Cube smart is convenient, clean and affordable. The manager at the front desk is great. From the first moment I walked in I felt as if I had a good friend. I would have given a 4 star rating instead of a 5 if it wasn’t for him. Cube Smart does not tell you you must have Insurence or buy Insurence at a very affordable rate. He called me the day before and gave me the heads up about it so I did not feel as if they were not upfront with me. Thanks to him I give Cube Smart a 5 star rating.

Ive searched 6 storage places and this is far the best! High door frames, great manager and staff AND there is actually a loading dock! This combination of things does not exist anywhere else.
Our associates are wonderful, it’s very clean and organized, low stress ..... even the move in. It was convenient as we had 16 pallets delivered and the loading dock is super handy. We recommend highly!!!!!
The availability and condition (cleanliness, climate, lighting, access) of the facility exceeded expectation. The management team at the Tappan facility were very supportive and knowledgeable.

2021-09-21I absolutely love this place. It’s amazing. The units are spacious. The loading dock makes it super convenient for moving trucks to load and unload. The area is super safe. The manager and Michael are top notch when it comes to customer service. So happy I found this hidden gem in Tappan, NY. Best storage place ever.

2021-08-29Clean, secure, climate control, well lit, loading dock, good location. Manager (Terry Nazir) was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I experienced some glitches with the online registration and he was very patient and helped me to sort it out. Very professional.

The place is very clean and convenient, and the corporate customer service is great.I cannot speak highly enough of the store manager at this location, Mike Risolo. Mike is personable, friendly, and provides the best customer support Ive ever experienced. He is all about getting you exactly what you need and making it a fast, painless and enjoyable process. He is also quick to learn names and remembers customers. Cubesmart seems to have a very corporate run business, but with friendly local staff like this, I dont have any complaints.Highly recommend this place if you are looking to store.

2021-07-18I was moving and began to realize I had more than I could fit in my uhaul so I rented a unit. And as we got closer to the end, I began to panic that the unit wouldnt be big enough so I ordered another. In a panic, I called Cubesmart and easily got a second unit. Just like renting the first one it was easy, convenient and reassuring. It was also easy to cancel when we fit everything in the one cubicle. It couldnt have been simpler and the on site staff was kind and helpful.
