyable place to walk around, with many open fields. There are several areas for baseball and tennis.
This park has a great Hill for sledding. It is very wide so it can accommodate 100s of sledders at the same time. There is plenty of parking nearby. Great place to take the kids sledding when there is snow.
One of my favorite park now. Its so lush green and side by lake which is amazing sight!
Good sized park with room to stretch out. Multiple ballfields, tennis courts, bathrooms, hiking/biking paths, and good shade.

Big, quiet, away from the city, with good grass and bench seating.
This place is gorgeous and a gem. Easy to find parking spots, restrooms on the premises, tennis courts, playground, ballfields, pond, Crocheron Park is an oasis of a green space. No dog park but lots of room to take Fido on a walk. There is room to find solitude and peace of mind from hectic city living.
This park is really a beautiful and relaxing place to get away.

One of my favorite spots with the kids. Rolling down the hill, soccer class, path to the greenway.
Love the park but, Golden Pond was really cruddy. Its been like that almost all the time Ive visited. My wife and I visit to see the swans and ducks.

Great place for taking pics and just chilling. Me and my brother and friends like it there during the summer. Its also a great place to go running and get some exercise and its nice placed near the highway and the body of water bordering Great Neck.
Nice little park with playground and field. My first visit there and we had a race. Most of the part was shady which I liked it and huge parking lot.
Great park for mini hikes; also close to water. Nice hill to run for good cardio workout. In winter, after a nice snow-great hill for sledding!!!
Beautiful park that has mini trails. Sill exploring this area but plenty of space. There are baseball diamonds and some gazebos as well.
It’s a good place to chill. A lot of people here smoke weed. Which I don’t care about, but I smell it everywhere. Many many kids who think they’re something in their half broken bikes. It’s a good place to have a picnic. Not too dirty, just a lot of branches and pot holes. Good dog park tho

My kids love to visit this park. We have been visiting here for 5 years already and it still gives my family that refreshing feeling from the day we started visiting here. It has a lot of facilities and outdoor activities that will surely make you enjoyable and fun. We can bring our dog as well since its a pet-friendly place.My youngest daughter loves to celebrate her birthday here every year because of the natural comforting and refreshing environment. The place is well-taken care of and is amazing.

Very nice park with the Bay on its west giving a really nice view. It is also attach to a large bike path and has a smaller area that looks like a swamp.
Nice, peaceful park with a smaller but adequate-sized loop around a green space that includes a baseball/softball field.Theres also a pond across the street (Crocheting). Northeastern side of the park overlooks the Cross Island towards Little Neck Bay. The park actually extends quite a bit. So, I havent fully explored the entire complex. There are other athletic fields, bball courts and at least one playground (behind PS 41).

Great outdoor space! Good views, nice paths, friendly dogs. If you are afraid of dogs be aware that some are off leash especially before 9am.
Excellent park. Nice open spaces for children to run and play.
Decent park for 4 seasons. Has everything a couple, a family with newborns, young children, teenagers, couples in love, singles, adults and Seniors could want. For sports like soccer, baseball, tennis, kite flying, dog exercise, sleigh riding, NYC Movie nights, fishing, crabbing, moror boating or sailing ....amazingly this park has ir all.

They are dog friendly and have a good walking path.
My family and I love to visit this park. They have great places to walk. The kids love the pond and the playground. My only issue is that the main bathroom is closed for repairs, reopen unknown; and the waterfountains are currently shut off due to over limit lead tests.
Nice clean park with a lot of space to walk around and enjoy the scenery. There are also some benches with tables for some nice outdoor dining. I will definetly bring my friend Tahmeidoor here in the near future!
Well maintained open space inside NYC to spend some time with family. Its also accessable to the Cross Island trail with a foot bridge for a Run or a Bike Ride.
The park is really big and the best thing about it in my opinion is the fact that its right next to the water. As soon as you walk onto the bridge that crosses over the Cross Island Pkwy you see a vast view of the water and its really gorgeous.
Park is nice, not well maintained
I visited this place for so many year and get more beatiful over the years.
Its usually rather empty, people are courteous, most dogs are kept on leashes, well maintained, and the facilities are okay. I cant think of any specific negatives, but I dont know how to compare it to other parks.
Amazing park! Not too crowded, has a great seaside view, and a playground.
One of the best and cleanest parks in queens. Nice for pets because it is sanitary and does not have meat bones and food on the ground unlike some other parks in queens.
I sit here all different times of year, its always peaceful and beautiful

I usually go there for a long walk with my parents when I visit them. Its well-kept and serene park. Visitors are quite friendly. Hope everyone who visits this park keeps this place drug-free and garbage-free.
Nice park to take a stroll and enjoy picnics! Also has a pond and its connected to cross island pkwy which is right next to Little Neck Bay by the waters!
My mom and I drove by the pond the other day. When she was a little girl, she remembers ice skating on this pond. It seemed to be clean and well liked by different kinds of birds. Peaceful.

A very quiet place to relax and refresh yourself by the pond.
I ran along the path besides the Cross Island Parkway. Its beautiful, great views of the bay, the bridge and northeast Queens. There were some people playing frisbee in a bad spot, but everyone else was running, walking, biking or just enjoying the view

The people in the community are what make this park so great. Went there two weeks ago, it was cloudy, so the lake looks gloomy, but the park is very clean, huge parking lot availble, well kept bathroom

Lovely picturesque park. Its never crowded and theres plenty to do and see. Just beware when sitting on the bench by Buz ORourke park, theres a huge wasp nest right above the Gymboree where the little kids played. We were afraid that it would fall on us so we moved on.
Its scenic stress free lots of parking and forever wild...spacious baseball and soccer fields...jogging walking and bike paths are decent...
Great park that can be used to access a bridge that will take you along the cross island parkway. The bridge leads to the Bayside Marina and the miles long joggers path that follows along the cross island parkway with great views of Little Neck Bay.
Needs some maintenance/some care from thr city. Some of the trails/paths have fallen trees and such. Greenery needs trimming around the pond or needs some more lighting or cameras to dissuade illicit activities, but otherwise is a good park.
The park in itself is a beautiful park. However, the soccer field is in such bad shape, uneven ,play up a slight hill go down a slight hill. Grass isnt cut the ball barely moves. There are holes which can cause the children if not careful to twist there ankles . Its a shame how its neglected.
Its a lovely park it overlooks the Cross Island Parkway on to the beautiful Little Neck Bay across the bay UC Douglaston its gorgeous not to mention a picturesque walkway from Fort Totten to Alley Pond Park
Cool little park, we got to the mad science show a little late but enjoyed what we saw..The park is great for babies up to 7yr olds..my crew met a cpl other kids and enjoyed the sprinklers
Fairly uncrowded park but paths are not super smooth and people like to walk their dogs without a leash all over the place

Picturesque park. Great place to go for long walks or just to sit relax and enjoy nature.
Played baseball on the field by 215 street, awful experience. Weeds everywhere, trees growing through the outfield fence, infield lost in overgrown grass. Our kids in the outfield were standing 2 feet lower than the field. Bayside Little League needs a better field.

This park is in need of cleaning. The grass and trees are a mess and so is the pond which needs to be cleaned out!

I love this park, but Golden Lake is anything but Golden. The parks department needs to clean up and renovate the lake big time. The rest of the park is clean.
Its a large green space, with lots of trees & a filthy pond. It has some great trees, but it had better ones 50 yrs ago. Unfortunately, it is very poorly maintained by the park Dept. But, still, it serves as a good place to take a walk. The sports fields are too numerous, & the players make lots of noise. However, they are only a problem on weekends. It offers great potential, but it is being allowed to disintergrate by the DeBlasio administration. Beam, Dinkins, Koch, & Guiliano, also neglected the parks. Bloomberg recognize that they existed, but that was about it.

Beautiful NYC park. Ball fields tennis, courts and a pond. Street parking and parking lot. It overlooks Little Neck bay with a foot bridge that connects you to the bays foot/bike path.
Love this park. Great place to bring the doggos and relax, walk down to the water, sit under the trees or hang by the lake. A gem in the heart of Bayside.

2022-05-17Such a calm and relaxing place. If you want to get your mind off things I recommend coming here. Theres great walk paths, views and just a great overall experience there.

2021-09-09A lovely park with gorgeous trees, sweeping hillsides, big lawns for picnics/enjoying the sunshine, tennis courts, baseball diamonds, walking paths (some slightly hidden and therefore fun), and just a lovely vibe. There is a small area with a playground and basketball courts. There are two gazebos overlooking the water (Bay) which is visible in the winter.I come here to meditate a lot, for those tree-huggers like myself out there, its nice and quiet and an oasis of nature. I am thankful to have it in the neighborhood. There is also a lane that goes to a wee Bridge over the highway to the bay across the other side, and another down to a large pond with geese. Also, plenty of benches to sit on all over the place.
