A great experience from start to finish! Workmanship was next to none.I was very happy to find this company and would recommend them to all who ask.
We worked with Adam on a house we recently purchased that was in real need of updating. Adam both installed a custom runner up our center hall stair and built a matching 7’ x 7’ entry foyer rug.Adam was great to work with. He quickly scheduled an appointment, travelled with extensive samples and was able to place our order to the manufacturer that day. After a couple of weeks, the carpet arrived and Adam and his colleague installed the runner in one morning, doing a custom binding on site. They carefully marked the carpet and binding width on the stairs for our approval before they began the work. We LOVE the end product. The work was meticulously done and we couldn’t be happier with the updated look.When we realized that we also wanted an entry foyer rug to match, Adam once again taped out the rug size for our approval. He made the rug in his shop and made a special trip to deliver it to our house. The non-slip backing that he applied works brilliantly. Again, we love the end result.Adam is a great guy and so easy to work with. We couldn’t recommend him more highly!!!!

Adam was very responsive and patience with me when I was indecisive about which type of rugs we want to put down. The price given to us is very reasonable and clear. It was quite a lot of work to get a stair runner installed and he did an amazing job installing it! We loved it!
Adam and his team member did an amazing custom job on our home. Our home is an older home with a tricky scissor staircase. He has so much knowledge and will not steer you in the wrong direction. He also assures you throughout the process if you are happy. Very professional and cleaned up everything when leaving. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.
I cannot recommend Adam and his company enough. We had a custom staircase installed this fall and wanted our staircase runner to match our (unique but complicated) carpets. Adam not only found a solution but went out of his way to come to Connecticut the week before Christmas to get everything installed before the holidays. Needless to say he has a customer for life. 2021-11-12Excellent craftsmanship! The guys did a fantastic job with the install. Curve steps are complex with twist, turns, and irregular shape treads. Each staircase is different and unique in its own way. I am glad I call in the pros on this one. Everything was custom fabricated on site for my particular staircase to get the best possible result and it doesnt disappoint. Thanks again.

2022-07-08We met with quite a few carpet stores but none gave us the time and personal service that they did. Vivian wasnt trying to sell us carpeting, she was trying to help us create a beautiful focal point of our home. She was the 1st to ask us for pictures of the surrounding space to get an idea of the style in our home. This helped her guide us through the myriad of carpeting styles they carry. Other stores just pointed us to racks of samples and left us to wade through them ourselves. The installation was quick, professional, and neat. All questions were answered and they made sure we were happy before they left. They turned a stressful situation into an enjoyable one and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

2020-03-14Adam and his team are complete professionals! We were very happy with his work from start to finish. We fell in love with a runner we had seen on his website and really wanted to replicate the look. Adam came over and showed us other options as well, but we were stuck on the pattern we had seen online. Unfortunately the carpet was not available in the US, but Adam managed to get it shipped from the UK. Installation was very challenging because our staircase has both concave and convex curves and the width changes. Adam didnt give up and we are very pleased with the results! His workmanship is superior! He also left our house clean and was careful when he worked. He is a true artist and I am so happy we chose Custom Stair Runners.

2020-12-10Adam and the work he does is incredible. Every step of the process is custom tailored to what you want done (literally!). From the initial meet and estimate to install he is patient, knowledgeable and willing to assist in anyway he can. His pricing is fair and you definitely will get what you pay for with him and in my opinion even more! If you’re thinking about doing a runner or carpet Adam is the person to go to. My wife and I shopped around at 5 other companies almost all of them were cookie cutter or tried to impose what they wanted on our project. Adam was patient and made our vision a reality. 2020-10-01From the moment I spoke to Vivian for the first time I knew I had found what I was looking for. She was helpful, honest, friendly and easy to work with. She gave me great style options. Knew exactly what I had in mind. Adam came to take measurements and did the installation. The customer service he provided me with, along with his attention to detail, was superb. They also cleaned while they were installing. It was flawless. Now that the job is done, I can say the stairs in my house look absolutely stunning!
