The place is relatively clean and organized and if it matters they have a loading doc and enough parking, the prices are not cheap but are comparable to other storage places. They have a lot of choices from small to very big rooms and they also have outdoor storage for easy access for commercial use. the only real complaint I have is that for some reason The gate access code they gave me sometimes didnt work. I had to bring this to their attention several times but I guess its a glitch in the system. One time i couldnt get through the gate and the office was closed, I called the number and it seemed like it was forwarded to the managers cellphone and she was nice enough to provide me with what seems like her or maybe employee entry code.
This is by far the most professional storage facility weve encountered. The staff is courteous, they gave us a tour and showed us our storage space. We would definitely recommend this facility. They explain everything in great detail. The storage has ramps, an elevator, push karts, they even have temporary locks if you dont have one until you bring yours. Thank you Treasure Island for being so accomodating.
The facility was immaculately clean and the various staff with whom I have interacted were polite, professional and extremely helpful. The only problem I had was that the size unit I needed was unavailable and I had to rent one that was much larger and more expensive than I needed. Nevertheless, my experience with Treasure Island staff was extremely positive and I will recommend it to anyone in my neighborhood looking for storage.
I Love the employees at the liberty treasure storage in Queens. They are the most pleasant people in the world. They made me feel so comfortable and please to trust them with my personal belonging. I will and always refer all my friends and Family. The storage units were clean and always smell good.
Ive gone to storage centers before but this one is great. The manager Charles is friendly, personable and courteous. The staff is always will to help. Our unit was affordable and we were able to get it same day. Nothing negative to say about this place.

I recently moved to NY and contacted Treasure Island. The staff is super friendly. They were great with assisting me will all my needs. The unit was clean and a spacious size. I am truly happy after my long drive and move that I had such amazing staff to come to with setting up my unit.
They are amazing!!! They have cold water, awesome parking, easy cart access, and the nicest team of people working there. they provided great customer service, greeted me with happy faces, and offered me cold water. Ive never experienced such high quality service at a storage unit before - best in NY!!!
Im wondering if the positive reviewers have been paid....because my experience has been well short of blissful at TI Storage.Pros: 1. Very clean. Always. The occasional paper on the floor etc. but I have to say that almost always this facility is well maintained. (bathroom is the exception to this rule)2. The space is climate controlled, there is a good amount of parking space available so that you can easily load and offload things.Cons : 1. Terrible staff experiences. Heather, Wendy (who was initially nice and then wasnt), Juan......have been on many occasions rude, doing a shoddy job etc...and they just seem to shuffle them around locations. The new Managers Robert and Rose appear to be trying to make things better.2. Not enough ladders. The ladders are heavy and often I have to wait because there are too few ladders and people just sit on the ladders for hours.....hoarding ladders.3. Lack of honesty in pricing - I initially started on a promotion, but, it was not explained to me that my monthly fee would jump 33 % without warning after a few months!! And for the limited services being offered, and for the reasons mentioned above, I really feel that 33% hike was not warranted.

Awesome place! Very clean and amazing friendly staff 😀 I use to live about 2 blocks away they gave me the truck to move for free and the first month was free as well! They have great prices and explained everything to me very thoroughly and also gave me a free bag with the paperwork explaining everything that they told me. I highly recommend them if you need to store your valuables. There are even storage units outside in large metal bins that are accessable 24/7 and the facility is very well protected with tall iron gates that are code protected by the entrances and cameras everywhere inside and out. I have used a different storage facility in maspeth and almost lost all of my items because of mould and I am still fighting them. I had to end up taking them to court but I know my items are safe in Treasure island. The name fits them perfectly. Thank you Treasure island

In a little less than 20 minutes, this dynamic duo impressed me. They checked me in faster time that I never had before, help me out filling paperwork, grabbed a very affordable lock for me, gave me a hand to place my things on carts. While she was multitasking in the reception, got me a better deal. Meanwhile, he was passing to me my boxes to put them in the new storage unit. Thank you so much.Well, now I’m moving to other city and my farewell was the same as when I came for the first time, Shaina and Aleena..wow..amazing as well..it’s only about attitude and these two guys nailed throughout a customer difficult times..thank you guys so much.

About a week ago, I moved to NYC from NJ for temporary relocation. I used Treasure Island Storage in the past and I found out that they also have another location in Queens. I rented a storage space for my winter stuff since spring is already here and I didnt have enough space in my small apt. Overall, the storage concierge was very helpful and assisted me will all my needs. The storage space was very clean and dust free.
I couldnt be happier with Treasure island Storage. They were extemely professional and the bins that they provide you are very clean. I have just retrieved all of my belongings and there were no scratches/flaws anywhere. Recommend them 100%

What can I say about this company? Absolutely nothing but great things! The professionalism that was demonstrated by these gentlemen (the movers) was superb! Ask for Rose. Shes the best. My small unit is in the middle of the building. But easy access to lobby and elevator to half a level up. Pretty much hassle free. Ask for Rose !

2022-06-05Under new management. Ive had many issues with this company in other states.They are not people friendly. They are honoring your old contract. No discounts for veterans. Active duty only get 5% monthly. This is new york state tax alone is over 8%. 10% is the standard for most storage places all over the country for active duty and veterans. Im going to see how things go will update after the summer. wish me luck!

2022-06-10Formerly TI Storage. When CubeSmart took over they raised the prices and cut the hours. A storage unit is way less useful if it is only open from 9am - 7pm. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
