CVS in other cities:
I wish I could give no stars bc the PHARMACY is unprofessional.. I called to see if my script was ready they said yes, once I get there they tell me it’s not ready then they say i can’t even pick it up.. why wouldn’t the women on the phone say that.. makes no sense and this is the 3rd time this has happened. Good luck to you to choose to use this pharmacy you’ll have the same problems I do.Other then the pharmacy the cvs is a great store open 24/7, staff is all nice, friendly and helpful.
This store is filthy. The carpet is covered in hair, there are dirty tissues, candy wrappers and trash all over the floor, there was a blood stained paper towel at the pharmacy, whole displays have fallen down and product is everywhere. Don’t waste your time going here! There are others within 10 minutes that are better
Rating is one star. Because of their business hour. They closed at 7 pm every night. And open at 10 am on sunday. Just like any other restaurant or business. Needed a Antibiotic for kids which send remotely by MD. But cant access the pharmacy. This location used to open for 24 hours. Always less staffing than required. One interesting thing is for a same generic drug with same insurance company cvs costs $8 more than walmart. Shame on them. Outside sign says 24 hr. Open CVS pharmacy.. but what is open is the convenience store... Not pharmacy
I called on the phone to ask if the store carried a certain product.I had the pleasure of speaking with Yosemary, the phone was answered in under 60 seconds...Yosemary put me on a 2 min hold & searched & located the product. She was helpful, kind & pleasant.Hold onto her CVS, Yosemary is a keeper
I would buy more stuff if I didnt have to scan and bag everything myself. Real pain when I us my own shopping bags and such little room to bag. I bet there is a lot of theft here because they have like one person running around the store helping people with the self checkout when they get a chance.

2017-11-25They are very good but do not have a Sr. Discount Day. They have a well staffed large but very busy pharmacy counter. Their cosmetics and toiletries area is large as well and always well stocked so you are more than likely to find what you are looking for. They carry convenience packaged food and snacks.Photo printing from your phone, SD Card, or USB.Very clean and well organized store. Friendly service.

2022-01-16The slowest and most poorly managed pharmacy I have ever been to. Even if your prescription is “ready” prepare to wait 30 minutes for them to actually give it to you.

2021-10-05Worse CVS ever!!!!!! Everytime I come here its an issue. My prescription is NEVER ready. A ahead to confirm then come and still not ready. Now I have to show ID to get my own meds BUT SINCE WHEN HOW ABOUT IF I SEND SOMEONE TO PICK UP FOR ME.. The rules change per minute, per customer. Very disappointing. Everytime I come i try to keep calm and say you guys have to do better... I MUST FIND ANOTHER CVS ASAP...

2021-01-22If I could give it 0 stars I would. Their lack of customer service in the pharmacy is abysmal due to the lack of training and attitude they have. The pharmacy does not notify if there prescriptions are in back order unless you view your CVS application and realize that you need to call the store to inquire about your prescription which then takes about 5-7 minutes for someone to pick up the line. If you dont ask if there are other stores nearby to pick up the prescription, they will make you wait for the prescription which they do not have a definitive date to provide when they will restock. There are other pharmacies luckily a few minutes down and another CVS in Pleasantville nearby.

2021-07-24Today I was followed around the store like I was going to shoplift. Which is truly disheartening, because I have been a loyal CVS customer for years- even through the Pandemic. I am so disappointed with myself for spending at least $100 on toiletries, cleaning supplies and prescriptions. I will no longer utilize any of their stores. In the future I will drive the extra miles to Walgreens or Walmart.Update: I have been going to Stop &Shop and they beat CVS 99 cent store and Walgreens as far as price. Stop and shop should have a pharmacy like the other chains.. More stores are needed at the Arcadian Shopping Plaza.

2020-03-12CVS PharmacyI have gone here years ago and they have taken a very long time to pick up medication. Years later I’m back here to pick up medication and still horrible. They say half hour, not. The ladies behind the counter are nice but I don’t know if they are overwhelmed or need more staff, I think they have enough staff, over 4 employees working back there. Still 5 calls on hold, 2 cars waiting on lane and 4 customers online to pick up medication. It should never be like this at a pharmacy if you have over 2 staff working.

2021-04-02Worst possible location to take a covid test. No signs in the parking lot, but they expect you to know to drive up to the pharmacy. No separate line for covid tests either. Waited 45 minutes in line for other people to pick up their prescriptions. At first they told me 1-2 days to receive results. After 3 days passed, I called, and it is now 3-5 days. It is a self swab, which I had never done before. The pharmacist seemed extremely reluctant to be there and was very unhelpful. Will not be returning.

2020-01-22Its my closest pharmacy and health products store, so I use it, but try to avoid it. Major cons: The prices on most things are high, considerably higher than nearby Stop and Shop for similar items. The store always seems a bit disheveled and things are hard to find. I absolutely hate those long receipts with lots of mostly worthless coupons they insist on printing for you. (Same as all CVSs.) The rewards program is pretty much useless, more a negative than anything. I detest when the price things so that they push you to buy more than you want (example:, 2 for $3, must buy two, otherwise single costs $2.29) I totally detest this kind of pricing...its reason enough not to shop there. Major Pros: good parking, the small staff is generally helpful and tries their best. They are open 24 hours (not the pharmacy, though.) They have a free blood pressure machine.

2021-12-02I know retail jobs are hard, but that doesnt mean youre rude to customers for no reason. When I said I wanted to return something she stared talking so rudely
