After another duct cleaning company failed to clear my dryer ducts after 2 visits, I called Cunningham. They called 30 minutes before they arrived and arrived at the appointed time. They were able to immediately determine what the problem was and successfully cleared the ducts. The men were courteous, knowledgeable and professional. If you want top notch service, this is the company to use.
I use Cunningham both at my business and home. Each and every time that I contact them regarding service. The work request is received by their amazing office team and dispatched to their many knowledgeable technicians to do the work. I arrive and are able to complete the task quickly and efficiently. They review any onsite issues with me and work with me on resolving anything that needs to be done in order to make sure the work is done to my satisfaction. In todays day and age it is very difficult to find and owner or a company who cares for their staff and their customers as much as Cunningham.
Look no further! I cannot say enough good things about this amazing family run business. I use them exclusively for cleaning of HVAC systems and most recently for a property wide dryer duct cleaning project for almost 200 apartments. All of the residents said how courteous and professional the technicians were. Kyle Cunningham went out of his way to make sure all of our needs were immediately addressed and is a true professional.
Cunningham did a great job cleaning my homes air ducts. Armando and his crew washed and vacuumed all the vents and cleaned the main unit and returns. Very reasonable price and great communication. Highly recommended!
Cunningham cleaned my ducts recently and I was amazed at how great they were. The technicians were courteous, on time and very thorough, cleaning each the interior and exteriors of each individual vent. The price was exactly what was quoted, no hidden costs or fees–very happy with the price and service. Will def use the service again in the future.
I live in a small community and we had Cunningham clean several of our dryer ducts. I must say that Armando and Miguel were very efficient and knowledgeable. They really did a great job. I would definitely recommend them. Their price was very fair as well.

I had an 8:00 am appointment which was confirmed the day before, Jesus and his partner Rodrigo were here at 8:00 am. They were both extremely friendly and professional. They came in, set up a drop cloth, cleaned out the remains of my last fire and proceeded to clean the fire box, grates and chimney. All in all they had the entire job done in less than a half hour. I couldnt be happier and I will definitely use Cunningham in the future and I will request the same guys. Thank you for a great job.

The team that came to my home today were amazing‼️ Byron was so professional and so was his helper. They were polite... worked real hard considering i was long overdue for a duct and chimney cleaning and they cleaned everything as if they were never here. They really knew and did their job well. They are the worst. Im a cook in the school and every time they come to clean the duct system they leave everything a mess it is so disgusting. I left a note to please clean up after yourselves and still left a mess. they are gross.
I had my gas dryer vent cleaned yesterday. Their technicians failed to secure my gas dryer output to the metal vent pipe with foil duct tape or hose clamp so when i pulled out my dryer to inspect their work i saw an unsecured vent pipe. A serious safety hazard! I called to report the issue this morning to a supervisor. Im still waiting for a call back. Buyer beware!!! 190 bucks and a twenty dollar tip got me a carbon monoxide and fire hazard from their so called certified technicians.
I called at 7am was told that they would be coming between 2 and 4 pm . They showed up unannounced at 11am. I had no warning they were coming and had to deal with an agitated dog. When I complained to the manager I was told the truck was in the area.The issue was there was a birds nest in the dryer vent. The serviceman told me I would need a new dryer vent to prevent the birds from doing the same thing over. He asked me if I was quoted a price I told him no. it was approximately 200 dollars to clean the vent and 50 for a new vent. Then a sullen teenager came to help who barely acknowledged my existence. I got a phone call on the cell saying I have been calling you for 10 minutes, I then said I couldnt hear it over the dog barking.I just think they were unprofessional and discourteous in putting their convenience first.

Just had my chimneys cleaned by these guys and couldnt ask for a better job.I have been putting off the cleaning because the people we bought the house from said they never had them done.With all the nightmare stories i have heard about chimmney sweepers i figured they were gonna tell me i need this and that is cracked and god knows what else.They were referred by a friend that installs fireplaces so thats why i went with Cunningham.They were clean quick and didnt try to ripp us off.Couldnt be happier with the service...Thats a big check off the list Thanks Cunningham...

2022-02-24I have to start out by saying how pleased I was with Cunningham Duct Cleaning from start to finish. Starting with the courteous office staff, to the technician who provided me the estimate and the crew who completed the work I have to say thank you to all. The technician who provided me with an estimate was extremely knowledgeable and walked me through the entire process of what and how they were going to be cleaning our HVAC system. I was also extremely blown away by how clean they kept my home. They all had booties on, drop cloths laid out and covered the areas they were working in with plastic. I dont write reviews often but I have to give recognition when it is deserved. Cunningham will be the only company we use and the only one I will be recommending to my friends and family. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

2019-11-17Impressed. A week ago we turned on the heat for the first time and had a horrible mold smell coming through the vents. It was mold and mildew in the ducts of the central ac and heat. We called 6 companies. 2 of which were recommended and non of the companies had the professionalism to even call us back to set up a consultation. All except Cunningham who called me the day after i left the message and had someone out to look at the problem a few days later. My problem was bigger than we thought There was a humidification issue, and not only was there mold in the ducts but whoever installed the duct work originally used insulation inside which was glued in to the walls. This is what molded over and honestly removal of just the insulation was impossible. The tech who came, took the time to explain and visually show us what the problem was, as well as what they would be doing to alleviate the problems. I never felt like i was being mislead. They set up an appointment after drawing up a proposal for the work and even though its the busy season, had us slated for basically a full day appointment in less than a week of signing. The day before the appointment they called with a time window of 8am to 9am saturday and the techs performing the work were at my door saturday morning ringing the bell at 8 on the dot. They were very polite, professional, and entertained the questions my 3 year old was fielding them with joy. They laid tarps in the areas they were working and when they were finished, left the areas very clean. The price for the work performed was Very fair, in fact excellent, confirmed by an out of state friend who works in the industry who told me the pricing was very competitive. Cunningham is also 1st responder friendly. These guys worked very hard and were very thorough considering my problem was mold, every inch of every duct was cleaned and treated, every grate was removed, cleaned, sprayed down with cleaner and dried off before being replaced. I cannot recommend these guys enough. I will not use anyone else for hvac work again, and i plan to use them for routine maintenance now. There is a night and day difference between the work these guys perform and anyone running a special for 50 bucks. Believe me when i tell you the quality of the cleaning is nowhere near each other, and i am speaking from experience on that 50 dollar crapshoot. As for the mold? Its as if it never happened. We fired up the heat and its absolutely perfect with no trace of mold or mildew.

2020-03-14My experience with Cunningham was superb. I purchased my home three years ago and decided to use a local company to get my ducts cleaned. After seeing the professionalism and processes from Cunningham, Im pretty sure nothing was done correctly three years ago. Cunningham from the moment they walked into my home, I knew I selected the right company. The employees are fantastic; most importantly, they show you each step of their processes. 2020-02-06Cunningham Duct Cleaning provided my family with excellent and timely service, on one of the coldest days this winter. Our heating boiler was out and they fit us into a packed schedule - with their guys working well into the evening to restore our heat. I was very impressed with their level of service and their agreement to adjust a billing issue in a reasonable and collaborative manner. From the clarity of pricing and scheduling, to the two outstanding professionals who cleaned the dryer vent, I couldnt have been more impressed with the quality of service given. Byron and his assistant Freddie arrived on time, were very courteous and certainly, competent. I was absolutely impressed with Byrons professional knowledge and the quality of work completed. Byron was helpful in explaining how the dryer vented in the crawl space, and also helpful in offering future suggestions. It is apparent Cunningham takes great pride in doing the job right. 2018-07-26Cunningham Duct Cleaning was great. From when I called to make the appointment till the day of service–they were very professional. The girl I spoke with at the office was helpful and explained everything I needed to know before I got the service done. I had my ducts cleaned by them and the workers were outstanding and took great care of my home while working. They did a great job and I will 100% being recommending them to my friends and family! 2020-02-05Cunningham has got to be one of the best companies out there. Not only were they on time but they were kind when they arrived. They explained everything they were doing and even showed me images of before and after to ensure everything was done right. They didn’t try to talk me into anything besides what was necessary and provided the services I needed impeccably. They didn’t just take care of the ducts but they cleaned up after themselves and left it in way better condition than before. I will definitely be using them again!
