2022-03-29The young blonde girl (Lauren) was pretty nasty to me. She said that she didnt have my medication, but I know that my doctor sent the medication here and not the pharmacy at ozone park. She yelled at me and was pretty aggressive.Seriously, the customer service is terrible.Theres CVS across the street and Walgreens down the block. They are much more professional and kind.

2022-01-07This location never seem to have my medication. They always say it’s at the Ozone Park location for some reason. Some employees are nice meanwhile some are just rude. I got a covid test done and they were so rough and when I said it hurt the girl goes, “I’m not even going in deep” instead of just apologizing. I’m changing pharmacies and will never come back here for a covid test or anything.

2021-08-05I recently started going to Crossbay Chemist in Howard Beach, as I needed support stockings. When I called, I spoke with Frank and he was very helpful and told, me that he had the surgical support stockings. I just had to bring the prescription and he would take care of the rest. Im very happy and satisfied with his service, friendliness and caring. The staff is wonderful and Ill continue going there. God bless Frank, Marty & all the Staff.
