I have using these facilities for more than a year. Never was there a time when Tiffany or her coworkers didnt help me in some way. They are dedicated, pleasant and well mannered. They worked with me and my schedule to accommodate the days I was available, especially to consolidate a few units into a large one. The price is sometimes high but comparable. The good side effect are the women who work there. Thank you.
I was disappointed at the fact I received a quote by email and when I set up my account I find other charges such as insurance was not disclosed. Insurance is mandatory to set up an account, I dont understand why it was not mentioned, if its mandatory just say it. I understand there are different levels of insurance depending on the value of the stored items but it should definitely be mentioned when you are quoted a price. The price if the lowest insurance value should be listed and then indicated the insurance can be increased at a higher cost. Also, my access code did not work, it was the end of the day and I was too exhausted to even mention it to the customer service rep. Other than that the unit I selected was nice and the facility was kept well. The customer service rep was nice as well.
This location of CubeSmart has great staff. Both Chris and Jonathan have been very helpful with my move-in. Jonathan stayed later the day of move-in and was generally very helpful. Chris offered to help me with receiving my packages and having them stored in my Cube upon arrival. While I forget the name of the other manager, she too was very helpful with updating the information in the insurance documents. Overall, I highly recommend this CubeSmart location.

Good rates, clean building coupled with a friendly staff make this a good place for storage to me. Theres a large garage out front you can use to get in, should be able to fit about 4-6 cars in there tightly. The only time I had an issue getting a parking spot was during the weekends when they have their auctions. Theyve also got carts you can use for free.
Like this place alot. Although I live far from here, I took it because the price is good. They do give a 6month discount and then u pay regular price. I split it with friends so its even cheaper to pay. Granted ibhave big stuff, no small boxes. We have the biggest room and alot of stuff fits therem check them out a see the space. Ask about the discounts.
First time costumer & went in asking questions whom were all answered. The staff was very very friendly & nice. Offered to show me the storage rooms so I could see what would be convinient for me. Both Tiffany & Sosa were great & helpful with everything from signing up to moving into my storage room.
Amazing experience at this location. Was assisted by Cris, very helpful, informative and quick. The storage location is amazing; two different loading entrances and secure entry. Pricing is very transparent and much more affordable than the competition. Highly recommend their services!

Black leaked on my things, ruining my stuff. Times and dates restrictions hindered my business. Too expensive and it kept raising substantially. It also closes a half hour earlier and Google says.

My daughter was attending college out of state and we had to empty her storage unit and move her stuff to a smaller unit. i was worried that this would be a big deal but your two female workers at the front desk Shauna and Priye helped us and make the process easy. They personally took time to show us the new unit and secured 2 rolling dollies for us to use and made everything so simple. our sincere thanks to these 2 women.
The door on the side next to the office sticks and I have to enter my code several times for it to work. I like that the carts are left unlocked so that I can use them without interacting with anyone.

Just got a storage unit recently for a good price and was helped by the manager Johnathan Reyes whom was very professional and knowledgeable.
Staff service was amazing. Selina was very attentive great costumer service. Everything was fast and easy. Corporate should give recognition.

The place is kept clean and climate controlled.
Less than 2 weeks i was called because of a flood due to rain. About $500 in damaged items. And now i have to submit an insurance claim u know how dat goes can take months and nothing reimbursed
Staff is good, hours need a bit more time. They close at 7pm on a week day. Who hear gets out of work earily enough to run over. Not many
This Facility is very clean, is tempreture controlled and has a lot of different sized units. Perfect place and in the perfect area for a storage facility. Employees are very nice and are helpful!
Always a good experience here - the staff is great especially the manager Chris - he let me go to my unit right at closing and waited for me to finish - without his help my whole camping trip would be ruined! Your the man brother!!

Great Customer Service!
Staff is very friendly and helpful. Id give 5 stars but the back area has its lights go out sometimes every 10 minutes since it gets very limited traffic back there. So it is very difficult to sort through a big unit without the lights going out and leaving you in total darkness. Also the A.C. isnt on much back there so hotter days are bad in that area.

2022-03-19I walked all over the building to get a cart so I could carry my stuff and I couldnt find one. I had to carry my stuff myself. Then my storage was with another lock when I had already paid 3 days ago. The next time I come to the storage to pick up things for the summer, rest assured that I will take everything to change storage with another company. Thank you for your good service, ;]

2022-03-30There was water damage, we had to end up hiring 1-800 got junk .Also the the storage unit, its pretty cold. But overall it did what ,we needed it for.

2021-11-25Nice place . prices start ok but gets expensive really fast i started paying $69 a month and now I am paying $100 a month . They get you in low then slowly jack up your monthly fee.

2021-03-25Very helpful staff here at this location. My family currently has two storage units in this cubesmart and it is perfectly accommodated for us. Clidiifson Charles was very helpful through the phone and answering all of my questions so my process was quick and easy when I went in to sign my paperwork. The manager Cris was amazing showing me the unit and explaining everything in complete detail. Highly recommend this location.

2020-12-29They keep clean. Employee friendly. The space is good. The only things is small space is top. I wish it was on the bottom. so I dont go up stairs latter, but either then that is great. I have my space 5 years.

2020-05-19Jonathan went above and beyond. For reasons outside of his control, my unit had not been cleaned yet nor was my lock available when I arrived. I was in a time crunch and he quickly cleaned out my unit himself and sorted found me a new lock. He called me the following day to assure me everything was in order. The storage facility itself is as one should expect. It was quiet the day I went in and everything felt safe and comfortable. Dollies available for loading made taking the elevator to the 2nd floor painless. 10/10
