Follows all protocols. Pricey but fairly gives discounts to help their customers. For me, a little bit of a drive, but they also offer delivery. Staff is excellent. I would strongly recommend for patients in need. Many options to choose and strengths. Be well. Be kind.

Their flower is just okay. The people are nice... But every single time I go, there are always 5x more staff than customers in the shop. You will wait 25-30 minutes even if there are only two customers ahead of you. It doesnt make sense and it leaves me feeling like they do not care about customers.

Going on day three of trying to get weed. Both of my previous orders were not recieved because there system is garbage. Did curbside pickup first time, recieved email to come in whenever. No instructions on how to pickup via curbside so I tried calling when I got there. No answer for 45 minutes(couldnt get your of car and go in because I had my toddler with me). I went home and gave up. Second time, placed another curbside order, recieved an email that they got my order and will send another email when its confirmed to pick up. Over 24hrs later, still no confirmation. I will be going inside today to figure it out because I called 4 times yesterday and after holding 20-30 minutes each time consistently got bumped to an automated answering machine and directed to leave a voicemail. Left one out of the four times and still never heard back. Only reason Im still trying to go here is because of the discounts and proximity to my home. Next time I will definitely plan ahead to go somewhere else though. Will potentially update review depending on how things go inside today.Update: Finally got in touch with someone. They answer by email way faster than by phone! Got my order via curbside. They were helpful in answering questions when the person got to my car. He was friendly and you could tell was working fast to move the line for everyone. I updated my review to three stars.

After a full year of service, I have concluded that Curaleaf is a five star dispensary. The only disadvantage is IF a patient is technology inept, the process is a bit daunting. Their reward program is easy on the pocket. You will always find a diverse selection of medical cannabis. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I try to avoid busy times as they will be out of stock, but that complaint is for the fed and state. They deliver, not to PO boxes. An extremely classy dispensary compared to the others Ive been to out west.

Poorly run. Always waiting. Never enough staff, rude staff. They’re idiots with the masks. They claim their a “medical facility”. Lol You’re not a doctors office. You’re a pharmacy at best. I don’t have to wear a mask in Walgreens do I?

Terrible place. The staff including managers are rude, immature and completely unprofessional. Wait time is ridiculously long and the staff are very confrontational and obnoxious. Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. They clearly lack customer skills and just want your money. This place needs to be reported to the State and the Department of Health for many other concerns.

Lack of help over the phone is very frustrating. Out of probably 75 phone calls (yes, sadly I needed to call on two different occasions and it took hours and over 20 calls each time to get someone to answer) Ive only been able to speak to someone twice. Once when trying to reach the pharmacist for assistance on what to try, I was scheduled for a phone appointment but never called, then rescheduled and again no one called. Everyone I spoke to was friendly, but they were full of excuses as to why there was a mix up. Now that NY is a legal state there should be more resources to help people figure out what will help them. Nothing at curaleaf is cheap enough to justify wasting money just to try. So perhaps if you dont want to hire adequate staff, offering samples would be a great way for patients to learn for themselves. And most people who only know about vaping and old school flower (aka regular weed) should be able to have some of the different items explained to them.The website is also lacking in information, or a way to reach out to someone. I find it hard to believe they cannot find staff to be available for an online chat option, or even someone who could be working from home and receive phone calls. Maybe take advantage of the fb messenger? Again, staff has always been friendly, and I really love having this option, but it is very frustrating to know if I want to speak to anyone there, well I probably cant.

I havent visited based on. The horrible reviews. Also ny has no options and things are old. Its sad the restrictions NY has preventing variety. I will pass on curaleaf be in wappingers has decent selection and atleast has great online reviews.update 5/9 So today o thought let me try. I cant get a human on the phone. They say online ordering to keep community safe? It sounds more like lazy and not willing to properly help a customer.

THE worst customer service in the world. They help you w NOTHING. This establishment is SO poorly run, they leave customers waiting for hours in the parking lot, Do NOT answer the phones, NEVER call you back, and customer service is RUDE. I’ve been told to order online, just to be told when I arrive that it’s better to just go inside. ONLY INTERESTED IN MAKING MONEY. I cant say enough bad about the service.
