What a great dealership experience we had today at Curry Hyundai in Cortland , New York. The sales manager, Mike, the salesman, John, and the finance manager, Juan, were all super professional and so nice. They made a long day really fun. My car is very beautiful and was presented to me with a red bow! Great job guys! Thank you. 10 out of 10!

Update: I received a follow-up from the service team. they aired out my concerns about the oil change and let me know it was in fact a clerical error. They worked with me to clarify the situation and make the best of it. I was also told that should there be another uncertain type of situation, I can ask to get to get new service done and see what is being done. I am happy to say the curry team went above and beyond to ensure I ended with the best experience after all.Went there for the complimentary maintenance for my car. The service advisor was super nice and the time they returned my car was fast. However, when I got the bill it showed the wrong oil type. Then I got an excuse that the bill was incorrect due to a clerical error. They updated the bill and sent me on my way. I left very uneasy about the situation. Then I went ahead and paid another shop about $100 to get them to change the oil and see if the other oil was in fact incorrect for the car. The other shop confirmed the oil put by the service department at Curry was in fact a thicker consistency than the one the manufacturer showed for the car. now the records from the service department at curry show the viscosity I requested but the car did not get that. Once again, the service team was great and the team was very friendly. but from my point of view, make sure you are aware of what oil your car needs and what they are putting on it.

My service coordinator, Hamlet is great and easy to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable and listens to all my crazy concerns. The service department provide realistic expectations when my vehicle will be done and fair pricing. Thank you for doing a great job!

The transaction went by quick and smooth. From the moment I walked in to the moment I left with my new keys. I went into the dealership knowing what car they had in stock and took it for a test drive solo. John was awesome and very helpful. I would definitely recommend someone to buy a car from John.

Everyone at this dealership was friendly and accommodating.I was shown vehicles to choose from after clearly expressing my wants and needs.We discussed options that I may be interested in, while taking my budget into consideration. I did not feel pressured nor rushed to make a choice. Dealer listened to me and matched me with a suitable car without playing any games.They made this process easy and the final price was as negotiated without last minute surprises.Thank you Curry Hyundai.

I took my vehicle to Curry Hyundai to have a check engine light on my vehicle diagnosed and repaired. The service upon entry is very good and your vehicle is checked in in a timely manner. Tommy, the service rep helping me, was very professional and knowledgeable. I received a call detailing what the issue was and the necessary steps to repair it. Even though I have to wait several days for parts to arrive, I am comforted knowing now what the problem is and that it will be taken care of by this professional service center.Update (3/12/2022): Repair is complete. Car is running great. 5/5!

Ryan, my salesman and the whole Department were friendly and were real car guys. They did a great prep job on my Accent and made it look like a Showcar. The first day driving and showing the car to my friends was marvelous. Everyone loved the car. Thank you for a great time!

With limited inventory I understand the mark-ups but when its not disclosed up front, thats a little dirty. Financing amounts were shown with a number higher than the sticker price.I had to find it on my own when numbers were shown to me. I am sure this wasnt just an afterthought by the salesperson.Secondly, Ive gotten no less than 5 texts or messages trying to get me to change my review to 5 stars. These werent Hey we just want to know what we couldve done better. No, they were calls to get me to change my rating regardless of how I truly felt.Honestly, it wasnt the best experience buying a car from Curry Hyundai so I gave an honest review.I had a great experience at Curry Chevrolet in the past and I have bought many cars since at other dealerships. Ive seen good, bad, and now this.

The agent at Service , Hamlet , was extremely helpful, polite , and professional. the team there worked on my car , addressed all concerns and had it back to me in an hour. A total excellent experience and that delicious complimentary coffee was the icing on the cake.

Service rep Tommy Jordan was simply the best. Car overheated on holiday weekend and we live 3 hours north up in Adirondacks. Left car and put note and key in box. He made repair happen in reasonable time and handled my non dealer extended warranty stress free. Rare to see such great service in this screwy world nowadays !
