Purchased glasses with frame that had a manufacturing defect and they wanted another $80 to fix a frame that anyone can see is defective. After two months, arm came off the metal piece of the frame. It just detached itself because it was not properly soldered.
I dont recommend this place the reason for that is the people that work there are not competent theyre always making mistakes Im talking from experience I paid 800 and some change for a pair of glasses actually for the frame and the medicine in the lenses three times in a row they gave me the wrong prescription and thats the reason why I dont recommend this place.
The service here was great, I would 10 out of 10 recommend this optical to all my friends and family. The sales reps are so kind and greet you the second you walk in. I would definitely be coming back!
This place is the worse they try to over charge you they never called me to tell me my glasses are ready and I need a dmv document signed they wanted to charge me 75 dollars when I just had my eyes checked they try to tell me I can do it for 50 dollars rip off dont ever go thete
Atthought the service is phenomenal and the staff are very polite, waiting a month for my glasses is ridiculous! It wasn’t taking this long to take money out of my account but me waiting for my merchandise is out of order and unprofessional
I CAME IN LAST WEEK TO GET ME EYE EXAM ,DID NOT HAVE TO WAIT LONG AT ALL ,DR WAS GREAT GAVE ME RX AND GEORGE AND SABRINA PICKED 2 FRAMES FOR ME FOR MY BUDGET, SERVICE WAS SUPER GOOD I HAD MY BOTH GLASSES IN 1 HOUR BEACAUSE I NEEDED TO GO ON VACATION ,LOVE THIS PLACE WILL DEFENETLY RECOMEND .YOU WILL NOT BE SORRY!!!
There customer service is the worst .. they are a scam .. all the want is money .. not to help or assist . It’s a different staff person every week . I regret even stepping foot in this optical

2022-06-20Dr.Nery was extremely professional and knowledgeable he is truly a treasure for the Bronx. I would recommend him to any family member as well see him for future eye care. His staff is stellar as well.

2021-04-20I went with my mom to get a eye exam and glasses the process took an hour and it’s usually not busy depending what time you go during the day, the doctor was very nice and gave me a full view of how my eyes are doing and how healthy they are.But here’s the reason why I’m giving this place only 3 stars:- after getting our eyes checked (which it was a good experience) it was now ready to pick out our glasses so the person behind the counter shows us the section of glasses that would be covering by our insurance and these glasses wasn’t even good, most of these look like reading glasses which we didn’t want so this place would pick out the awful glasses that’s free with insurance just to make you buy the ones you prefer which is disappointing.- the person was overcharging for anti reflective lenses I forgot the price he told us but it was around the $200-300 range which it’s a ripoffOverall It’s a good place to get your eyes checked but if I was you just pick out the free glasses that covers by your insurance and ask the person to give you a copy of your eyeglasses prescription and find a place that has less expensive glasses and go from there.

2019-07-02As of now Ive even waiting for my glasses for 5 months. Every month I go there and ask about my glasses. I get the same story everytime!! Makes me wonder how many people she gives this story to. I also purchased a second pair of glasses which Im applying payments to. Ive tried on this second pair of glasses every time I visit. They make me nauseous and dizzy, but she keeps insisting this is normal. I can see perfect through my right eye but not my left. Obviously something isnt right. Now Im stuck paying for a pair of glasses that Im not going to use because they wont give me my money back. Buyer beware!!! Take your money elsewhere!!

2018-12-15I had recently stopped by to get an eye exam, and got attended by Dr. White. He had taken me in about 10 minuites, and gave me great feedback! I then had to get glasses with my prescription. They picked out perfect Burberry glasses for me which look and fit great. Great selection of glasses, and great customer service! I will definitely refer my friends, and will definitely shopping here again.

2019-10-27Walked in here just wondering about my sight. right away i was greeted and helped with great enthusiasm. Rapidly they help me find out if my plan covered the eye exam, which it did plus it covered the glasses as well! From the desk attendant to the doc everything went swiftly and friendly. Walked out eye checked and with some nice looking glasses all in less than 30 mins!

2018-09-13I have never had a problem with this place... and there is no dog grooming place by here... this is an human eye doctor location. They have always treated me fine any time I saw a conflict in this place it was solved and everybody was happy. I just wish they had a diffrent selection in glasses.

2018-08-04I took my dog who was very sick as he had blindness and eye infection. She had me do blood tests which were recently done, sold me meds at top dollar and had a dont give a damn altitude. She also sent me next door to have him groomed and trim his nails, even though he was clean and groomed. Guess what, she owns the grooming place.Do yourself a favor go elsewhere, where your dog and your money are treated with respect and consideration.My bill was for $1,000 including the meds.Cross Bronx veterinarian, is not where you want to take your sick pet.

2020-03-11This place is a scam. I have Medicaid with Health First and they tried to charge me $200 for my glasses and $200 for the tint. I just called my insurance and they informed me that my insurance covered the glasses and frames. They kept the down payment also. Don’t go to this place .... ever!
