Well I started with a 1000 square foot empty space that was in pretty bad shape. With the hopes of transforming the spot into a state of the art recording studio. These guys designed, constructed, wired and installed the entire system as well as all of the acoustic treatments. Phenomenal work! The service was 5 star quality from beginning to end. They found ways to work within my budget and met every deadline! I would Highly recommend them to anyone. Looking forward to future projects with their team!!
Small company, and very unprofessional. They held onto my microphone for 3 weeks and didn’t bother asking for more money. When I asked why it wasn’t done, they said because they thought it was out of my budget. When I contacted the Matt, he then says they didn’t have enough info on what they were doing. Ended up picking up my microphone. One Star is generous.
These guys are top notch, extremely knowledgeable, and go out of their way to putting in the extra effort. I could not have imagined the creation of my sound studio going so smoothly until they worked out every detail and got the project done. Definitely looking forward to working with them on future projects!
Every time Ive had to bring a guitar or other instrument into the shop theyve done a great job making it sound like new, with a quick turn around as well. Highly recommend working with these guys!
These guys were extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. They were able to get my space sounding the best it could well within my budget.
Terrible service and no communication. Wasted my time on a project, and in the end they decided not to do it after leaving my gear with them for weeks. There needs to be more pro audio services like this in NYC because this isn’t it.
Very thankful for their communication and great service. Trustworthy and great at what they do.

2019-04-03We hired Crossley Acoustics for a full overhaul of our 6 mix rooms. They were very professional and thorough every step of the process, from designing the systems in collaboration with our in-house engineers, to the actual deployment of the rooms.Matt, Tim, Owen, Audrey and every member of the team is very qualified and were able to roll with any last-minute changes quickly and professionally.Theyre definitely our go to guys when it comes to any type of technical upgrades, modifications to existing gear or acoustical consultations. 2021-07-23Crossley Acoustics is great. We have an office 2 hours outside of the city. The crew made the trip every day. We received notice of a virtual event that was scheduled a week before the completion date. Crossley was able to expedite the job and have the studio complete 2 days prior to the event, which gave us time to set up and prepare. Would highly recommend them if you are looking for high-quality work done in a timely manner.

2019-07-01I hired Crossley Acoustics to design, build and install a one-of-a-kind solution for my recording studio, Studio 607. My requirements were a bit unusual -- essentially to build a custom-fit wall of gobos that could be assembled or dismantled in minutes to create a large isolated drum room within my live room. I could not find anyone who had ever built something quite like that before. Tim and company took on the challenge with enthusiasm and the results are great. The Crossley Acoustics team were a genuine pleasure to work with throughout the process, and the quality of their work is excellent. Great communication, positive attitude, attention to detail, creativity, mad skills - theyve got it all. One of the best experiences Ive ever had with a contractor. Highly recommended.

2020-10-29We found Crossley Acoustics to re-vamp our entire sound system in our sanctuary and chapel. They were INCREDIBLE!!! Not only did they truly listen to what we needed and helped us find the best solutions, they were always available to help us trouble shoot the new system and ensure that it was working for our needs long after the project was done. If youre looking for a really great company to support designing your sound needs, they are the ones to call!!

2018-07-10We did a major build out of our new post house, Blue Table Post, just under two years ago with Crossley Acoustics. They did the installation of our Dolby Atmos mix room and almost all of our machine room, all of the wiring in our post house, configured and customized software and they continue to provide support. I could not have been happier with their attention to detail, ability to come up with innovative solutions , cheerful and professional attitudes and work ethic. 2019-10-14As a producer who made the shift from working out of a small bedroom studio into a lockout production space earlier this year, I dont know what I wouldve done without Crossley. From acoustic analysis to wiring and setting up my room, Crossley has been there for whatever I need, even beyond the scope of my permanent room setup. Theyre more than capable of handling any project that comes their way with comprehensive knowledge and the utmost professionalism, and Im incredibly excited to continue working with them for years to come.

2018-07-12I had the great pleasure of hiring Crossley Acoustics for evaluation and consultation. One of the owners, Tim, came and was very professional and pleasant to work with. We swept the room and discussed how to better manage my rooms bass response. It was a very informative session and I was left with a great deal of new understanding about my rooms acoustics. Great experience and hope to work with them again.

2018-07-10In addition to holding author signings, our bookstore/venue holds live musical events and readings, often needing to accommodate more than 250 people. Crossley Acoustics built our audio system from the ground up and did an amazing job. As book people, were not super tech savvy, and so they were super patient, friendly, and available to answer any questions whether they were on or offsite. I cant recommend them highly enough!

2018-07-10I’ve personally worked with Crossley Acoustics on a multitude of projects. Everything from residential to commercial. They’ve helped us design & install recording studios, wire up racks of equipment, create cable maps, and more. They’re smart & dedicated guys - oh and they’re super nice to boot. I couldn’t recommend a better team than Crossley Acoustics if you need an audio/recording studio partner.

2019-07-18These guys REALLY know their stuff. I initially contracted Crossley to upgrade one of my studios with a new system design. They went above and beyond at every point. From the initial design, throughout the installation, and up to the final tweaks, the team at Crossley were a dream to work with. I can not recommend them highly enough.
