This is a newly built location so it’s very clean. They offer a free move in van and first month free. It’s a bit out of the way but that shouldn’t be an inconvenience if you drive. I just wish they closed a bit later than 7pm.

Very convenient...like always...But now they start renting for MONOPOLY COMPAMY FLAT RATE they rent 500 unit ,they occupite parking and regular people cannot rent more space.It must be MONOPOLY rule for big corp like Flat Rate!!!!!!

2022-06-02First time renting a storage space. Excellent customer service. Kathy is super helpful, very caring and understanding. She makes the registration process easy and stress free. The storage space is clean and facility is well kept. Location is convenient and accessible. Love the discount promotion options too😀

2022-01-28Signed up today. The entire process was amazingly stress free. All my requirements dealt with and met. The staff at this location are accommodating and extremely nice. I did shop around at other storage companies but the staffs positive attitude and going above and beyond knocked my socks off and had me sold. Treasure island do as they advertise on there website unlike its local competitors.

2021-08-16Overall the location was fine. Clean aside from the bathroom which was typically in awful shape, good condition, the staff very nice. There were some handful of issues at points when I was contacted about things that I possibly should not have been. Wish ed there was covered space to load and unload under. I was frustrated about hours of being open. I didnt look at hours when I went to get storage space - because it did not dawn on me to. In other areas I lived storage places were accessible 24 hours a day on all days of the year. I found their hours exceptionally limiting and then also knowing that on holidays you could not get in was surprising as well. By the last little bit of time if using space there the carts were locked up so that you needed to go tot he office and leave a license to use one. So I was grateful to get out of there because I had no idea why and wondered if there were security issues I was not aware of and wondered why they did not say something in one of their many emails I got over the time of using the space.

2021-08-30They raise the price after 2 months then raise it again after another couple of months. $19 becomes $39 in less than 6 months. Not long after I wrote this review they raise my rate yet again, now $49 for their smallest unit.
