I really like this gym, the front desk people are friendly, trainers are phenomenal, there is a decent amount of equipment and I enjoy the classes. The only problem that I wish they would somehow fix is the PARKING! It discourages me from coming at certain times and more frequently because I know it will be packed and I don’t feel like waiting for a parking spot.

I liked it, but the parking lot is limited, and due to the street the gym is on, you can easily have a car accident trying to get out. I liked it has a sauna. The bathroom was not cleaned as frequently as it should, but the gym itself is nice.

Lax on cleanliness, but personal trainers are A-1. Scott M making a HUGE difference in my quality of life. Cant imagine working without him...so much better than I was 6 years ago when I first started working with him..mobility, arthritis mitigation, strength... Im in a different place totally.

Gym is a huge let down. Totally feminist leftist ran. Make a big deal of deadlifting bare foot or small minor things but ok to not reracking weights

Pretty happy with it so far. Gets a bit crowded at times but gym is quite large. Would love to see extended weekend hours. That will probably be what most motivates me to go elsewhere if I do.Edit: After a year of lifting here 2-3 times a week I have decided the gym can improve the following:- More plates in general, but particularly change plates. Plates 10 pounds or less are a hot commodity and people regularly have to share and wait for them (some people will even swoop in and take em without asking).- Better hours. This seems like a corporate set thing, but later weekend hours would probably combat a lot of the crowding. Also its annoying to remember when the gym closes on different days. Assuming two people can monitor the gym, it would cost about $400-$500 in labor weekly to keep the gym open until 11 every day. Corporate should stop being cheap.- More racks and benches. Thankfully there are a decent amount of racks, but during peak times it can be tough to get one or work in. There are only 2 flat barbell benches. Would be nice if all 4 of the barbell benches were adjustable instead of fixed angles.- An additional angled leg press. Dont use it much personally, but it seems like there are always people waiting for it.- Better maintenance of cable machines, and more cable machines. These are heavily used and I often see them out of service.- Safety hooks for the crossfit area. This is a nice overflow area to squat when classes arent held. Would be nice if there were some safety devices.- A few more barbells. Sometimes there is a free rack but a missing barbell. Bummer.Improvement idea: move all of the esoteric 2nd floor equipment to the room where the stretching mats are. Use the newly found space to put more free weights, racks and benches. Some things that remain awesome and of note:- Ive never seen this many bumper plates and olympic lifting platforms at a commercial gym at this price point. More racks and benches would allow more people to explore olympic lifts in these spaces (as of now a lot of people use the spaces for squats and deadlifts).- There is a great variety of cardio devices. Rowing machines, stairmasters, ladders, that crazy arm bike thing, in addition to the usual ellipticals and treadmills.- Nice group of regulars. I see a lot of the same people weekly.- Have never actually seen someone use the monkey bars, but its cool that theyre there.- Parking is terrible. I have no good ideas for this one short of dropping a few million on a parking garage. Saturday mornings are the worst, closely followed by the after work rush during the weak. The crossing situation is dangerous for pedestrians and miserable to drive through as a motorist. Best solution I have is to suspend memberships of members who jay walk. Got energy for the gym? Youve got energy to walk over to the crosswalk.Overall this is a decent enough gym at the price point, but the main thing that keeps me coming is that it is minimally viable and close to my home (and that there is another location near my work). More plates and equipment would make the experience much more pleasant during peak hours. Longer hours could mitigate some of the crowing during peak times.

If you are looking for a great place to actually lose weight or tone up, this is the place. I was looking for a personal trainer to help me pass my agility test. I had not exercised in years

Excellent gym. Clean at all times. Plenty of equipment. Rare that I’ll find any machine that has issues. They definitely keep up with maintenance. Overall, awesome. Work out here. You won’t regret it.

Was so nice to finally be back at a gym. Home workouts were feeling so tedious. First off was greeted with smiling faces at the door. The person taking temps and asking questions was super kind and friendly. She is definitely a people person. The gym was immaculate and I saw two people walking around sanitizing the equipment continuously. The members also seemed pretty keen on wiping down before and after, but I think thats just an old habit cause no one likes to sit in someone elses sweat. It was my first time in this gym in ages. As always there is a plethora of equipment and weights available most machines available in duplicate if not triplicate. It was nice to see it hadnt changed much. I look forward to going back at various times. There was no wait when I got there around 1530 on a Wednesday.I feel like this place is definitely taking covid 19 seriously without overdoing it. Gyms like this one should have opened ages ago. This gym felt cleaner and safer than my local grocery store!!
