If I could give the pharmacy ZERO stars I would! I’ve had my specialty prescription shipped to this store for the past 4 months and every time I go pick it up there’s a problem. This was my last time ever sending any prescriptions to this pharmacy. The brunette pharmacist lacks any and all social skills when it comes to handling customers. Every time I go pick up my prescription it’s “not there” because no one knows how to look and it’s seems like I have to do their job every time! Never once has the pharmacist apologized for being wrong and I can’t imagine that I am the only person that feels she they need someone who can actually do their job the right way and be cordial to the customers. I will be calling her boss tomorrow morning because someone needs to hold her accountable for doing her job at a subpar level!

The brunette pharmacist that claims to be the head is the worst. Every time I have dealt with her I left wondering how she ever got there, and how she hasnt been fired yet. Nobody can possibly like her. Everyone else that works there seems okay, but you can tell she makes them hate being there just as much as she does.

Worst CVS ever. Called in a prescription at noon. Went to pick it up at 4:00. Wasn’t ready. Waited a half hour. Still nothing. Pharmacist gave me a major attitude when I even questioned why it wasn’t ready.

I wish I can give negative star. The worst! Tried calling the pharmacy multiple times and wait time is NEVER less than 30 mins and you dont ever get a satisfactory answer.

I called few minutes ahead and asked if they take passport pictures and the gentleman said yes we do. I drove there with my 5 y/o and the lady at the counter told me she cant take his passport picture because he would have to take his mask off...smh!!..moron.

If i could give it zero stars i would my car got broken into right in front of this store and the manager had the nerve to say the cameras out front were not working i thought this neighborhood was safe but apparently i was wrong and it costed me over $1200 in cash (rent money) a designer purse, a iphone and a very sentimental gold necklace my aunt gave to 20 years ago i am heartbroken

Im a prescriber. they make it very hard to prescribe anything. God forbid I dont Escribe these days. Just bad service.
