Pharmacist gave my daughter misinformation earlier today and didnt have her script in stock (she drove 45min) then wouldnt help her with transferring the script. Also the supervisor, Bethany (not sure she gave her real name, tried not to tell me)was rude and unprofessional. She should not deal in customer relations. She refused to help, spoke to me in a condescending manor then dared me to call her supervisor. Go anywhere else but here.

I was demeaned and spoke little to by their male Pharmacist, who I wouldn’t treat a dog in the manner he did! He yelled and kept telling what I know I have a right to have and understand and no matter how many times I asked for someone else he refused though his temper and anger was just boiling over! We are humans and we have rights too! Definitely not happy nor satisfied but I doubt anyone cares

Gave me a prescription I already got filled and had to return it. They also charged me for a prescription that I should have covered under insurance. I consistently have problems with this location. Moreover, It took longer to get a printed receipt than it did to get the prescription.

If I could give the pharmacy 0 stars, I would. The pharmacist treats people like they are ignorant. At first I thought maybe it was just a personality difference with myself and him, until one day I was with my mother when she called in. He cut her off in the middle of her talking, which is something he would do to me frequently. Then when discussing different pharmacy options with my doctor, my doctor also said he is rude with her - and she’s a provider!My final breaking point with this pharmacy was today. I utilized the drive-thru, gave the woman the info for who I was picking up for, and I started to say, “I just want to make sure....” and she put the phone down and held up her pointer finger to me. What kind of customer service is that?! When she came back to the speaker, she didn’t apologize for hanging up the phone in the middle of my talking. The staff in the pharmacy are beyond rude! I’ve already switched to Rite-Aid, where they are NICE and RESPECTFUL. Hopefully my mom will make the switch, too, so I won’t ever have to encounter these rude people again.

I have always found the staff very helpful and pleasant. When checking an item out I noticed that it said buy one get 50% off second one. I said, Oh, I want to get a second one. But it will hold up line . Clerk said no problem, I will ring it up that you got it so the line wont be held up.. after transaction done, just go back and get it. .which I did. Pharmacy department has always been very nice. Even getting flu shots is fairly quick snd easy.

I have been battling asthma symptoms a few days. Urgent care gave me prescriptions and they did not have one in stock. Shortness of breath isnt something that can wait to start meds. Everything should be done to acquire the meds to make one well. Even if they have to call around for you. A day and a half later I called Walmart. And had them transfer it. All my prescriptions have gone through CVS but at this point I realized I actually think Id like them all to go through Walmart so I can get everything in one place.Everyone at CVS is wonderful and I like them otherwise but if you need a med and they dont have it immediately call around. I DO NOT BLAME CVS except that they should call around or recommend you call around.

I went to CVS this morning at 9:00. I was greeted by a very friendly upbeat young man ( my receipt said Brandon was his name) After I was finished shopping he asked me if I found every thing I was looking for, smiling the whole time. We chatted as he rung me up, and he was very pleasant. I left there smiling and thinking how lucky CVS is to have such a fantastic and caring employee. This world needs more Brandons in it!

Terrible customer service in pharmacy. Techs are rude and god forbid you ask for help or have a question why your prescription copay went up from prior month. I got the rolling of the eyes and told “I can’t help you call your provider”. Sorry for making them do what they get paid for. I’ve been with cvs since I was a teenager. Switching to Walmart pharmacy.

Count your prescription!!! This is an alert. cvs in gloversville has been shorting prescriptions. Look at them and if there is any question ask that it be recounted in front of you! Terrible customer service. They need a new rating of zero available.

This pharmacy is the worst I ever been too always making people go sick and not give them there precipitation on time always making people wait days on end... they are rude and dont try to help you when they make the mistakes its just a hands down waste of anyones time and patience...pls go elsewhere unless you dont mind dealing with these faults of cvs smh never again Im switching soon as I can!
