Anytime I come to this location I am relieved about the cleanliness and how friendly the staff is during this difficult time. Its nice to see that there are kind people in the world. Kristin helped me return an item today I bought mistakenly and find the right one for my two-year-old who is not feeling great, she gave me great advice and was super friendly. Although like most businesses she was short staffed but took the time to make sure I didnt have to make another trip back and could be home with my daughter. She reminded me today to be kind during this scary time

This is a great pharmacy if you never want to pick up your prescriptions on time. They’ve “met their quota” and can’t fill my prescription for 6 days. They won’t call another pharmacy to fill my prescription, so my only option is to track down my doctor and have them send it to another CVS in Huntington but of course, they call me after my doctor’s office is closed, because they’re so sweet so of course, this entire ordeal is going to take even longer. Also, someone should tell them that snapping their gum while taking calls is really unprofessional, for example, when telling someone that you can’t fill their prescription, it’s best to deliver that kind of news without a gum snap in between each syllable. Drop the Long Island iambic pentameter.

Every time I come here they seem to have less and less. Shelves are always empty, and the store is barely stocked. It’s sort of a post apocalyptic look if you ask me. For some reason I don’t remember it always being like this, but after they renovated the store, the shelves were bare, and it’s gotten worse. I don’t get it.

Pharmacy is great. Fast and helpful. The front registers always has 1 person working, no matter how long the line is. The slowest service of any CVS I have ever been to. Manager seems to wander and never help.

I have consulted with Theresa, the pharmacist, for many years. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional, and answers questions/offers advice in a warm and caring manner.

This 2 star rating I give is because the people behind the counter at the pharmacy side are the MOST slow, unfriendly and unprofessional in the history of pharmacys. I went to pick up a prescription for my baby and they send me back saying the doctor never sent the prescription, as im getting into my car the recorded message calls me saying my prescription is ready. They act like they are doing me a favor. Honestly they are the WORST and I know many people in this town that think the same. Do NOT recommend at all.

Do not come here for any returns/exchanges. This location does not provide refunds for anything over $40.They can’t do more than one transaction in a row for the same person because they say their register will block/shut down. They also won’t do any returns/exchanges if the item is out of the box and doesn’t have the barcode on it UNLESS you go find the box in the store that matches the item so they have something to scan. Go to a different location so you can at least get a full refund and not have to deal with aggravation and incredibly nasty, horrendous and disturbed employees. Never had any issues here until the last time I was there and my cashier told me these apparent rules. Sounds like lies to me by a cashier that has some serious person anger issues and wants to take it out on the customer by giving them a hard time.

Every other time I go here they screw up the order. MULTIPLE TIMES They have forgotten to notify when my order is ready. MULTIPLE TIMES Ive been told my order was available for pickup when its not even filled! (They say come back later!) and worst of all MULTIPLE TIMES Ive gone to pick up my order and they cant find it or its lost... (how you loose an electronic script order is beyond me) This place is a joke!
