My pre-scheduled COVID test was cancelled by them due to technical difficulties, they were getting a no insurance error on their screen despite my having insurance, and no one was on site to address this. I would suggest CVS evaluate whether their staffing and IT infrastructure are in line with their standards of quality.

Pharmacy cashier lied about something I know to be a fact. Then some fat ginger kid threatened me claiming he was the girls boyfriend. Then he laughed at me when I explained to the girl I was on Social Security. Way wrong answer to a proud retired Cheif Petty Officer. Literally not the first time this stores employees have lied to me. The other tech told me because I called the girl out on her lies that I wasnt welcome at this pharmacy any longer. I have been using CVS for 15 years and I am done. Pro tip, CVS dont make up lies because you dont know the answer and especially dont lie if you are not sure the customer knows you are lying.

NOT RECOMMEND: My doctor filled two prescriptions and when I called to check because only one was processing they were very unhelpful said the one was too soon and when I said they were last filled together she said “maybe your doctor called it into another pharmacy” and I said I only use this CVS they just didnt care. Their system makes routine errors and they are unwilling to help! Been using CVS for two years and when there system screes up they wont help gonna be switching pharmacys for sure

Every single time I go to THIS cvs pharmacy, for a very basic pharmaceutical supply, they tell me theyre out of stock before I can even finish asking them. No problems anywhere else, but this one happens to be closest to my house. So, I keep trying and hoping to get lucky enough to not have to walk so far. Its got to be at least 15 times Ive tried by now. Whomever stocks that pharmacy needs to step it up or be replaced.

Waited behind 4 cars for 25 minutes only to find out my 4 prescriptions ordered 5 days ago were not filled! And then, one was out of stock and had to be ordered. Not happy with this CVS anymore!

My cat has been taking medicine for her seizures and we ran out of refills, so CVS told us they had to contact the vet and have them OK us getting more refills, and to wait until Thursday for them to be ready. We waited until Monday and got no calls or info on the medication, and when we called the vet, they said nothing was ever said to them. So we were watching our cat twitch and have episodes while cvs didn’t even communicate to the vet that we needed more medicine. We can not postpone our cats issues just because CVS is unreliable.

Absolutely the worst turnaround ever … if I relied on them, I’d be dead … do not do business here! Waited 5 days for COVID test and no results yet … guessing they LOST the samples or perhaps the never intended to really offer the service… just grab the money and run!! DO NOT GO HERE …

Shameful service. I had a covid test here and never received the results. They gladly took the money but then acted like they had no power or responsibility to provide the service. Their refusal to make good on their responsibilities ruined an international trip, cost me 2 days of my time and hundreds of dollars.

I never leave reviews, unless they’re glowing positive ones because I want to help the business obtain more customers when I’ve received remarkable service, but I am so incredibly upset over the poor treatment I received at CVS on Robinson Street after — having them be my family’s and my own preferred pharmacy for my entire life. After I finish writing this review, I’m finding out how to have my prescriptions transferred and never going back.I have gone into the Robinson Street CVS countless times throughout my life, and RARELY have gone to others as this is where my prescriptions are, and I just like going to the same place. Tonight, I needed to go run out and get some nail care items I forgot earlier when shopping for my roommate and I’s well needed “self-care” night; after weeks of working long hours and six days a week taking a toll on our bodies. I spent $100+ dollars today getting everything we needed, but forget to get some nail polish and oils. Imagine my surprise when I’m calmly looking at different nail products in the back of the store and an employee comes over to ask me if I’m finding everything okay, and when I replied that I was just deciding, made sure to inform me not to open up and use any of the products. I assure her that I would not do that, at which point she tells me that “Well my employee saw you opening them up and painting them on.” ..... I was honestly stunned. I had no idea what to even reply to this ridiculous accusation because I had been looking at CLEAR COATS (which is right next to color polishes) this entire time, and very clearly have unpainted nails! Everything in my hands was still in its plastic packaging, there weren’t even colors that I COULD have painted on my nails, and even if I had, she could see clearly my nails were bare. I told her “Yeah, no. I would never do that.” and then she found an empty package in the section (which was a mess, and clearly not been cleaned or organized in a long time) and asked me if it was mine. Again, I was pretty shocked, because I had already told her twice I was just looking at nail products, so her question seemed pretty stupid based on my previous responses, but at this point I wanted to just get what I wanted and to leave as nowhere else was open past seven on a Sunday night, so I just told her no. I got the bare essentials I needed, leaving behind $30+ products I was considering buying as well (when I moved I lost all my beauty products, hence needed to re-purchase everything).I really regret not making a bigger deal about this. I have been shopping in this CVS regularly for over 20 years without any issues. The only difference is I’m usually quite dressed up, and as I was just running a quick errand out tonight I was in leggings, a rocker tee, and a backwards Lebanese pride baseball cap. I was definitely looking more run down that usual, but do I really need to be dressed in business casual to not be accused of stealing THREE times?!This was supposed to be a well-needed relaxing night for me, and instead I’m sitting here furious at the disrespect I was show and the fact that I am no so angry I have to go through the annoying process of notifying all my doctors of a change of pharmacy and changing the routine I’ve had every time I needed my medicine for over twenty years.Shame on you.

My wife and I are in our 80s and diabetics. We have not left our home since the covid-19 instruction to stay home. CVS will not give us our prescriptions until we go to the store with the Medicare card in person. They have the card in their records for our other prescriptions that they have filed. The one place that should have our health concerns in mind is asking us to go out in the general public. It has been learned that it was NOT cvs that was telling my wife about the card, it was RIte-Aid. Sorry CVS.
