I was in town on business and my girlfriend surprised me by ordering a box of wonderful I Love You brownies that were delivered to my hotel! She told me the owner of Cuppycakes was great to work with long distance, was very helpful with the delivery... and is a very funny and delightful person! The brownies were chocolate and peanut butter and were great.Thank you Cuppycakes!

Bri is such an amazing person inside and out. Her cookies are the best in town and she never misses a beat with having a fresh variety. She has a great sense of humor and is great about letting her customers know about delays in opening or closing if the need ever arises. If you are in the market for a sugar cookie THIS is the spot I promise

Great options to choose for whatever occasion you might be looking for. But... for cupcakes or something small in my opinion. We chose her to make our sons birthday cake and well lets just say it was a disaster. We called her and ordered it with 40 days to have it be perfect. 40!!!! She tells us 2 days before that she cant get anyone to print a picture that we asked her to do and asked if she could. She said of course. But she said hanafords can do it in the am which is the day before his birthday. Around 9-10am the day before she said the printer at hanafords is down and cant be done. But shes going to make it happen anyway. She cut it out or did something and taped it to cardboard and stood it up on a long tooth pick. The icing on top was very poor. It looked like someone swiped through it. And she did not give us the cake or frosting we asked for that our son likes. Nobody in the party liked it. Our son isnt rude but you could just tell. The cake felt.like it was done days or weeks before that day even though she said she was cooking it still the day before. It was frozen in the middle. She gave the cake to us for free. I get that. But looking at it feeling it cutting it eating it. It was a joke and very disrespectful to a customer. Specially when she had over a month to make it how we asked for it. Didnt even give us time as she reassured us 2 days before as we asked that she can do it and not to worry because hanafords could do it. But then with only 8 hrs to find someone new she decides to say she cant. And with graduation and holidays and backlogs and shortages Noone could help. So we got cupcakes and an ice cream cake for him. The way she promised and our time frame for her to do it..... were lost for words. Total disrespect and unprofessional. Stated before this her cupcakes and smaller decorative items are and were good. Baking cakes and trust with her professional words on other hand are not.

Nothing like I expected. The icing is basically the same on all the cupcakes that have really no flavor. They are very small for the price dense and dry as well. Was not happy with them. Should of lasted longer than a day before they got hard.
