I recently found these guys and had them install a remote start and car seats in my van. Everything went smooth from beginning to end. Very happy with the service. I had a problem with my radio when I left which probably wasnt their fault but they were still willing to look at it for me if I wanted. I will be going back in the future for other things
They just installed a special order fiberglass tonneau cover on my Ford F-150. Not only was it ready several weeks earlier than expected, the install was fast and easy! They do great work, and I look forward to working with them in the future! I highly recommend them!
Took my Saab 97x to them yesterday for Krown rust prevention treatment, not only did they do it in less time than they said they would need, but they also told me everything I would need to know about how its done and what I can do to get the most out of my investment. This is how a buisness should be run and these guys know what they are doing. Cant recommend them enough and wont be going anywhere else.

I went there not really knowing what I wanted but I knew I was looking for a change with my truck. An owner was there and couldnt have been nicer!Update: even though the owner is very friendly i came in for a remote start to see what the actual service would be like. Now being almost 300 dollars I was very specific about what I was looking for. I wanted to make sure that it would work exactly like my old fob so I didnt have to carry 2. I even went as far as to say I would pay extra for a quality product. I was assured that it would be the same as my other fob and not to worry.What I got was a simple unlock, lock, and start fob. What he didnt tell me, which I would not have purchased if he did. was that my approach lighting, my interior lights, and my horn would no longer work with the system. I specifically asked if these features would remain because I cant see my truck from where I live and I listen for the horn to assure me that its locked at night.I came in to ask if this can be fixed and he was not there but another employee told me those are factory programs and there is nothing that can be doneI felt like I was made to feel dumb for even asking and Im not sure I any longer want to work with them for any other upgrades in the future. Its too bad too because they seem to have good reviews. I guess none of those people had an issue with their install. I followed up with an email to the owner but no response. Its been 2 weeks.
Had an 8:00 appointment, my truck wasnt taken in until 10. Was suppose to be taken home but had to wait just to be told it was a longer job than quoted and Id need to leave the truck or come back. I needed to get to work so was forced to cancel the appointment. Wasted my morning, techs were great and appreciated the honesty. Very dissatisfied with the over quoting just to get the job. Service 5/5 sales and keeping promises 0/5. Will not go back
These guys are the best in town for everything and anything Custom Automotive related. We always call Larry and Tom first for parts and spray liner applications for our many Jeeps and trucks. They can literally get you anything you need and install it too, THE RIGHT WAY!We are very happy with everything they have done for us and will always bring them our business!
I purchased a used high-end Brand FX pod insert for the bed of my 2012 Silverado 1500. I provided Custom Truck Creations the contact information of a company that is familiar with installing this particular pod. They contacted them for guidance and did a superb installation. While I was there I asked them to do the Krown rust inhibiting process to my entire truck. They did an excellent job. I look forward to doing business with them with my next work truck.Follow up: We discovered, after the installation, that the pod was pressing up against the cab rear window causing a lot of squeaking while driving down the road. I called them up and explained the problem. They told me to bring it right down and that they would fix it. 2 hours later it was corrected. The measure of a company isnt whether theyre perfect but, how they solve their problems. Great job!
Great waiting room with ac, snacks, drinks, a TV and comfy chairs. I get krown treatment for my truck here and the service is always reliable.

2022-06-02My appointment was at 10:00 and they were right on time completing at the time that they said they would be done. Everyone was very polite. This is my second time to have my car undercoated as I have it done yearly per there recommendations! Im very satisfied with Krown! I will recommend them to my friends.

2022-06-22Ordered my Truck cap from them! It arrived in less than two weeks suprisingly! Both Larry and Tom were very helpful. Keeping them in mind when I decide to add more things to the truck!EDIT 6/22: I decided to have more work done to my truck (added a light bar). Was able to get the part in next day, and installed that same day. They did a great job, works as intended. Planning on adding more additional things in the near future.

2022-02-08Im not a truck person but called because they deal with Weathertech floor liners. I wa leary about buying them through thr Weathertech website not knowing about the fit, return policy etc. I was elated dealing with Dave. He handled my order and then installed one for me to be sure they fit. I will deal with them any chance I have as they are so professional and just very nice people!

2021-11-05Had a lift, wheels and tires installed on my Jeep Gladiator. Worked with Dave Simpson and was very pleased dealing with him. He was patient with me and took his time to make sure that we were both on the same page. The results speak for themselves--truck looks exactly the way I envisioned. Will work with them again and if you want excellence, you will too.

2022-06-21Very courteous personnel they put on 4 marker lights in the grill of my truck and hooked up an electric air horn behind the grill.Just an FYI they are expensive they charge $100 per hour labor, they hit me up for almost $500 for those lights and air horn an thats me supplying all the parts.Ill be eather doing it myself or finding a nother person or shop to do my other 2 trucks.

2021-02-05My son had acquired several parts to lift his Tundra to fit larger tires and we came to the conclusion that installation was best left to professionals. Thats when we found Custom Truck Creations. They booked us within a week and got the job done as advertised. Excellent to work with and we will be returning for sure. Highly recommended.

2021-01-19I don’t recommend going here. I hired these guys to install a suspension lift kit, side mirror lights along with some other accessories.While driving home after picking up my vehicle I noticed several interior dash trim pieces were broken, the side mirror lights were mounted on the bottom of the mirrors ( I specifically specified for the lights to be mounted on the front of the mirrors)The rear end of the vehicle was lifted one inch higher than the front. This made the front tires rub very badly against the wheel wells when turning.I had to remove the tires and cut out sections of the wheel wells to allow the tires to turn with out rubbing.I brought the vehicle back for the issues to be fixed.After picking up the vehicle the second time and inspecting everything....The mirror lights were now mounted in the correct places but were not mounted equally and this was very noticeable, also one of the lights wasn’t working.They specified on the receipt that the lights were removed and installed several times. I think damage was caused to the light due to the amount of times it was installed and uninstalled and is why it no longer works.The rear of the van is still taller than the front and I was told this is because of the lift kit itself..... That is highly unlikely! The torsion bars still have plenty of room to be adjusted equally in order to raise the front to be the same as the rear.They did however replace the broken dash trim pieces. I’m very disappointed that after spending $1600 I still have a vehicle that doesn’t have the accessories perfectly installed.I now have to buy new lights for the side mirrors because one is damaged and doesn’t work. I have to adjust the front end so it’s the same height as the rear and pay for another alignment. I have to mount the new mirror lights. After the amount of money spent, bringing the vehicle back three times, I shouldn’t have to do anything!If you do hire this place, I recommend thoroughly checking your vehicle over before paying for services to avoid the problems I experienced.They obviously don’t thoroughly check vehicles before they leave the shop. In two months I spent close to $3000 at this place. I will never do business here ever again. I will say that they we’re always pleasant except for the lame excuses as to why work was done the way it was.

2020-07-08Very Professional and first class folks. They do excellent work as well. I have a 2015 Tacoma and wanted some exterior lighting addition for trips to cabin we have deep in woods. I contacted four places about this including dealership where I bought truck. Two never had the decency to respond. Dealer and Custom Truck responded quickly. Dealership made no suggestions on type of lighting and must have thought I wanted a Space ship b/c price was out of this world. Custom truck not only had a fair price but made suggestions on best type of lighting for my needs. I am very happy with work they did. Would bring my truck to them for any custom work, without hesitation.
