Always great! I try to stop in frequently for a couple slices of pizza for lunch.
Not the best pizza I have ever had but I am giving 5 stars because there arent many good pizza places in this area and I would encourage anyone to try Cusatos. Very good!
Great tasting Buffalo Chicken pizza and humongous slices too. The Boneless wings were crispy and a nice hot sauce. Great place!

Big slices of delicious pizza with nice people running the place. I had 2 massive slices of cheese pizza and a bottle of water I will for sure return again next time Ill order a whole pizza and take it home for dinner 🍽️.
When they feel like answering the phone its great food. But youre relying on poor service, poor delivery, poor manners, and rude employees.Classy response from the owner below - it should tell you all you need to know about this place. Considering its the only pizza place in Albany that has given me the wrong order, wrong receipt, hung up on me, etc. with consistent bad service (and 90 minute plus delivery times) Im happy that a lol response to a legitimate complaint satisfies their customer service quota. As for the being closed on the 29th comment, my above review had nothing to do with this specific date so Im not sure why theyre using it as a gotcha? Its a shame because their food is actually good. But I wont waste my money on a trash business.
I have been ordering strombolis and large pizzas with eggplant sausage and ricotta. They have been great and always arrive hot and early. They also have the best garlic knots. Many thanks for great food.
Had some Baked Ziti for lunch and it was delicious! The sauce was so tasty and nicely seasoned , bread soft, salad fresh, staff friendly! Thankful to find great food by St. Peters Hospital! I was tired of our cafeteria! Great Job!
We ordered from here last night. Omg the best pizza ever. It was ordered under the last name Hanscom. Since we had not been able to get our regular go to pizza place we decided to try these guys. We had 2 pizzas delivered and it was prompt. The driver went six houses down but no big deal. He called we went out and got it. Love this place. Thanks for the great pizza.
Got 2 calzones and onion rings. Best Ive had in a long time. Cant wait to try the pizza!UPDATE. Just got an order of garlic knots, a calzone and a Stromboli. All were great but we ordered a chicken parm calzone not Buffalo chicken.
Delicious pizza and great service, the price is fair an the flavor excellent, the slices are enormous! They have special offers for lunch.
Had the stagionata pizza last night n is was the worst pizza IV ever had. Pizza was falling apart. No toppings barley. All the topping taisted very low quality n blan. Peppers were huge slices n gross. It was a stuffed pizza but the inside toppings barley went halfway to the crust. Mostly hollow. The crust was inedible. Just a horrid pizza. The salad Fanta was the best part of the meal. Smh never eating there again
If you like warm and fresh food, by all means, go somewhere else.
My mom and I got take out from here Monday May 13,2019 and it was great, enough for 2 nights! I ordered Chicken Parmesan and she got a veggie wrap. I work 5 minutes from here and we live 10 minutes away. Very convenient! Very good and we’ll be back!😁
Been here past many owners. I like the spot pizza almost completely different from the rest. l hope they continue opening up there taste to the community.
Paul knows what he’s doing and is very accommodating. I have a crazy schedule but He is willing to keep delivering the freshest pizza and food around! He even will make it in when it’s needed and shows his love for his craft. I HIGHLY recommend this business’s food!
Ordered large pepperoni pizza and boneless wings... instead, got an undercooked cheese pizza and wings without sauce. The red sauce was good and I wanted to like the place since its in my neighborhood, but when not one but two items in the order are incorrect, hard to be a fan.

My whole review didn’t appear on Grubhub. I order from here frequently and would never mind reviewing on a good night. Tonight my food was cold.I ordered at 619 and it was said to arrive from 7-710. It came at 724. I left it out side for 1-2 minutes. It shouldn’t have been that cold that I had to warm it up.I called to let them know. I said I ordered off Grubhub and the temperature. I don’t know when it was cooked and picked up and delivered but it was cold and I had to warm it up. The person that answered asked if I was Theresa calling again. I said no. I’m Carolynn. She said “well it’s really cold out, we use hot boxes and I don’t know what to tell you.” I said it wasn’t left outside for it to be that cold. She said thanks for informing us. And that was that.I do order from there frequently and this is the first time I’ve ever had a temperature or really any major issue. Everyone has an off night and I’m hoping that’s the case. I’ll try them again.
Pizza slices are huge!! Is also quite delicious- I would go here everyday if it wouldn’t give me adult onset diabetes. The 2 slices and a soda for $6 deal is awesome.
Pizza is great, wings are crispy and the food is great all around. Everyone is always nice there and the service is exceptional. Check then out!
Not even a big fan of pizza, but the sauce on this pizza was worth my inevitable heartburn later. It tasted light and fresh, not too salty or sweet.
Theyll property crisp pizza on oven floor. The cheese is thick, sauce savory and not too sweet. Yummy: no leftovers possible, it doesnt last that long. Will return.Also: Please, Wendy Z, check your address, your one star rating is false and therefore harms this local business, because I had their pizza this week. Theyre next to CVS across from St Peters Hospital, on New Scotland.
Im not sure what the other review is talking about, but their pizza, stromboli, and cheesecake weer all absolutely top notch. Crispy crusts, gooey cheeses, and delicious sauce. We miss Cousins, but this is a solid replacement.
Some of the best pizza I had in a long time reminds me of Jacks pizza that use to be on Delaware ave by the boys and girls club
Im from NYC and grew up on pizza and Cusatos is definitely my favorite pizza place in the area. Their new shop is clean, convenient and everybody there is very cool. What more can you ask for?
The sauce and crust need some work but overall not too bad.

I work right across the street at the st. Peters hospital amazing food. One time I even order delivery fell asleep and they offered to deliver it a second time great people

2022-03-04Huge pizzas with great crust and good sauce. The wings are cooked, not slimy. The Buffalo sauce is on the mild side but tasty. Great price for a big cheesesteak made my way with no compkaints

2020-11-10I was very disappointed. I ordered a sicilian pizza, and it was paper thin, and definitely seemed to be old pizza dough. The slices drooped, and fell apart when I picked them up. I dont normally complain, but i decided to call.The lady said she would have the manager call me about it. No word yet. Heres a picture of my pizza.

2022-01-09I drove down to Albany from Schenectady because someone told me they have the best pizza..Well,I can honestly say it was the worst pizza Ive ever had..The crust was dry and rubbery,the sauce was tasteless. This place definitely does NOT have the best pizza..In fact there are very few places in New York state that really know how to make pizza..You want real good pizza?..Go to new Jersey or NY city....

2021-12-11Holy slice of pizza Batman! Went in for lunch and got served a slice that was the approximate size of a manhole cover. And not only did it taste fantastic, it was a great deal. Definitely going back there again.

2021-10-28Edit: My order was refunded the same day I made this post and I was given a 25% off credit for my next order. I appreciate the owner making this right and I have added an additional star to my review - Thank you.I ordered wings here once before and they were very good. I checked the store hours on Google maps and it showed open today (25Oct2021) - I then used the online ordering tool to place an order and it charged me and showed a pick up time of 3:08 pm on 25Oct2021. I drove over to pick up the wings and the store was closed.3/5 because the wings I got the first time were very good but the Google hours should be updated and the ordering tool shouldnt be allowing orders when youre closed - I would assume the tool is based on the hours of operation listed on Google maps.I will update the review when I receive a refund for my order.Thank you.

2021-06-05NOT SAFE. DO NOT EAT HERE!! Would put no stars if I could. Yesterday me and my fiance got a pizza there it was the only thing we ate yesterday and I am now currently in the hospital with my girlfriend and we both have food poisoning. The employees were not wearing masks and they were smoking inside when my girlfriend went into place the order. Completely unprofessional. I had it last year and it was disgusting. Some of the worst pizza Ive ever had. I gave it another chance and this is what happens. Food poisoning is not a guess it is whats being put down on the hospital report and I will be going to the restaurant to show them the discharge papers from the hospital that say we have food poisoning as soon as we leave here. DO NOT EAT HERE. NOT SAFE.

2021-07-26Cusatos is a local place to me, I have ordered and picked up from here many, many times since they took over the location. The pizza has always been excellent, I am highly critical of pizza but never vocal about it just personal preference from loving and trying pizza from many famous locations within the East coast. I have disliked most of the pizza the capital region has to offer except for a handful of places, Cusatos being one of them and I am happy to have them so close by. My only complaint would be they dont carry Pepsi lol.
