The check-in process (back in 2019) was very smooth. Got the unit pretty much the same day. Checking out was very easy too. The guys at the office were very efficient.
I have been a customer since 2019. Viviana the manager is an absolute Gem! Awesome customer service skills and helped us beyond belief. Truly cares about the customer and took the time to discuss options with us during a trying time. She was courteous and helpful. Would definitely recommend this cube smart location to anyone looking for a storage facility.

Front desk associate was under the influence of drugs.TERRIBLE. Ive been reading the reviews and they are so good compared to my experience.This person didnt want to be there, didnt want to move, closed his eyes and we thought he was asleep, slowly typing my info, terrible attitude and making plenty of people wait in line. I kept myself very calm, but it is just UNBELIEVABLE that people dont take their jobs seriously.What is management doing about this? Seriously, fill out his spot with somebody who will respect and appreciate their work place and costumers.

CubeSmart are a very good storage keepers. Up until now, I have no complaints. I was referred to them by my family members. They also have no complaints.
I had no issues. The free moving truck was great when I first moved in. The units were temperature-controlled, everything was clean.
I barely had to visit my unit over the past 4 years but every time I did the staff was always helpful. When I emptied my unit my things were as not dusty or anything. The storage facility has always looked very clean.
Everyone I dealt with at that facility was kind, considerate and helpful. I cant say that for the majority of places I go, regardless of type, when it comes to customer service. In particular I would like to commend Paul at the Delong Cubesmart in Flushing for really making a crazy situation of moving so much easier because of his helpful, friendly demeanor.
It was fast helpful a little on the expensive side, but clean safe organized.
If I can give this place NO STARS I would. Was at this location for a year to store my personal belongings from a recent divorce. After 6mon my rent went up 15% for no reason. Covid hit and I didn’t go to my storage for a while. Recently I just went back and noticed I was missing a lot of my personal belongings... about $34k worth. When I questioned the MGR they just said ok call 911, they take too long. No concern or emotion or sympathy for my loss. Police showed up and said this is the 3rd time they come to that location for missing items. They believe it’s an inside job. I am currently dealing with their insurance agent and from what I’m being told they will cover up to $2k.
Only reason for 3 start is limited access to the storage 645pm. I really hope the will increase that. Beside that excellent facility, good promotion, convenient location.
I am from out of town and needed a storage unit at the last minute. everyone who works there made it easy and quick to take care of my needs. I would definitely recommend this Storage company to anyone in need of Storage.
I recently needed to upgrade to a larger storage space. I spoke with the CubeSmart staff about the type of space that I needed. The staff as a whole was were very helpful and attentive. I was given the opportunity to tour the facility and look at several available options. The Flushing branch staff were especially warm and welcoming. When it was time for the lease signing that I felt comfortable saying that I was renting from the right people. Definitely a 5 star company in my book.
Great storage space, all around. The staff is amazing, truly. Always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Spotless building and storage space. To any staff, thank you so much. Would give 4.5 stars if possible. Setting up the storage lease was smooth; the facility is comfortable, feels safe, and is clean. The storage units are great. I wish it was opened a bit later beyond 645p and that the process of obtaining a platform truck didnt require leaving your drivers license but understand it makes it easier for CubeSmart. I would definitely recommend to a friend or associate.
The staff were great and the online reservation for my unit was a walk in the park. Greatly satisfied. The unit was clean I was impressed.

Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. The whole storage area is in a climate controlled atmosphere. They had dollies that you could borrow at no additional cost. The entrance to the elevators to the storage area can only be access with a security code. Everyone has their own unique code. The place was pretty clean and well lit. You felt safe being by yourself in the storage area.
Jessica the Manager was kind, courteous, professional and full of energy. She made the moving in process smooth and seamless. I will make my payments in person every month just so I can say hello to her!
Very clean, affordable and secure storage with easy parking and friendly staff. Only issue was being asked to select a protection plan for the unit over the phone when I reserved and not being told I could utilize my homeowners insurance instead. However on site I was offered this information; able to opt out for future months, but had to pay the first months insurance as I did not bring in my policy. Still highly recommend this location.
The facilities at CubeSmart Self Storage are clean and well kept. The staff is polite, helpful and professional. This location is next to a Home Depot with a large parking lot which is crazy busy. Go early - when they open or and hour and thirty minutes before closing to avoid the traffic in the Home Depot lot. The GPS will take you through the parking lot of Home Depot to get to this CubeSmart location. Or you can just stop by Home Depot and shop too
This location is fantastic.Highlight is the crew:A staff member efficiently walked me through all points (unit location, access method, terms, fees, etc.) with SUPERB attitude. He even showed me unit position options and was patient while I decided on one, thank you!The entire process took about 10-15 min and I was all set to move my stuff in.Then the cleanliness/security:CubeSmart facilities are CLEAN. All climate controlled and insurance covers losses caused by pretty much all natural disasters imaginable (they even have sonic boom on the list.) You need a code to get into the building, a code to get on your floor, and you bring your own lock for the unit so its VERY SECURE.I feel comfortable leaving my belongings there.
Nice location very easy to move in and out. Customer service is excellent. Good price and the space are nicely sectioned off. Temperature controlled room is a plus. If you need the extra storage space this is a great place to put your stuff and it is very safe.
Super clean facility and friendly staff but I have had 3 price increases in recent past so they are raking it in and wont care if you depart as they probably have more people looking for storage than ever before. Be smart where you store your stuff and ask about the frequency of pricing increases before you take a space that you wont want or wont afford in a few months!
The only reason I’m not giving a 10 is because of limited access time into the building. 6:45pm it’s way to early. Other than that I’m happy with the services
Left very disappointed from the first visit a self storage location so I went on to the next which was CubeSmart and as soon as I walked in I knew it was the right place. Amazing customer service! The manager is the sweetest and kind person Ive met at any sustomer service location. The place is kept very clean and neat and even smells great lol !! With great parking as well. This place was heaven sent! I would definitely recommend to anyone in need of a self storage and last but not least prices are reasonable and affordable.
I went today , 9/24, and waited on line. When it was my turn, J. Wang, showed me the unit. Then he started the paperwork. Then, all of a sudden he said he made a mistake and gave me the wrong unit and will change it. I said, it is fine. Instead of helping me and finish my paperwork, HE STARTED TO HELP THE NEXT ONE IN LINE, then asked someone to help me. I HAVE TO WAIT FOR MY TURN AGAIN. Then, when I saw the other unit, he was helping the 3rd person in line behind me before instead of taking care of me! I told him we were first and rushing because my sister is leaving for New Zealand and my brother to London in few hours, plus my niece, with her 2 small kids were waiting in the car, plus my elderly mother were waiting! Then, he was on the phone helping the 3rd person in line. My sister came down from the car and started to complain and he finally told the person in line that we were there first!!!! AND MY SISTER TOLD ME, JUST GO AND DONt GO HERE ANYMORE! VERY VERY BAD SERVICE! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!It is now 4/10/18. I would like to add additional information. The other manager, i forgot the name, called me right away after I left that review in September and gave me, a month free, and he left me message apologizing for the situation.I also don’t need the storage now, so my account is cancelled and they gave me immediate refund for the month that I did not use.I like the way it is easy for them to handle complaints like this. Thank you.
I truly love this place. The manager is so nice and helpful. They helped me so much and made my moving a lots of easier. The rate of the unit is very reasonable. I will definitely go back and recommend to people! Thank you!!!
People are very nice there, they would show you all the storages available, and in case if you forget your code they can get it for you. The place is very nice and very clean, carpets are brand new. Inside there are fans so i think there is definitely good air ventilation, also during the day time we saw the cleaner guy with his cart. Would definitely reccomend this place to my friends if they will ask me about my storage experience
Ive been a frequent customer of CubeSmart for nearly four years now and theres a reason I keep coming back for their service. The employees are respectable, accommodating and incredibly friendly. Their rates are more than fair and they especially keep a good look out for college students who may or may not be from the the area and are constantly traveling. I highly recommend CubeSmart to any individual, especially college student, looking for a safe and secure place to store their belongings.
I was originally charged for a bigger unit then I was provided with. My husband and I were pretty annoyed about the situation especially with how stressful moving can be. The day we were moving our stuff in, my husband spoke with Jason and told him the unit look smaller than what we were charged for. Jason was very helpful and pleasant, he fixed the issue right away. We rate the experience we had with the unit size a 3. Jasons customer service is 5 star!!
Hi there ,My uncle & I have been renting a unit here ( Delong St. ) since 2015. The facility is clean, secure & easily accessible, and the staff - we deal mostly with manager Vivianna & assistant Paul - go way above & beyond in accommodating their customers ! I would highly recommend ! 🤗 - Maria

I had a very satisfying experience with this storage facility. I can confirm what other reviewers are writing: this location is very clean. Ventilation and air conditioning work as they suppose to. There is a lot of convenient parking space around the facility. The stuff is knowledgable, efficient and friendly. Separately want tomention Eternia Holloway who was most helpful.
Ease of use, enough room for my needs.Hours of accessibility are very good.Rooms could use a bit more vacuuming. But In all give you a 5 star.
I visited cube smart for the very first time on Saturday. The young lady who assisted me, Eternia was so helpful and professional. The storage service is pricey so I left and considered shopping around but because of Eternias exceptional service to me, I immediately returned and rented a space. I must add that the facility was clean and appears to be well maintained. As my mother would say you pay for what you get?

Excellent service. The front desk is receptive and quick to help. They were very accommodating to our moving at the last minute and friendly during the entire process.
It is nice and clean, also some of the staffs are nice. But when I went to front desk for the cart and asked where i can place the garbage, the guy at front desk that day said I dont know while I found a garbage box not far away from the place. Though things like this happens, I still think it is a nice place with good facility.
For sure, I am shocking to see the review here. I was being treated so bad ( I was crying right there after the delivering!) For the whole time of delivering, the deliver guy kept cutting off what i was going to say, Mam, listen... Already when i went in the first day, I just felt the whole place was so quiet in the front area, people came in like they wont approach the front desk. This is Self service(dont expect we going to help you). After this bad bad experience, the manager, probably not the ones the other encountered, in a motionless tone telling your feeling is not representing the others. Then i spoke to the general manager who happened to be there and he talked remain neutral.
Good promo offer, location in commercial vs industrial section, complimentary mover and truck service, clean and well-lit facility and storage. Climate-controlled. Friendly staff.

In the past I have leased space at both Public Storage as well as The Lock-Up and in general felt they were satisfactory. Having now leased space at CubeSmart I now know there is a superior brand. The Flushing facility is first class! In particular I really appreciated the bright lighting and the carpeted corridors. I also want to give a shout-out to Nelida Ruiz, the General Manager, who was both very courtesy and extremely helpful. Well done!

Great experience! THe gentleman was so helpful and friendly. As my wife and I arrived literallly as the shutters were going down to close up shop. The gentleman (whom I forgot his name. Sorry!) was welcoming friendly and took his time to help us open up a new unit. He not only went back and forth from the car to the unit (7th floor ugh) but took the time to explain the ins and outs. Mind you, it was way past the time that this location closes which is 6:45pm. Good job!

The best customer service in New York! Manager Jessica Mercado and Yeniffer Flores went above and Beyond to make my So happy while we where loading the storage, they find all kind of stuff for my son to paint he did a painting and then they putted on the wall he felt so good! Thank you Very much ladys Im very happy with the gesture with my little boy.
Booked via the website and a confirmation call. When we arrived and looked at the unit (a 5x5x4 small unit) it turned out to be 9ft in the air above a full sized unit! Access was via a ladder and it wasnt going to work at all for our needs. I was very disappointed at the time as we were told of the unusual location when booking and wouldnt have taken the unit if wed known.However our rep, Eternia went the extra mile to find us a similar sized unit but at chest height, so we could easilly load and unload out items. She even gave it to us at the original price! All the staff I talked to onsite were very friendly and helpfull.The building has great security and is very clean and tidy as you would expect, but what stood out was the amazing customer service to resolve a problem. Youy only find out how good a company is when something goes wrong and I cant recommend this one enough, first class!If youre going at the weekend, get there early as it is very busy at those times!
I rent the spaces for three times since 2016. i prefer previous staffs, who are more smart and more dedicated.
Free month is a lie. Youre forced to pay an administrative fee of 37 dollars.Then the rental rate goes north after 6 months. The lockers are also not 100 percent secure. The top of the locker is secured with chicken wire-like ,very thin fencing. I was shocked but it already was too late. Luckily for me Im not storing jewelry or anything valuable.

The staff was friendly and nice. The only thing I am disappointed with is the hours of operation. 6:45 is too early to close a storage facility. I believe this hurts the business. Once one has a code for storage, they should stay open later or allow customers to be able to come in a bit later
I just start using self storage from last month . Staff is really courteous and helping .Place is clean . just be careful about parking .Homedepot parking is next to Cube smart. I got a ticket of 136$ from homedepot towing truck when i went to Cube smart. i was not aware about the parking area but thankfully CubeSmart gave a free month storage for all this confusing situation.
Got a unit last week. Came in today to update my insurance and Eternia one of the seasoned managers recognized me. Her staff/coworkers are new but eager to help. Wouldnt get a storage space anywhere else.
The facility is clean and nice. Feel save putting my belongings here. And the self access feel like coming home.

Very bad experience. Rude staff (understaffed too ) and long wait (more than 40 minutes for a check in after online registration days before stopping by).The facility is a new one but had to press security code multiple times to get in. Not recommended!

2022-01-19Online reservation was easy to complete. I arrived on move in date and the Management office explained pricing and gave me a tour of unit. The first unit I was showed had a supporting beam so I requested a different unit and was taken to one on same floor. I was pleased with size of unit and the agents were able to set me up to move in that day. I was offered a 25% discounted rate for the first 6 months. After 6 months i hope CubeSmart only raises my monthly rate to standard rate.

I was pleased with size of the unit and the representative was able to set me up to move in a couple of days later, they even held a small package I had place for delivery there! Awesome service by Kendall and the rest of the crew there.

2022-06-22This was perfect for the short term storage locker we needed. If the people are not in the office when you arrive , you can get your locker assigned by calling the number on the website.

2021-09-02The hardest part of our experience was remembering the access code and learning the layout of the building!The staff, Blake and Eric, explained everything simply and completely. They were very patient and went out of their way to make our experience great.Unexpectedly we had to upgrade at the last minute and both of them worked on our issues. They even gave us a temporary code when ours failed!During our move we broke a vase and lamp. We felt terrible because the place is spotless. When we informed Blake he said, . . . no problem! Well take care of it!I wish every experience (personal and business) was as pleasant as ours with CubeSmart!

2021-08-31Staff was great to work with. facilities are clean. Main reason for the 4/5 stars is because of the crazy fees: $25 admin fee (one time) and a $12 insurance fee (monthly) added to your rental. Unless you have you own insurance than you wont have to pay it. Otherwise, it was a good experience. They showed me several units and allowed me to choose the one I liked best.
