I want to say that I was very satisfied with the workers and also how they were very helpful in many ways to me. I just moved into one of their units and was very happy to be here. Any questions I had all the staff workers right there for me to help me in any way I needed it. I would recommend Treasure Island Storage to anyone that wants to have safe keeping of the personal items and protected as well. I have also told all my friends as well about the place and highly recommended it as well.
Treasure Island on Atlantic and Nostrand is very nice brand new and the storage places is bigger than the old one but if youre going to transfer are you going to join treasure Allen, need to go to the one on Atlantic and Nostrand customer service at the desk is excellent and a manager shes very nice and shes a good listener. This lady is the one who makes the decision to raise the price or lower the price. And excuse me and I left them in out the men at the Des has excellent to very good listeners. They will, date you whatever size unit that you need the price may be a little bit more because the units are bigger than the old units. So customers if you thinking about a storage place please go to Atlantic and Nostrand is brand-new you will love it my name is Derek. Enjoy your morning afternoon and evening.....

Amazing customer service! I had to move my belongings there after them closing the Tillary st building. Everyone at Atlantic ave was very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this storage place.
I really like this facility. Just need a few more ladders to accommodate the ones utilizing the upper units. The place is clean and the service is great.

2022-04-18Ive only dealt with CubeSmart at the 1260 Atlantic Avenue, Brooklyn location. So far, the price has been competitive, the facility is very clean, the front desk customer service as well as the follow-up customer service/reminder phone calls have been great, and all of the details associated with my purchase of storage have been clearly explained. Ive dealt mostly with Anika, but everyone has been good.

2021-07-11Had to move my storage due to an older location closing. The team made the transition SO easy and the new location at Nostrand and Atlantic is a huge improvement. Clean and efficient. The staff was super helpful and friendly and MOST IMPORTANTLY, they kept our monthly charge the same.They also called me to alert me I did not lock my unit properly which was a great service. Thanks guys!A great experience.

2021-06-21Clean, new facilities with a good drop off dock. I spent an entire day coming and going with new items to load in, and Stephanie, the staff member on duty that day, was incredibly friendly, helpful, and didnt rush us when we were unloading at closing time. She was fantastic.

2021-01-08I am honestly a bit shocked at how great an experience I had with Treasure Island storage. My expectations were low—I just need a space to store some stuff... but every person I interacted with was super nice and so helpful. From the person I spoke to on the phone to book the space, to the staff at the front desk when I checked in, to the person who helped us borrow the free van—everyone working there had a great attitude. Thank you!

2021-06-24Recently, i was told that my former storage facility was closing and that i had to relocate to another storage facility. This wasnt the problem, except that i was now leaving in Florida. TIS staff coordinated and arranged the move, provided me with all the documents several days in advanced so i had time to review and sign. Their assistance was invaluable. The day of the move came and went without a problem. I am happy that TIS is my storage facility.

2021-01-26Honestly, this storage facility is the place use to store your valuable items. This is an upscale storage unit. Everything is clean & brand new. The employees there have no problem in answering every question I had & nothing is better then when someone knows there facts. Rent with them & I promise you they won’t fail you!
