Average customer service. Would not let me return my cologne after purchasing. Walgreens allows returns. I will be going to Walgreens or Macy’s for my cologne bc they allow returns.
Friday was my last bad experience at this CVS! The drive-through window was closed because there wasn’t enough help. I was having severe breathing problems and it was extremely humid. My doctor called with prescriptions five hours before when I got there they weren’t ready. So not only did I have to get out of my car I had to wait online twice! I was coughing and wheezing while I was online and I really couldn’t breathe. Absolutely ridiculous! I don’t wanna hear the excuses because of the pandemic because this was going on before the pandemic I’ve had plenty of bad experiences with the pharmacy at this CVS.
This is whats happening in the pharmacy. Just to let the patrons that pick up their prescriptions here know. They will not dispense your medications without you going there physically. This had been happening the last almost six months. If you place an order online its useless. It will be held in an in process mode until you come in and have to wait anyway. All the pharmacy staff is going to say is that its in process and should be ready shortly. But thats the same answer if you called submitted a prescription to be processed hours or days ago. It wont be ready so be prepared to wait. I dont know whats going on but this is ridiculous. I think everyine this is happening to should pull their prescriptions out of CVS and go elsewhere until this is resolved. Also they will fill prescriptions that are auto fill eligible even.if you didnt ask for it and didnt have it checked in the website. Ive even found medications on auto refill that I know I turned off.
Avoid this CVS! It has extremely rude and unhelpful sales associates. I would give zero stars if applicable. Will never patron this CVS ever again! They need to do a revamp and get all new sales and management associates who are thoroughly trained in customer care. Absolutely horrible!
Very bad customer service. No more drive through window, when we walk in only 1 person to take care all the pickup long waiting most of the time. I’m going to switch my pharmacy. Even hard to catch on the phone.
People walking in without masks and the policy not being enforced due to 2 employees being overwhelmed, there were at least 6 customers in the store tonight that had no masks on.
Cant say enough good things about this branch. I have 3 CVS within a 5 minute drive but i keep coming here because their customer service is above and beyond. Shout out to Tracy, Abir and Michael; plus Betty and the Mgr. I never leave unsatisfied.
This CVS pharmacy is under staff. Over 48 hours for my prescriptions to be ready. And had to wait an additional hour. And this is not the first time
Ive never been here, but my boyfriend lives around the corner. He recently went to the pharmacy to get a prescription filled and the pharmacist immediately noticed one of his prescriptions wasnt safe to take with a current medication he was on. The doctor completely missed it. She called the doctors office to confirm and get a different prescription sent in. Actual lifesavers. As my boyfriend put it How top notch is this pharmacy for not letting me die.
I walked in and was greeted by a young man.i think that was nice that they welcome customers to the store as we do in a CVS that I also work at not too far away.i walked over to the cold/flu aisle to get cough drops and meds for my daughter she had a chronic cough I proceed to open the cough drop pack.the young man across in the optical area overheard my daughter saying dad don’t we have to pay for the cough drop before you can open it I stated to her once we get to the register we will pay for it and you need this immediately he then proceeds to walk over and ask do you need help. I told him no and now he follows us around the store to see and I’m guessing if we were going to pay for that item.i felt very uncomfortable
This place is the WORST.... THEY ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND A FEW OTHER WORDS ILL REFRAIN FROM USING... I need the corporate people to come in immediately and get these people out of there and some PROFESSIONAL, RESPECTFUL, COURTEOUS PEOPLE WHO REALLY NEED JOBS..
The pharmacy department is unorganized and unprofessional. They make multiple errors with prescriptions and when confronted they blame the errors on doctors. Everyone if you use this pharmacy check your medication before you leave the store. They often dont give the correct amount of medication that was ordered. This is very scary, people responsible for our medication and they cannot get it right.
The staff here must take lessons about customer service and about drugs. I just needed a medicine with no prescription, and after asking dew people for help. Just one of them was willing to leave the pharmacy and come point on the shelf where the medicine was.Such a brave woman, to walk all this distance of 15 fit. Customer service in the most important thing for me, and this CVS has some to learn.

Love this place ... the 2 new cashiers are great ! They are so nice and helpful. They lightning up the environment of the cvs. I went there on december 16 around 3pm. Keep up the great energy guys . Best cvs i ever so far. The store Manager Douma is doing a great job.
Very terrible Rx Coustomer service. One phone call for pharmacy have to wait more than half an hour.Day by day service getting worse.
The over night staff from the pharmacy to the front store staff are wonderful. They all go over and beyond the job duties to assist with the needs of every customer. As the day staff does not give that attention at all .
Mr. Coulibaly helped me out, was very professional and courteous. I was favorably impressed and will likely come to this location more often than our closest CVS, thanks to the hours and the great service I received today.
Mike and Dave on the night crew opened the closed (at the time) drive thru for me when our daughter was in the car very ill. They were kind, speedy and compassionate . Kudos boys
I HAVE BEEN CALLING FOR SEVERAL DAYS REGARDING N95 FACE MASK AND HAND SANITIZER. THEY KEEP TELLING ME THEYRE OUT OF STOCK. THEY ALSO CLAIM THAT IT SHOULD BE IN TODAY. I CALLED AGAIN AND STILL NO STOCK. WHY?I SPOKE TO THE MANAGER WHO SEEMED UNCONCERNED ABOUT MY REQUEST. WHY? IRRESPONSIBLE.
On April 30th 2015i wentto tcvs on Main and Huguenot Street in New Rochelle, NY. To have a prescription filled, gave information, then was told they didnt have the medicine, which i need to because of server pain, I was told they didnt have it, didnt know when they were going to get it, she didnt know ask if cvs on North Ave between Huguenot, and main would have it, and if they would call, told me they didnt have the number. I get home found the number called asked if they had this particular medication told me they could not tell me over the phone, because it was narcatic , I am a senior i dont drive so i had to walk to this cvs. only to be told they didnt have it. what kind of Phmarcyis cvs running third time they did not have a medication i needed. Very bad business, I called another Phmarcy asked if they took my insurance, ask if they had the meds i needed, he checked told me they were out, and when they were coming in. The personally of some of the Phmarcy employers need a little training, no personality. Thank you for thaking the time to read this.
Only one cashier working and self checkouts were not on or not fully functional. However, they are paying a greeter to welcome people to one of the worst shopping experiences ever.
STOP BY EARLY THIS MORNING ITS 1:30AM-2:00AM AND I ASKED ABOUT THE N95 MASK AND THEYRE STILL SOLD OUT. I MADE THE COMMENT KNOW ONE CARES! AND 5MIN LATER NRPD SHOWS UP WITH EMS. THE MANAGER SAID TO HIS STAFF THAT THE ZOMBIES ARE OUT AND ESCAPING THE QUARANTINED AREA. IM A SECURITY GUARD JUST OFF WORK LOOKING FOR SUPPLIES. I DO NOT LIVE IN THE MILE RADIUS. DISGRACEFUL. DISRESPECTFUL. I WAS NOT QUESTIONED OR INTERRUPTED BUT AWAKEN TO ANOTHER LEVEL. DISAPPOINTED. GROUND ZERO.
The pharmacist criticized my physician out loud. There was no reason for this. In general their pharmacy staff was rude, unprofessional and made obnoxious comments.
Very clean and cool store normally go after hours and the guys are always helpful. The items in store are just what I always need good job managment

2022-02-10Great customer service. It’s refreshing to find a pharmacy that makes you feel like you can ask anything and get an informed answer. The lady’s took the time yesterday to get to know me and make me feel welcome and in good hands for all my pharmaceutical needs. 😊Stephanie the pharmacist called me to make sure I was taking the medication correctly because my doctor instructions were incorrect thank you so much Stephanie and for that I would always trust CVS on Main Street in new Rochelle

2022-06-27I have a prescription for 90 pills. My insurance plan will only allow me to fill this prescription if the count is 90. If it’s a different count, I have to pay more. The prescription for 90 pills is given to the pharmacy. They don’t have it in stock. I have to wait two days. Okay, I’ll wait. Two days later, I receive a notification that my prescription is ready to be picked up. This is on a Saturday. As I’m about to pay for the prescription, I notice the count is 30 pills. No explanation was given to me. They were going to let me pay for 30 and leave with 30. First off, how is it okay for the pharmacy to change the prescription from the one they received from my doctor, without saying a word to me? How is that allowed?? Anyway, I caught this mistake before paying and they sent me to another window. There I was told that a special order would have to be put in for my medication. I said, that’s what happened the other day and I received a message today, saying my medication was filled and ready to be picked up. She said, the 30 we were giving you today have been here in stock. This didn’t come in in a special order. So in other words, the first special order never happened, yet they told me to come in anyway and then tried to sell me a different count. I said, it sounds like incompetence to me. All she said was, no it’s not. No apology was given. No concern that since this is a Saturday, I now have to wait until after the weekend is over for the medication to hopefully come in. When are people ever held accountable?? How come people just don’t seem to care about doing a good job?

2022-04-30Bad experience in the pharmacy area. Very unorganized. I switched to target pharmacy. No issues since. Do yourself a favor and dont bother. They say they dont take my ins but yet all the other cvs in new rochelle do and the insurance company said they do. They just too lazy to actually take the information and put it on file.

2022-04-30The worst pharmacy ever. Not only are they extremely rude but they also dont file the insurance correctly. They also gave me the wrong dosage on my levothryroxine meds one time. No apology or anything. The girl basically sat there rolling her eyes and chewing gum while she *looked into the problem.* Never again went there.

2022-06-13The owners or whoever should be training the managers and staff, need to be changed. It makes no sense that the managers cannot understand what the customers are saying. (Language barrier) Or that the rest of the staff dont know what services they offer or are supposed to. And if you no longer develop Kodak cameras why are yall still selling them and promoting it on your websites?

2022-03-10First off I’m not one to ask around for help when I walk into stores I actually read the signs that lead me in the right direction. Now the other day I was pressed for time so I asked the associate in the front for assistances.MONICA WAS GREAT!!! She went above and beyond on her customer service experience. Leading me in the right direction to get all the things that I needed. I was in and out of this cvs in a couple mins.

2022-03-02Yesterday at 7:30 pm, I went to the pharmacy twice and get the wrong medication, the in a racist and unprofessional way they suggest to take that medication and leave or I would have to wait longer. That lady should take a costumer service classes, never come back to this cvs. The worse service ever.

2022-02-23Monica at the front did not honor the pricing that was posted for the item i wanted and gave me half off which was not even close the price. She was rude took to sign off and said that is all she can do. When you as a company make signage pricing mistakes its not the customers fault and you should honor it! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

2021-10-29Regardless its 24 hr service, this pharmacy performance is excellent. Its not running off essential medication, not like Larchmont CVC, and prescription service time is under 15-20min max. Lots of thanks to John. He is fast, smiling and grateful to clients.
