Produce is usually ok. Prices are high. When I went to check out my bill was $25 but, when I put my card in to actually pay it all of a sunden went to $45!! I immediately checked her. Didnt seem like a surprise. That must be the scam. When I was leaving, another lady had an issue with her checking out price. I will not be spending my dollars in this location anymore. At one point they would give clothes away. Also, hire other ethnicities.
1-star for not keeping the Google listing updated with the current hours of operation, Im updating it this time so others wont waste their time like I did...Other than this the store looks nice from outside.
I like this C-Town because I feel like I get my moneys worth. They have a great assortment of veggies, fruits, and spices. It is clean and well stocked. They also have a hot food section once you go in and fresh bread. Not so much traffic when I go since I go either really early or late or during the middle of the week.

A little disappointed. They now charge for plastic bags from the produce department, if you use them to carry other groceries.
Everything is fresh at Ctown. I can give them this. pricing can be better. I asked for pills, and the cashier didnt know the price, she asked someone (Might be a manager) and she replied 18.99. Really, for this tiny box of pills? I think she just shut a number out there.
Its a nice little grocery store, doesnt necessarily have everything but it has an *excellent* selection of hispanic food items you may not find in the main stores.
The produce needs to be observed carefully as well as the meat products i went in today for lettace and hamburger meat and both were bad! the produce section needs a complete overhaul because i had to throw away alot of the produce i bought. the head of lettace i bought was wilting and was brown these products need to be looked at carefully
Low cost produce. Fruits prices moderate. Some beef and pork low cost. Chicken usually higher priced. Not a very large supermarket. They have some special ethnic foods not available elsewhere.
By far one of the best supermarkets out there. Prices much better than shop rite and any of the surrounding supermarkets. They have ingredients that other supermarkets don’t carry produce is fresh and cheap great place to go!

Great prices on produce and off-brand items, but if you want any popular brand-name items, youll be paying almost double what you would at Shoprite or Stop and Shop. I only come here to get produce and because its the closest grocery store from where I live.
Wasnt super crowded. Meats are very good. Place looked pretty clean. Good place to buy dulce de leche and alfajores .
This store is great if youre looking for Latin American imported goods. In particular, they have Brazilian items that I have not seen in other stores that cater to Latin Americans, like pão de queijo and paçoquinha.
I really enjoy going to C Town... I can always find what Im looking for! Plus a few things I wasnt looking for... fast and friendly check out... and this store has the best prices in the entire area...

I am not happy with the service at the Ossining store.I bought 11 avocados because they were on sale.We started cutting them one by one and all had black streaks on the inside.I tried to return the uncut 7 avocados or exchange for another 7.The manager kept saying he was sorry but because I did not come within 24 or 48 hrs of the purchase he could not do anything.
The guy from bakery is extremely rude and disrespectful. Such a nasty attitude, do not go to that store!!!!
Im very disappointed if Ctown supermarkets of ossining they not taking so seriously this pandemia I hear one of the guys who used to work in the fuit section past away of covid 19 and they still open for business like nothing happened prices are going up very disappointed of Ctown

Very bad the cashiers are terrible Ñaña I am Dominican and I think that she and the ñaño what is there work Dominican hates today I bought something and took a plastic bag from the one to make the bread and I charge it unnecessarily just because she did not like me

2022-05-16Supermarket is very organized. However overly priced items, and the sales they have never match the system when the items are scanned. Employees and managers don’t know what sales or promotions they have either. Yes I know it’s a lot to know however they should be aware of what they have and don’t have.Another thing, If you have WIC DONOT! go to this supermarket. Literally nothing on your WIC approved list is approved here “according to their system” I have yet to find which loaf of bread is approved here and oatmeal.. the original special k apparently is only EBT although when scanned on the app for WIC it’s approved.. it doesn’t end here, I was in the supermarket for over an hr at the register bc I was told my card doesn’t work, however it is their computers that do not work with the WIC card and large purchases. We moved from one register to the next, to then have to scan every item individually so that it can go thru.The young lady who helped was very patient, nevertheless confirmed this happened with a previous client as well after informing me my card didn’t work.. odd to have happened to more than one person but yet the clients are the ones to blame for their system glitching.This supermarket needs to not only revamp their system, but also prep a training for both employees and managers.

2018-05-10CTown han been updating their refrigerated fruit and produce displays and the meat counters. The store is looking great and the produce more appetizing.I have been shopping at CTown off and on for over 20 years. I have seen them seamlessly adopt to customer demand and becoming supportive of the all important Certified Organic | no GMO movement.A wonderful variety of the freshest local and imported vegetables, legumes, and fruit.They also have a very good deli, with a salad bar and hot foods & soups prepared daily. My favorite is their brisket and cabbage... I highly recommend it.Friendly service and competitive prices.It is a pitty they do not deliver 🤔

2022-04-14Best produce. I only shop at C-Town in Ossining for my produce. Ive tried the produce at Stop N Shop and the produce at Shop-Rite but I keep going back to C-Town in Ossining. They have the freshest produce at the best prices. I love their fruits and veggies and they have fresh rolls early in the morning delivered directly from Ossining Bakery. I also shop for Spanish products there that I cant find in the other supermarkets. All in all, a well stocked supermarket with friendly staff.

2019-08-19Clean, diverse, and reasonably priced. Parking can be tricky on busy days. Produce is not always as fresh as I wished, but overall, best diversity of imported products from Latin America and the Caribbean. Friendly and helpful staff.

2021-01-02Well managed. Nothing is left to go even slightly bad. I shop here daily . I need very fresh food daily and I am never disappointed.I need never worry. I used to have to shop around as some stores were good in some areas and not as good in others but at C-Town every area is as good as every other area. All of the staff is consistently accurate and kind. I have owned many businesses and realize how it is possible to be good in most areas and slightly deficient in others but there all areas are equally efficient and clean and it is obvious that every single department is as clean as every other area. I could go on but you get the message. I have no stake in this store but care for this store as if I did..
