This place is horrible. No respect from aides. Administration is only as adequate as the employees and therefore is inadequate. Theres always the tired staffing issue. Logic would dictate that the only way to address this issue is to staff adequately. I own a construction company and ran it by thoroughly vetting and hiring and held accountable my employees for each individual duty or task performed. I was not a multimillionaire but I was living comfortably job to job. Now Im subjected to debasement and abuse by neglect. I complain and complain but such complaints fall upon deaf ears and blind eyes. Been here 13 months and surprised that I am still alive
My brother, Terry, was a resident of Crown Park for 32 years. He suffered a Traumatic Brain Injury from an automobile accident in 1984 when he was 18. Crown Park was recommended as the best place for Terry, for long-term care, after his acute rehabilitation in New Jersey. I live in New Jersey and visited Terry every month for 32 years. The quality of care and the committed staff is outstanding. I recently moved Terry to a facility in New Jersey because of my health problems and the distance to travel is now too difficult for me. It was with a very heavy heart that I moved him. Terry was a member of the Crown Park family and so was I. Many tears were shed the day we left. Thank you Crown Park for loving and caring for Terry!
My dad spent just over two weeks in the rehab center facility a year and a half ago. It was short-staffed and care was lacking. He fell out of bed on more than one occasion. He had a feeding tube, which meant his hydration and nutrition were totally controlled by medical staff. After two weeks of watching him deteriorate and lose weight, we demanded a meeting with the staff physician. This resulted in his being admitted to the hospital, where he died the next day from severe dehydration and malnutrition. I would urge that no one allow a family member to be admitted to this facility.

2022-05-27Ive had a relative in there recently. She adored most of the staff. The place was clean always. They are short on staff and it can take awhile for calls to be answered from patients.Food. HORRIBLE with tiny rays of something decent. That goes away quick though.Bring stuff for yourself to eat. S&P too. This was for the rehab section.

2022-06-20I found myself smiling on the way to Crown Park this morning as I usually do. I thought about how fortunate I am to truly enjoy where I work, and who I work with. The Crown Park team is nothing shy of incredible, and their dedication and love for one another and our residents is immeasurable. It really is the little things in life, like smiling on the way to work. Thank you, Crown Park!

2022-04-08If you love your loved ones do not ever send them to this awful place. Both my grandparents passed away in their care with my grandma passing today and what my mom and uncles and sister walked into was something out of a nightmare. I hope that my family gets justice for my grandma . Please do not ever send anyone you love here youll lose them and I dont want not one more family go through what my family is dealing with right now .

2021-03-03My mom Catherine was very ill with dementia. I was nervous to send her anywhere without seeing it first but this place warmed my whole heart! The nurses were amazing people and every person that works there has a compassionate soul. The beautiful hardwood floors, the extremely clean rooms and the attention she received was so amazing. I have nothing but great things to say about her care and the wonderful staff at Crown. Special thanks to Nichole first floor south ❤️

2018-04-13I wish there were more than 5 stars to explain my absolute appreciation for Crown Park. I had 3 family members here and they treated them with the utmost respect despite demented states. The administrator is one of the kindest individuals who works constantly to ensure the residents and family are happy. If you need a nursing home to go to then Crown Park is the perfect facility to go to.

2020-01-15My mother was sent here for rehabilitation after being in the hospital due to various serious medical conditions related to her heart and her lungs. This place is absolutely disgusting. My mother stated there were many times where the bathroom had not been cleaned and there was fecal matter and urine left in the bathroom on multiple surfaces, dust, hair, and all sorts of debris. The staff was often reluctant to do their job, and a few of them seemed very uneducated to say the least. Do not bring your loved ones here, they will catch diseases from the filth and die.

2018-03-09I would highly recommend Crown Park to anyone in need of short term rehabilitation or long term care. The building is well cared for and always looking to make positive changes. The staff are very involved and invested in their patients care. The facility has changed for the better over the last couple years and is definitely worth checking out.
