This cvs very unprofessional...they just keep playing around in the back and not doing thier job... I call the location to ask of my medicine is ready they tell me 1 hr I come in a hour later just to tell me wait another 30 minutes until is done ...the reason of call is to run in and run out not stay in and wait ...the person who help me was some woman name leidi
The pharmaceutical dept is a joke the pharmacist is so nasty stay clear of them

Cvs is the worst pharmacy to get medication. Theres always a problem. My daughters medication wasnt there so 2 days later they call that they needed to order. 3 days after that I called they said its coming in that evening. I came the next day they still dont have it claiming its coming that evening again. Long story short a week later Im still waiting for it to come in the same evening I called. I hope they go out of business.
Worst cvs I have ever come across, pharmacy is always under staffed and you can never find what you need. Avoid at all cost
What a difference from my experience at the cvs in deer park. Fred took the time to look for the item I needed and had it waiting at the checkout for me. Thank you for going the extra step. Thanks cvs north bayshore for your great customer service. Now go over to deer park and teach them what its like to actually try.
Everything take forever. The pharmacy, the check out, the over all experience. I will absolutely have to find another place to bring my business. Even the attitudes leave something (everything) to be desired. Who sits at a drive through for over 15 minutes!!
Im very ill and disabled. I had used another CVS out of state so I figured Id use the closest CVS to me when I moved to Brentwood. This was a Mistake!The first month that I was here I got 3 different fills. Almost all of them were several days late. They kept blaming their fax machine.This second month I need to have 5 filled. The first one was declared unfillable by their store but, by some miracle, they could somehow fill it at another store.The second one they couldnt fill the day they got it because they were out then the day the said they could have it they said oops, we forgot to order it three days later they said tomorrow now they are saying 4 more days. NO FREAKING WAY and I waiting days for medicine that I depend on to survive.My other medicines were, at a minimum several days late.You wanna know the REAL messed up part? They had my prescriptions in their system for almost a WEEK beforehand. There Is NO excuse for this issue. ZERO.Now I have to call my doctor and have all of my prescriptions changed over to another pharmacy because screw CVS Store #2318
Never answer phone calls at the pharmacy and neither fill prescription on time, always have to wait days till my meds are ready very unprofessional staff they should close this pharmacy , they absolutely have the worse pharmacy customer service ever. I wish I can give 0 stars. Stay away from this pharmacy
Great staff, clean store. However, the store manager Melanie Sidito is an absolute witch, she verbally abuses customers and is seen disrespecting her employees. If she hates working retail then she should quit, stop taking the negative energy of your failed life off on the people in your store.
Whoever is at the store around 3 and 4 pm seems to have a problem to answer the phone calls.. Couldnt see my sons prescription in the app cause I always get delivered my medicines, so I decided to call and I waited around 15 min the first time, I hangout and called again, nobody answered.
I like how I am greeted once I walk in. The staff is helpful and the store is very clean and organized. But I do have a problem and she is a manager. I think her name is Melissa, I don’t remember exactly, but she did not have the best attitude. This makes me not want to come back to the store.
The drive through pharmacy line takes 30 mins each car they move so slow
The manager and front staff at this store for today October 1st from 2:30pm until now are very rude it is disgusting you have people like this working in customer service because they lack it tremendously
Manager at the store name Melina or Melinda is so so rude thats the reason no one wants to go to the new cvs the assistant manager is really nice I will not be going there anymore
The doctor place my daughter medice at 11am is 3pm they I got wait 30m more bad costumer service
Bad experience I am sixty two, no car, no gloves, no mask, no transportation and I live along and you left me down with your service, it is not the first time...is ok, on top I have no food...but is alright...thank you

2022-04-17I came here on Easter Sunday to pick up some last minute candy around 5 pm and the store was closed even though online and the front sign said open. This is unacceptable. My children are crying.

2021-11-23My young kids got their COVID vaccines here, and the woman who gave them (G) was so amazing. She distracted them and very efficiently administered the shot. I really hope shes there when they need their second dose!

2021-10-11Functioning as a proper pharmacy isnt about customer service. It is about efficiency. It is about following through on the bare minimum of what is required based on what is advertised for fulfilling prescriptions, tests, etc. This store lacks proper management of these areas.

2021-07-02I find this CVS store to be the worst! The people in the pharmacy seem to not have any training. Never any medicine on hand, on whole 15+ mins, they even tell you to go to another pharmacy. What!!!They are so quick to say I dont know, call CVS main number to find out. What! I have moved my business to Walgreens and WalMart. CVS should be ashamed!No customer service or training.

I walked in on Friday 06/18 at night , Wanted to return two items that wasnt even used, usually not having a receipt is not a problem at cvs I know cause I have friends that are managers at CVS, but this time, I dont know what the managers name was but she was EXTREMELY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL, she wouldnt even look at me when rejecting my request, naver gave a bad review but this time its necessary to do and say that she should not be a manager, I wouldve understood the refun policy if she didnt give me that nasty attitude, its obvious that shes not happy with her job, hope I dont see her again.

2020-10-07DO NOT COME HERE FOR THE PHARMACY!!! All of yall have got to avoid THIS PARTICULAR PHARMACY. I have been without my medication, because of this locations lax behavior, for TWO WEEKS NOW. I have been filling my prescriptions here for two cycles and the third cycle, I come in with a prescription and they tell me I cannot fill it. My physicians electronic prescription would not go through and they did not do ANYTHING to communicate with me. I felt like I was the pharmacy technician and manager trying to coordinate my prescription and its status all the time. They wasted a week of my time and did not even ATTEMPT to let me know the issue. Then, when I arrived, the pharmacy manager was so rude to me. The pharmacy technicians here do not know what they are doing and they do not even offer help to their patients. You have to do it all yourself. Do yourselves a favor and change to walgreens or go to salumed. It might not be as pretty, but they value their patients and do their part wonderfully. Literally gross and made me feel not valued at all.

2020-12-19STORE Fully stocked. Clean. Great staffI mainly use the pharmacy. The pharmacies are great. Especially. Pharmacist “ D “. Great motivated young man. Always goes the extra mile to help you. ! When you’re sick this is very important to have a good relationship with your pharmacist ! God Bless them all !

2021-07-23This really is the worst CVS, long lines, few staff to help people, nasty attitudes. Its really sad that your prescription doesnt get filled in a timely manner because the pharmacist is to busy doing covid shots. 2 people behind the counter, with a line of cars at the drive threw and a line of people waiting for medications. Really Pathetic CVS
