Negative experience here as well. Truth is products seem to be quality but the customer service is shockingly bad.I placed an order for $3.5K and since I was going out of the country, I wanted the 3 day delivery…and paid $120 for that. Well, the shipped only some of the products in 3 days, other in 2-3 weeks and the last items are supposed to arrive 3 months after the order. On the web site it never said those products are on back order. I asked for a simple partial refund for the 3 days delivery because 3 months later, really doesn’t matter if it is 3 months and 3 days or 3 months and 8 days but they refused a refund.Disappointing

Best gear there is. Simple as that. People are complaining about shipping time but thats not really relevant. Theyre not Amazon. If you need things fast use Condor, Rothco, etc.. this is professional grade military kit and its worth it. Regardless, theres no better option for plate carriers, tactical pants & helmets. Its not cheap but in this case you really get what you pay for.

I bought gear from Crye. They ran my credit card twice for one order. The statement posted and wasn’t ‘pending’. Their customer service department claimed they couldn’t have possibly double charged me and refused to refund one of the two charges made for one order. I filed a dispute with my credit card company. Crye asserted they shipped the product and thus, I was responsible for both charges.Stay away. I have the statement showing both charges, I have the receipt for the one order, and can prove they illegal double charged me, and not once have they admitted fault or tried to make the situation right.

Terrible company to deal with and extremely unprofessional. I ordered a few items and after waiting for over two months, I called to inquire about my order. Richard the Service Customer Representative told me that the order had never been processed and there; however, my credit card was charged a $1000 for my order. I never ordering again from this useless and unprofessional company.

It breaks my heart to leave this review, as I love Crye Precisions products and I have dropped a LOT of money on their gear in the past, but this company needs a serious wakeup call with customer service.Ordered their High Back Belt late December. No communication on when it would arrive. Ended up finally taking possession of it late February. 2 months of waiting. You can bet that I still ended up paying a fortune for basic ground shipping.Item misrepresented on the website per photo. Arrived incomplete, requiring additional components to be purchased, when the photo of the belt on the page shows it assembled, and mentions nothing in the primary description about it not being shipped with a set of the side sleeves. At least they compd me basic ground shipping... wow. Gee. Thanks.I will no longer be doing business with Crye Precision, nor purchasing their gear third party, nor will I reccomend their products any longer.Give your money to HSGI, Tactical Tailor, London Bridge, etc etc. Crye makes great stuff but its not worth dealing with these guys.

THE WORST COMPANY EVER!I ordered an Combat Shirt G3 All Weather on Dec 3rd, 2017 off their website as a Christmas gift. I received an email saying the order had been placed. On Dec 8th, 2017 I had to call them because there werent any other notifications of shipment or any order status. They said the shirt was back ordered and it would ship on the 22nd. That meant I wouldnt have it for Christmas. Today, Dec 27th, 2017 I received an email from Nicole Williams at Crye Precision which read, Upon prepping your order to ship, there was a discrepancy with inventory and the Combat Shirt G3 All Weather Black Medium Regular showed to be in stock but was actually unavailable. As a result, the shipment was canceled. Unfortunately, the Combat Shirt G3 All Weather Black Medium Regular is not currently scheduled for production and so are unable to estimate a ship date at this time.Dont do business with this company. They cant keep accurate track of their inventory and they dont communicate.

Same story with this company... I placed an order for combat pants. I get an email that they would ship in 30 days, on the day they were supposed to ship I get another email that it’s been delayed another 30 days. I have to wait 60 days for a pair of pants... incredible from a company of this magnitude.

Been a customer of Crye Precision (professionally and personally) for years. They offer Tier 1 (top notch) gear and accessories. Long have they been considered the goto company for MIL uniforms and gear. As to the recent customer complaints about their shipping times... come on now... seriously. This isnt a storefront youre purchasing from... its a webstore... so dont expect magic... particularly since Crye Precision serves GOV/MIL orders first and consumer purchases secondary (perhaps even tertiary).

Slow shipping. 2 weeks since i ordered my plate carrier and accesories. Still havent even received email confirmation of my order so there is no way of checking my order status. I expected alot better from crye precision
