I have had consistently bad pharmacy experiences here. The people working in the pharmacy have been unprofessional, and more importantly they are constantly out of my medication. I come in for the same prescriptions every month and they have never had them in stock, and take 7 days to fill, which is pretty unacceptable in my opinion.
Was there earlier today. Found what I needed and had Rewards dollars. Waited less than 4 minu5for checkout. Nuveen is very friendly and helpful. You can find her at the first register.
Great experience! Got my booster shot there and it was a quick and easy experience. Very nice pharmacists!
Closed at 9:42 with a guy standing at the door... Love that.
The pharmacy manager Victoria was very rude. Ive seen her interact with both customers and staff. She exhibits unprofessional and incredibly rude verbal behavior to both of these groups. I dont know what is wrong with her. Maybe shes stressed out?? But she needs serious help
The pharmacists are professional, but management have computer pricing which cheat the customer horribly and things are often mispriced to the beefit of CVS. Avoid phramaceuticals unless you like being ripped off. The medical advice, however, from the pharmacists is good. A classic example or greedy morons winning over professional scientists.
I have really bad Pharmacy experience with this place. They didnt fill my prescription on time and let me wait for two more days for my medicine, which i cant bear with it. The store itself is clean and tidy.
This place is so clean and organized. But the main reason I wanted to write this review is for the staff. They are SO nice! This is my closest drugstore and every time I come in they are consistently awesome.
Very bad service. They let you use the paying machines even if you know they donut accept your creditcard. After 10 minutes of trying they put you in the back of the normal costumer line.... Moreover they refuse to take empty bottles or containers which is compulsory to take in NYC!

Got what I needed as immune booster. Not exactly the brand I had in mind but yeah it works.
Pretty good prices (on some items) and a worthwhile coupon and rewards savings program.

2022-07-02They never answer the phone. Meds are delayed without explanation. The pharmacist (Keith) is deplorable and his behavior is rude and arrogant. There are other CVS locations that are far better. This one is a disaster.

2022-03-16My doctor called in a prescription and the next day I went to pick it up, and the guy behind the counter says “we didn’t fill it” . I asked why and he says “we didn’t know if you wanted it”. WHY DO YOU THINK I DID NOT WANT A MEDICATION ORDERED BY MY DOCTOR??? This assistant is always so obnoxious! He should not be in a people-facing job!

2022-06-22I just went to the pharmacy, stood in line and it was 8:01pm (one minute past closing) and the pharmacist yelled at me saying the pharmacy was closed and to leave. I didn’t say one word and that’s how you treat customers? Shameful behavior IMO

2021-10-13WORST PHARMACY EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! The assistants are rude, unprofessional, incompetent and extend no professional or customer courtesies! Especially Keith and the other assistant with the long black hair.I’d avoid this place like the plague and go to the CVS on 53rd & Lexington! They’re the best and work hard to get you your medicine!Keith has had me running around town like a chicken with my head cut off looking for a medicine that he couldn’t find but ended up being delivered to me a few days prior. Idk why he acts like he can’t read his screen. Today he told me to “go take a walk” instead calling the pharmacy. I HATE THIS PLACE!!!!
